This study aims to examine the effect of Green Supply Chain Management (MRPH) practices on product quality and production costs. As the concern for environmental sustainability increases, MRPH has become an important element in managing an effective and efficient supply chain. This study evaluates how the implementation of MRPH with customers and suppliers affects product cost and quality. This study found that MRPH provides significant benefits in reducing production costs and improving product quality through internal environmental management and green innovation. The results show that MRPH with suppliers contributes to operational flexibility and cost reduction, while MRPH with customers enhances positive product perception and company reputation. In addition to economic benefits, green practices in the supply chain also play an important role in minimizing environmental impacts, potentially increasing the company's competitiveness in an increasingly environmentally conscious market. This study provides insights on the importance of MRPH integration in their business strategy to achieve cost efficiency and long-term operational sustainability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang bagaimana Imam Thabathaba’i seorang pembesar syi’ah menafsirkan ayat-ayat hukum secara kontekstual dalam kitab terkenalnya yakni tafsir al-Mizan. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode library research yakni mengumpulkan data-data terkait penafsiran ayat-ayat hukum secara kontekstual dalam tafsir al-Mizan dan menggunakan buku-buku serta artikel pendukung terhadap pembahasan ini. Hasil dari pembahasan ini ialah bahwa Imam Thabathaba’i membuat kitab tafsirnya dengan latar belakang desakan dari mahasiswanya yang mengharuskan kodifikasi terhadap kajiannya selama kuliah, metode penafsiran dalam kitab tafsir al-Mizan tidak berbeda jauh dengan penafsiran pada umunya namun pada kesimpulan tafsirnya selalu membawa pendapat imam-imam suci mereka, serta penafsirannya kental dengan corak falsafi. Thabathaba’i dalam menafsirkan ayat tentang hukum nikah mut’ah pada Q.S. an-Nisa’ ayat 24 dan tentang hukum waris pada Qs.an-Nisa’ ayat 7. Berdasarkan konteks ayat yang mengacu pada sejarah dihalalkannya nikah mut’ah pada saat perang terjadi dan Thabathaba’i juga menjelaskan bagaimana pernikahan itu tetap dihalalkan sampai pada saat ini oleh aliran syi’ah yang ia anut. Nikah Mut’ah itu sendiri telah menjadi simbol dari syi’ah sehingga jika tidak melakukannya maka bukan dari bagian dari syi’ah begitulah menurut pendapat salah satu pendiri fiqh syi’ah. Ayat hukum nikah mut’ah pada Q.S. an-Nisa’ ayat 24 tersebut ada riwayat Ibnu Abbas mengatakan bahwa ada tambahan lafaz qira’at yang menjadikan ayat itu dasar dibolehkannya nikah mut’ah

This research is to describe performance assessment, talent management, work motivation and employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch. From the tests carried out, it was found that work motivation was influenced by performance assessment and talent management by 0.698 or if the percentage was 69.8% while the rest was influenced by other variables. Employee performance in this case is also influenced by the performance assessment and talent management variables of 0.483 or if expressed as a percentage, it is 48.3%. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that talent management has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch with a p value of 0.281 or (0.281 > 0.05). This research concludes that performance assessment, talent management, work motivation and employee performance are in good and high condition. Apart from that, performance appraisal and talent management have a positive and significant effect on work motivation at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Muara Bungo Branch. Likewise, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Direct Investment dan Infrastruktur terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat periode tahun 2006-2023. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), PT PLN dan Kementrian ESDM, serta laporan keuangan daerah selama periode tertentu. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS) melalui software Eviews 13.0. Untuk perhtingunannya menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Foreign Direct Investment berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomu. Variabel Domestic Direct Investment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sama halnya dengan variabel infrastruktur yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara barat. Perhitungan secara simultan memberikan hasil bahwa variavel FDI, DDI dan Infrastruktur listrik berpnegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan besar pengaruh 76,80 persen, dan 23,20 persen sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model.

This study aims to describe the work environment, competence, work discipline, and employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Jambi City. It also seeks to determine the direct and indirect effects of the work environment and competence on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work discipline. The population in this study consists of employees at departement of public works and spatial planning Jambi City, totaling 217 individuals. The sample size for this study was determined using Slovin's formula with a 10% margin of error, resulting in a sample of 69 respondents. This research employs a quantitative approach using survey methods and data analysis through Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that the work environment and competence have a positive and significant direct and indirect effect on employee performance through work discipline. Similarly, work discipline has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance. These findings explain that a good and conducive work environment, supported by high employee competence—including relevant skills and knowledge—enables employees to perform their tasks more effectively. This directly impacts their discipline and performance in carrying out their duties.

Theft is a crime that often occurs among people with various targets. The rampant theft that has occurred has caused unrest for the local community. Because, theft is not more or less done by the way the perpetrator of theft kills the victim so that his crime is not known to anyone. For this reason, handling is needed in overcoming this crime of theft by applying Islamic law so that the perpetrators are deterred and the community lives peacefully. The main issues that we will examine in this study are: Analyzing the punishment of cutting hands in theft contained in Q.S. al-Maidah/5: 38 in which the perpetrators of theft, both men and women who commit theft, will be subject to Had amputation here, whether they are Universal or Partial in the Perspective of Al-Mishbah Tafsir. we will provide conclusions regarding the application of hand-cutting had in theft.

Pentingnya penerimaan Imunisasi COVID-19 pada kelompok rentan berperan penting dalam penanganan COVID-19 secara nasional. Faktanya bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak melakukan imunisasi COVID-19 yang disebabkan kurang pengetahuan dan rasa khawatir tentang keamanan vaksin COVID-19. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang imunisasi COVID-19 melalui video edukasi berbasis Kearifan Lokal. Desain pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini menggunakan teknik atau metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) yaitu pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai menyusun desain, instrumen, pengumpulan data, pengolahan, dan analisis data. Sebanyak 30 masyarakat diukur tingkat pengetahuannya sebelum mengikuti kegiatan edukasi dimulai. Dilanjutkan dengan menyimak video edukasi berbasis kearifan lokal yang dilaksanakan selama 30 menit. Setelah menyimak video edukasi dilanjutkan dengan mengisi kuesioner posttest. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan sebagian besar peserta memiliki pengetahuan pada kategori baik (53,3%). Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan tentang imunisasi COVID-19 setelah intervensi. Intervensi video edukasi berbasis kearifan lokal dikaitkan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang imunisasi COVID-19 dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat edukasi kesehatan di kalangan masyarakat.

Gagal Ginjal Kronis (GGK) merupakan suatu kondisi hilangnya fungsi ginjal secara progresif, yang pada akhirnya mengakibatkan perlunya terapi pengganti ginjal (dialisis atau transplantasi) dan kasus ini terjadi peningkatan setiap tahunnya baik di Indoensia maupun global. Pada dasarnya penyakit ginjal dapat dicegah dan memiliki prognosis yang lebih baik, jika diketahui sejak dini. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan edukasi kepada Masyarakat mengenai SADAR (Semangat mengAtasi dan Deteksi Resiko) GGK untuk dapat melakukan deteksi dini penyakit GGK sebagai Upaya dalam mencegah komplikasi yang lebih serius dan mempertahankan kesehatan yang baik. Adapun tujuan pegabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengenai SADAR (Semangat mengAtasi dan Deteksi Resiko) GGK karena dapat membantu menghindari atau mengelola penyakit ini dengan lebih baik, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan mengurangi dampaknya terhadap individu dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi Kesehatan tentang SADAR GGK menggunakan media video, dan diikiuti dengan tanya jawab kepada 30 orang Masyarakat Desa Temajuk Kabupaten Sambas. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan Masyarakat antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan Edukasi Kesehatan SADAR GGK dengan media Video Edukasi. Peningkatan pengetahuan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat lebih aktif dalam menjaga kesehatan ginjal mereka, sehingga kualitas hidup meningkat dan risiko komplikasi GGK dapat diminimalkan.

The aim of this research is to find out whether the minimum wage and economic growth have an effect on labor absorption in south sumatra province, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the research results, it is clear that the minimum wage on labor absorption in south sumatra province, where the minimum wage (x1) is 0.229, the coefficient is positive. This means that if the minimum wage (x1) increases by 1 percent, then the average labor absorption (y) will increase by 0.229 percent and the economic growth variable (x2) is -1.752. The coefficient is negative, meaning that if economic growth (x2) increases by 1 percent means the average labor absorption (y) will decrease by 1.752 percent, the coefficient of determination (r square) is 0.969. It can be concluded that the magnitude of the contribution/contribution of the influence of minimum wages (x1) and economic growth (x2), together on variations in the increase/decrease in labor absorption (y) is 96.9% while the remaining 3.1% is influenced by variables others that are not researched such as technology, human development index, population and others.
