Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of Islamic Religious Counselors who have additional duties as Halal Product Process Assistants in halal applications. The qualitative method with a descriptive approach is the method used in this research. The results of this research show that Islamic Religious Counselors still need to be equipped with adequate digital literacy skills in order to face technological developments. The phenomenon occurs when Islamic Religious Counselors who serve as Halal Product Process Assistants carry out activities in the field turns out that there are still many snack business actors who do not know the registration procedures and other matters related to the obligation to register the snack food business products of these business actors

Abstract

Pasar Rawa Village has natural tourism potential that has not been managed optimally, one of which is mangrove ecotourism. Mangrove ecotourism is one of the efforts to conserve forest resources whose management positively impacts the environment and social economy of the community. This research aims to determine the right strategy for developing mangrove ecotourism in Pasar Rawa Village so that its management is sustainable. The research began by determining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of ecotourism development through direct observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and literature studies, then the development strategy was analyzed using SWOT analysis. The research results show that Pasar Rawa Village Mangrove Ecotourism is in quadrant I which supports aggressive growth policies and eleven ecotourism development plans refer to the regulations of the minister of tourism and the creative economy.

Abstract

This study was carried out to analyze errors made by eleventh grade students in transforming active voices into passive voices. Specifically, it was carried out to identify common errors and obtaining the causes of errors made by the students in transforming active voices into passive voices. The research used descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected through tests and interviews with an English teacher and a number of students. The data test was identified, classified, and analyzed by using Dulay’s surface strategy taxonomy and the causes of errors were analyzed by using Petter Hubbard’s theory. The research revealed two major findings, (1) the most common errors made by students was misformation, which was most frequently produced by the students with a total error of 247 or 52%. It is followed by an error in omission with a total error of 115or 24%. Misordering with 98 errors or 20%, and the lowest is addition with 19 errors or 4%, (2) Based on Petter Hubbard’s theory, mother-tongue interferences, overgeneralization, and error was encouraged by the learning materials and methods used causing those errors.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKompensasi sangat penting diberikan  kepada semua karyawan secara adil untuk memotivasi kinerja karyawan sehingga karyawan lebih produktif dalam bekerja sehingga dampak  terhadap perusahaan dapat mencapai pada sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pemberian kompensasi (variabel X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (variabel Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dan melakukan wawancara serta kuesioner/angket. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian operasional  PT Perma Plasindo Jakarta yang berjumlah 65 karyawan. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan koefisien korelasi Products momen (Korelasi Pearson) menunjukkan tingkat korelasi yang “kuat” dengan kekuatan sebesar 0,722. Uji Koefisien Determinasi 52,12% menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 52,12%, sedangkan 47,88% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Hasil uji thitung untuk kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan rumus thitung sebesar 8,28, jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel dari dk 63 dan taraf kepercayaan sebesar 0,05, sehingga thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel atau 8,28>1,6694, sehingga thitung berada di daerah penolakan Ho. Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga kompensasi (variabel X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (variabel Y). Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The tradition of Bulimau in the people of Lampung, especially in Marga Way Lima, Pesawaran Regency, is a ritual that has important cultural and spiritual values. Bulimau, which is usually carried out before the month of Ramadan, is a process of self-purification using water mixed with various types of flowers and lemons (oranges). This study aims to explore and analyze how the process of the belimau tradition and the values that exist in the Bulimau tradition in the context of the Lampung community in the Marga Way Lima. This research uses qualitative descriptive to gain a deep understanding of the practice and meaning of the tradition. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Bulimau tradition contains significant religious, social, and cultural values. Religious values are reflected in the main intention and purpose of balimau as a means of self-purification before entering the holy month of Ramadan. Social value can be seen from the involvement of all members of the community in the implementation of this tradition, which strengthens social bonds and a sense of togetherness. Meanwhile, cultural values are reflected in the use of traditional materials and hereditary practices that have been preserved from generation to generation. In addition, the belimau tradition also serves as a means of education for the younger generation about the importance of maintaining personal and environmental cleanliness, as well as introducing them to meaningful local wisdom. Thus, the belly tradition is not just a ritual, but also a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved and appreciated by the wider community. This research is expected to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the Bulimau tradition and encourage efforts to preserve it in the midst of modernization and globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the reading skills of grade 1 students at SD Negeri 9 Ambawang by focusing on aspects of pronunciation, intonation, volume, fluency in reading, and pauses. Considering the importance of reading aloud in the development of language skills. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze data from the results of the reading aloud test. The data collection technique uses a reading aloud test. The analysis was carried out descriptively on all the data obtained. The results showed that students' ability to read aloud varied, with the main obstacles being fluency, intonation, and pauses. Students still have difficulties in pronunciation and adequate voice volume. These findings emphasize the need for more interactive learning methods and consistent practice to improve students' reading aloud skills. Recommendations include improved learning methods, structured exercises, the use of learning media, phonetic reinforcement and intonation, and an individualized approach to students with difficulties. Through the implementation of these recommendations, it is hoped that students' reading skills can be significantly improved, supporting the development of their literacy and language skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh intervensi manajemen auditee dan time budget pressure terhadap kualitas audit dengan independensi sebagai variabel intervening dengan objek penelitian pada auditor internal. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari auditor Semen Tonasa Group yang bersedia menjadi responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan cara melakukan penelitian langsung dilapangan dengan memberikan kuesioner/lembar pernyataan kepada responden dan penarikan sampel menggunakan sensus dengan jumalah responden 31 auditor. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intervensi Manajemen Auditee berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kualitas Audit. Time Budget Pressure berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Audit. Intervensi Manajemen Auditee berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Independensi. Abstract

Swarm drones are drones that communicate witheach other, the more drones that communicate, the heavier thecommunication network, therefore the aim of this research is tobe able to make light communication between two drones usingthe Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) dataprotocol. This thesis uses NodeMCU tools. The protocol used isMQTT in the use of communication between drones. Because ofthe shortcomings of the HTTP protocol, the MQTT serverprotocol must be implemented to support the development of theIoT platform. MQTT is a lightweight and simple communicationprotocol. The plan outcome is that two drones will be able tocommunicate reliably utilizing the MQTT data protocol. Afterconducting the test, the results of testing network quality with QoSparameters are delay, jitter, packet loss, and throughput. Theaverage delay of MQTT QoS 0 is 0.103 s, MQTT QoS 1 is 0.111s, and HTTP is 0.124 s. HTTP and MQTT QoS 0 get 0% packetloss, while MQTT QoS 1 gets 0.1% packet loss. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess and evaluate the influence of work experience, autonomy, honesty, competence and audit ethics on the audit quality of the public accounting firm in Makassar city. This method of analysis used in the study is quantitative with primary data sources, which are data collected by administering questionnaires directly without intermediaries. Multiple linear regression analysis was used using the t-test to prove and evaluate this. There were 48 respondents to the number of samples in this report. The validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient determination test, t-test, and f test were used for data analysis. The conclusion of this analysis is that there is a positive and important influence of work experience on the consistency of audits. Freedom has a positive and powerful influence on the consistency of audits. Integrity has a positive and meaningful influence on the consistency of audits. Competence has a positive and important effect on the quality of the audit, and Auditor Ethics has a positive and important impact on the quality of the audit.
