Abstract

Over time, advances in science and technology are increasingly high but problems are increasing, and challenges are increasing. Likewise, formal, non-formal and informal education always has a weak point on every line. This condition requires educators and educational institutions to think even harder so as not to run over with the progress of the times. Collaboration between institutions and the education environment is absolutely necessary so that there will be no regrets later and children's education can be developed optimally. One way that can be done in early childhood education is to create a mature cooperation program and this program must be well designed. Keywords: Parenting, Early Childhood Education (PAUD)

Abstract

The writing of this article is motivated by the author's direct experience as the leader of the community service team at Padang State University, in various locations and places of service, including in the Sungai Buluh Timur community. The problems that have arisen so far are the low motivation of the community to participate in learning, especially regarding learning materials related to theory. This is seen from the arrival of those who are often late, lacking focus in learning, wanting to go home quickly. The author suspects, this happens because the community still does not feel that learning is carried out as a necessity. The purpose of this paper is in order to describe the nature of the needs and learning needs of adults, how adults learn, and also stated things that need to be done so that learning in society can be realized as a need. It is hoped that this paper can be used as input for practitioners engaged in community development, have awareness and insight in conducting learning activities so that the community is able to see their learning needs and at the same time be able to help the community to get out of the life problems they face. Keywords: Learning Motivations, Learning Needs

Abstract

Agriculture is part of national economic development which is based on efforts to create a prosperous, just and prosperous Indonesian society as mandated in the 1945 Constitution. To improve the economy in the agricultural sector, one thing that can be done is to form a Women's Farmers Group (KWT). The existence of KWT shows that women can also be active in agricultural activities and there is no difference from men. The method used in this research is descriptive which describes the research results but does not produce broader conclusions. Data collection techniques were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The object of research in this research is the Women's Farmers Group (KWT) which consists of 2 groups, namely KWT Tuah Sepakat which has 25 members and KWT Banjar Padang Sepakat which has 29 members. The existence of KWT in Batu Kambing provides real results, where farmers are able to manage their yards or yards into land for growing vegetables or secondary crops. Apart from that, it can help the family's economy because their farming results can be used for daily needs and can even be sold to other people.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the development of technological disruption in the current era of globalization have resulted in uncertainty and challenges, especially in the field of workforce recruitment. This condition requires readiness for career selection in the pre-employment age profile. Therefore, effective career guidance is increasingly needed. This study aimed to map the HAI (Hope-Action Inventory) profile of 82 high school students as the basis for career guidance and counseling service programs in high school. The method used in this research was a descriptive study of hope-action competencies assessment. The measurement of HAI competencies was important for effectively managing one's career development. This study found that 13% of students were still in the low expected action competence category. Several dimensions of competence measured showed a range of several dimensions of hope-action competence that were still undetermined, namely the dimensions of self-clarity (mean 2.98. SD 0.23), visioning (mean 3.11. SD 0.16), goal setting and planning (mean 3.06. SD 0.16). Some correlations among these dimensions (r = 0.187 to 0.661) suggest a hierarchy in the competency profile of action expectations that should be considered for developing programs career guidance and counseling service program that integrates the hope action theory. It is expected that programs career guidance and counseling that integrates the hope action theory will be more effective in enhancing career development.

Abstract

Candida tropicalis (C. tropicalis) has become an emergency pathogenic. The purple eggplant has secondary metabolites that are useful as antimicrobials. This study aimed to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Fungicidal Concentration (MFC) of purple eggplant ethyl acetate extract against C. tropicalis. This study is a true experimental in vitro that the treatment consisted of negative control, media control, extract with concentration range of 5-40 mg/mL, and solvent control (DMSO 10%). MIC was observed directly using the microbroth dilution method in a 96-well microplate. MFC test used the spread plate technique and was calculated by total plate count. The ethyl acetate extract of purple eggplant has the same MIC and MFC at 20 mg/mL. This concentration was able to provide 100% inhibition against C. tropicalis. The inhibition of fungal growth was increased according to additional doses of extract. Ethyl acetate extract of purple eggplant fruit has potency as antifungal against C. tropicalis. Keywords:          Candida tropicalis, purple eggplant, antifungal   Abstrak Candida tropicalis (C. tropicalis) telah ditetapkan sebagai emergency pathogenic.
