Kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mencapai hasil pendidikan yang bermutu baik, berorientasi pada kebutuhan dan perkembangan zaman menjadi tujuan pendidikan secara efektif, efesien, produktif dan akuntabel, akan tetapi kenyataan dilapangan masih banyak guru-guru yang belum mampu mengusai teknologi dalam membantu proses pembelajaran pada era digitalisasi ini, sehingga hal ini mengakibatkan adanya kendala dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan disekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat upaya-upaya manajemen kepemimpinan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatan kompetensi guru pada era revolusi 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah beberapa sekolah yang berada di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Data yang diperoleh melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan survei. Analisis data bersifat induktif dengan hasil penelitian lebih menekankan makna. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa guru yang memiliki kompetensi pada bidang TIK masih dalam kategori cukup atau diartikan sangat rendah yaitu dengan perolehan 58,25% artinya hanya sebagian guru saja di wilayah pesisir selatan yang memiliki kemampuan dalam menguasai TIK untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran disekolah, angka ini berbading sangat rendah dengan jumlah peserta didik yang mampu menguasai teknologi dibandingkan dengan dapat menggunakan internet mencapai 77.42 % dengan penilaian TPR 78,33% pada kategori baik. Implikasi penelitian ini diharapkan manajemen kepemimpinan kepada sekolah pada era revolusi 4.0 yang secara khusus dilakukan pada daerah Pesisir Selatan memiliki peranan yang sangat diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan disekolah peranan.

Learning outcomes of Diploma 3 students of Mechanical Engineering in the Energy Conversion Engineering course seem not optimal, it estimated that the learning outcomes were not optimal due to the inaccurate use of learning media in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to produce a valid adobe flash based learning media.This research was Research and Development (R&D) method with ADDIE model. The research subjects were students of the Diploma 3 Mechanical Engineering who took Energy Conversion Engineering courses. Data collect in the form of questionnaire sheets and primary data were obtained from lecturers and students. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique by describing validity of adobe flash based learning media. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the validity of adobe flash based learning media, declared valid on the Content aspect with score 0,85 and the Display aspect with score 0,91. Based on the findings of this study it was concluded that the adobe flash based learning media was valid as a learning media in the Energy Conversion Machine course.

Utilization of E-Learning-Based ICT Learning Using the Google Classroom Application During the COVID-19 Pandemic Ali, Muttaqin Kholis; Maksum, Hasan

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes to the learning process, from face-to-face at school to online distance learning called e-learning. The research objective is to describe the implementation of e-learning-based ICT learning using the Google Classroom application during the Covid-19 pandemic in public high schools. The research used a qualitative approach and was conducted on class X MIA students. 1. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation study. Data analysis was carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the use of the google classroom application made the ICT learning process easier during the covid-19 period. The advantages of the google classroom application as a learning medium are: (1) it has flexibility in terms of time and place; (2) the application is easy to understand and operate; (3) The use of applications is effective and efficient; (4) the learning evaluation process is more accurate. This research concludes that the google classroom application facilitates the ICT learning process during the covid-19 period.

The Contribution of Learning Resources and Parent's Attention to Learning Outcomes Ananda, Oki Surya; Maksum, Hasan

Low student learning outcomes in digital communication simulation subjects, so that learning resources and parents' attention are needed to be more enthusiastic and active in learning. This study aims to analyze the contribution of mastery of learning resources and parents' attention to learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The study population was 340 students. This study's sample was 72 students with a sampling technique of 25% of the total population. The data collection method used is by giving a questionnaire. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that learning resources and parents' attention contributed together to learning outcomes by 43.6%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the learning resources and parents' attention simultaneously contribute to learning outcomes. This research implies that learning resources and parents' attention can motivate students to be more enthusiastic and active in learning.

The Development of Interactive Multimedia Learning in Information and Communication Technology Subjects Syahputra, Frandrio; Maksum, Hasan

Learning media is an important learning component. Therefore, teachers must able to develop instructional media that can improve student abilities. One of the learning media that supports these goals was interactive multimedia. This study aimed to develop valid, practical, and effective interactive multimedia learning on Information and Communication Technology subjects. This research was research and development. The development model used was a 4-D model, which consists of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating stages. The defined stage was carried out with curriculum analysis, material analysis, and student analysis. The design stage was carried out by designing the learning media. At the development stage, validity tests were carried out through validation sheets of learning media, practicality tests through media application observation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, effectiveness tests obtained from the knowledge competency assessment. The disseminated stage was carried out by spreading the device. The analysis results showed that the Interactive learning media in Information and Communication Technology subjects have been tested and got a valid score (89.25%), according to the teacher's response (90.23%) in very practical category, students’ response (90.09%). The response was in the very practical category. With this score, interactive multimedia is categorized as practical and effective learning media.

Positive Contribution of Creativity and Independence to Student Learning Outcomes in Digital Communication Simulation Suryani, Irma; Maksum, Hasan

This study aims to measure and analyze the contribution of creativity and independence to student learning outcomes in the tenth-grade digital communication simulation subject in the Department of Tourism. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of this research is 287 people. Sampling in this study was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique. Samples were taken randomly, as much as 20% of the total population. So that 57 respondents were obtained as a sample. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study used simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The results showed the regression equation, Y = 20,211+0,274X1+0,292X2. The data analysis result also showed that learning creativity contributed to learning outcomes by 32.4%. Learning independence contributed to learning outcomes by 42.7%, and learning creativity and learning independence contributed to learning outcomes by 49.5%. Based on these results, learning creativity and learning independence contribute to student learning outcomes in the tenth-grade digital communication simulation subject of the Tourism Department.

Improving Student Activity and Learning Outcomes by Applying the Jigsaw Type Learning Model in PPHP Skills Study Fricticarani, Ade; Maksum, Hasan

Rendahnya aktivitas belajar siswa membuat guru sering menemukan siswa kebingungan, siswa tidak mengerjakan tugas sesuai langkah kerja sistematis sehingga terburu-buru dalam melakukan praktikum agar tidak terlambat untuk pembelajaran selanjutnya. keadaan ini didukung dengan banyaknya siswa yang mendapat nilai di bawah KKM yaitu sebanyak 20, 53% dan jumlah siswa yang mendapat nilai di atas KKM sebanyak 79.45%. Keterbatasan ruang dan alat menyebabkan siswa harus belajar praktikum secara berkelompok, guru mengajar dengan metode ceramah sehingga peneliti berencana untuk merubah metode pengajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran tipe jigsaw. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas model kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap peningkatan keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI sebanyak 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi, lembar penilaian kinerja, tes essay, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Penerapan model jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar yang dibuktikan dengan rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai persentase 57,6% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90,9%; dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada pra siklus sebesar 67%, meningkat 18% menjadi 85% pada siklus I dan meningkat 15% menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Jadi, model Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI.

Based on the preliminary observations that have been done, it was found that the students' practice skills were still low in the area-based network technology subject. Based on the agreed value standard, the minimum score in productive subjects is 80, so the results of the students' practical capability show that it has not been fully achieved. This research is qualitative research with a correlational approach, which aims to reveal how much the practical facilities completeness and students' interest in learning to practical skills in the area-based network technology subject. The population of this study was students of class XI, which consisted of 34 students. At the same time, the sample was taken from a population of 25 students. The data was collected using a questionnaire, and the value of practice and the data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. Based on the data analysis, it was found that: completeness of practical facilities contributed 28% to practical skills, learning interest contributed 34.2% to practical capabilities, completeness of practical facilities and interest in learning together contributed 82.3% to the ability practice.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kontribusi kreativitas belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kreativitas siswa kelas X Jurusan Teknik Sepeda Motor di SMK Negeri 1 Kluet Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional. Subjek penelitiannya kelas X Teknik Sepeda Motor yang mengikuti pembelajaran Dasar Program Keahlian sebanyak 48 siswa. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpul data. Data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Penelitian tentang kontribusi kreativitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar yaitu: persentase kreativitas belajar 89%, persentase hasil belajar 77,56%. Kreativitas berkontribusi terhadap hasil belajar yaitu dengan rhitung 0,024 pada taraf signifikan 5%. This study discusses the contribution of learning creativity to student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the level of creativity of class X students of the Motorcycle Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 1 Klue Selatant. This type of research is correlational research. The research subjects were class X Motorcycle Engineering who participated in Basic Expertise Program learning as many as 48 students. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. Data were processed using Microsoft Excel. Research on the contribution of learning creativity to learning outcomes, namely: the percentage of learning creativity is 89%, the percentage of learning outcomes is 77.56%. Creativity contributes to learning outcomes with rcount 0.024 at a significant level of 5%.

This article discusses the application of the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) learning model and its impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of TEL in improving students' skills and understanding in vocational subjects. The method used was a quantitative research with an experimental design, involving two groups of students: one group using the TEL model and a control group applying traditional learning methods. Data was obtained through learning outcome tests, questionnaires, and observations. The results of the analysis showed that students who participated in learning with TEL had a significant improvement in learning outcomes compared to the control group. These findings indicate that the application of the TEL model can improve student motivation, engagement, and understanding, as well as provide recommendations for further integration of technology in the learning process. Thus, this research highlights the importance of innovation in learning methods to prepare students to face challenges in an increasingly digital world of work.
