This study aims to: 1) Describe the quality of service at Dangau Kawa Daun Biaro, 2) Describe customer satisfaction at Dangau Kawa Daun Biaro, and 3) Analyze whether there is a relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at Dangau Kawa Daun Biaro. This type of research is classified into a correlational quantitative descriptive type. The population in this study were all customers of Dangau Kawa Daun Biaro, totaling 3,987 people. The research sample is 100 people with the sampling technique is non-probability sampling, using incidental sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire (questionnaire) using a differential scale that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The results of this study are: 1) Service quality is in the good category (72%), with details of 14% indicating the very good category, 13% indicating the fairly good category, 1% indicating the not good category, and 0% indicating the very bad category good 2) Customer satisfaction is in the quite satisfied category (62%), with details of 33% indicating the category very satisfied, 5% indicating the category quite satisfied, 0% indicating the category not satisfied, and 0% indicating the category very dissatisfied

Efforts to meet the needs of life in order to become prosperous one of which is to build a micro-business of market snacks. The existence of a micro-business of market snacks is expected to be able to help the economy of the surrounding community, but there are still people who have a low economy. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of welfare of the micro-entrepreneurs of market snacks and to describe the role of micro-businesses of market snacks in improving the welfare of the people in Tilatang Kamang District. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation, the informants of the research are the owners, employees and the community in Tilatang Kamang District. The results of the study can be seen that the micro business of market snacks in Tilatang Kamang District has a role in improving welfare, it can be seen from the opening of employment opportunities and the existence of these micro businesses, respondents get an increase in income so that they can meet the needs of their families such as the fulfillment of food, health, shelter, needs education for their children and other needs, seen from 22 informants all experienced an increase in welfare.

This research was motivated by the absence of putu bendera promotional media in the form of making putu bendera advertising videos. The purpose of development in this study is to develop putu bendera promotional media in the form of putu bendera advertising videos so that putu bendera is better known to the wider community.This type of research is development research with the development model used is Planning, Production, and Evaluation (PPE). The trials in this study consist of 3, namely validity tests, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. While the data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis technique, namely by describing the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of using putu bendera ad videos.The results of this development conclude as follows; (1) Expert validation is declared very valid with an average value categorized as very valid (2) The practicality of the putu bendera ad video based on the practicality test on the putu bendera maker is declared very practical (3) The effectiveness of the putu bendera ad video based on the effectiveness test to the community in Barus District with the effective category. The conclusion of this study is that this putu bendera advertising video is valid, practical, and effective to increase public attraction to putu flag.

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes and entrepreneurial character of SMK N 6 Padang students. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the learning outcomes of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship with the entrepreneurial character of SMKN 6 Padang students. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a correlational approach. The population in this study was grade XI students of SMK Negeri 6 Padang, totaling 454 students. Sampling using the Proportionate Random Sampling technique, the sample amounted to 82 students. The data collection technique uses the distribution of questionnaires through google forms that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use descriptive and correlational analysis. The resultsshowed that 1) Student learning outcomes were in the medium category with a range of 63 – 80 (43.90%), 2) Student entrepreneurial character was in the medium category with a range of 144 – 156 (36.58%), 3) Therewas a positive and significant relationship between the learning outcomes of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship with the entrepreneurial character of SMKN 6 Padang students with shows the significance of the relationship between learning outcomes and entrepreneurial character is 0.000 < 0.05 and the correlation value of RXY 0.626 which is considered strong and the value of Tcalculate (7,184) > Ttabel (1,664).

The background of this research is most students think that the income of an entrepreneur is erratic and low. This causes a lack of student entrepreneurship interest. The research objectives were to describe: 1) student expectations of entrepreneurial income, 2) student entrepreneurial interest, 3) analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial income expectations and entrepreneurial interest in students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The research population was 142 students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program class of 2018. The sample is 60 people taken by Proportionate Random Sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and correlational analysis. The results showed that: 1) the level of students' expectations of entrepreneurial income was in the medium category with a range of 55–70 (55%), 2) the level of student entrepreneurship interest was in the low category with a range of 40-55 (40%), 3) there was a positive and significant relationship between students' expectations of entrepreneurial income and entrepreneurship interest with a correlation value of rxy 0.677 means that it has a strong level of relationship and tcount (7.005) > ttable (2.0017). This means that the higher students' expectations of entrepreneurial income, the higher the entrepreneurship interest for students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program, Padang State University.

The background of this research is that students in choosing snacks are more likely to choose snacks in terms of taste, appearance, shape and aroma without paying attention to hygiene and the chemicals contained in a snack. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of culinary concentration students on food hygiene and sanitation, to analyze the selection of snacks for students with a culinary concentration concentration, and to analyze the influence of hygiene and sanitation knowledge on the selection of snacks for students of culinary management concentration at Padang State University. This type of research is quantitative. The sample for this research was culinary students of 2018 and 2019. The research data analysis technique was descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and t test. The results obtained were that students' knowledge of culinary concentration on hygiene and sanitation was in the good category as evidenced by a TCR value of 86%, Selection of student snack food patterns with a concentration of culinary arts was quite good as evidenced by a TCR value of 69%, and Knowledge of hygiene and Sanitation has a positive effect on the selection of snacks for students of culinary concentration at Padang State University as evidenced by the significance value in the simple linear regression test of 0.000 <0.05 and through the comparison of t count and t table in the t test, where the t count value is 6.126 > t table which is equal to 1.99834.

This research is motivated by the knowledge of occupational health and safety (K3) students are still low, the application of K3 knowledge is still lacking and the work attitude of students who ignore K3 procedures during practicum in the laboratory. This study aims to: 1) describe the knowledge of K3; 2) describe students' work attitudes; and 3) analyzing the relationship between knowledge of K3 and work attitudes of culinary students at State 6 Padang Vocational High School (SMK). This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population of this research is the XII culinary students at SMK Negeri 6 Padang for the academic year 2020/2021 totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are taken to samples. Data collection was carried out with test instruments and questionnaires via google form. The test instrument uses a system without fines and a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The test instrument has been tested for validity, reliability, index of difficulty and discriminating power of the question, while the validity and reliability of the questionnaire have been tested. Data were analyzed by descriptive and correlation analysis. The results showed that K3 knowledge overall in the moderate category with a percentage of 32%. The work attitude of students in the very high category with a percentage of 28%. The results of the correlation test can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between K3 knowledge and the work attitude of culinary students at SMK Negeri 6 Padang with a value of tcount > ttable.

This research is motivated by the researcher's observation of the marketing mix, which is a marketing strategy carried out to influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to describe the marketing mix, purchasing decisions, and analyze the effect of marketing mix on purchasing decisions on Malaysian Reynia chips MSME products. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were all Malaysian chip MSME customers with an unknown number. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out with a Google form and using a Likert scale that had been tested for reliability validity. Data were analyzed by descriptive and correlation analysis. Based on the results of statistical calculations on marketing mix variables seen from product and price indicators with a percentage of 29%, the most dominant is the consideration of consumers in making purchasing decisions on Malaysian Reynia chips MSME products. The results of the research were conducted using Pearson product moment correlation analysis, it is known that the correlation coefficient of marketing mix (X) with purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.740 which is included in the strong category. The results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable, namely 8.926> 1.668 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the marketing mix and purchasing decisions and the hypothesis results are Ha accepted and Ho rejected.

The background of this research is observation through the results of observing problems that often occur, namely that employee performance is still low when getting lots of lento 3t cracker orders, employees can't fulfill these orders and the results are not in accordance with the goals desired by the industry. there are still many employees who play cellphones while working, such as opening various social media. This causes employees to be ineffective and inefficient in the 3t lento cracker production process. This study aims to describe the performance of employees of the Lento 3t Crackers Small and Medium Industry in Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency.This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all employees of the Lento 3t Crackers Small and Medium Industry in Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, totaling 45 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique so that all populations become samples. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore, the data were analyzed through descriptive analysis with the assessment categorization method.The results of the study concluded that the performance of employees of the Lento 3t Crackers Small and Medium Industry in Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, found that employee performance was 49%, employees belonging to the medium category. So it can be concluded that the employee performance of the employees of the Lento 3t Cracker Small and Medium Industry in Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency is moderate.

This study aims to: 1) Describe the peer level of students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program, Padang State University, 2) Describe the interest in entrepreneurship of students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program, Padang State University, and 3) Analyze the level of influence of peers on the interest in entrepreneurship of Study Program students Padang State University Family Welfare Education. This type of research is classified into a quantitative type with a correlational approach. The population in this study were students of the Family Welfare Education Concentration Study Program on Culinary and Fashion Design, namely the 2018 and 2019 Classes with a total of 333 people. The sample of this research is 77 people with the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire (questionnaire) using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability.The results of this study are: 1) Peer influence of students of the Padang State University's Family Welfare Education Study Program is in the medium category, with a percentage of respondents' achievement levels of 77%. 2) The interest in entrepreneurship for students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program, Padang State University, is in the high category with a percentage of respondents' achievement rate of 84%. 3) Peers have a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship of students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program, Padang State University, which has a high influence of 58.3%.
