Based on the observations made by the author, it appears that there are several things that cause the learning situation to be less effective, namely students who are sleepy when learning takes place, are noisy, and often go in and out of class. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms of creativity of PAI teachers in creating effective learning situations in class X at SMKN 1 Tanjung Raya. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach using key informants, namely Islamic religious education teachers, and supporting informants for class X students. In collecting data, the authors use observation and interview methods. The data analysis technique that the author uses is data reduction, data display, conclusions and data verification, and to test the validity of the data the author uses data triangulation. Based on research conducted by the author regarding "the forms of creativity of PAI teachers in creating effective learning situations have been carried out, although they have not yet produced maximum results. Due to the limitations of teachers in developing creativity because school facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate. So, the forms of creativity of PAI teachers in creating effective learning situations are teacher creativity in approaches, strategies, methods, media, seating arrangements, providing humor and holding ice breaker when bored. This research is motivated by events that occur in the field, that researchers see that early childhood does not understand in terms of knowing the child who is God when asked by the teacher, the teacher does not understand the method that should be set in school in learning monotheism so that early childhood do not understand what the teacher is saying. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the events that occur in the field as they are. The data collection that the researcher did was by observation and interviews. Research informants consist of key informants and supporting informants, key informants are Dharma Wanita Kindergarten teachers, while supporting informants are Dharma Wanita Kindergarten students. Data were analyzed by data collection techniques, data processing techniques, and data triangulation. Based on research conducted by researchers regarding the "Teacher's Method in Introducing the Science of Tawhid for Early Childhood, it has been carried out, although it has not fully provided maximum results. Because the teacher at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten is not a religious graduate but a PGPAud major, so the delivery of monotheism learning is lacking afdhol, as for the methods used by teachers at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten in providing an understanding of monotheism, namely the habituation method, the exemplary method, the storytelling method, the singing method, the playing method. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the author's observations about the application of the index card match method with the aim of making students active in participating in learning. However, there are some steps that are left behind and there is no group cooperation in learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how PAI teachers apply the index card match method in class X PAI learning at SMKN 1 Tanjung Raya. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Collecting research data obtained from interviews and observations. This research was conducted by taking key informants of Islamic Religious Education teachers, and supporting informants of class X TM students, and the principal of SMKN 1 Tanjung Raya. The data analysis technique that the author uses is data reduction, data display and data verification conclusions, and to ensure the validity of this study the author uses data triangulation. From this study, it can be concluded that the teacher applies the index card match method at SMKN 1 Tanjung Raya which includes 3 steps, which consist of introduction, content and closing activities. The first step is to divide the card into two parts consisting of questions and answers, make each question and answer, mix the two sets of cards, then give one card to one student, then instruct students to find their partner cards. The application of the index card match method has been implemented by the teacher well. This can be shown in the application of the index card method to the material that angels are always with me, but there are some steps left by the teacher, namely there are no challenge orders from other students to other pairs, and there are no conclusions from the questions and answers in the index card match method. The background of this research is that there has not been a good collaboration between parents and teachers in fostering the religious character of students. Where there are still many students who do not pray and behave inappropriately, in fostering the morals of students, cooperation between parents and teachers is needed. The type of research carried out is field research (Field Research) with a qualitative descriptive approach. This qualitative descriptive method is a research conducted to describe and analyze phenomena that occur in the field. The key informants in this study were Islamic Religious Education Teachers and the supporting informants were the parents of students at SD 05 Pdang Tarok. To collect data, the authors conducted interviews and documentation, and to measure the validity of the data triangulated the data by checking the validity of the data using something else in comparing the results of interviews with the object of research. From the research that the author has done, it can be concluded that in the implementation of cooperation between PAI teachers and parents, they have carried out various ways: 1) communication between teachers and parents, 2) correspondence, 3) communication by telephone, 4) involving parents with school affairs. In doing cooperation between teachers and parents, they have tried to do as much as possible, but there are still factors that hinder the course of the cooperation. Where the factors that inhibit the cooperation of teachers and parents are 1) lack of attention from parents, 2) the ability of teachers, 3) the community environment is not good. This research is motivated by boredom in the learning atmosphere experienced by students so that it becomes a problem that comes suddenly unexpectedly and is desired in the learning process, so that it becomes something that hinders the goal of achieving education in Indonesia. The boredom of learning causes students to not be able to capture and take the essence of the lessons taught by teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Selatpanjang City. This study aims to determine what strategies are used by teachers and what factors influence the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in minimizing learning saturation at SMP Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Selatpanjang City. This type of research is field research, namely research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were educators and class VIII students at SMP Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Selatpanjang City, the object of this research is the factors that influence learning saturation and teacher strategies to minimize boredom in the learning atmosphere at SMP Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Selatpanjang City. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. For data analysis, the writer uses qualitative analysis by describing actual events in the form of sentences and then drawing conclusions. Based on the research, it was stated that the teacher's strategy was to minimize boredom in the learning atmosphere of Islamic religious education at SMPN 3 Tebing Tinggi, Selatpanjang City using various strategies including, Approaching students, Applying Varied Learning Methods, Ice Breaking and Entering funny things during learning. , Creating a conducive and fun environment as well as giving gifts and motivation to students. The causes of student saturation are the learning environment does not provide support, perfunctory learning strategies, are often given excessive exercises and memorization assignments and the way teachers teach does not vary. Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi, Selatpanjang City, have been very good at minimizing learning saturation, both in terms of strategies and supporting factors in minimizing learning boredom. The background of this research is related to the people of Nagari Koto who do not want to send their children to SMP Tahfidzul Qur'an An-Najiya. This will be explored/searched for information about what causes parents in Nagari Koto Baru not to want to send their children to An-Najiya Middle School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, using key informants from parents and students. And the supporting informant in this study was the Principal of SMP TQ An-Najiya Pasaman Barat. In data collection, data collection techniques used are interviews. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To test the data using source triangulation, which is to compare the results of interviews conducted on key informants, supporting informants and the results of direct observations by the author. The results showed that the people of Nagari Koto Baru did not want to send their children to SMP Tahfiz Qur'an (TQ) An-Najiya Nagari Koto Baru. district. Luhak Nan Duo Kab. This is due to the lack of parental fees. The cause of the low public interest in sending their children to SMPTQ An-Najiya is due to the lack of parental fees, school status, location and educational facilities that make people not want to send their children to SMPTQ An-Najiya. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the author's interview about the use of the Inqury learning model with the aim of making students become active in participating in learning. However, there are some steps that are left behind and there is no group cooperation in learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how PAI teachers used the Inquiry learning model in class X PAI learning at SMAN 1 Banuhampu. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The collection of research data obtained from interviews. This research was conducted by taking key informants of Islamic Religious Education teachers, and supporting informants for class X students, and the principal of SMAN 1 Banuhampu. The data analysis technique that the author uses is data reduction to ensure the validity of this study, the author uses data triangulation, and draws conclusions. From this research, there are steps in the inquiry learning model, namely orientation, formulating problems, formulating hypotheses, testing hypotheses, concluding, and drawing conclusions. The use of the inquiry model has been implemented by the teacher well. This can be shown in the use of the inquiry model on the material of the Prophet's da'wah strategy in Medina, but there are several steps left by the teacher, no orders to challenge students, namely with other pairs, and no conclusions from the questions in the presentation results through the inquiry model. Based on the observations made by the researchers, it is known that the strategy of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing the learning motivation of class X TM students at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya, Agam Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's strategy in increasing the learning motivation of class X TM 1 students at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya, Agam Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the key informants are Islamic religious education teachers, and the supporting informants are students of class X TM and the principal. In collecting data, the researcher used observation and interview methods. The data analysis technique that the author uses is data reduction, data display, and conclusions. To test the validity of the data, researchers used data triangulation techniques. Based on the research that has been done, the strategy of PAI teachers in increasing student motivation in Islamic religious education subjects for class X TM at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Raya has been carried out but has not been maximized. Thus the PAI teacher's strategy in increasing student learning motivation is to use learning methods that attract students' attention, use cooperative learning models, understand the characteristics of class X TM students, use learning media that attract students' attention, and form a conducive and fun learning climate. Another strategy is to give grades and hold competitions to make students active and increase students' motivation to learn in Islamic religious education subjects. This research was motivated by the fact that it was not known how the civil servant teacher's perspective on the teaching skills carried out by PPL students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program Faculty of Tarbiyah Teacher Training UIN Sheikh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi in 2017-2019 at Pondok Pesantren Madinatul Munawwarah Bukittinggi. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research and is located in Pondok Pesantren Madinatul Munawwarah Bukittinggi, the data collection technique used is interview. Data analysis used the Milles and Hubberman models, namely data reduction, data analysis, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that the skills of varying the learning carried out by PPL students of the Department of Islamic Education, Faculty of Tarbiyah Teacher Science UIN Sheikh M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi both in terms of varying teaching styles, interaction patterns, use of media, learning methods and others were good and already fulfill the provisions in varying learning, although there are still those who have not perfectly applied it in learning so that learning seems monotonous and boring. The use of methods in a teaching and learning process is very helpful for teachers and students. Because the method is a structured way in the teaching and learning process to achieve the goals of the teaching and learning process itself. Because with it, it has a big influence in supporting learning success, because through the method learning material can be more easily conveyed. The purpose of this trial is to prove the effectiveness of the role playing method in improving learning outcomes. The research method used in this study is experimental, quasi-experimental design and the research design is a non-equivalent control group design that takes two classes directly. This research was conducted at MTs Muhammadiyah Kajai. The researched is all class VIII. There are two classes used, namely as an experimenter and a controller. The sampling was done by random sampling (Probability Sampling), the sample in this study was class VIII, amounting to 48 people. Class VIII A as an experimental class, which is a class taught by the role playing method, and class VIII B as a control class or a class taught by the lecture method. The instrument used in this study was a test of learning outcomes in the form of multiple choice questions and observation sheets. The data technique in this study used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Descriptively explained that the control class obtained 63,375. While the experimental class obtained 81,167 and deductively the value of t_count is 5,675 and t_table is 2,01290, and the significance is 0.000. This study concludes that the hypothesis is accepted. The application of the role playing method is effective to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Cultural History at MTs Muhammadiyah Kajai.
