Abstract

Petani di indonesia pada umumnya mempunyai karakteristik yang khas, dan sangat berpotensi sukses demi kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan masyarakat tani akan tetapi perlu adanya pengembangan sdm agar mampu masyarakat dengan kemandirian jika itu tak terjadi maka yakin saja bahwa perkembangan diakan dating semakin menurun oleh sebab itu perlu ada perhatian yang baik agar solusi dan permasalahan cepat diakomodir. Salah satu pokok permasalahan sebagai contoh, diantaranya : a) mempunyai lahan yang sempit,b) lemah dalam penyediaan modal. c) mempunyai tingkat pendidikan dan keterampilan rendah. kurangnya perhatian masyarakat dengan pengembangan sumber daya, Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam pemilihan benih yang unggul dan penebaran benih melalui aklimatisasi. tahapan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan tiga tahap sosialisasi program, tahap pelatihan tatap muka tentang pengenalan benih unggul dan penebaran benih, dan tahap pengembangan kegiatan partisipatif. Pembahasan dengan adanya penyuluh dosen sebagai pengabdian masyarakat dari dosen stie amkop Makassar bersama para pengurus advertisi, mengungkap bahwa dalam penyuluhan di kelurahan biraeng sangat memungkinkan untuk menjalin kerja sama dan memberikan pelatihan sumberdaya terhadap para petani di kabupaten pangkep terkhusus di kecamatan minasa tene. Dengan melihat sebuah potensi pengembangan diwilayah minasa te’ne tersebut dengan antusisnya masyarakat sehingga para dosen itu juga menjadikan semangat. nantinya. Dimana sambutan lurah biraeng tersebut bapak Rustam, Sip. menuturkan selaku lurah. bahwa diwilayahnya sangat banyak potensi yang bisa dikembangkan terutama para petani dalam menanam padi sangat dibutuhkan yang lebih cepat dan lebih efisien.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan informasi kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Bulukumba kecamatan Bontotiro khususnya Desa Lamanda. Masyarakat yang berdomisili di Desa Lamanda Kabupaten Bulukumba membutuhkan pengetahuan atau edukasi terkait pengelolaan BUMDes khususnya bidang keuangan dan kewirausahaan, dimana BUMDes yang ada di Desa Lamanda hanya mengelola Air Galon saja sehingga perlunya pihak Pemerintah bekerjasama dengan Akademisi untuk melakukan edukasi terkait Pelatihan Keuangan BUMDes dan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Lamanda.

Abstract

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) have become a significant global health challenge. Conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension contribute to more than 70% of deaths worldwide. This community service activity aims to provide free health screenings to the community, particularly to the residents of Desa Bangun Rejo, with the goal of early detection of NCDs. The community service activities involved health screenings followed by direct education to the participants. The results showed that 40 participants attended and gained knowledge about their current health conditions, including blood pressure, blood glucose levels, and uric acid levels. The findings from the health screenings will serve as a reference for participants to understand the importance of regular health check-ups in mitigating future risks Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) menjadi salah satu tantangan kesehatan global yang signifikan. termasuk penyakit jantung, diabetes, dan hipertensi menyumbang lebih dari 70% kematian di seluruh dunia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemeriksaan Kesehatan gratis kepada masyarakat khususnya masyarakat Desa Bangun Rejo yang bertujuan untuk deteksi dini PTM. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pemeriksaan Kesehatan dan dilanjutkan pemberian edukasi langsung kepada peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan peserta yang hadir sebanyak 40 orang mengetahui tentang kondisi saat ini berupa tekanan darah, kadar glukosa darah, dan asam urat. Hasil pemeriksaan yang didapatkan dijadikan sebagai rujukan untuk peserta lebih memahami pentingnya melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin guna menanggulangi resiko yang lebih besar untuk kedepannya

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Pancasila Learning Profile Strengthening Project on Student Character Building Class X At SMA Negeri 1 Mataram, the research method used qualitative methods. In this method, observations are made first before conducting interviews or direct observations in the field, this method is considered suitable for knowing how progressive or stages of P5 learning for learning citizens both formally and non-formally. The subjects used in this research are students at the 10th grade level of Senior High School at SMA Negeri 1 Mataram to find out how to implement the Pancasila Learner Profile in the classroom. The Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project has 6 elements that we observe then it can be seen that Beriman, Bertaqwa dan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa and Berahklak Mulia, Mandiri Gotong Royong, Berkhebinekaan Global and Bernalar Kritis. After being observed qualitatively, it can be concluded that this method is indeed suitable or efficient for the character building of students in class 10. After conducting research in class X SMA Negeri 1 Mataram, information was obtained that the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project on the character building of students in class X was less than optimal because there were various obstacles that caused a lack of understanding delivered by educators, including limited time that did not allow the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT INHUTANI I Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan responden 30 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. berarti Disiplin kerja dan motivasi memiliki kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis statistik dalam uji-t adalah t hitung > t tabel. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT INHUTANI 1 Kabupaten Gowa. Kata Kunci: Displin Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The numerous applications of nanochitosan in a variety of sectors, including medicine, food, and agriculture, attract researchers to work toward the development of environmentally favorable, safe, and efficient synthesis methods. Currently, a biological approach is being developed to synthesize nanochitosan to address the limitations of conventional methods. The synthesis of biogenic pathways employs biological entities, including plant extracts and microorganisms, as nanoparticle-forming agents. The use of extracts is more desirable due to the simple working procedure, the absence of hazardous chemicals, the economic benefits, and the use of basic equipment. This article highlights the role of biomolecules in plant extracts, including polyphenols, terpenoids, citric acid, alkaloids, and polysaccharides, in the synthesis of nanochitosan. Nanoparticle preparation protocols and characterization using zeta potential analysis techniques, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-visible spectroscopy, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) are briefly described. The potential applications of green nanochitosan are also discussed, considering the results of biological activity testing and the potential mechanisms associated with these activities. According to the results of numerous studies highlighted in this review, nanochitosan synthesis utilizing plant extracts appears to be a promising alternative approach to conventional methods.

Abstract

Community Partnership Program (PKM): Integrative Holistic PAUD Assistance aims to provide knowledge for teachers at Anak Soleh IT Kindergarten. Implementation of this service activity includes three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. At the implementation stage, the methods used include lectures, discussions, questions and answers. The needs of children do not only emphasize educational aspects, but also include aspects of nutritional services, health services, care and child protection. To implement this policy, the government continues to encourage and expand opportunities for the community to participate in developing early childhood education services through the establishment of various types of early childhood education units (PAUD). PAUD is held in two educational channels, namely formal and non-formal. To make this happen, an important role is played by parents, educators, legal practitioners, health and counselors as well as early childhood education staff. Based on the results of this activity, information was obtained that the problem faced was that parents and educators and educational staff did not fully understand the importance of Integrative Holistic PAUD (HI PAUD) so that there was no good collaboration between parents, schools and partners

Abstract

This study aims to explain how implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) can improve a company’s operational performance. TQM is a management approach that focuses on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and employee involvement. By applying TQM principles such as quality planning, process control, and teamwork, companies can reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve product or service quality. The study finds that companies that consistently apply TQM tend to achieve better productivity, faster response time, and higher customer satisfaction. Therefore, TQM is an effective strategy for improving overall operational performance.

Abstract

Abstract Public services are an important part to consider in the development of autonomy because in addition to being in accordance with the basic reforms in the field of government, as well as directly related to the welfare of the community, service to the community has become the main objective in the implementation of public administration. There is a statement of attitude given by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Makassar City in the form of a declaration which reads "hereby, we are able to provide services according to the service standards that have been determined in order to improve the quality of service to the community". Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease, and specific treatments are needed in order to control blood glucose. In addition to pharmacological therapy, non-pharmacology therapy also takes an important role to control blood glucose levels and should be done regularly. Brisk walking is one example of physical activity which included in non-pharmacology therapy and can improve body expenditure. This activity can help DM patient to control their blood glucose level within the normal range. The physical activity of Brisk Walking, which is one type of exercise that can maintain blood sugar levels within the normal range, especially in people with Diabetes Mellitus. This study aimed to determine the effect of Brisk Walking on the blood glucose level of DM patients at Tamalenrea Health Center Makassar City. This study adopted a quasy experiment and a one-group pre-post test design. A total of 16 respondents were selected purposively based on the determined criteria. Data analysis of the difference of blood sugar level between the treatment and control was carried out by using the Spearman correlation test with SPSS version of 21. The difference was significant with the value of p < 0.05. The results showed that the physical activity of Brisk Walking could control blood sugar levels. Statistical analysis showed that the average blood sugar content was significantly lower in patients practicing Brisk Walking (blood sugar level <200 mg/dl)(176.06%) than the control (blood sugar level > 200 mg/dl) (218.81%). So it can be concluded that by doing physical activity Brisk Walking can control blood glucose levels.
