Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sopir terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan transportasi publik Jaklingko di Jakarta Utara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal dan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dari 98 responden yang terdiri atas sopir Jaklingko dan pelanggan layanan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda setelah seluruh asumsi klasik terpenuhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (β = 0,304; sig. = 0,015), sedangkan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang lebih dominan (β = 0,753; sig. = 0,000). Secara simultan, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,652, yang menunjukkan bahwa 65,2% variasi kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor internal sumber daya manusia, khususnya kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi sopir, memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan transportasi publik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis pada pengembangan kajian manajemen sumber daya manusia dan manajemen jasa dalam konteks transportasi publik perkotaan, serta secara praktis memberikan dasar bagi pengelola layanan transportasi untuk merumuskan kebijakan peningkatan kualitas layanan yang berorientasi pada penguatan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Background: Clinical competency assessment is a core component of nursing governance and professional development. In many Indonesian hospitals, competency evaluations remain predominantly paper-based, resulting in administrative inefficiencies and limited data traceability. The implementation of the SICAKEP (Sistem Informasi dan Pencatatan Keperawatan) digital application at RSUD Welas Asih, West Java, represents an important step toward modernizing assessment processes; however, assessors’ experiences during this transition have not been fully explored. Objective: This study aimed to explore the lived experiences of clinical nurse assessors in conducting manual and digital (SICAKEP-based) competency assessments in a provincial teaching hospital in West Java, Indonesia. Methods: A qualitative descriptive phenomenological design grounded in a constructivist paradigm was employed. Four certified clinical nurse assessors with experience in both manual and digital assessments were recruited using purposive and snowball sampling. Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews, brief observations, and document reviews between March and May 2025. Data analysis followed Colaizzi’s seven-step method, supported by reflexive journaling and member checking to enhance credibility. Results: Five themes emerged: adaptation to new assessment roles, multidimensional implementation barriers, constraints related to time and readiness, competency assessment as a driver of professionalism and quality, and transformation from manual to digital systems. Digital assessment improved efficiency and transparency but required stronger digital literacy and infrastructure support. Conclusion: Digital competency assessment represents a meaningful advancement in nursing governance, though sustained institutional support is essential to optimize its implementation

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of cooperative learning using the greeting and questioning technique in achieving students’ mastery of chemistry learning outcomes on the topic of chemical bonding. Methodology: The study employed classroom-based action research conducted in several instructional cycles. Data were collected using achievement tests, classroom observations, and documentation. Achievement tests were administered to measure students’ learning outcomes, while observations were used to monitor teacher performance and student engagement throughout the learning process. Documentation supported the collection of contextual data related to the school, teachers, and students. Data analysis focused on the percentage of students achieving mastery learning criteria across cycles. Main Findings: The results revealed a progressive improvement in students’ mastery learning across instructional cycles. Classical mastery increased from 42.5% prior to the intervention to 47.5% in Cycle I, 72.5% in Cycle II, and reached 87.5% in Cycle III. These findings indicate that cooperative learning with the greeting and questioning technique effectively enhanced students’ learning outcomes and enabled the achievement of classical mastery in chemical bonding material. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study provides empirical evidence on the effectiveness of a cooperative learning strategy integrating greeting and questioning activities in improving mastery learning in chemistry, particularly on abstract topics such as chemical bonding, thereby contributing practical insights to classroom-oriented chemistry instruction.

Abstract

The transformation of digital learning in Indonesia necessitates the pedagogically integrated use of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Portal Rumah Belajar is a national LMS developed by the government to support digital learning in alignment with the national curriculum. This study aims to systematically examine the utilization of Portal Rumah Belajar as an LMS in the context of formal education through a literature review approach. Data were collected from journal articles, books, research reports, and official documents published between 2015 and 2025 and analyzed using content analysis techniques. The primary referenes used onsist of 15 articlesthat intensively examine the Portal Rumah Beljar. The findings indicate that Portal Rumah Belajar has the potential to enhance access to digital learning resources, support self-directed learning, and facilitate interaction and learning assessment. However, its utilization has not been fully optimized due to limitations in teachers’ digital pedagogical competence and insufficient integration of the platform into instructional planning. Therefore, optimizing Portal Rumah Belajar requires strengthening pedagogical design, institutional support, and sustainable utilization of its features.

Abstract

Concerned by the erosion of civic values, this study investigates how Pancasila principles can be recontextualized and integrated into modern civic life among Indonesian youth. The research aimed to assess the understanding, perception, and practical application of these foundational principles by junior high school students. Employing a qualitative, narrative design, the study was conducted at SMP Negeri 10 Tangerang Selatan, involving 45 students across grades VII-IX. Data was collected over four months (August–November 2025) through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and analysis of student reflective journals. Findings indicate a gap between theory and practice: 78% of students showed strong theoretical comprehension, but only 52% effectively applied these values in practical civic behaviors. Key challenges included translating values into digital-age realities and applying the principles of Just and Civilized Humanity (social media ethics) and Democracy (school participation). The study concludes that successfully recontextualizing Pancasila requires innovative, experiential pedagogical approaches, peer mentoring, and technology-integrated civic education to bridge abstract principles with contemporary youth experiences.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia has diverse disaster potential based on its location and Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, recorded 31 disasters from January 1 to August 2023. The latest data for 2024 shows three tornadoes and 15 earthquakes. Adolescents are a vulnerable community when disasters occur. This situation must be anticipated by providing educational videos on tsunami mitigation. Purpose: To determine psychological preparedness of adolescents for disasters. Method: This research was quantitative, using a pre-experimental method with a one-group prctest-posttest approach. The population in this study was 81 adolescents aged 10-19 sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate methods using dependent t-tests. Results: The average knowledge of adolescents about tsunamis before being given educational digital video learming media was 8.3. The average knowledge of adolescents mean of 13.23. The results of data analysis indicate an effect of digital video leaning media on tsunamis on adolescents knowledge, with a mean of 4.700 and a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Conclusion: There is an effect of digital video learning media on adolescents knowledge in can provide health education about the dangers of tsunamis, through educational videos or animated disaster response simulation videos.   Keywords: Adolescents Knowledge; Digital Media Video; Psychological Preparedness; Tsunami.

Abstract

Rice is one of the crops that plays a significant role in maintaining food security and supporting Indonesia’s economy. As the staple food for the majority of the population, rice strongly influences the country’s social and economic conditions. Due to its crucial importance, accurate predictions of rice production are required to support more effective planning. This study aims to forecast rice production in West Lombok Regency using the least square method. The data utilized include harvested area and rice production from 2011 to 2022. The resulting prediction model is a second-degree polynomial function that represents the relationship between harvested area and total rice production. Based on the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) analysis, an error rate of 2.2391% was obtained, indicating that the model has a very high level of accuracy, as the error is below 10%. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for more precise planning to improve rice production in West Lombok Regency

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency remains a concerning social issue in Teluk Merbau Village, manifested in behaviors such as fighting, bullying, smoking, and substance use among adolescents. This study aims to examine the relationship between persuasive family communication and juvenile delinquency, the relationship between peer social interaction and juvenile delinquency, and the simultaneous association of both variables with juvenile delinquency. The research employed a quantitative correlational design involving 56 adolescents aged 10–19 years selected from a population of 186 adolescents using area cluster random sampling across three hamlets. Data were collected through structured questionnaires measuring persuasive family communication, peer social interaction, and juvenile delinquency, which were tested for validity and reliability. The results indicate that persuasive family communication is negatively associated with juvenile delinquency, while negative peer social interaction is positively associated with delinquent behavior. Simultaneously, both variables show a significant relationship with juvenile delinquency, explaining a substantial proportion of behavioral variation. These findings suggest that strengthening family communication and fostering positive peer environments are important considerations in adolescent delinquency prevention efforts.

Abstract

Background: Handwashing with soap is an essential part of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors, which plays a role in preventing infectious diseases in children. However, at the Pasir Gintung Health Post within the Simpur Community Health Center in Bandar Lampung, proper handwashing practices are still low, as are parents and cadres' limited knowledge regarding growth and development screening using the DPSQ and Denver II. Purpose: To increase knowledge regarding standard handwashing and improve cadres' ability to perform growth and development screening using the DPSQ and Denver II. Method: This community service activity was carried out on November 29, 2025 at the Pasir Gintung Health Post, the working area of ​​the Simpur Bandar Lampung Health Center. This activity was attended by 10 parents and their children and 3 health cadres. The activity used a media-based health education approach and practical supervision to improve the knowledge and skills of parents and health cadres regarding handwashing with soap behavior and child growth and development examinations using DPSQ and Denver II. The child growth and development examination instruments used DPSQ sheets, Denver II forms, and standard guidebooks. Evaluation of the activity was carried out using questionnaires to participants before the educational activity (pre-test) and after the educational activity (post-test) regarding the importance of handwashing with soap, important times for handwashing, and handwashing steps according to WHO standards, while evaluation for health cadres included supervision and observation of cadres in conducting child growth and development screening using DPSQ and Denver II regarding the importance of early detection and follow-up steps if there is suspicion of growth and development delays in children. Results: Data obtained on the level of knowledge of participants regarding handwashing stages before the educational activity showed that 3 participants (30.0%) were in the good category and 7 participants (70.0%) were in the poor category. After the educational activity, 9 participants (90.0%) were in the good category and 1 participant (10.0%) were in the poor category. Meanwhile, regarding the practical actions of participants in washing their hands correctly before the educational activity, 5 participants (50.0%) were in the good category and 5 participants (50.0%) were in the poor category. After the educational activity, 9 participants (90.0%) were in the good category and 1 participant (10.0%) was in the poor category. Conclusion: Health education activities using proposals, SAP, and leaflets, as well as direct demonstrations, were effective in increasing knowledge and skills in implementing proper handwashing with soap according to standards. Increased community knowledge and cadre skills contribute to changes in community behavior towards healthy living and early detection as an effort to prevent the causes of child development problems. Suggestion: It is hoped that the handwashing health education program, along with supervision of DPSQ examinations and child development, can be implemented sustainably and integrated with maternal and child health service programs. Health workers are expected to continue improving their competencies through regular training on effective health education techniques and the appropriate and consistent use of DPSQ instruments. Namun, di Poskeskel Pasir Gintung wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpur Bandar Lampung, masih ditemukan rendahnya praktik cuci tangan yang benar serta keterbatasan pengetahuan orang tua dan kader mengenai pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang menggunakan KPSP dan Denver II. Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai cuci tangan sesuai standar dan peningkatan kemampuan kader dalam melakukan deteksi tumbuh kembang melalui pemeriksaan KPSP dan Denver II. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 November 2025 di Poskeskel Pasir Gintung, wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simpur Bandar Lampung. Kegiatan ini diikuti 10 orang tua beserta anaknya dan 3 orang kader kesehatan. Kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi kesehatan berbasis media dan supervisi praktik untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan orang tua dan kader kesehatan terkait perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun serta pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak menggunakan KPSP dan Denver II. Instrumen pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak menggunakan lembar KPSP, form Denver II, dan buku panduan standar. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada peserta sebelum kegiatan edukasi (pre-test) dan sesudah kegiatan edukasi (post-test) mengenai pentingnya cuci tangan pakai sabun, waktu-waktu penting untuk cuci tangan, serta langkah-langkah mencuci tangan sesuai standar WHO, sedangkan evaluasi untuk kader kesehatan berupa supervisi dan observasi pada kader dalam melakukan skrining pemeriksaan tumbuh kembang anak dengan menggunakan KPSP dan Denver II mengenai pentingnya deteksi dini dan langkah tindak lanjut jika ditemukan kecurigaan keterlambatan tumbuh kembang pada anak. Hasil: Mendapatkan data tingkat pengetahuan peserta tentang tahapan cuci tangan sebelum kegiatan edukasi sebanyak 3 orang (30.0%) dalam kategori baik dan dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 7 orang (70.0%), sedangkan sesudah kegiatan edukasi menjadi dalam kategori baik sebanyak 9 orang (90.0%) dan dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 1 orang (10.0%). Sementara itu, untuk tindakan praktik peserta dalam melakukan cuci tangan dengan benar sebelum kegiatan edukasi yang dalam kategori baik sebanyak 5 orang (50.0%) dan dalam kategori kurang sebanyak 5 orang (50.0%), sedangkan sesudah kegiatan edukasi menjadi dalam kategori baik sebanyak 9 orang (90.0%) dan dalam kategori kurang 1 orang (10.0%). Simpulan: Kegiatan edukasi kesehatan dengan menggunakan media proposal, SAP, dan leaflet, serta praktik langsung demonstrasi, efektif mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun yang benar sesuai standar. Meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan keterampilan kader memberikan kontribusi terhadap perubahan perilaku masyarakat untuk hidup sehat dan deteksi dini sebagai upaya pencegahan penyebab masalah tumbuh kembang anak. Saran: Diharapkan, program pendidikan kesehatan cuci tangan serta supervisi pemeriksaan KPSP dan perkembangan anak dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dan terintegrasi dengan program pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Tenaga kesehatan diharapkan terus meningkatkan kompetensi melalui pelatihan rutin terkait teknik edukasi kesehatan yang efektif serta penggunaan instrumen KPSP secara tepat dan konsisten.

Abstract

Background: HIV/AIDS remains a public health problem, including among mothers and children. Mother-to-child transmission of HIV can occur during pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding, especially if the mother does not know her HIV status early. Purpose: To increase mothers' knowledge and awareness regarding early detection of HIV/AIDS as an effort to prevent HIV transmission in children. Method: This activity was held on November 14, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. WIB at the Cempaka Putih Bumi Waras Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Bandar Lampung. Twenty-five mothers living near the Posyandu participated as respondents, and health workers served as facilitators and resource persons. This community service activity used a promotive and preventive approach. The target group was mothers in the community, who play a crucial role in preventing mother-to-child HIV transmission. The material was delivered through an interactive lecture, covering the definition of HIV/AIDS, modes of HIV transmission, the risks of mother-to-child HIV transmission, the importance of early HIV detection, and efforts to prevent HIV transmission in children. To enhance participant understanding, the activity continued with a discussion and question-and-answer session, allowing mothers to ask questions and obtain clarification on the material presented. The activity was evaluated qualitatively through observations of participant participation and enthusiasm during the session, as well as direct feedback from participants after the education. This evaluation aimed to assess the effectiveness of the material delivery and mothers' responses to the educational activities. Results: This activity ran smoothly and received a positive response from participants, who demonstrated enthusiasm throughout the presentation. This was evident in their active listening, asking questions, and participating in the discussion. The community service activity, which provided early detection education for HIV/AIDS to mothers, demonstrated positive results in increasing participants' understanding and awareness of HIV/AIDS and efforts to prevent mother-to-child transmission. Observations indicated an increase in mothers' knowledge regarding HIV/AIDS, including understanding of transmission methods, the importance of HIV testing, and efforts to prevent mother-to-child transmission. Conclusion: The community service activity, which provided promotive and preventive education using an early detection approach for mothers, increased mothers' understanding and awareness of HIV/AIDS, transmission mechanisms, and the importance of early detection as an effort to prevent mother-to-child transmission. This educational activity also encouraged mothers to develop positive attitudes toward prevention efforts, increasing their willingness to utilize health services and understanding the role of early detection in protecting children's health. Suggestion: It is hoped that HIV/AIDS early detection education activities for mothers can continue to be implemented sustainably and reach a wider audience across various levels of society. Education needs to be integrated with maternal and child health programs in health care facilities to ensure wider and consistent access to information about HIV/AIDS and early detection. Furthermore, health workers are expected to play an active role in providing comprehensive education and creating a supportive environment to reduce stigma and increase mothers' trust in health services. Keywords: Early detection; Health education; HIV/AIDS; Mother and child; Prevention of HIV transmission Pendahuluan: HIV/AIDS masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat, termasuk pada kelompok ibu dan anak. Penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak dapat terjadi selama kehamilan, persalinan, dan menyusui, terutama apabila ibu tidak mengetahui status HIV-nya sejak dini. Tujuan: Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran ibu mengenai deteksi dini HIV/AIDS sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan HIV pada anak. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 November 2025 pukul 09.00 WIB di Posyandu Cempaka Putih Bumi Waras Bandar Lampung. Diikuti oleh 25 orang ibu yang tinggal di lingkungan Posyandu untuk menjadi responden dan melibatkan tenaga kesehatan sebagai fasilitator dan narasumber. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan promotif dan preventif. Sasaran kegiatan adalah ibu di lingkungan masyarakat yang memiliki peran penting dalam upaya pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak. Materi disampaikan melalui ceramah interaktif meliputi pengertian HIV/AIDS, cara penularan HIV, risiko penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak, pentingnya deteksi dini HIV, serta upaya pencegahan penularan HIV pada anak. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi dan sesi tanya-jawab sehingga ibu dapat menyampaikan pertanyaan serta memperoleh klarifikasi terkait materi yang diberikan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan secara kualitatif melalui pengamatan partisipasi dan antusiasme peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung, serta umpan balik langsung dari peserta setelah edukasi. Evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk menilai ketercapaian penyampaian materi dan respons ibu terhadap kegiatan edukasi yang telah dilaksanakan. Hasil: Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan mendapat respons positif dari peserta yang menunjukkan antusiasme selama proses penyampaian materi. Hal ini terlihat dari keaktifan peserta dalam menyimak materi, mengajukan pertanyaan, serta berpartisipasi dalam diskusi yang berlangsung. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa edukasi deteksi dini HIV/AIDS pada ibu menunjukkan hasil yang positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta mengenai HIV/AIDS serta upaya pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan ibu mengenai pengertian HIV/AIDS berdasarkan observasi dengan pencapaian pemahaman meliputi cara penularan, pentingnya pemeriksaan HIV, serta upaya pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak. Simpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa edukasi promotif dan preventif dengan pendekatan deteksi dini HIV/AIDS pada ibu mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran ibu mengenai HIV/AIDS, mekanisme penularan, serta pentingnya deteksi dini sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan HIV dari ibu ke anak. Kegiatan edukasi ini juga mendorong terbentuknya sikap positif ibu terhadap upaya pencegahan dengan memanfaatkan layanan kesehatan menjadi lebih terbuka untuk mencari informasi dan memahami peran deteksi dini dalam melindungi kesehatan anak. Saran: Kegiatan edukasi deteksi dini HIV/AIDS pada ibu diharapkan dapat terus dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dan menjangkau lebih banyak sasaran di berbagai lapisan masyarakat. Edukasi perlu diintegrasikan dengan program kesehatan ibu dan anak di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan agar informasi mengenai HIV/AIDS dan deteksi dini dapat diterima secara lebih luas dan konsisten. Selain itu, tenaga kesehatan diharapkan dapat berperan aktif dalam memberikan edukasi yang komprehensif serta menciptakan suasana yang mendukung untuk mengurangi stigma dan meningkatkan kepercayaan ibu terhadap layanan kesehatan.
