Abstract

In the current era technology is experiencing rapid development. Global technological advances have influenced all aspects of life, including economics, health, arts, public services and education. Digital technology is an information technology that prioritizes activities carried out by computer or digital rather than using human power. With the development of digital technology, many fields have benefited from its development. With this technology, village communities should also be able to experience ease in accessing technology because nowadays villages are encouraged to progress and be independent, with the hope of being able to develop the various potentials they have for the advancement of village development, but of course in some villages it is possible not to utilize this digital technology because that community service creates programs that introduce modernizing digital technology. The methods used are discussion and practice. Increasing understanding of village officials and the community means increasing digital literacy skills and showing that the objectives of the White Elephant University 2023 Thematic real work course are quite achievable and successful.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali dan memahami beberapa qaidah tentang talak, serta cara untuk mengaplikasikanya kaidah tersebut dangan persoalan berkaitan tantang talak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research. Hasil dari penelitian kaidah tentang talak, bahwa menjatuhkan talak harus berdasarkan alasan yang berujung perceraian, karena jika percerain tanpa sebab maka seorang suami mendapat dosa, dan seorang suami yang menjatuhkan talak tersebut mesti sudah baligh dan berakal, sehingga dapat menjatuhkan talak.

Abstract

In facing the challenges of the digital era, it is crucial to innovate effective learning methods to enhance the quality of Quranic literacy. This research aims to explore the use of the Bilqolam method, focusing on improving the Quranic reading and writing skills of sixth-grade students. The research employs a qualitative method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. This method is applied to enhance the quality of Quranic reading and writing. The data indicate that the Bilqolam method has a significantly positive impact on learning, especially in deepening students' understanding of Quranic readings. The learning structure, consisting of opening, core, and closing segments, has proven effective in improving Quranic literacy scores. The research findings also reveal differences in the improvement of each student's Quranic reading and writing scores, with significant advancements in tahsin abilities, mastery of tajweed, memorization of short surahs, and overall Quranic literacy skills. In conclusion, the Bilqolam method is effective in enhancing the Quranic literacy quality of sixth-grade students through a qualitative approach, as evidenced by significant improvements in tajweed understanding, tahsin, surah memorization, and overall Quranic reading and writing abilities.

Abstract

This research aims to identify fish type, fish length, and total catch differences of bottom traps operated in the Wakante River, Lawa District, Muna Barat. The research was carried out from April to May 2023. The method used was experimental fishing by 20 trips bottom traps operation. The data collected includes the design and specifications of fishing gear, fish type, fish individual length, and the number of individuals caught of every trip.  The result of the research shows that there were 5 types of fish in both traditional and modern trap name three spot cichlid (Amphilopus sp.), mozambique tilapia (O. niloticus), nile tilapia (O. mosambicus), three spot gourami (T. trichopterus), and silver barb (B. gonionotus).  Besides that, there is one type of freshwater crabs (Terrathelupsa sp.) which is caught in modern traps. Fish length caught of both fishing gears was dominated by fish longer than Lm, with a proportion around 55.17% of traditional traps and 58.64% of modern traps.  Based on the result of statistical analysis, there is no number differences of catch between traditional and modern traps.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan atau mendeskripsikan kontribusi mahasiswa kampus mengajar empat dalam membantu guru mengadaptasi teknologi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 3 Pejanggik, Pendekatan Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Model Milles dan Huberman yang meliputi beberapa tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penilitian ini adalah kontribusi mahasiswa kampus mengajar empat dalam membantu guru mengadaptasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 3 Pejanggik melalui dua program yang dirancang dan dijalankan yaitu Penggunaan PMM (Platform Merdeka Mengajar) dan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis IT (Video dan PPT animasi).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dasar masih rendahnya kemampua fisik yang dimiliki oleh siswa SDN 107 dan 144. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik yang dimiliki oleh siswa SDN 107 dan SDN 144. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 172 orang yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan tertentu. Kemampuan fisik didapatkan dengan menggunakan sub-instrument TID, yaitu: standing broad jump, curl-ups, knee push-ups, endurance shuttle run, shuttle run, sit and reach dan shoulder flexibility. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis varian (ANAVA) dua jalur dengan rancangan faktorial 2x2. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan fisik antara siswa yang lokasi sekolahnya di kota dan siswa yang lokasi sekolahnya di pinggir kota dengan nilai Sig. 0.028 < 0,05. 2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan fisik antara siswa jenis kelamin laki-laki di kota dengan siswa laki-laki pinggiran kota dengan nilai Sig 0.048 < 0.05. 3) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan fisik antara siswa jenis kelamin perempuan di kota dengan siswa perempuan pinggiran kota dengan nilai Sig 0.000 < 0.05. 4) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi jenis kelamin dan lokasi sekolah terhadap kemampuan fisik siswa dengan nilai sebesar 0.002 < 0.05. Besar harapan peneliti jika pada akhirnya pihak sekolah dapat turut serta merancang program yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kondisi fisik siswa.

Abstract

Water resources are one of the natural assets that are very important in supporting human life and various economic sectors. The aim of this research is to identify the use of technology and innovation in the management and distribution of water distribution mapping to farmers carried out by the West Sumbawa Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results of this research are, 1) The West Sumbawa Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service's water distribution mapping program for farmers has been going well, not only is the government itself working but farmers are also playing an active role in the program. This can be seen in the sense of togetherness through mutual cooperation and the results can improve the farmer's own economy. 2) Factors that influence the distribution of water distribution mapping are the climate, or whether the agricultural area is wet or dry. 3) The Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning utilizes a collaboration system with other parties in developing technology and innovation in the management and distribution of water distribution mapping in the form of creating programs for the application of new technology in water resource management

Abstract

The number of fire incidents in West Sumbawa Regency has increased significantly. In response to this problem, the study attempted to examine the issue of evaluating the effect of simulation training on improving the knowledge and skills of the Fire Service apparatus of West Sumbawa Regency. This study used a comparative causal research method involving 30 respondents out of 75 total research respondents and used a quantitative approach to measure the impact of simulation training on increasing the knowledge and skills of the apparatus. From the test results obtained, it has a Cronbach alpah value> 0.804 from the R Tabe value of 0.600 so that the instrument can be declared reliable and has a very high influence on increasing the knowledge and skills of the Fire Apparatus. this supports the hypothesis that simulation training has a positive impact on the knowledge and skills of fire fighting apparatus. The implications of this research provide a basis for the West Sumbawa Regency Fire Service to consider the integration of simulation training as an effective strategy in improving the readiness and skills of the apparatus in dealing with fire and other emergency situations.

Abstract

Fire disasters occur due to excessive chemical reaction processes with oxygen and other substances such as carbon. In dealing with fire disasters, a fire prevention policy is needed to reduce the impact and occurrence of fire disasters. The purpose of this research is to determine the pre- and post-fire disaster service strategies carried out by the Fire and Rescue Service. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data collection process uses observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are, 1) The West Sumbawa Regency fire and rescue service regarding the Pre and Post Fire Disaster Service Strategy has a work program in implementing its work strategy, 2) Factors that influence the Pre and Post Fire Disaster Service Strategy are infrastructure readiness and technological preparation , 3) Pre and Post Fire Disaster Service Strategy, namely the West Sumbawa Regency Fire and Rescue Service has an important role in efforts to prevent and prepare for fires

Abstract

This research discusses the obstacles or challenges faced in the application of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) application in the preparation of financial reports at the West Sumbawa Regency Social Service and how the effectiveness of the application of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) application in the process of preparing financial reports at the West Sumbawa Regency Social Service. The purpose of this study is to determine the obstacles or challenges faced in the application of the SIPD application in the preparation of financial reports and analyze the effectiveness of the application of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) application in the process of preparing Financial Statements at the Social Service of West Sumbawa Regency. This research uses mixed methods (combined methods) qualitative methods to determine the obstacles or challenges faced in the application of the SIPD application in the preparation of financial reports and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the Local Government Information System (SIPD) application in the process of preparing financial reports at the Social Service of West Sumbawa Regency. The results showed that the use of SIPD for the preparation of Financial Statements still has obstacles and challenges, namely it takes longer because SIPD is integrated with applications at the Ministry of Finance and SIPD has incomplete features so that the preparation of Financial Statements must be used simultaneously between SIPD and the Financial Management Information System (FMIS) so that the preparation of Financial Statements, data must be done manually so that it slows down the process and is prone to errors because it requires accuracy in the process of preparing functional SPJ. From the results of the analysis using SPSS, the t test obtained a significance value of 0.842> 0.717 or the value of t count> t table so that it can be concluded that the use of the Local Government Information System Application is not effective on the quality of Financial Statements at the Social Service of West Sumbawa Regency.
