Abstract

The jurists set several conditions for those entitled to custody of children, one of which is being Muslim. Riddah (leaving Islam) is normatively seen as an obstacle to ḥaḍānah because it is feared that it can affect the child's faith and religious education. This article aims to determine the Maqasid Syariah review of the Judge's rejection of the right of Hadanah for apostate mothers as stated in the Religious Court Decision Number PA Jakarta Timur No.1700/Pdt.G/2010/PAJT. This type of research is Normative research with a Statutory approach. Primary data are the East Jakarta Religious Court Decision Number 1700/Pdt.G/2010/PAJT, as well as laws and Islamic legal provisions related to Hadanah and Riddah, while secondary legal materials are obtained from fiqh literature, books, scientific journals, and relevant scientific works. The data collection technique is documentation, and the analysis is qualitative. The results of this article show that case No. /Pdt. G/2010/2010 / PAJT did not grant Hadanah rights to apostate mothers. In this decision, the judge understood Riddah as an obstacle to Hadanah as a consideration in the Hadanah decision. As discussed in the book Kifayatul Akhyar, as a basis for understanding fiqh, it is a requirement that parents who have the obligation to educate and raise children be Muslim, so that the judge's decision rejects the plaintiff's or appellant's petition if the plaintiff or appellant is an apostate. The Panel of Judges has prioritized hifz al-ddin (dhoruriyat) and hifdz an-nafs (care for the soul) to consider the benefit and best interests of the child

Abstract

Cognitive Learning Theory emphasizes mental processes as the foundation of how individuals acquire, organize, and process knowledge. Rather than viewing learning solely as a response to external stimuli, this theory highlights the role of cognitive structures, perception, memory, attention, and higher-order thinking. This study aims to examine the core concepts of Cognitive Learning Theory and analyze their relevance from an Islamic perspective. Using a qualitative content analysis approach, this study reviews key sources in educational psychology, peer-reviewed journals, and Islamic literature, including Quranic verses and the perspectives of Muslim scholars. The findings indicate that fundamental cognitive concepts such as reason, understanding, reflective thinking, and internal reinforcement are strongly aligned with Islamic educational principles. The Quran emphasizes the use of reason through concepts such as tadabbur, tafakkur, and ta‘aqqul, which correspond to cognitive processes highlighted in modern learning theory. This study argues that integrating Cognitive Learning Theory with Islamic educational values contributes to the development of learning strategies that are both cognitively effective and ethically grounded.

Abstract

Grapes are a popular fruit and can be easily found almost anywhere in the world. Many will be amazed by the sweet and delicious taste of this grape. Grapes not only brings extraordinary delicacy to our taste buds but also bring special benefits to human health. Therefore, the researchers tried to make a grape image recognition program that uses Data Augmentation and Convolutional Neural Network algorithms. It is a convolutional activity that combines some preparatory processing with several components moving together through a biological sensor system. The grapes used are Champagne, Concord, Cotton Candy, Chris Monceedless, Gewürztraminer, Grenora, Kyoho, Moondrops, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Sultana, Sweet Jubilee and Valiant. Classification optimization was carried out on grape images using two test models, namely the sequential model and the on-top VGG16 model, which operate on the Google Collaboratory Website application and Keras. The test data for this observation on training data are 2400 images and test data as many as 480 images that create a value for the sequential model with an accuracy of 98.54% and a loss of 0.027%, for the on top model VGG16 the accuracy value is 99.37% and a loss value is 0.029%

Abstract

Political ideology in electoral democracies increasingly functions as a communicative resource shaped by organisational practice rather than as a fixed doctrinal system. This study examines how the United Development Party (Partai Persatuan Pembangunan, PPP) in North Sumatra constructs and deploys Islamic symbols and narratives in its political communication, and how these practices relate to fluctuating electoral outcomes between 2014 and 2024. Using a qualitative interpretive design, the study draws on in-depth interviews with seven party actors involved in campaign coordination and message production, supported by field observations, internal party documents, and official electoral data. Empirically, ideological negotiation is identified through patterns of message centralisation, reliance on individual religious figures, and the presence or absence of sustained interaction with voters beyond campaign periods. The findings show that PPP’s communication generates strong symbolic recognition through Islamic imagery and moral language, yet fails to produce stable electoral attachment due to centralised message control, personalised narrative delivery, and episodic rather than continuous engagement with constituencies. Theoretically, the study reconceptualises Islamic ideology not as a symbolic style or rhetorical resource, but as an organisationally mediated communicative practice whose effectiveness depends on how meaning is institutionally produced, circulated, and maintained over time. By integrating Strategic Political Communication with Islamic communication principles, the study advances existing models by explaining why high ideological visibility does not necessarily translate into durable electoral support in local democratic contexts.

In order to investigate the causal link within factors and the function of work motivation as a contributing variable, the data analysis employed PLS (partial least squares) analysis with the aid of SmartPLS software. The findings demonstrated that worker work motivation was positively and significantly impacted by career growth and the workplace. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that work motivation significantly and favorably affects worker performing. Additionally, the indirect impact test results showed that work motivation acted as a Intermediary variable within the work environment and advancement in career and worker performing. The study's conclusions show that a supportive workplace and a transparent, long-lasting career advancement program can boost worker motivation, which in turn affects productivity. In order to sustainably boost worker performing, Bank Jambi's Main Head Office is anticipated to keep bolstering its HRM policies, which are focused on enhancing the workplace and career advancement.

Abstract

Digital transformation has influenced educational activities and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas, including in Lubuk Banjar Village. The use of digital technology by educators and MSME actors facilitates learning and business management, but also increases the risk of digital security threats such as account hacking, online fraud and data misuse. This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy and awareness among educators and MSME actors as part of efforts to strengthen village defence and security. The method of implementation was through socialisation and interactive training activities involving the village's younger generation as facilitators and mentors, with material covering secure password management, digital fraud prevention, and digital asset protection. The activities were carried out through material presentations, discussions, case simulations, and hands-on practice. The results of the activities showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of maintaining digital account security, the ability to recognise various forms of online fraud, and awareness of the need to implement basic cybersecurity measures in educational and business activities. The synergy between the younger generation, educators, and MSME actors plays a strategic role in strengthening the digital resilience and security of Lubuk Banjar Village in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This article was aimed to explain the implementation of the Tourism Department's strategy in developing halal tourist destinations in West Lombok Regency and analyze the factors that influence the strategy implementation. The government of West Lombok Regency has drawn up a strategic plan to address the complexity of the problems that arise in halal tourism. This research used a qualitative method. Data were collected through documentation, observation, and interview techniques. The results showed the implementation of the strategy has been carried out in the form of activities and programs. The tourism destination has been characterized as halal and supported by regulatory clarity, the Islamic Culture Community in West Lombok Regency, which is also attached to the natural conditions that are very supportive and the support of the enthusiastic tourism awareness group (POKDARWIS). However, there are still obstacles, including the lack of a clear concept of halal tourism in West Lombok Regency, the lack of marketing or promotion of halal tourism, as well as inadequate and halal-certified facilities. So the recommendation that needs to be conveyed by the Government tourism office of West Nusa Tenggara is the need to translate the program into various activities in more detail and must involve stakeholders to help standardize and certify. Keywords: Development Strategy, Halal Tourism, Implementation.
