Abstract

The aim of new student recruitment management is to obtain superior students in accordance with the school's needs in educating and developing students. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research was carried out scientifically in research. This research is intended to look directly into the field regarding activities carried out scientifically. The source of information obtained comes from the actions of people who are observed or interviewed. Then the information is taken and collected one by one using language that is easy to understand and logistical. The guidelines given to new students are quite good. This is proven by the appreciation from the school principal to the committee and as the head of the madrasah he always monitors the committee's performance. The aim is to find out whether all the committees formed have written it well or not. There is a good recruitment management strategy by the committee, this can be seen from the use of digital platforms used by the committee to attract new students.

Abstract

Najmi Diyana Lathifah, with thesis title: "Teachers' Perceptions About the Competency of Administrative Staff at MTsN 2 Solok". In the Islamic education management department, Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty, Imam Bonjol State Islamic University, Padang. This research is motivated by the problem of school administration staff not respecting other people's opinions, giving rise to unfavorable assumptions related to employee performance, there are still many files that have piled up and are not neatly arranged, the educational qualifications and technical competence of school administration staff are still not in accordance with Permendiknas Number 24 of 2008, and there is no information regarding teacher perceptions regarding the performance of school administration at MTsN 2 Solok. The aim of this research is to measure the personality competence, social competence, technical competence of MTsN 2 Solok educational staff. To measure teachers' perceptions of the performance of administrative staff at MTsN 2 Solok. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach in the form of survey research. The population in this study were all MTsN 2 Solok teachers, totaling 66 teachers. With a questionnaire instrument that has 70 questions. Reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha formula. The results of the research show that the teacher's perception of the performance of school administration staff at MTsN 2 Solok, personality competency is in the quite good category at 53.03% (35 teachers). Teachers' perceptions regarding the performance of school administration staff at MTsN 2 Solok based on social competence are in the good category as many as 48 teachers or 72.73%. Teachers' perceptions regarding the performance of MTsN 2 Solok school administration staff based on technical competency are in the good category as many as 31 teachers or 46.96%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems related to library management at MTsN 3 Kota Pariaman which is still not optimal. This can be seen from the process of arranging the books not going well, so that there are several books that are not placed on the shelves according to the type of book and there are still books that are not arranged on the bookshelves, this happens because of the lack of space for bookshelves in the MTsN 3 library Pariaman City. Not only is the book collection lacking, the library facilities at MTsN 3 Kota Pariaman are not yet comfortable, and even the lending service is still manual. The aim of this research is to find out the aspects of library management. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing/verification (drawing conclusions). Research Results: Aspects of Library Management which are divided into five indicators, namely management of library material collections, inventory, maintenance of library collections, school library equipment and school library administration. First, management of library material collections, managers store collections of library materials using only two methods by purchasing it yourself from the shop with the funds provided, secondly with a gift/donation from class IX students who want to graduate in the form of one novel per student and also a donation from the book shop in the form of an Al-Qur'an. The second inventory activity carried out in the inventory is the examination of library materials, then grouping of collections is carried out by grouping them into fields of study. Then the tasting of library materials is directly provided in the form of stamps on the front and back pages of the book, in recording library materials a book inventory is provided. Third, in maintaining the library collection, cleaning books from dust is carried out every day, repairing damage to books by collecting library materials, arranging books on shelves by arranging books according to class and by subject. The four school library equipment does not have a reading table, there are not enough bookshelves, and there is no computer desk. The five lilibrary administrations record visitors, borrow and return books.

Abstract

One aspect that needs to be considered in the assessment of learning outcomes is the quality of the test by a stable reliability coefficient. This study aims to determine the trend of the stability of the reliability coefficient of the mathematics formative test based on the sample size and the ability of the test takers. The study was experimental in the form of a simulation, using a population of scores based on the answers of 403 test takers. The research sample was taken from the population of scores with 19 variations in sample sizes. Each sample size was repeated 31 times with the return technique; the reliability coefficient was calculated for each repetition and was used as the unit of analysis. In addition to the differences in sample sizes, the differences in the abilities of the test takers were also seen in two categories of high and low. Data were analyzed using exploratory-descriptive statistics and analysis of variance. Results showed as follows: first, the formative test of mathematics that was developed by the teacher at school has a reliability coefficient in the inadequate category; second, the reliability coefficient of the test tends to be more stable with increasing sample sizes; third, the difference in the ability of the test takers does not make a significant difference to the reliability coefficient; fourth, there is no interaction between sample sizes and abilities of the test takers on the reliability coefficient of the test.

Abstract

Research aims to find out how avalid and effective environment-based teaching material is designed. This research is a research method of research&Development (R&D). To develop the product, this research follows the design of 4-D developmentmodel that includes four phases: Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. The trial subjects were 18 students in class IV SDIT Al-Bashirah city Palopo. The results of the validity of the design teaching book are obtained by the value 4.18 with valid categories. The effectiveness of teaching materials is analyzed based onthe results of student study test and studen response after testing conducted. Theresults of  the test analysis obtained anaverage of 79.16 good categories with a percentage of 89%. While the results of the student responses poll analysis obtained 81.29% of students respond positively to teaching materials. The analysis was concluded that the neighbourhood-based teaching book wasincluded in the criteria for the validity and effectiveness of the teaching materials.

Abstract

Dalam dunia robotik, telah banyak dibuat bermacam robot yang  berguna  untuk  mempermudah  pekerjaan  manusia. Manusia menggunakan teknologi untuk menunjang kinerja dan kebutuhan. Rancang bangun aplikasi robot pemotong rumput secara otomatis berbasis android audio menggunakan metode Proportional Integral Derivative Controller (PID). Tujuan dari penggunaan metode PID untuk mengontrol kecepatan pada robot otomatis mempermudah dalam melakukan pekerjaan pemotongan rumput ketika pengguna memiliki banyak kendala atau kesibukan untuk merawat halaman taman dan lapangan sepak bola, pengguna bisa menggunakan robot pemotong rumput dengan mode otomatis bergerak dengan secara acak ketika sensor mendeteksi adanya halangan atau dinding pada tepi lapangan, maka robot berhenti kemudian putar balik arah untuk memotong bagian sebelahnya dan pengguna tidak memiliki kesibukan dengan santai pengguna bisa mengontrol arah pergerakan robot menggunakan aplikasi remot kontrol pada android. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa robot didapatkan nilai kontrol PID normal pada robot pemotong rumput otomatis adalah Kp = 5, Ki = 1, Kd = 10, dengan persentase keberhasilan sebesar 80% dari 10 kali pengujian, ketika menggunakan manual hasil persentase keberhasilan sebesar 85% dari 10 kali pengujian, dan keakuratan sensor dari rata-rata keseluruhan kesalahan relatif yang didapatkan bernilai 4,31.Kata kunci; Robot pemotong rumput, Android, Audio, PID controller

Abstract

Scientific literacy is seen not only as an important component of science education, but also as an ethical/moral competency. Science education plays an important role in creating responsible citizens, in this case scientific literacy is needed in making social-scientific decisions. Currently, the concept of scientific literacy has become a learning goal in educational curricula in various countries. Scientific literacy emphasizes students' ability to analyze, predict, and apply scientific concepts in everyday life. Likewise with students in South Konawe district at junior high school level, the majority of whose scientific literacy skills are classified as poor. The aim of this research is to determine the scientific literacy abilities of junior high school students using the Nature of Science Literacy Test (NOSLiT) method in South Konawe Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique in this research used a simple random sampling technique. The results of this research show that the scientific literacy abilities of South Konawe Middle School students based on the NOSLiT instrument in class IX are still in the low category while for class VII and class VIII they are classified as very low. This can be seen from the overall average NOSLiT scores for all grade levels, namely 37%, 39.4% and 45.5%, respectively. Then, after calculating it as a whole, it was obtained that the average percentage of scientific literacy abilities of South Konawe Middle School students was in the low category, namely 40.8%. The scientific literacy achievement for the NOSLiT indicator of South Konawe Middle School students at all grade levels obtained the highest percentage of achievement in the aspect of scientific naming, followed by the aspect of scientific misconceptions, and process skills ability and the lowest percentage of achievement was in the aspect of scientific postulates. The highest achievement for all NOSLiT indicators in general was obtained by class IX, then followed by class VIII and class VII. The achievement percentage obtained by class IX for indicators of scientific naming, process skill abilities and main misconceptions reached 50% and was above 50% but still This percentage is still in the low category.

Abstract

Balita adalah anak yang berumur 0-59 bulan, pada masa ini ditandai dengan proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat pesat disertai dengan perubahan yang memerlukan zat-zat gizi yang jumlahnya lebih banyak dengan kualitas tinggi. Stunting merupakanh keadaan tubuh yang kurang normal, atau tubuh yang kurang tinggi /pendek terhadap usianya. Yang di dasarkan pada indeks panjang badan menurut umur (PB/U) atau tinggi badan menurut umur (TB/U). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 12-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lawawoi Kabupaten Sidrap. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional studi. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 30 responden dengan teknik penarikan sampel Purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi square Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kejadian stunting dengan nilai p = 0,02 (p<α=0,05) pada balita usia 12-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lawawoi Kabupaten Sidrap.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan tindakan yang dilakukan guru di kelas yang menyesuaikan proses pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan setiap siswa, sehingga kebutuhan setiap anak dapat terpenuhi secara menyeluruh, karena pembelajaran dikaitkan dengan minat, profil belajar dan kesiapan siswa sehingga tercapai peningkatan kreativitas belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terjadi peningkatan kreativitas dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada pembelajaran PAI setelah penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SMAN 4 Wajo serta langkah-langkah penerapan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif fenomenologi yang data-datanya diperolah melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. ditemukan seperti data tulisan, lisan dari informan serta observasi dari prilaku-prilaku yang diamati, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; terdapat peningkatan kreativitas pada siswa, saat belajar pendidikan agama Islam setelah diterapkannya strategi pembelajaran berdiferensias, karena terbukti siswa memiliki kemampuan berfikir kritis, memiliki kepekaan emosi, berbakat dan daya imajinasinya tinggi Adapun langkah-langkah yang digunakan yaitu, 1) mendefinisikan tujuan pembelajaran dengan jelas, 2)memenuhi kebutuhan murid dengan melakukan pemataan kebutuhan murid sebelum membuat RPP, 3)menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mengundang siswa untuk belajar, 4)manajemen kelas yang efektif, 5)penilaian dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

Uji Sertifikasi Kompetensi Teknisi Akuntansi bertujuan untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi siswa pada level tertentu sesuai kompetensi keahlian yang ditempuh selama masa pembelajaran di SMK. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mempersiapkan siswa SMK menempuh uji sertifikasi untuk mendapatkan pengakuan kompetensi, dengan memberikan pelatihan melalui bimbingan teknis dengan latihan dan variasi soal. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat adalah siswa SMK yang berdomisili di wilayah Jakarta, Bekasi, Bogor, Tangerang, Rangkasbitung dan Karawang. Diharapkan mahasiswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dapat memahami konsep dasar akuntansi, prinsip akuntansi, persamaan akuntansi dan mampu Menyusun laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK ETAP. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi pengetahuan teoritis dan praktis.
