Secara umum, pendidikan mempunyai fungsi untuk membentuk dan mengembangkan karakter bangsa. Sehingga setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan maka siswa diharapkan dapat berperan serta untuk menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertangung jawab. Salah satu dari mata pelajaran tersebut adalah pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan. Dalam aktivitas pembelajaran diperlukan adanya perkembangan gerak dasar motorik sehingga pembelajaran lebih aktif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian true experimental design, dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Pacarkembang 4. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini yaitu tes kemampuan Motorik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh penerapan permainan berburu binatang dan benteng-bentengan dalam gerak manipulatif siswa, dan gerak lokomotor terdapat pengaruh untuk penerapan permainan berburu binatang dan benteng-bentengan dalam pembelajaran PJOK.

Creativity, Unique and Activities of Teachers, Students and Lecturers in Lockdown Virus Corona / Covid 19 Amrozi Khamidi

Purpose: In the midst of the policy of Merdeka Belajar era Menteri Nadiem Makarim, we are died with the coronavirus outbreak (Covid-19). The policy in place is to study at home. It's been more than two weeks of schooling we've had off, but the learning process of teaching continues through activities at home. Teachers teach from their own homes, students study in their homes. Home learning can use self-learning models, online learning, ICT-assisted learning, or other forms. Design/methodology/approach: Our research uses a type of qualitative research that explores data according to the facts that occur in the field with data collection methods through interviews, observations and documentation to obtain the results of research that occurs in schools and campuses during the coronavirus lockdown/ covid 19 Findings: The online learning process has brought creativity to students, students and teachers and lecturers both through school work and community service activities in order to jointly find solutions to the prevention of coronavirus/covid 19 outbreaks. For example students make masks for themselves and donated to the community, some make their own hand wash soap at home and there are community service activities by making hand wash sinks. Research limitations/implications: This research is conducted in the early phase of pandemic. The condition may change at the end of pandemic. Practical implications: We propose that educational institutions should be able to uncover lockdown during the covid-19 pandemic wisely. Find the right solution to solve these online learning problems with creativity and thoughtful solutions. Originality/value: This paper is original. Paper type: Research paper

Purpose: This research aims to describe the character of environmental awareness of character education and finding model of the development of character strengthening. Design/methodology/approach: This method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection by in-depth interviews, surveys, observations, and documentation by observing the development of the character of environment. The data sources are principals, teachers, students, and parents. Efforts can be made by playing methods included in the curriculum for local content such as Ethics and Introduction to the Environment. The nature of concern for the environment will be increasingly imprinted if in addition to education at school while at home, parents of students also motivate, give advice and role models to care for the environment and will be more effective when collaborated formal and informal education. The data validity technique uses technique and source triangulation through data display, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. Finding: The results are 1) the development of the school curriculum includes self-development programs, integration in subjects, and school culture (school local content, living drug stores, parks, spaces and offices, inspiration to understudies, use of endowments and disciplines, and character advancement, caring , and Responsibility); 2) Input from stakeholders to strengthen environmental care character education for students; 3) The model of developing character of environmental care in vocational students. Research limitations/implications: Result of this research can be used as references to increase environmental caring through character education in vocational school Practical implications: The conclusion that Vocational Schools have implemented character education is the presence of strategies, ideas and nature-based learning, and the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Facing the new normal era of the Covid 19 outbreak, people are returning to activities like before the Covid 19 outbreak, amid the transmission of the Covid outbreak which is still quite high, all people are required to be able to maintain distance and transmission of firus covid 19 through dropled. For people who work in traditional market markets who are susceptible to contracting the Covid 19 virus, they need an anti-dropled board insulation tool so that dropled splashes are blocked. The goal is to find a solution to prevent the spread of the corona / Covid virus 19 Making anti-dropled boards for market traders to welcome the new normal 19 outbreak. The results of this PKM goal are according to the target, namely preventing the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to the new normal by maintaining vigilance against the transmission of covid, all caution must be done, especially traditional market traders, to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus through droplets, it is necessary to make special tools Virus prevention through these droplets is called a thick PVC plastic insulator / anti-dropled board combined with a lightweight iron frame so that communication between traders and buyers does not occur but is blocked by the tool.

Facing the new normal era of the Covid 19 outbreak, people are returning to activities like before the Covid 19 outbreak, amid the transmission of the Covid outbreak which is still quite high, all people are required to be able to keep their distance and transmission of firus covid 19 which is transmitted through dropled. Athletes who return to training must also maintain a healthy body, one of which is always maintaining immunity. Spices powder has been researched to increase immunity, so in this session the team is trying to make red ginger powder product and temu lawak ready to be brewed as a healthy drink to increase body immunity. This study uses a qualitative research type that digs up data in accordance with the facts that occur in the field with the method of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation to get the results of community service about making spices powder as an immune booster for athletic athletes. The results of this service obtained data before the implementation of this PKM, athletes and athletic trainers had already consumed ginger, turmeric and ginger wedang, what distinguishes the wedang they usually consume is ginger / turmeric / curcuma which is crushed / hit instead of powder as produced. This PKM. According to athletes and athletic trainers, the benefits of ginger / turmeric / ginger spices are to warm the body and increase appetite.

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk pengoptimalan fungsi Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) di sekolahan dasar sebagai bentuk kepedulian budaya sehat warga sekolah. Perlu sebuah tindakan di masa pandemi covid-19 saat ini yang menjadi bentuk keprihatinan dalam kesehatan pada semua warga sekolah khususnya para siswa-siswi dalam menjaga kesehatan pasca covid-19. Tentunya hal ini merupakan sebuah langkah awal yang kedepannya bisa menjadi sebuah budaya yang terus dilakukan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam pengoptimalan fungsi Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut; (1) Sosialisasi peran usaha kesehatan sekolah tingkat dasar; (2) Pembentukan kader tenaga medis tingkat sekolah dasar; (3) Pelatihan kader tenaga medis tingkat sekolah dasar; (4) Penyuluhan program kerja UKS di sekolah; (5) Pelatihan pembuatan administrasi sederhana. Hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat menunjukan bahwa. Pertama, masalah-masalah yang dihadapi guru terkait optimalisasi fungsi usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS) dalam meningkatkan budaya hidup sehat warga sekolah di SD Negeri 1 Slempit Kedamean Gresik adalah menyangkut perubahan paradigma terkait pentingnya fungsi UKS. Kedua, dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru terkait dengan pentingnya UKS diperlukan peningkatan SDM melalui kegiatan diklat dan non-diklat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pemahaman pengelola pendidikan terhadap penyusunan program rencana pengembangan sekolah berdasarkan hasil riset. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan (in job) dan pendampingan (on job) sejumlah 32 jam untuk Kepala Sekolah dan Tim Pengembangan Sekolah. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu kegiatan pelatihan berjalan lancar dan kondusif serta memberikan manfaat bagi mitra, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan hasil riset dalam penyusunan program rencana pengembangan sekolah. Mojokerto as a heritage area of the Majapahit kingdom has a diverse cultural heritage. Various Majapahit relics can be seen with the existence of Majapahit heritage temples in Mojokerto, there are Brahu Temples, Bajang Ratu, Rat Temples, Dentong Temples, Segaran Ponds. There is also a trowulan museum. In the field of arts and culture there are dance and music arts as well as crafts such as sculpting and metal crafts. In order to preserve all these cultures, it is considered necessary to include culture in the school curriculum both in subjects (local content) and extracurricular such as arts and culture and the existence of outing classes or learning outside the classroom to get to know the original culture of Mojokerto, the legacy of the Majapahit kingdom. PKM with the theme of Culture-Based Education Management Training in Mojokerto is expected to be able to contribute to the city of Mojokerto in terms of developing culture-based education. In this case, PKM activities are centered in Ir. Soekarno is small and the Wayang Museum which is part of the history and culture developed by the Mojokerto city government as a Center for Education and History Tourism. The output of this PKM activity in addition to the Workshop in Mojokerto, the results of this PKM will also be recorded as an ISBN book and scientific articles will be compiled to be published in the National PKM Journal. The technology transfer provided in this PKM is the development of the school curriculum in Mojokerto City by adopting a Culture-based curriculum. In its implementation, PKM from UNESA MP Masters invited art and culture teachers and elementary school crafts in Mojokerto City to provide strengthening of Culture-Based Education Management. In the future, this PKM can realize SD Purwotengah as a Cultural Heritage and Educational Tourism in Mojokerto City.

Abstract: The shift in working habits from home to returning to work in the office has resulted in significant changes that require readjustment. This study aims to analyze the competence of information and communication technology utilization and job enrichment/job enlargement on the performance of educators and education staff. This research uses the descriptive-correlational quantitative method. The approach in this research is made deductively. The data collection method used is primary data (directly). The instrument used is a questionnaire. The total population in this study were 114 respondents, while the sample was 95. The research sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are, first, ICT competence, job enrichment/job enlargement received by educators and education staff and the performance of educators and education personnel at the level of the ‘high’ category. Second, there is an influence of ICT utilization competence on the performance of educators and education personnel in the era of the new average education. Third, there is the effect of job enrichment/job enlargement (JE/JE) on the performance of educators and education staff in the era of the new average education. Fourth, there is a simultaneous influence of ICT utilization and job enrichment/job enlargement (JE/JE) competencies on the performance of educators and education personnel in the era of new typical education. Abstrak: Pergesaran kebiasaan kerja dari rumah menjadi kembali kerja di kantor menimbulkan perubahan yang cukup signifikan sehingga perlu adanya penyesuaian kembali. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kompetensi information and communication technology utilization dan job enrichment/job enlargement terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif-korelasional. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara deduktif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui data primer (secara langsung). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 114 responden, sedangkan sampel sejumlah 95 responden. Teknik sampling penelitian menggunakan proportional random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pertama, kompetensi ICT, job enrichment/job enlargement yang diterima oleh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan dan kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada tingkat kategori ‘tinggi’. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi ICT utilization terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada era new normal education. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh job enrichment/job enlargement (JE/JE) terhadap kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan pada era new normal education. Empowering school principals' leadership toward teachers is an indicator of behavior in improving the quality of education. This is the school principal's responsibility to foster and mobilize teaching human resources to improve the professionalism of their performance, including at SMPN 2 Piabung. This research aims to analyze the implementation of empowering school principals in developing professional teachers at SMPN 2 Piabung. The method in this study uses mixed methods research. Qualitative methods complement the use of quantitative methods. Data was collected through a questionnaire and participant observation. Statistical data analysis in the form of min, frequency, and mean for data presentation. Questionnaire data were analyzed using Software SPSS version 25.0, while qualitative data were analyzed by explanation. The results of the study show: (1) empowerment in the form of encouraging teachers to make effective use of school infrastructure, delegating tasks proportionally (task division), forming coordinators for academic development and extracurricular activities, and supervising the running of school programs and requesting reports on program implementation very high rating; (2) empowerment in the form of involving teachers in planning school programs, inviting teachers to develop knowledge, skills, and experience through training programs, carrying out responsibilities transparently and reporting every decision to get maximum results, and giving rewards (praise, encouragement, and feedback to the teacher) is at the moderate rating level.
