Abstract

This study aims to identify self-concept and interest in entrepreneurship, and inhibiting factors in entrepreneurship for students of the Automotive Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. The research subjects are students of the entry year 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, with a total of 100 students. The data collection method used a questionnaire about self-concept, interest in entrepreneurship and inhibiting factors in entrepreneurship. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that the entrepreneurial self-concept of students is 88.64%, so it can be interpreted is very high. The results of the analysis of interest in entrepreneurship are 81.06%, this shows a very high interest in students to become entrepreneurs. Finally, the results of the analysis of the inhibiting factors for students in entrepreneurship are 68.24%, this shows that the inhibiting factors for entrepreneurship are high. Efforts that must be made by the government are in the form of policies that support entrepreneurial activities. The role of the business world and industry is in the form of capital support and sharing experiences with students, while universities must create entrepreneurship programs that can be used as a forum for entrepreneurship training by students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen Keuangan Daerah (SIMDA) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pada Pemerintah Daerah Kota Pariaman. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil objek pada Pejabat dan staff Pengelola Keuangan di SKPD Kota Pariaman. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui antar variabel adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows untuk mengolah data. Pengaruh penggunaan penggunaan sistem informasi daerah telah dibuktikan pada hasil analisis uji t diperoleh nilai dari t hitung sebesar 7,044 atau lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu sebesar 1.69389. Nilai signifikansi diperoleh sebesar 0,000 atau koefisien lebih kecil dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,05 sehingga pengaruh dari variabel penggunaan sistem informasi daerah (X) terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan (Y). Analisis koefisien determinasi berdasarkan nilai R Square dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 0,590 yang berarti variabel penggunaan sistem informasi daerah mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 59%. Sedangkan sisanya 41% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang diteliti.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era 21 ini memunculkan berbagai fitur, aplikasi dan game tercanggih. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi pengguna dari anak-anak, remaja hingga dewasa. Kecanduan menggunakan internet seperti bermain game adalah salah satu hal yang menyita waktu para remaja pada saat ini. Waktu bermain game yang sudah tidak terkontrol berdampak pada interaksi sosial, kualitas tidur dan kesehatan mental penggunanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review. Tolak ukur jurnal yang dipilih yaitu jurnal dengan terbitan tahun 2019-2023 terdiri dari jurnal nasional dan internasional. Berdasarkan dari hasil dan pembahasan yang ada didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara game disorder terhadap kesehatan mental remaja. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah terbukti adanya hubungan diantara hal tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, disarankan kepada orang tua dan para remaja untuk lebih memperhatikan anak dalam bermain game dengan baik agar tidak mempengaruhi kesehatan mental pada remaja.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship refers to the process or individual actions of creating, developing, and managing a new venture or business with the aim of achieving financial gain. Understanding of entrepreneurship includes business concepts, business development strategies, operational management, finance, marketing, as well as leadership and communication skills. This research is a literature study which aims to identify and explore the influence of knowledge on Vocational High School (SMK) students' interest in entrepreneurship, using a qualitative descriptive approach to seven scientific articles. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the steps, namely compiling a Research Question (RQ), searching for relevant literature, conducting a review, analyzing the findings. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education on vocational high school students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research results show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on vocational school students' interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of learners' ability to control emotions so that it is difficult to think and focus on learning. This problem is an individual factor that causes students to be unable to provide encouragement to themselves to focus on learning, so that many students have scores below the minimum criteria completeness (KKM) in Pastry and Bakery subjects. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of students' emotional intelligence on learning outcomes in pastry and bakery subjects at SMK Negeri 6 Padang. This research method is quantitative with the type of expost facto research (casual research). The population in this study were XI and XII culinary majors at SMK Negeri 6 Padang as many as 197 students. The research sample amounted to 66 students with the sampling technique is random sampling. The primary data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire and the secondary was documentation. The results of descriptive analysis of this study are emotional intelligence is stated to be strong so that it can improve student learning outcomes. Test the success of the correlation coefficient with a coefficient interval of 1.000 with the level of relationship between the two variables is strong. The results of the T test with T table 2.954 are greater than Thitung 1.669 so that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on the learning outcomes of pastry and bakery culinary students at SMK Negeri 6 Padang.

Abstract

This research is based on the background of corn business actors who are still facing challenges in applying management principles so that the production produced is not effective and efficient. The purpose of the study is to describe production management in corn farming business actors in Padang Panjang City. The type of research used is qualitative, carried out in Padang Panjang City in July 2024. The source of research data was obtained from informants, namely corn business actors. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that corn farmers in Padang Panjang City are quite good in carrying out management functions, namely: planning, organizing, directing and supervising the corn production process.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the lack Interest Of Junior High School Students In Choosing A Cullinery Major A State Vocational High School 3 Sungai Penuh. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data on the results of the Of Interest Of Junior High School Students In Choosing A Cullinery Major A State Vocational High School 3 Sungai Penuh. The results of the analysis of research data indicate that the Of Interest Of Junior High School Students In Choosing A Cullinery Major A State Vocational High School 3 Sungai Penuh 35% is in the medium category. The results of the analysis of research data from the will indicator of 41% are included in the medium category. Indicators of feeling happy 38% included in the medium category. The motivation indicator 42% is included in the high category. The indicator of family support 47% is in the medium category. The school environment indicator 40% is in the medium category. 36% of the community environmental indicators are in the low category. The mass media indicator 40% is in the medium category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the learning outcomes of Educational Field Experience Practices and the interest of UNP Family Welfare Education students to become teachers. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study were students of the Family Welfare Department of Family Welfare Education Study Program class of 2016, which amounted to 125 students, consisting of 56 students of Catering and 69 students of Fashion Design. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling technique, the sample is 56 students consisting of 25 culinary students and 31 fashion students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis. The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant relationship between the learning outcomes of Educational Field Experience Practice and the interest of Family Welfare Education students to become teachers with a positive correlation coefficient of 0.720 and a significant 0.042 <0.05, then Ha was accepted.

Abstract

Hygiene in the production process certainly determines product results, especially production in the food sector. Based on the results of studies at the Salsabila Souvenir Shop, it shows that one of the principles of food sanitation hygiene according to the Indonesian Ministry of Health has not been fulfilled, namely in food processing. In product processing, employees at the Salsabila Souvenir Shop have not paid attention to the requirements set by the Ministry of Health, namely personal hygiene. This research aims to find out how employee personal hygiene at the Salsabila Souvenir Shop is implemented in the production process, so that employees can understand the correct standards in handling personal hygiene so as not to contaminate production results. Employee self-awareness in the field of cleanliness is very necessary to ensure production quality that must be able to satisfy customers. This research becomes a reference material for employee introspection regarding standards for creating a clean work environment. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were all 15 employees at the Salsabila souvenir shop. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique so that the entire population becomes the sample. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale whose validity and reliability have been tested. Next, the data was analyzed through descriptive analysis using the assessment categorization method.Based on the research results, it shows that the results of research conducted on the personal hygiene application variable from 15 respondents can be explained that the level of achievement of respondents in the application of personal hygiene in the production process at the Salsabila souvenir shop was obtained at 41% in the low category.Based on the data obtained and analysis of field data, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Personal Hygiene in the Production Process at the Salsabila Souvenir Shop is still in the low category, this is due to the fact that there are employees who do not fully comply with the specified operational standards, such as not wearing work clothes, aprons, and gloves when working, causing the work to be ineffective and the food to become contaminated by bacteria.

Abstract

The background of this research is motivated by the high number of educated unemployment in Indonesia. This study aim to describe: 1) learning outcomes of pastry courses, 2) learning outcomes of bakery courses, 3) student entrepreneurial interest, 4) analyze the relationship between learning outcomes of pastry courses and entrepreneurial interest of family welfare education study program students majoring in culinary arts, 5) analyze the relationship between learning outcomes of bakery courses and entrepreneurial interest of family welfare education study program students majoring in culinary arts, 6) analyze the relationship between learning outcomes of pastry and bakery courses with entrepreneurial interest of family welfare education study program students majoring in culinary arts. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The research population was 196 students of family welfare education study program majoring in culinary arts class of 2018 and 2019. The sample is 66 people taken by Proportionate Random Sampling. The primary data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed is measured using a likert scale. Then for secondary data using learning outcomes in pastry and bakery courses. The analysys requirement test was carried out with normality test and linearity test, then test the hypothesis using pearson product moment and multiple correlation coefficient analysis, and then test the significance of the\ correlation with the t test using help of SPSS 24.00 version. The results showed that: 1) learning outcomes of pastry courses students is in the excellent category (34,8%), 2) learning outcomes of bakery courses students is in the very good category (51,5%), 3) entrepreneurial interest students is in the medium category as many as 37 students, 4) there was a positive and significant relationship between learning outcomes of pastry courses and entrepreneurial interest of family welfare education study program students majoring in culinary arts with a correlation value of rxy0,621 means that it has a strong level of relationship, 5) there was a positive and significant relationship between learning outcomes of bakery courses and entrepreneurial interest of family welfare education study program students majoring in culinary arts with a correlation value of rxy 0,701 means that it has a strong level of relationship, 6)there was a positive and significant relationship between learning outcomes of pastry and bakery courses with entrepreneurial interest of family welfare education study program students majoring in culinary arts with a correlation value of 0,000 < 0,005.
