Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) dalam dua dekade terakhir menjadi beban dalam pembiayaan karena tingginya biaya pengobatan (penyakit katastropik) seperti penyakit jantung, kanker, dan gagal ginjal. Dalam hal ini tenaga kesehatan termasuk perawat memiliki peran penting terutama upaya promotive dan preventif agar dapat menekan angka kejadian sekaligus menurunkan beban biaya pengobatan. Sebagai upaya promotive maka dilakukan edukasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat akan penyakit tidak menular serta memberdayakan masyarakat dengan keterampilan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan sebagai upaya deteksi dini dan pencegahan penyakit tidak menular. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran serta masyarakat dalam upaya menurunkan peningkatan penyakit tidak menular serta ikut memberdayakan masyarakat agar terbentuk individu dan masyarakat yang mandiri. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah Metode yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah edukasi, demonstrasi dan simulasi. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. setelah diberikan edukasi pengetahuan masyarakat sebagian besar menjadi tinggi (73,33%). setelah dilakukan demonstarsi dan simulasi keterampilan masyarakat sebagian besar menjadi tinggi (70%). Pemberian edukasi dan demonstrasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya pencegahan PTM. Kata Kunci: Gagal Ginjal Kronik, Penyakit Tidak Menular  ABSTRACT Introduction: Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in the last two decades have become a financial burden due to the high costs of treatment (catastrophic diseases) such as heart disease, cancer and kidney failure. In this case, health workers, including nurses, have an important role, especially promotive and preventive efforts, in order to reduce the number of incidents while reducing the burden of medical costs. As a promotive effort, education is carried out to increase public knowledge of non-communicable diseases and empower the public with the skills to carry out health checks as an effort to early detect and prevent non-communicable diseases. Objective: The aim of this activity is to increase community participation in efforts to reduce the increase in non-communicable diseases and help empower the community to form independent individuals and communities. Method: the method used in this PKM activity is method that will be used in this activity is education, exposure and simulation. Results: The results of community service show that there is an increase in knowledge and skills. after being given education, the majority of people's knowledge became high (73.33%). after demonstrations and simulations, most people's skills became high (70%). Conclusion: providing education and education can increase knowledge and skills and can be one of the efforts to prevent Non-Communicable Diseases.  Keywords: Chronic Kidney Failure, Non-Communicable Diseases

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview regarding the level of education, competence, length of service, work discipline, motivation and performance of employees at PT. Wirakarya Sakti and to determine the influence of education level, competency, length of service and work discipline on work motivation and employee performance; and to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The approach used is a combination of descriptive and inferential methods. The population is 1,130 PT employees. Wirakarya Sakti with a sample of 92 respondents. To analyze the data, the Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique was used. The results of this research conclude that the level of education, competency, length of service, work discipline, work motivation and employee performance at PT. Wirakarya Sakti is in quite high condition. Apart from that, the level of education, competency, length of service and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on work motivation and employee performance at PT. Wirakarya Sakti. Likewise, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Learning more about workplace motivation, leadership style, corporate culture, and employee performance is the aim of this study. It also seeks to examine how leadership style and organizational culture affect employee performance and motivation at work, both directly and indirectly. Lastly, it looks at how employee performance is affected by workplace motivation. Conducted at the Office of Subdistrict Head Tungkal Ilir in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, There were 48 employees in the study's sample. Using census sampling methods, all personnel served as subjects for the investigation. Descriptive statistical analysis revealed that both organizational culture and leadership style were categorized as good, whereas employee motivation and performance were classified as high. Through path analysis, It was discovered that leadership style and organizational culture exert both direct and indirect influences over employee motivation and performance. Moreover, simultaneous and partial tests confirmed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational culture, leadership style, motivation levels, and overall employee performance. In summary, improved organizational culture coupled with suitable leadership practices contribute positively to higher employee motivation. Consequently, motivated staff perform optimally in delivering superior work outputs for the organization.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know and analyze the return on asset as a mediator of the effect of current ratio and working capital on stock price at pharmaceutical sub-sector companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. That research is using secondary data from the annual financial statements. The purposive sampling method was used with six companies that were sampled as pharmaceutical sub-sector companies in the Indonesian stock exchange period of 2018–2022. Data analysis in this research uses path analysis with SPSS software. The resulting research informs : 1) current ratio and working capital positive simultaneously have significant effect on Return On Asset, 2) current ratio has positive and significant effect on Return On Asset, 3) working capital has negative and significant effect on Return On Asset, 4) current ratio and working capital positive simultaneously have significant effect on stocks price, 5) current ratio has positive and significant effect on stocks price, 6) working capital has negative and no significant effect on stocks price, 7) Return On Asset has positive and significant effect on stocks price and 8) indirectly current ratio and working capital through return on asset does not have a significant influence effect on stocks price.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Singkil is working hard to carry out activities to reduce energy losses in the distribution network. There are two types of energy losses in the distribution network, namely technical losses and non-technical losses. This study of technical losses in Singkil rayon is discussed by approaching distribution asset data and load conditions using the Microsoft Excel program so that all data can be processed. Calculation of JTM losses, transformer losses, JTR losses, SR and APP losses. So the results obtained in Singkil Rayon with 4 feeders, namely in January 2023 were 10.4% with a composition of technical losses of 7.7% and non-technical losses of 2.7%, in February 2023 distribution losses were 8.6% with a technical loss composition of 7.8% and non-technical loss of 0.8%. Based on the calculation results, it makes it easier for PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Singkil in analyzing and evaluating efforts that can be made to reduce distribution losses so that they become more efficient.                                                                                                 Keywords: Distribution system, Electrical energy, Energy losses, Technical losses, Non-technical losses. ABSTRAKPT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Singkil sedang berupaya keras melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan dalam hal penekanan susut energi pada jaringan distribusi. Susut energi pada jaringan distribusi ada dua yaitu susut teknis dan susut non teknis. Kajian mengenai susut teknis pada rayon singkil ini dibahas dengan cara pendekatan data aset distribusi dan kondisi beban dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Excel sehingga semua data dapat diproses. Perhitungan susut JTM, sussut trafo, susut JTR, susut SR dan APP. Maka hasil yang didapatkan pada Rayon Singkil dengan 4 penyulang yaitu pada bulan Januari 2023 sebesar 10,4 % dengan komposisi susut teknis sebesar 7,7 % dan susut non teknis sebesar 2,7 %, pada bulan Februari 2023 susut distribusi sebesar 8,6 % dengan komposisi susut teknis sebesar 7,8 % dan susut non teknis sebesar 0,8 %. Berdasrkan hasil perhitungan memudahkan PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Singkil dalam menganalisa dan mengevaluasi terhadap upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan susut distribusi sehingga menjadi lebih efisien.

Abstract

Marriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman to create a happy life. As a pluralistic country, Indonesia has a diversity of religions and beliefs so that it indirectly has the potential for interfaith marriages or interfaith marriages. The marriage law in force in Indonesia also does not explicitly regulate interfaith marriages, giving rise to debate whether or not interfaith marriages are legal. This can cause various problems that arise in the community, especially couples who will carry out interfaith marriages. Therefore, this study aims to find out how interfaith marriages are regulated in the Marriage Law and what consequences will arise if interfaith marriages are still carried out by couples who are going to get married. This research uses library research type, which examines various documents related to research. The method used by the author is a normative juridical writing method using a statute approach. Furthermore, there are three legal materials used in this study, namely primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The results of the research analysis show that marriage will cause many problems and legal consequences, including regarding family harmony, and the legal position of children if they have offspring from interfaith marriages. The Marriage Law should strictly regulate interfaith marriages so that there is no legal vacuum, and does not cause debate in addressing the issue of interfaith marriages.

Abstract

Variabel kualitas air berperan penting terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup organisme akuatik, diantaranya adalah suhu dan salinitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan salinitas terhadap pertumbuhan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup udang kaki putih (Penaeus vannamei). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial yang teridiri dari perlakuan suhu 24 °C, 27 °C, dan 30 °C dan salinitas 10 ppt, 20 ppt dan 30 ppt. Setiap perlakuan diulangi sebanyak 3 kali sehingga diperoleh 27 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan tertinggi berada pada suhu 24 °C dan salinitas 10 ppt, tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi pada suhu 27 dan 30 °C dan salinitas 20 dan 30 ppt.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Foreign Direct Investment, Domestic Direct Investment dan Infrastruktur terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat periode tahun 2006-2023. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), PT PLN dan Kementrian ESDM, serta laporan keuangan daerah selama periode tertentu. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Ordinary Least Square (OLS) melalui software Eviews 13.0. Untuk perhtingunannya menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Foreign Direct Investment berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomu. Variabel Domestic Direct Investment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sama halnya dengan variabel infrastruktur yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara barat. Perhitungan secara simultan memberikan hasil bahwa variavel FDI, DDI dan Infrastruktur listrik berpnegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan besar pengaruh 76,80 persen, dan 23,20 persen sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model.

Abstract

This research is to know the effect of Bank Health partially and simultaneously on Inflation, the effect of Bank Health partially and simultaneously on Third Party Fundraising, the effect of Inflation on Third Party Fundraising and the effect of Bank Health partially and simultaneously on Third Party Fundraising through Inflation. The population of this research amount of was 14 Sharia Banks in Indonesia for the period 2014 - 2019 with sample amount of 8 Sharia Banks. The method used is Path Analysis by using SPSS program or software with version 22. The results showed that partially the Non Performing Financing (NPF) has negative and insignificant effect on Inflation, Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has positive and insignificant effect on Inflation, Net Rewards has positive and significant effect on Inflation and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has negative and significant effect on Inflation, while simultaneously Bank Health have no significant effect on Inflation. NPF has positive and significant effect on Third Party Fundraising, GCG has negative and insignificant effect on Third Party Fundraising, Net Rewards has positive and insignificant effect on Third Party Fundraising and CAR has negative and significant effect on Third Party Fundraising, while simultaneously Bank Health have significant effect on Third Party Fundraising. Inflation has negative and insignificant effect on Third Party Fundraising. Partially NPF, GCG, Net Rewards and CAR, indirectly has no significant effect on Third Party Fundraising through Inflation, while simultaneously Bank Health indirectly have no significant effect on Third Party Fundraising through Inflation.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain an overview and describe the motivation, leadership style, work environment, discipline, and performance of employees; as well as to identify and analyze the direct and indirect effects of motivation, leadership style, and work environment on the discipline and performance of employees at the Fire and Rescue Department. The population in this study consists of 76 staff members of the Command Headquarters of the Fire and Rescue Department in Merangin Regency, based on conditions in 2024. Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis and a survey method are used in this quantitative study. The validity and reliability of the outer model were examined prior to the study. Then, R-Square (coefficient of determination) and F-Square (f2 effect size) were used to test the inner model. The study's findings indicate that, both directly and indirectly through work discipline, leadership style and work environment have a favorable and significant impact on employees' performance at the Fire and Rescue Department's Command Headquarters in Merangin Regency. It has been discovered that motivation has little bearing on worker performance, either directly or indirectly, through work discipline.
