Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture  and Job Loyalty  as independent variables to be examined for their effects on employee performance either jointly or simultaneously or partially. After conducting a literature review and hypotheses, data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires for 60 employees of PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Main Generation Unit, and then analyzed the data obtained using quantitative data analysis.The results of this study showed that the influence of Organizational Culture  and Job Loyalty  simultaneously obtained a significant value of F of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence. significantly between Organizational Culture  and Job Loyalty  together on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Generation Main Unit. The partial test for the Organizational Culture variable obtained a significant t value of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) meaning that partially Organizational Culture  has an effect on Employee Performance and the results of the Work Loyalty variable) has a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) which means that partially there is a significant influence between commitment to employee performance.Keywords :Employee Performance, Organizational Culture and Work Loyalty.

Abstract

The research basically discusses the effect of Career Training and Development on employee Productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) Branch. This study uses a correlation coefficient analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The sample of this study used a saturated sample of 45 people who were employees of the Employment Social Security Agency (BPJS) Palembang Branch.From the results of research between training (X1) and career development (X2) on employee productivity (Y) the value of correlation (R) is 0.685 because the value of multiple correlation is in the range 0.600 - 0.799, meaning that there is a positive relationship between training (X1 ) and career development (X2) together towards employee productivity (Y), where the equation obtained from the results of multiple linear regression is Y = 4.176 + 0.193 X1 + 0.899 X2 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.470 or equal to 47%, which means that 47% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by career training and development. While the remaining 53%. influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as work environment, education, income, social security, employment opportunities, capacity building, and production facilities. The results of the F test show the influence of career training and development on employee productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) Branch. The results of the t-test of Training have an effect on employee productivity at the Palembang Branch of the Social Security Agency (BPJS) and career development has an effect on Employee Productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) of the Palembang Branch.Keywords: Productivity, Training and Career Development.

Abstract

In this study, the authors examine how the Influence of Leadership and Motivation on Employee Performance at Cermat Palembang Cooperative. In this study because the total population of only 34 people, then all employees as many as 34 people sampled by technique Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. From the results of research, There is a positive and significant influence of Leadership and Motivation together on Performance, From Table F Test above can be seen that the value of F 10.796 and the value of sig is 0.000. From the significance level value means sig <0.05 which means there is influence Motivation and Leadership together to Performance. There are positive and significant influence of Leadership on Performance, From Multiple Linear Regression Analysis table can be seen that for Leadership variable, t value = 3.658 and value sig = 0.001. From the significance level value means sig <0,05 which means there is influence of Leadership to Performance. There is a positive and significant influence Motivation on Performance, From the table of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis can be seen that for the motivation variable t value = 2.107 and the value of sig = 0.044. Abstract

Goal we want to achieve in this study was to determine the effect of Recruitment and Selection Process for Employee Performance PKP-PK at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang. With the sample used in this study, 38 employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire to all employees sharing PKP- PK At PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Branch Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang.Recruitment Process (X1) and Selection (X2) simultaneously affect the performance (Y) obtained the value of F at (107.815)> F table (3.25) and sig 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning Recruitment Process and Selection simultaneously affect significantly (significantly) on employee performance PKP-PK at PT. Angkasa Pura II, the airport branch of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang.The recruitment process (X1) effect on performance (Y) obtained tcount of 4.750> t table (2,021) and sig 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning Recruitment Process partially affect significantly (significantly) on employee performance PKP -PK at PT. Angkasa Pura II, the airport branch of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang.Selection (X2) partially affect the performance (Y) obtained tcount of 4.491> t table (2,021) and sig 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning Selection partially affect significantly (significantly) on employee performance PKP -PK at PT. Angkasa Pura II, the airport branch of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang.The performance (Y) is influenced by the Recruitment Process (X1) and Selection (X2). The coefficient of determination (R2) between the recruitment process (X1) and selection (X2) on the performance (Y). obtained value of Adjusted R Square = 0.852 means that 85.2% of the performance variable (Y) is affected by the recruitment process (X1) and selection (X2). Abstract

This study experimentally examines the effect of loyalty level and retaliation strength, on accountants’ propensity to blow the whistle (PBW) when faced with a serious wrongdoing. It is argued that individuals with higher levels of loyalty are more likely to blow the whistle than are individuals with lower levels of loyalty. Besides, it is expected that individuals facing a weak retaliation are more likely to blow the whistle than are individuals facing a strong retaliation. Seventy working students enrolled in post-graduate of accounting program in two Indonesia universities participated in the study. Participants responded to three hypothetical whistle-blowing scenarios on one of two conditions –i.e., strong or weak retaliation for whistleblowing, and completed an instrument that measured loyalty. This study examines the arguments using the 2x2 between subjects design. Unconsistent with the philosophical theory of Larmer (1992), Corvino (2002), and Vandekerckhove and Commers (2004), this study empirically finds that the level of loyalty does not affect their PBW. In other words, this study fails to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of loyalty level on PBW. Besides, unlike results reported by Arnold and Ponemon (1991) and Liyanarachchi and Newdick (2009), a significant effect of retaliation strength on participants’ PBW is not found.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial pada Kantor Cabang Pembantu Bank di Kota Sungai Penuh.Penelitian ini merupakan survey research dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah top management level, middle management level, dan lower management level.Dari 39 kuesioner yang dibagikan, diperoleh 34 responden yang dapat dimasukkan dalam pengolahan data. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 21.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik t dan uji statistik F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (3) Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (4) Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasisecara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (5) gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial mempunyai koefisien determinasi dengan nilaiadjusted R square sebesar 0,252 yang mengandung arti bahwa 25,2% variasi besarnya kinerja manajerial bisa dijelaskan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi, sedangkan sisanya 74,8% (100% - 25,2%) disebabkan oleh faktor lainnya seperti kondisi lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, komunikasi antar rekan kerja dan pelatihan kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi memiliki peranan yang cukup penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris Pengaruh Penerapan Total Quality Management, Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Pimpinan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial di Perusahaan Jasa Titipan Kilat di Kota Jambi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Manajer Perusahaan Ttipan Kilat Skala Nasional yang berada di Kota Jambi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode sampel jenuh dengan ketentuan seluruh Manajer baik top, middle, maupun lower dijadikan sampel sehingga jumlah objek tercukupi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan komputer melalui program SPSS 19.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Total Quality Management, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Komitmen Pimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial. Sedangkan Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial.

Abstract

Penelitian empiris ini dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis tentang pengaruh variabel TQM, interaksi antara TQM dengan sistem penghargaan, dan interaksi antara TQM dengan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan sistem pengukuran kinerja sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan otomotif dan komponen yang ada di kota jambi(2016). Data disebar dan dikumpulkan dengan teknik convenience sampling kepada para responden. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para staf divisi akuntansi pada perusahaan otomotif dan komponen yang ada di kota jambi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) total quality management secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (2) interaksi total quality management dengan sistem penghargaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, (3) interaksi total quality management dengan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial, dan (4) interaksi total quality management dengan sistem pengukuran kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki berbagai jenis sumber daya energi dalam jumlah yang cukup melimpah. Letak Indonesia berada pada daerah khatulistiwa, maka wilayah Indonesia akan disinari matahari selama 10 sampai dengan 12 jam dalam sehari. Data ditjen listrik dan pengembangan energi pada tahun 1997, kapasitas listrik tenaga surya diindonesia terpasang mencapai 0,88 MW dari potensi yang tersedia 1,2 × 109 MW. Energi surya melalui konversi dimanfaatkan menjadi energi listrik yang diperoleh dengan sistem fotovoltaik (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya) pembangkit listrik tenaga surya diarahkan agar dapat dimamfaatkan oleh para pemakai didaerah terpencil yang tidak mungkin dijangkau oleh jaringan PLN.
