Abstract

The development of information technology encourages business actors, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), to utilize information systems to improve operational efficiency and customer relationship management. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy used to manage interactions with customers in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. However, many MSMEs still record customer data and sales transactions manually, resulting in less effective data management processes. UD Sri Tani is a business engaged in the sale of agricultural products that still manages customer data, product inventory, and sales transactions manually. This condition causes difficulties in monitoring customer relationships and developing effective sales strategies. Therefore, this study aims to implement a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve customer management and support sales strategies. The research method used includes system requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to 39 respondents consisting of customers and business managers. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operate according to user requirements. The results of the study indicate that the developed CRM system is capable of integrating customer data, product data, and sales transactions in a centralized manner. Based on 15 testing scenarios, all system functions showed a 100% success rate, indicating that the system operates properly according to user needs. The implementation of this system helps business owners manage customer relationships more effectively and supports the improvement of agricultural product sales strategies at UD Sri Tani.

Abstract

Innovative learning is an important approach inimproving the quality of teaching and learning processes in elementary schools. Teachers are required to create creative, active, and student-centered learning in order to develop students’ critical thinking and 21st- century skills. However, in practice, there are still various challenges faced by teachers in implementing innovative learning in the classroom. This study aims to analyze the realities and challenges faceed by elementary school teachers in implementing innovative learning. The method used in this study is a library research findings. The results of the study show that several major challenges faced by teachers include limited pedagogical competence, inadequate learning facilities and infrastucture, high administrative workload, differences in students characteristics and abilities, and the demands of curriculum changes. Therefore, various efforts are needed, such as improving teacher compotence, providing adequate learning facilities, and strengthening educational policies to support the implementation of innovative learning effectively in elementary schools.

Abstract

Amidst increasingly massive technological disruption, the challenges of moral degradation and character crisis have become a major urgency in Islamic education. This study aims to test and analyze the effectiveness of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) strategy in transforming Islamic character values ​​in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in the digital-era Madrasah (Islamic school) environment. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study examines how integrating the realities of students’ digital lives into PAI materials can create a more meaningful learning experience (meaningful learning). The results show that the CTL strategy not only bridges the gap between religious theory and daily practice but also significantly increases student engagement. Through PAI materials in the context of digital ethics, students demonstrated character strengthening in the aspects of honesty, responsibility, and social media etiquette. These findings confirm that an adaptive CTL strategy is an effective pedagogical solution for fortifying Madrasah students’ character against the negative impacts of the flow of information, while simultaneously producing a generation of “Digital Muslims” with high integrity.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is intended to reach every student, including children with intellectual disabilities (tunagrahita). In practice, however, specialized PAI teaching materials for these children are virtually nonexistent. Teachers still rely on textbooks designed for typically developing students or create their own modules without using appropriate methods, directly contradicting National Education Law No. 20 of 2003, Article 5 Paragraph 2, which mandates special education for citizens with physical, emotional, mental, intellectual, or social disabilities. Previous studies on PAI for children with special needs have only described conventional planning and evaluation without developing tailored approaches. This study aims to develop ABA-based PAI teaching materials for children with intellectual disabilities. It employs a literature review method by systematically collecting, reading, recording, and analyzing journals, books, and documents on teaching materials and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).The findings demonstrate that ABA-based PAI materials are critically needed. ABA, originally developed for autism, has proven highly effective for other disorders such as ADHD and Asperger’s syndrome, as well as for typically developing children. For tunagrahita students facing significant intellectual and adaptive limitations, this approach systematically shapes specific behaviors into socially acceptable ones and optimally supports PAI competency mastery. In conclusion, ABA-based PAI teaching materials represent a vital innovation that fulfills the national legal mandate for meaningful and inclusive Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trends and development of research on environmental education in early childhood from 2000 to 2025 using a bibliometric approach. Data were obtained from the Scopus database, with approximately 293 documents that met the inclusion criteria. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny to identify publication trends, journal distribution, authors, affiliations, countries, and keyword networks. The results indicate a significant increase in publications, particularly after 2020. Sustainability (Switzerland) emerged as the leading publication source, while authors and institutions were distributed globally, with a dominance of United States and Australia. Subject area analysis revealed that Social Sciences and Psychology were the most dominant fields, whereas the contribution of Environmental Science remained relatively limited. Keyword visualization showed that environmental education is the central theme, evolving toward environmental literacy and sustainable development. These findings suggest that research on environmental education in early childhood is increasingly oriented toward sustainability and environmental literacy, although deeper integration of ecological approaches is still needed. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the research landscape and serves as a reference for future studies.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren dan perkembangan penelitian pendidikan lingkungan pada anak usia dini dalam rentang waktu 2000–2025 menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dengan total 126 dokumen yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan perangkat VOSviewer dan Biblioshiny untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, distribusi jurnal, penulis, afiliasi, negara, serta jaringan kata kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi mengalami peningkatan signifikan terutama setelah tahun 2020. Jurnal Sustainability (Switzerland) menjadi sumber publikasi utama, sementara penulis dan institusi berasal dari berbagai negara dengan dominasi United States dan Australia. Analisis bidang ilmu menunjukkan dominasi Social Sciences dan Psychology, sedangkan kontribusi Environmental Science masih terbatas. Visualisasi kata kunci menunjukkan bahwa environmental education menjadi tema utama yang berkembang menuju konsep environmental literacy dan sustainable development. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penelitian pendidikan lingkungan pada anak usia dini semakin berkembang ke arah penguatan literasi lingkungan dan keberlanjutan, namun masih memerlukan integrasi pendekatan ekologi yang lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai perkembangan literatur serta menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between the Arabic language and the local culture of the Madurese community in the context of the rokat tradition in Pao Taber Hamlet, Jelbudan Village, Dasuk District, Sumenep Regency. Rokat is a traditional ritual that serves as a means of seeking safety, protection, and well-being. Alongside the development of Islamic teachings, this tradition has undergone a process of Islamization through the integration of religious elements such as the recitation of prayers, verses from the Qur'an, and shalawat, all delivered in Arabic. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, collecting data through in-depth interviews with five informants and literature review. The findings demonstrate that Arabic in the rokat ritual functions not merely as a liturgical language but as a symbolic marker of Islamic religiosity, sacred authority, and collective identity. More importantly, this study reveals that Arabic operates as a mechanism of cultural negotiation, mediating the integration of Islamic values with residual Hindu-Buddhist elements embedded in local tradition. Unlike previous studies that tend to describe the rokat ritual from a general anthropological or cultural perspective, this research highlights the central role of language as a strategic instrument in constructing and legitimizing the socio-religious identity of the Jelbudan community. Thus, the rokat tradition represents not only a form of cultural continuity but also a dynamic process of identity formation shaped through linguistic symbolism.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah membawa perubahan yang sangat signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, terutama di sektor pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai peran, manfaat, serta dampak penggunaan TIK sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap proses belajar peserta didik di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kepustakaan (library research), yang melibatkan analisis sistematis terhadap berbagai literatur ilmiah, jurnal penelitian, dan artikel akademik yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa TIK memainkan peran krusial sebagai media pendidikan modern yang mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Teknologi ini memperluas akses informasi melampaui batasan ruang kelas, memungkinkan materi disajikan secara visual melalui animasi dan simulasi, serta mendorong terciptanya proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, fleksibel, dan berpusat pada siswa. Selain itu, pemanfaatan TIK memberikan manfaat nyata berupa peningkatan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar, serta memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 seperti berpikir kritis dan kolaborasi daring. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan serius, termasuk risiko ketergantungan teknologi, gangguan konsentrasi akibat konten non-edukatif, serta adanya kesenjangan digital (digital divide) yang dipicu oleh keterbatasan infrastruktur. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara peningkatan literasi digital dan pemanfaatan teknologi yang bijak agar dapat mendukung terciptanya ekosistem pendidikan yang efektif, inklusif, dan berkualitas tinggi bagi seluruh peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pembatalan haji di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Jakarta Timur. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun SOP telah diterapkan, masih terdapat kendala dalam integrasi sistem, pelatihan SDM, dan prosedur manual. Penerapan verifikasi digital serta pendekatan dakwah dalam pelayanan meningkatkan kualitas layanan.

Abstract

A common problem in inventory planning is the uncertainty of demand. One technique for determining the demand approximation value is the fractal interpolation. The aim of this study is to develop a fractal interpolation technique using a Fractal Interpolated Function constructed by the affine function that forms the Box Fractal shape. The developed method is applied to interpolate rice demand data based on prices at a rice milling factory. Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) is used to measure the accuracy of the interpolation results. For the n^{th} iteration, the number of boxes formed is 5^n, and the number of pairs of points is 4×5^n. Based on the rice demand data from one of the factories, the best MAPE was obtained at the $6^{th}$ iteration, with a value of 16.319%, which falls into the good category. Based on the data used, the affine function forming the Box Fractal as a Fractal Interpolated Function can be applied in fractal interpolation techniques.

Abstract

This research focuses on the "Jejak Aspirasi" program initiated by the alumni of SMI Addimyati as an innovation to strengthen the moral character (akhlak) of adolescents through the habituation of Qur’anic language. The primary objective of this study is to gain an in-depth understanding of how SMI Addimyati alumni design, implement, and evaluate the "Jejak Aspirasi" program in internalizing Qur’anic language as a foundation for noble character building among teenagers. The research method employed is qualitative with a field study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with alumni board members and program participants, direct observation of activities, and documentation. The results indicate that this program not only successfully enhances adolescents' skills in applying Qur’anic language in daily communication but also fosters religious attitudes, discipline, responsibility, and social concern. The presence of alumni as mentors and role models has a significant impact on participant motivation. Furthermore, this study finds that the success of "Jejak Aspirasi" lies in the synergy between alumni, the school, and the adolescents themselves, creating a conducive environment for the internalization of Qur’anic values. This program can serve as an alumni-based moral development model that is relevant and applicable in various Islamic educational institutions. Thus, "Jejak Aspirasi" proves that alumni contributions extend beyond the academic realm and play a strategic role in strengthening adolescent character to remain steadfast in following the Al-Qur’an as a guide for life.
