Abstract

Character education is an important element in shaping students' moral, social, and emotional competencies, particularly within the context of the Indonesian Independent Curriculum. One strategy to strengthen students' character is through the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation process of P5 in strengthening students' character, the assessment standards used, and the follow-up plan developed to improve the quality of education in junior high schools in Sukajaya District, Sabang City. This study used a qualitative descriptive method involving interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants included the principal, curriculum team leader, subject teachers, and students. The results showed that the implementation of P5 in State Junior High School 2 Sabang focused on a sustainable lifestyle theme through ecobrick activities, while State Junior High School 2 Sabang adopted an entrepreneurship theme through a school bazaar event. All implementations followed the four main stages of P5: planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. Assessment emphasized authentic evaluation based on student participation, creativity, and collaboration. It can be concluded that the implementation of P5 made a positive contribution to strengthening students' character and improving contextual learning, although continuous improvement and teacher guidance are still needed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of principal supervision, school culture, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance The method in this study is a causal survey method with path analysis techniques. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Cluster 1 of Periuk District, Tangerang City, totaling 139 teachers. With a sample of 103 teachers taken based on proportional random sampling, with path analysis techniques. The findings of this study reveal that principal supervision plays an important role in improving teacher performance. Effective supervision not only provides direction and control but also motivates teachers to carry out their tasks more responsibly and professionally. Likewise, school culture is shown to have a significant positive influence on teacher performance, where a conducive and collaborative culture fosters discipline, responsibility, and innovation among teachers. In addition to its direct impact on performance, principal supervision also has a strong effect on teacher work motivation, while school culture contributes positively to encouraging teachers to remain enthusiastic and committed in fulfilling their duties. Furthermore, teacher work motivation itself significantly enhances teacher performance, indicating that motivated teachers are more likely to achieve optimal results in the learning process. Another important finding is that principal supervision strongly shapes school culture, suggesting that leadership style and supervisory practices influence the values, norms, and habits that develop within the school environment. Collectively, these results highlight the interrelationship between supervision, school culture, and teacher motivation as key determinants of teacher performance improvement.

Abstract

kisah-kisah dalam Al-Qur'an merupakan pemberitaan Al-Qur’an tentang keadaan dan peristiwa-peristiwa yang telah terjadi pada umat dan para nabi terdahulu. Lebih dari itu, dalam kisah Al-Qur’an juga diungkapkan. tentang sesuatu yang sedang terjadi maupun yang akan terjadi. kisah-kisah dalam al-Qur’an tidak terlepas dari macam-macam, karakteristik, serta manfaat dan pengulangan ayat dalam kisah-kisah al-Qur’an. dan  tidak diragukan lagi dalam kisah-kisah alqur’an tersebut yang bukan hanya cerita belaka melainkan menjadi tauladan, pelajaran,  keimanan, dan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang tergandung didalamnya. hal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi tauladan dan pelajaran bagi umat manusia.

Abstract

This activity aims to enhance the capacity of students from the Islamic Community Development (PMI) Study Program at STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh in writing community service journals based on their micro and macro Field Practice Experience (PPL) reports. The background of this initiative lies in the students’ limited awareness and skills in transforming PPL reports into publishable scientific articles. The method employed in this program was the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, conducted through three main stages: problem identification, training and mentoring in journal writing, and evaluation of outcomes. The activity featured two resource persons: Ramli, M.Ag (PMI Lecturer), and Sumardi Efendi, M.Ag (Islamic Criminal Law Lecturer), who have collaboratively published 24 community service journals with students since 2022. The results show that students gained a deeper understanding of the structure, writing techniques, and ethical aspects of scientific publication. They were also encouraged to actively document their PPL activities in a systematic and scholarly manner. This initiative serves as a strategic effort to foster a scientific culture among PMI students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Modal dan Pengelolaan Keuangan erhadap Pendapatan UMKM di Desa Pematang Guntung Kecamatan Teluk Mengkudu Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden yang merupakan pelaku UMKM di daerah tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,020. Sebaliknya, pengelolaan keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,174. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,190 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 19% variasi pendapatan UMKM dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen, yaitu modal dan pengelolaan keuangan. Sisanya, sebesar 81%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia, yang mengedepankan pembelajaran berbasis proyek sebagai jawaban atas tantangan Kurikulum 2013, menempatkan guru sebagai penentu keberhasilan transisi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara spesifik persepsi guru SDI Al Ghaffaar terhadap transisi dari pembelajaran tematik Kurikulum 2013 ke pembelajaran berbasis proyek Kurikulum Merdeka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transisi pembelajaran tematik dalam Kurikulum 2013 ke pembelajaran proyek Kurikulum Merdeka mengubah persepsi guru terkait aspek-aspek pembelajaran. Pembelajaran berbasis proyek dipandang lebih efektif dalam memicu keaktifan belajar, menumbuhkan kemandirian, merangsang kreativitas, meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan memperkuat karakter siswa. Meskipun demikian, implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek menghadirkan sejumlah tantangan signifikan, termasuk kompleksitas persiapan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian pembelajaran berbasis proyek; kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi guru; adanya variasi individual siswa dalam kemampuan memecahkan masalah, tingkat motivasi, minat belajar, keterampilan kolaborasi serta potensi munculnya kebosanan dan kurang fokus; dan keterbatasan ketersediaan sumber daya pendukung pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya dukungan proaktif dari sekolah melalui pelatihan dan pembimbingan guru, serta penyediaan sumber daya secara berkala menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan transisi ini.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is a project-based learning method that encourages students to learn through exploration, collaboration and application of knowledge in completing real projects. The aim of this research is to find out how to develop the Project Based Learning method for Islamic religious education at SDIT MTA Kotabumi North Lampung. This method uses qualitative with a case study approach. Case studies consist of detailed studies, often data, collected from a particular period, phenomenon, and context, with the aim of providing an analysis of the context and process of the study's theoretical inquiry. The researcher collected data using the observation/observation method, the observation carried out by the researcher was a participant observer, which is a direct observation, which means that the researcher directly became a participant in the research. The object observed was the implementation of P5 learning activities as a characteristic of the independent curriculum carried out by students at SDIT MTA Kotabumi, namely 22 Class III students. The results of this research are the development of a Project Based Learning (PjBL) Model for PAI at SDIT MTA Kotabumi which provides a positive response from students in learning, most students are happy and enthusiastic in the learning process.

Abstract

Background: The incidence rate of HAIs (Healthcare-Assosiated Infection) is a benchmark for hospital services; if the HAI rate of a hospital is high, it can be interpreted that the quality of the hospital's services is poor. The spread of HAIs can occur even through non-invasive actions, such as physical contact between an infected patient and other patients or visitors, or with the hospital environment. The low level of compliance among healthcare workers in implementing hand hygiene can lead to an increase in the spread of HAIs in hospitals. Nursing students are personnel who often come into direct contact with patients, and the proper and correct implementation of hand hygiene is very important to reduce the spread of HAIs in hospitals. Objective: To determine how hand hygiene is applied among nursing profession students at Riau University. Methods: This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 128 respondents thats all are nursing profession students at Riau University using the total sampling method. Result: Out of 128 student respondents, the majority applied hand hygiene positively (56,25%). The application of hand hygiene at moment 1 was found to be 75,78% positive, at moment 2 it was 69,53% positive, at moment 3 it was 75% positive, at moment 4 it was 74,22% positive, at moment 5 it was 78,12% positive, and the application of hand hygiene using the 6-step hand hygiene method was found to be 71,87% positive. Conclusion: The nursing profession students at Universitas Riau have positively implemented hand hygiene. The application of hand hygiene among the nursing profession students at Universitas Riau is positive (56,25%) but still needs improvement. Keywords: hand hygiene, handwashing, nursing profession Abstrak Pendahuluan: Angka kejadian HAIs (Healthcare-Assosiated Infection) merupakan tolak ukur pelayanan rumah sakit, jika angka HAIs suatu rumah sakit itu tinggi, maka dapat diartikan pelayanan rumah sakit tersebut memiliki mutu yang buruk. Penyebaran HAIs dapat terjadi bahkan melalui tindakan non-invasif, yaitu dengan adanya kontak fisik antara pasien yang sedang terinfeksi dengan pasien lain atau pengunjung, ataupun dengan lingkungan rumah sakit. Tingkat kepatuhan petugas kesehatan yang masih rendah dalam penerapan hand hygiene dapat menyebabkan semakin tinggginya penyebaran HAIs di Rumah sakit. Mahasiswa profesi ners merupakan petugas yang sering berhadapan langsung dengan pasien, penerapan hand hygiene yang baik dan benar sangat penting untuk mengurangi angka penyeparan HAIs di rumah sakit. Tujuan: Mengetahui bagaimana penerapan hand hygiene pada mahasiswa profersi ners Universitas Riau. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 128 responden yang seluruhnya merupakan mahasiswa profesi ners Universitas Riau dengan metode sampling total sampling. Hasil: Dari 128 mahasiswa responden, didapatkan mayoritas responden menerapkan hand hygiene dengan positif (56,25%). Penerapan hand hygiene pada momen 1 didapatkan 75,78% positif, pada momen 2 didapatkan 69,53% positif, pada momen 3 didapatkan 75% positif, pada momen 4 didapatkan 74,22% positif, pada momen 5 78,12% positif, dan penerapan hand hygiene dengan menggunakan 6 langkah hand hygiene didpatkan 71,87% positif. Abstract

Gastritis is an inflammatory process of the gastric mucosa and submucosa that, if not treated immediately, can lead to very dangerous complications. Adolescents often do not pay attention to their health because they are busy with school activities. This makes adolescents vulnerable to gastritis symptoms. Symptoms of gastritis that often appear include burning in the stomach, decreased appetite, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, bloating, and frequent burping. Factors causing gastritis include diet, age, knowledge, medications, stress, and bacteria. Objective: identify factors associated with gastritis symptoms in adolescents. Method: This study used a descriptive correlation research design using a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all first-grade and second-grade students in high school; the sample used totaled 112 students, and the sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analyses. The form of univariate analysis in this study is in the form of distribution and percentage, while the bivariate analysis uses the Chi-square test. Results: The results showed that adolescents in high school who experienced gastritis symptoms were 48 respondents (42.9%). Correlation test between age and gastritis symptoms obtained p-value 0.000, gender with gastritis symptoms obtained p-value 0.022, diet with gastritis symptoms obtained p-value 0.032, stress with gastritis symptoms obtained p-value 0.003, consumption of NSAID drugs with gastritis symptoms obtained p-value 0.000, and smoking with gastritis symptoms obtained p-value 0.246. Conclusions: Factors associated with gastritis symptoms in adolescents in high school include age, gender, diet, stress, and consumption of NSAIDs. As for smoking, it was not associated with gastritis symptoms in adolescents in high school.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting dan menjadi perhatian yang sangat serius, karena pada tahap ini seluruh perkembangan anak berkembang dengan sangat pesat dan merupakan persiapan untuk memasuki pendidikan selanjutya. Salah satu perkembangan yang menjadi perhatian ialah Seni. Kemampuan seni anak usia dini merupakan salah satu yang dikembangkan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Untuk itu di perlukan peran pendidik dan orangtua agar perkembangan membaca dapat dikembangkan secara maksimal dan dilakukan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan anak.
