Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the level of education, community employment and number of family members partially and simultaneously on income in Sondoang Village, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency and to determine the dominant variable influencing people's income in Sondoang Village, Kalukku District, Mamuju District. This research is a descriptive research and data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that the variable level of education, community employment and number of family members had a partial effect on the income of the people in Sondoang Village, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency. The variables of education level, community employment and number of family members have a joint effect on community income in Sondoang Village, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency and the education level variable that most dominantly influences community income in Sondoang Village, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency because of the results Multiple Linear Regression analysis obtained the highest beta value of 5.215 with the lowest significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

Airline ticket sales to Japan is an important topic in the ever-evolving travel industry. The unpredictable demand for airline tickets is a common challenge in the aviation industry due to many complex and variable factors. This research analyzes the data on airline ticket sales to Japan using classic machine learning approaches. The data used for the research are the airline ticket sales to Japan in 2022 and 2023 for Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways. Classical methods such as classification were applied to identify factors influencing the ticket sales patterns. The collected data was cleaned and organized to obtain a dataset for use in Machine Learning with the K-Nearest Neighbors, Naïve Bayes, and Decision Tree algorithms. After evaluating the models created using these three algorithms, the evaluation results with prediction models, model test & score, and confusion matrix, showed that the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm achieved the highest values compared to the Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree algorithms with an accuracy of 99.5% (model predictions evaluation) & 98.9% (model test & score evaluation). The majority of ticket sales to Japan were for JAL flights, economy class tickets, and spring season being the most popular choices. The conclusion from this data is that Japan Airlines holds a strong market share in ticket sales to Japan

Abstract

This study aims to systematically examine the relationship between investor sentiment on social media and capital market reactions in the context of modern finance. The approach used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with reference to the PRISMA guidelines, in order to identify, evaluate, and synthesize the results of previous research that are relevant and indexed in reputable journals. Analysis was carried out on publication trends, geographical context, sentiment analysis methods, and empirical results related to the influence of sentiment on stock prices, volatility, and other market variables. The results of the study show that investor sentiment on social media plays a significant role in influencing the dynamics of the capital market. Information spread through digital platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, and Weibo are able to shape the collective perception of investors which has a direct impact on stock price movements and volatility levels. These influences are heterogeneous, depending on the context of the country, type of industry, and economic conditions. Emerging markets and sectors with low levels of transparency tend to be more sensitive to changes in sentiment than more efficient developed markets. In addition, external factors such as economic crises, pandemics, and government policies strengthen the relationship between sentiment and market reactions. This research provides practical implications for investors in developing strategies based on sentiment analysis, for regulators in designing policies to supervise digital information, and for companies in strategically managing public communications. The next research recommendation is directed at the development of a quantitative model that integrates social media sentiment data with accounting and corporate governance variables to strengthen understanding of market behavior in the digital era.

Abstract

PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri, perdangangan dan jasa di bidang perpupukan, petrokimia, dan kimia lainnya, yang memiliki berbagai macam mesin produksi yang sering mengalami kerusakan pada proses produksi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan kebijakan perawatan optimal yang dapat mengurangi frekuensi kerusakan dan menurunkan biaya perawatan mesin, dengan lebih meningkatkan perawatan secara preventive dan predictive sehingga proses operasional tidak terganggu. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Penelitian ini difokuskan pada mesin pompa cooling water system yang mengakibatkan jam berhenti (downtime) dan delay pada proses produksi yang mengakibatkan kinerja menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan frekuensi kerusakan mesin pompa cooling water system pompa E63-GA2001B yang sering mengalami kerusakan, dan komponen yang paling sering rusak yaitu filter oil. Perawatan yang perlu dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan tindakan condition directed yaitu tindakan dengan cara mendeteksi kerusakan dengan cara memeriksa alat, dan dilakukan penggantian komponen apabila ditemukan gejala-gejala kerusakan. Perawatan yang perlu dilakukan pada komponen filter oil, perlu dilakukan penggantian pada filter oil yang mulai rusak, kotor, kebocoran dan diperiksa pelumasnya secara berkala

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the needs for developing a Unity-based educational game on the topic Favourite Food and Drinks in English language learning at SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Lilin. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving two English teachers and 60 seventh-grade students as research subjects. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and needs analysis questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and simple quantitative methods. The findings reveal that the learning process is still dominated by conventional media such as textbooks and PowerPoint presentations, which have not effectively enhanced students’ motivation and active participation. Both teachers and students showed a high level of enthusiasm toward the use of interactive educational game-based learning media. The questionnaire results indicated an average needs score of 83.96%, categorized as very high, with the aesthetic aspect receiving the highest score (89.2%). These findings confirm that educational game-based media are highly relevant to improve students’ vocabulary mastery and communicative abilities. Therefore, the development of a Unity-based educational game is recommended as an innovative solution to create interactive, engaging, and meaningful English learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan serat kasar dan lignin SMMS jerami padi dengan lama penyimpanan yang berbeda. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SMMS jerami padi, alat yang dibutuhkan untuk kelancaran penelitian ini yaitu sarana pembuatan SMMS, sarana analisis serat kasar dan lignin yang telah ditentukan dengan waktu yang berbeda; P0 = SMMS 21 hari fermentasi (kontrol), P1 = SMMS penyimpanan 10 hari, P2 = SMMS penyimpanan 20 hari, P3 = SMMS penyimpanan 30 hari. Parameter yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu serat kasar dan lignin kemudian dianalisis dengan Analisis of Varians (ANOVA). Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kandungan serat kasar, namun tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kadar lignin akan tetapi SMMS jerami padi tetap memenuhi standar SNI sehingga layak digunakan sebagai pakan ternak ruminansia Kata kunci: Serat Kasar, Lignin, SMMS, Jerami Padi, dan Lama Penyimpanan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan vitamin A dan vitamin C dalam Silase Molasses Multinutrient Soft (SMMS) jerami padi dengan lama penyimpanan yang berbeda. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SMMS jerami padi. Alat yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung kelancaran penelitian meliputi sarana pembuatan SMMS, serta alat analisis kandungan vitamin A dan vitamin C. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis kandungan vitamin A dan vitamin C pada SMMS yang telah difermentasi dan disimpan dalam waktu yang berbeda; P0 = SMMS fermentasi selama 21 hari (kontrol), P1 = SMMS penyimpanan 10 hari, P2 = SMMS penyimpanan 20 hari, P3 = SMMS penyimpanan 30 hari. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah kandungan vitamin A dan vitamin C, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kandungan vitamin A, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kandungan vitamin C. Meskipun demikian, SMMS jerami padi masih layak dikonsumsi oleh ternak sebagai sumber pakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok dan nutrisinya. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the narrative structure of Taufiq al-Hakim’s short story “Iblis Yantashiru” by identifying both its surface and deep structures through the lens of Algirdas Julien Greimas’s narrative semiotics. The analysis of the story’s narrative structure is crucial, as it significantly influences the comprehension of the overall meaning of the text. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing written data derived directly from the literary work. Data collection techniques include close reading, note-taking, and library research. The data were analyzed through several stages: identification, interpretation, analysis, and conclusion drawing. The structural analysis was conducted based on Greimas’s narrative semiotic framework, which encompasses the actantial structure, functional structure, main actant, surface structure and deep structure. The findings reveal that the short story’s structure is divided into four segments: the first segment presents the theme of “Nasik’s victory,” the second highlights “Nasik’s sincerity,” the third explores “the pact between Iblis and Nasik,” and the fourth emphasizes “self-interest.” Furthermore, the study identifies the main actant based on the actants found in these four segments: the principal sender is Nasik’s faith, while the main receiver as well as the subject is Nasik himself, who pursues the object of “upholding the truth.” In this pursuit, he is obstructed by the opposant, namely “Iblis,” and supported by the helpers, namely faith and an axe. Through the above structure, it can be concluded that the narrative of Taufiq al-Hakim’s short story “Iblis Yantashiru” contains unique narrative elements and a structural pattern consistent with A.J. Greimas’s narrative semiotics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran tour guide dalam mengenalkan sejarah melalui pemanfaatan makam bersejarah dan peninggalan kolonial sebagai objek wisata edukatif di Palembang. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada strategi interpretasi, teknik penyampaian narasi, serta efektivitas pendekatan komunikasi dalam membangun pemahaman sejarah pada wisatawan. Metodologi yang digunakan berupa penelitian etnografi mini untuk mengekplorasi secara mendalam bagaimana kontribusi pengunjung, serta dokumentasi aktivitas tur dan karakteristik situs sejarah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan storytelling berbasis konteks lokal, pemanfaatan media digital pendukung, dan keterlibatan interaktif pengunjung mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman belajar dan memperkuat ingatan historis wisatawan. Tur yang dirancang secara tematik juga terbukti efektif menonjolkan nilai budaya, identitas kota, dan warisan arsitektur kolonial. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa tour guide berperan sebagai mediator pengetahuan sejarah yang penting, meskipun masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber tertulis dan ketidaksamaan narasi. Hasil penelitian berkontribusi pada pengembangan kajian sejarah publik dan upaya interpretasi warisan budaya secara lebih inklusif dan akurat

Abstract

This thesis discussed the implementation of the values of character education at SD Muhammadiyah Makassar. The objectives of this study were (1) to observe the implementation of character education in achieving the goals of mental revolution values at SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas Makassar, (2) to observe the values of mental revolution applied at SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas Makassar, and (3) to observe the results of implementing the values of character education at SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas. The type of this research was qualitative research with descriptive analysis. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas Makassar. The data sources in this study included primary data, namely the vice principal, teachers, and students, and secondary data such as documents related to the object under study. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed qualitatively by using triangulation to ensure validity of the data against the focus under study. The results showed that the values of character education integrated in the learning process included being religious, disciplined, diligent, curious, caring, and responsible. Meanwhile, the implementation of character education values in extracurricular activities was carried out through sacred tread activities, sports, and enrichment by providing motivation, understanding, advice, sanctions, role models, and rewards to students. As the implication, SD Muhammadiyah Perumnas Makassar further enhanced the implementation of character education values in order to realize a mental revolution program both in the learning process or intracurricular activities and extracurricular activities to create a generation of people with high moral integrity.
