Abstract

Library management is an important aspect in improving the quality of school library services. However, several problems are still found in school libraries, such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, unsystematic collection arrangement, and library services that are not yet optimal. The results showed that library management was in the fairly good category with a Respondent Achievement Level (TCR) of 76.06%, while library services were in the fairly good category with a TCR of 73.93%. The Pearson Product Moment correlation test showed a correlation coefficient value of 0.329 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that there was a positive and significant relationship between library management and library services. In addition, the t-test results showed that the t-count value was 5.074 greater than the t-table value of 1.971 (5.074 > 1.971), meaning that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that the better the library management, including planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision, the better the quality of library services received by students.

Abstract

Teacher performance as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) plays an important role in improving the quality of education. However, the implementation of the E-SIKAP application in elementary schools still faces several problems, such as delays in reporting, inconsistency in task implementation, and suboptimal supervision. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effect of supervision on ASN performance through the E-SIKAP application in public elementary schools throughout Batang Anai District. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The population consisted of ASN working in public elementary schools, with 168 respondents selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, linearity tests, simple linear regression, t-tests, and coefficient of determination tests using SPSS 31 for Windows. The findings showed that supervision was categorized as very good, with a Total Respondent Achievement Level (TCR) of 91.21%, while ASN performance through the E-SIKAP application was also categorized as very good. Hypothesis testing indicated that supervision had a significant effect on ASN performance, with a significance value of <0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.922, indicating that supervision contributed 92.2% to ASN performance. The study concludes that effective and technology-based supervision can improve ASN discipline, responsibility, and work accountability. Therefore, school principals are expected to strengthen supervision and optimize the implementation of E-SIKAP to improve ASN performance in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership, teamwork, and work motivation on teacher creativity at State Senior High Schools in West Pasaman Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach using a causal-associative correlational design. The research sample consists of 195 teachers across State Senior High Schools in West Pasaman Regency, selected through the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique. Data were systematically collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results show that digital leadership has a direct and significant influence on teacher creativity, albeit with a relatively small contribution of 1.7%. Meanwhile, teamwork proves to be the most dominant factor influencing teacher creativity, contributing 62.1%. Work motivation also exerts a strong direct influence on teacher creativity, with a contribution of 19.1%. Conversely, the data analysis reveals no direct influence of digital leadership on teamwork, nor an indirect influence of digital leadership on teacher creativity through work motivation. However, a significant indirect influence exists between teamwork and teacher creativity as mediated by work motivation, contributing 16.6%. Overall, these empirical findings confirm that teamwork is the most decisive factor in enhancing teacher creativity in the school environment, operating both directly and indirectly through work motivation. Therefore, strengthening a collaborative climate among educators should be prioritized as the key strategy to optimize instructional creativity.

Abstract

Technology integration in the curriculum is one of the important strategies to improve the effectiveness of learning in the digital era. Rapid changes in the field of information technology have encouraged the world of education to adapt so that the teaching and learning process becomes more relevant, efficient, and interesting. The purpose of this study is the need for a curriculum for learning that is more adaptive and responsive to the challenges of the 21st century. A qualitative approach based on a literature review was used in this study. Information was collected from various printed and digital scientific publications. The main goal is to understand the value of integrating technology into the classroom and how to do it effectively. Digital learning applications and interactive media, according to research, can increase student engagement, promote material distribution, and improve teacher-student communication. However, the success of this integration is highly dependent on the readiness of teachers to adopt technology and the availability of adequate technological facilities.
