Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh Transfer Pricing, Capital Intensity dan Book-Tax Difference terhadap Penghindaran Pajak dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021-2022. Total yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 138 laporan keuangan dari 69 perusahaan yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transfer pricing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak, intensitas modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak, book-tax Difference berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak. Kemudian variabel moderasi good Corporate Governance tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara transfer pricing dengan penghindaran pajak, sedangkan Good Corporate Governance mampu memperlemah pengaruh variabel Capital Intensity dan Booktax Difference terhadap penghindaran pajak.

YG Entertaiment merupakan sebuah perusahaan industri hiburan di Korea Selatan yang didirikan oleh Yang Hyun Suk pada tahun 1998 dan termasuk ke dalam jajaran BIG 4 (SM,JYP,YG,HYBE). Perusahaan ini pertama kali bergabung masuk pada bursa saham Korea selatan pada tahun 2011 dengan kode saham 122870. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Saham YG Entertainment Terkait Dengan Pengaruh Blackpink & Babymonster Dalam Kondisi Ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif berupa metode studi literatur pustaka. Fokus penelitian ini adalah analisis saham, YG Entertaiment, pengaruh BLACKPINK & BABYMONSTER dan kondisi ekonomi. Dari analisis yang berhasil didapat bahwasanya grafik saham YG Entertaiment. cenderung positif/naik di rentang akhir tahun 2022- juni 2023, hal ini disebabkan karena adanya aktivitas grup blackpink seperti Tur-dunia serta diumumkannya girlgrup baru Babymonster yang rencananya akan di-debut-kan pada kuartal kedua tahun ini yang berhasil mendapatkan antusias animo masyarakat secara global.

This study aims to develop a narrative text pop up book as a learning media and assess its feasibility for 9th-grade students at MTs Darun Najah Sambikarto. The research used Research and Development (RnD) Methodology, specificial the ADDIE model with stages including needs analysis, product development, product design, product implementation, and product evaluation. The fasibility of develop media is determined through expert validation in material and media. The study results indicate that the use of pop-up book media is valid for Mts Darun Najah Sambikarto students when reading narrative texts. This pop-up book proves to be beneficial in two key aspects: as a media tool (90%), and materials experts validation (92%). The satisfaction of students using this product is evident from the responses to a list of questions related to English language reading of narrative texts, with a high satisfaction rate of 86%.

The purpose of this research to analyze whether WhatsApp has an effect on increasing student motivation in Civic education. This research was quantitative research that conducted at MA Ma’arif Roudlotut Tholibin North Metro, with the research population that is all students of class X. The sample size of the study was 15 students determined by the Slovin formula, then the sample was taken in each class using random sampling technique. Data is collected via google form and distributed via WhatsApp. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The result showed that online learning through WhatsApp group had an effect on increasing the motivation to learn Bahasa Inggris. The use of affordable data packages and the features offered by the WA application means that this application is not only used for communication by the public but is also widely used to support the implementation of education.

Vocabulary learning is a fundamental aspect of English language acquisition. However, many students still struggle to understand and retain new vocabulary. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using animated films as a medium to enhance the vocabulary acquisition of eighth-grade students at MTs Nurul Falah. The research employed a quantitative method with a Time Series Design, where data were collected through pretests and posttests and analyzed using statistical tests. The research sample consisted of 45 students divided into two groups: the experimental group, which used animated films, and the control group, which used conventional teaching methods. The data analysis results showed a significant improvement in the posttest scores of the experimental group compared to the control group. The t-test produced a t-value of 6.85 with a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05), indicating that the use of animated films is effective in enhancing students' vocabulary acquisition. In addition, observational results indicated that students were more active, enthusiastic, and motivated during the learning process when animated films were used. This study supports the theory that visual-based media can enhance students' memory and understanding of learning materials. Therefore, the use of animated films can be recommended as an innovative teaching strategy for vocabulary learning in English.

Since the beginning of its application, the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) has been recognized for its success in improving the quality of learning in various disciplines from different countries. Then, it has been recommended to be applied in all levels of education, especially in higher education. Therefore, this review is aimed at exploring the most influential principles of PBL which give contribution to the success of the learning outcome in English language learning. This review was compiled based on the guideline from PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for systematic reviews and Meta-Analysis). Data was searched and collected from studies published from electronic data bases of reputable international journals issued from 2012 to 2020. From 105 articles in the same area of English language learning, 7 articles were chosen to match the purpose of this review. The 7 articles have the same research methodology (experimental study), in which the discussions of the articles are analyzed to find the most influential principles supporting the success of PBL for all level of education in English language learning. It was found that PBL has proven to be effective in English language learning for all levels of education. In addition, the review shows that all discussions of the articles state that there are five most influential principles of the PBL that give contribution to the success of the language learning,Â the incorporation ofÂ ill structured/real life problems, a student-centered approach,Â collaborative learning, problem solving, and critical thinking.

Complex problem-solving skills are essential competencies for addressing the challenges of an ever-evolving digital society. This study aims to explore the enhancement of these skills through a community engagement approach. The research was conducted with students from Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, specifically from the Civil Engineering and Planning Education, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, and Law departments, during the 2024 odd semester. A qualitative method was employed, utilizing interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis for data collection.The findings reveal that student participation in community-based programs, such as renewable energy technology development, eco-friendly architectural design, sustainable infrastructure, and digital law solutions, significantly improved critical thinking, multidimensional analysis, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills. Engagement with the community broadened students' understanding of social, cultural, and technological contexts, fostering the creation of innovative and relevant solutions. The study recommends integrating community-based programs into the curriculum, fostering partnerships with local communities, and providing intensive training to support 21st-century competency development, aiming to produce adaptive and competitive graduates.

Making product Hand sanitizer and implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle were an effort to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. The making of hand sanitizer made from alcohol has been recognized as being able to kill viruses. For example Alcohol, H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide), Glycerol / Glycerin, and Aquades / Distilled Water. This new normal situation must be balanced with a healthy lifestyle. The aim of this assistance was to conduct training in making hand sanitizer in order to improve the economy and the application of healthy living during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researchers used ABCD (Asset Community Based Development) method, with stages; Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny. Through this method, the discovery of assets and potentials leads to the provision of activities in the form of training and mentoring to produce hand sanitizer product. This economic assistance activity has an impact on the availability of hand sanitizer that were quite used by residents, and in marketing using online media which has a significant impact on residents.

The purpose of this assistance is to increase the economy of Santri Nurul Anwar through the making of custom paper bags. This research uses Asset Based Community (ABCD) that utilized the potential assets of the community, either social, infrastructure, or individual. Four activities in analyzing the research; Preparing, Participatory Programs, Implementing and Evaluating. Mentoring involves multi-stakeholders and involves students and the Board of Directors of the Nurul Anwar Tejosar Islamic Boarding School. The facilitator also held a workshop which is attended by 50 participants for 2 times, namely the economic strategy workshop in the creative economy sector and also the creativity development of santri in making Paper Bags. The finding from this mentoring show that the students can increase their monthly income independently, apart from engaging in the field of da'wah, the students can develop the field of entrepreneurship that can help with independent finance and also soft skills. xtensive reading has many benefits to increase students' literacy skills and increase their ability to acquire foreign languages. Because in Extensive Reading, students have many choices of material and the type of reading they want. They also have more time compared to intensive reading. In addition, several studies have concluded that extensive reading can improve foreign language acquisition abilities. Therefore, this community service aims at improving students’ English literacy by conducting a program namely extensive reading program. This activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, especially focusing on problem solving (problem solving) and participation (participatory). While the strategy used in conducting this program is to mobilize human resources and student potential, in this case the empowerment team is the driving force in building student awareness of the importance of reading. Therefore, the type of activity that will be carried out is Focus Group Discussion. Community service partners in this extensive reading program are students of Tadris English, Institut Agama Islam Ma’arif NU (IAIMNU) Metro Lampung. At this early stage, this activity is specifically aimed at students who are actively involved in the management of the English Student Association or ESA. Finally, this program was run very well and improve students’ English productive skill and English literacy among the students, and easy searching some source reference at library online.
