Latar belakang penelitian ini didorong oleh pentingnya pemahaman terhadap etika bisnis syariah yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas transaksi bisnis serta mendukung keberlanjutan ekonomi umat dalam konteks pasar tradisional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi terhadap pedagang di pasar tradisional, serta analisis konten dari dokumen-dokumen terkait etika bisnis syariah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan etika bisnis syariah dalam perdagangan pasar tradisional.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pedagang sudah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis syariah, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, dan larangan riba, meskipun masih ada tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan implementasinya secara menyeluruh. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan etika bisnis syariah di pasar tradisional Ciruas Serang Banten dapat memperbaiki praktik perdagangan, namun diperlukan edukasi lebih lanjut kepada pelaku pasar agar nilai-nilai syariah dapat diterapkan secara konsisten.

The utilization of organic waste as a base material for liquid fertilizer production is gaining popularity due to its environmental friendliness and potential to enhance crop productivity. Banana waste is one type of organic material that can be processed into liquid fertilizer containing nutrients beneficial for plant growth. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of applying liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) derived from banana waste on the growth and yield of long bean (Vigna unguiculata). The experiment was conducted at UG Technopark, Jamali Village, Cianjur, West Java, from March to June 2024, using a Completely Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with a single factor, namely the concentration of banana POC, consisting of four levels: 0 ml/L (P0), 10 ml/L (P1), 20 ml/L (P2), and 30 ml/L (P3). The observed parameters included the number of leaves, stem diameter, plant height, pod fresh weight, pod length, number of pods, and flowering age. The results showed that the application of banana LOF significantly affected the growth and yield of long beans, particularly the number of leaves, stem diameter, plant height, and number of pods. Increasing the concentration of banana LOF positively impacted the observed growth and yield parameters.

The takir tradition in Mulyosari village, Gedangan subdistrict, Malang district, is a Javanese tradition that is used at various traditional events such as celebrations, weddings, thanksgiving and so on. This research aims to describe the history of Mulyosari village, the symbolic meaning of the contents of the takir tradition, the cultural values ??contained in the takir tradition, and the role of the takir tradition in maintaining cultural preservation. The research location is in Mulyosari village, Gedangan subdistrict, Malang district. The research subjects used were resource persons or caretakers of the takir tradition in Mulyosari village, Gedangan subdistrict, Malang district. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with field research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation techniques and recording. The results of the research show that the takir tradition has various kinds of fillings including tumpeng combined with (side dishes), jenang abang and white jenang, telon flowers which include (roses, kenanga, pure white kanthil flowers), cok bakal which includes (young coconut, eggs, money), spices which include (shallots, garlic, chili, ginger, turmeric, laos, pepper, coriander, black pangium), kinangan which includes (betel, lime, gambier, jambe), teak leaves and two comb bananas. Each of the various traditional takir fillings has its own meaning as a symbol aimed at the good of society.

Education is a process of learning and developing individual potential through teaching, training and guidance. The aim of education is to develop individual abilities, knowledge and character to become productive and responsible individuals. One of the services that can be done to achieve educational goals is training or socialization that supports learning with the help of technology. Technology provides convenience and efficient speed in the learning process. Training is carried out with the help of an application called Tinkercad. The use of applications in this training was carried out because the learning process using the laboratory was not optimal. The use of laboratories is less than optimal, causing practicums to be rarely carried out. So E-LKPD training was carried out with the help of the Tinkercad application. The location of the socialization was held at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal in Panyabungan, specifically for class XII students. The results of evaluations and testimonials showed that students felt more enthusiastic about doing practicum so that learning was more active. The simple use of the Tinkercad application makes it easy for students to use it.

Urban farming has become an innovative solution to address landlimitations in urban areas while also enhancing local food security. This article discusses the cultivation of large chili peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) in the Greenhouse of Ulul Ilmi Islamic Boarding School, East Jakarta, which implements Internet of Things (IoT) technology in its Smart Farming system. This program aims to enhance the efficiency and productivity of chili cultivation through guidance and the implementation of advanced technologies, such as automated irrigation systems, greenhouse temperature monitoring, and maintenance practices like fertilization. The assistance results show that the implementation of IoT can improve the efficiency of water, fertilizer, and energy usage, as well as optimize the growth of red chili plants. This technology enables accurate monitoring and more responsive crop management in response to changes in environmental conditions, allowing chili plants to grow healthier and more productively. We expect this development to serve as a model for replication in various other urban locations, thereby supporting sustainable agriculture and enhancing food security in urban environments.

English Language has many unique properties among which are words; the most tangible elements of a language. Morphology has an impact on Language learners’ ability to both listen and speak efficiently in English. Indeed, the most serious problems of teaching English have to do with the quality of the teachers available for teaching the language as nearly all such teachers are L2 speakers. The paper aims to broaden the scope and knowledge of students and their teachers on word use and word formation through paradigmatic and syntagmatic relations. Accordingly, the possibility of effecting appreciable improvement in the quality of the English spoken in the country as a whole would appear very remote if the study of words and their relationships continue to be neglected in schools. The paper recommends the training of teachers in Contractive Linguistics who are unable to understand and consequently devise effective pedagogical strategies for combating the mostlymother-tongue-induced kinds of learners' errors that recur in students' written and oral performances in the language

This research analyzes the impact of financial reporting based on PSAK 101 on business stability at Karya Ilmu Book Business. PSAK 101 is an accounting standard for sharia entities emphasizing transparency and accuracy in financial statements. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results indicate that PSAK 101 has not been fully implemented, with financial statements still prepared manually and not structured according to standards. This condition leads to a lack of transparency in financial management that can affect business stability, especially in facing competition and strategic decision-making. The research emphasizes the importance of implementing PSAK 101 to improve operational efficiency and stability of MSMEs. The research findings are expected to serve as a reference for business actors in improving financial recording systems and for policymakers in supporting sharia accounting regulations for MSMEs.

This research was motivated by the problem of the low counting ability of 1-10 children in Infarul Ghoy I Kindergarten because many children still do not understand the numbers 1-10, such as saying number symbols, conceptualizing numbers, stating the order of numbers, arranging numbers. Therefore, researchers will conduct research using fishing media as a medium that can facilitate counting learning activities. This research aims to find out whether fishing media can influence the ability to count 1-10 in group A children of Infarul Ghoy I Kindergarten, Tritunggal Village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency. This research is a one-group pretest posttest design research. Data analysis applied in this research was pretest and posttest techniques (t test). The subjects of this research were 25 children aged 4 - 5 years, consisting of 17 male students and 8 female students. make learning activities easier to count. The results of the research show that the calculated t test results have a Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. So the Null Hypothesis is rejected. Thus it can be stated that "The color mixing activity has a very significant effect on the memory abilities of children in group A, Infarul Ghoy I Kindergarten, Tritunggal Village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency.

This study aims to further analyze the effect of net sales and operating expenses on operating profit, either partially or simultaneously in trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, wholesale sub-sector.There is a discrepancy between theory and facts that occurs in the company's income statement, the fact is that net sales have increased but operating profit has decreased, and operating expenses have decreased but profits have decreased. Meanwhile, based on the theory, if the sales are higher, the profits will increase, and if the entity can reduce operating expenses, the entity will earn a larger profit.This research is a type of quantitative research, the sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, with data collection techniques using secondary data taken from the company's financial statements from 2016 - 2020 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, with a population of 41 companies and a sample of 10 companies. The results of this study indicate that partially the net sales variable (X1) has a significant effect on operating income (Y), and partially operating expenses (X2) has no significant effect on operating income (Y), simultaneously the variables of net sales and operating expenses significant effect on operating profit variable.
