Abstract

This study uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The object of this research was carried out at SMK NU Losarang. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources in this study included school principals, vice principals, subject teachers, TU staff and students, as well as other informants related to the problems raised in this study.The purpose of this study is to describe how the management of planning, procurement, evaluation and implications for facilities and infrastructure at SMK NU Losarang.The results of the study show that the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at SMK NU Losarang consists of planning, procurement, use, and evaluation. (1) Planning for facilities and infrastructure at SMK NU Losarang is carried out in stages, starting with a needs analysis through data collection in the meeting forum of the teacher council and staff and employees. (2) Procurement of facilities and infrastructure at SMK NU Losarang is carried out in various ways. Facilities and infrastructure are obtained from the results of submitting assistance to various parties such as the government, the community, individuals and others. (3) Evaluation of the management of school infrastructure in improving the quality of learning is carried out by way of oral reports or written reports which are carried out on; (a) weekly evaluation; (b) monthly evaluation; and (c) annual evaluation. (4) The implications of the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMK NU Losarang are increasingly visible with the increasing quality of learning and student achievement.

Abstract

Principals as leaders of educational institutions have a strategic role in improving teachers' professional competence. The purpose of this research is to find out: Principal program, program implementation, and obstacles encountered by principals in improving teachers' professional competence. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects of this study were principals, teachers, KKG leaders, school committees, supervisors, and outstanding teachers. The results of this study show that: 1) The principal's program in improving the professional competence of teachers by holding deliberations at the beginning of the school year with the vice principal, teachers, KKG chairman, school committee, supervisor, so that it shows good results, especially in improving the professional competence of teachers at SDN 26 Banda Aceh City 2) the implementation of the principal's program in improving the professional competence of teachers is by creating a conducive climate, providing opportunities for the development of teacher competence, 3) The obstacles faced by principals in improving the professional competence of teachers are that there are still teachers who have not mastered Computer Science Technology (ICT), and the lack of motivation provided by the family in improving professional competence so that it becomes an obstacle for teachers in preparing lesson planning and implementation.

Abstract

Education must strive to cultivate a broad and positive perspective. Moderation represents a balanced attitude, avoiding extreme biases. Islamic Education (PAI) learning can foster this moderation by instilling values of tolerance, anti-radicalism, and nationalism, essential for maintaining national unity. This study, conducted at SMPN 1 Prambanan Klaten, employs a qualitative approach with a case study methodology to address societal issues. The research observes the internalization of religious moderation through PAI to shape students' attitudes. The study aims to analyze the process of internalizing religious moderation in PAI at SMPN 1 Prambanan Klaten. Internalizing religious moderation is crucial for developing students who respect the diverse religions, ethnicities, and cultures in Indonesia. This process includes four core values: national commitment, tolerance, respect for local culture, and an anti-radicalism stance. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, PAI teachers, and students. The findings indicate successful internalization of religious moderation within PAI learning. Students exhibit tolerance, respect for diversity, and national commitment. Furthermore, this internalization has led to improved student discipline, appreciation for diversity, and rejection of radicalism and violence. It also enhances nationalism and awareness of preserving local culture. Consequently, PAI learning at SMPN 1 Prambanan Klaten has effectively created a harmonious environment and supported the development of inclusive student character.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of declining morals among some students at the Al-Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School in Situmang, West Pasaman. Although the Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim textbook has been implemented as a guideline for their pursuit of knowledge, behaviors that do not reflect good moral values ​​are still found, such as a lack of respect for teachers, knowledge, and peers. This condition raises the need to evaluate how the implementation of this textbook can strengthen the moral formation of students so that it aligns with the goals of Islamic boarding school education. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the planning of learning the Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book on the chapter of glorifying knowledge and teachers in the formation of students' morals at the Al-Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School, Situmang, West Pasaman, 2) To find out the implementation of learning the Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book on the chapter of glorifying knowledge and teachers in the formation of students' morals at the Al-Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School, Situmang, West Pasaman, 3) To find out the implications of implementing the learning of the Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book on the chapter of glorifying knowledge and teachers in the formation of students' morals at the Al-Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School, Situmang, West Pasaman. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through interviews with Murobbi, student supervisors, and students, as well as observation and documentation. This approach aims to describe in depth the implementation of learning the Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book in the formation of students' morals at the Al-Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School, Situmang, West Pasaman. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The learning planning of the Ta'lim Al-Muta'allim book at the Al-Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School has been well-structured, including the determination of clear learning objectives, interactive lecture and discussion methods, and the existence of written rules that serve as guidelines for murobbi and musrif, 2) The implementation of learning runs effectively with the support of collaboration between murobbi and student mentors. Students are encouraged to understand the material theoretically and practice it in everyday life. However, some students still have difficulty connecting theory with practice, especially in internalizing the value of honoring knowledge and teachers, 3) The implications of learning implementation are seen from the improvement of students' morals, such as the growth of discipline, humility, and respect for teachers and peers. In addition, there are positive behavioral changes such as increased learning motivation and student responsibility in Islamic boarding school activities.

Abstract

Kesenjangan akses terhadap pendidikan digital di daerah dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur, sepertiKabupaten Enrekang, menjadi hambatan serius dalam pemerataan kualitas pendidikan nasional.Rendahnya ketersediaan jaringan internet, perangkat digital, serta minimnya kompetensi guru dalammemanfaatkan teknologi menjadi alasan pentingnya penelitian ini dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk merumuskan strategi pemanfaatan teknologi deep learning yang dapat diterapkan secararealistis dan bertahap guna meningkatkan akses pendidikan digital di wilayah tertinggal. Penelitian inijuga bermanfaat dalam memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemerintah daerah dan pemangku kepentinganpendidikan dalam merancang kebijakan serta pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Dengan menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasipartisipatif, dan dokumentasi terhadap guru, siswa, kepala sekolah, serta pejabat dinas pendidikan. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterbatasan teknis masih menjadi kendala utama, namun terdapatantusiasme tinggi dari guru dan siswa terhadap pembelajaran digital, serta munculnya beberapa inisiatiflokal yang potensial untuk dikembangkan. Guru menunjukkan kesiapan untuk belajar dan mencoba,sementara siswa merespons positif terhadap materi pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi. Strategipenerapan deep learning yang direkomendasikan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahapan peningkatanliterasi digital, pengembangan konten adaptif berbasis kebutuhan, dan kolaborasi dengan mitra teknologi, sehingga dapat memperluas akses dan kualitas pembelajaran secara inklusif di KabupatenEnrekang.

Abstract

Perempuan memiliki peran kunci dalam meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga, khususnya di wilayah pesisir yang mengandalkan sektor informal dan usaha kecil. Saat ini banyak Ibu Rumah Tangga yang mulai berwirausaha dengan berjualan kue, mengolah hasil laut atau bahkan membantu usaha suami seperti berdagang bahan bangunan. Usaha-usaha sebagaimana yang telah disebutkan dapat lebih berkembang jika di promosikan dengan tepat dengan biaya yang relatif lebih murah. Penggunaan telepon pintar merupakan hal yang sudah relatif biasa bagi Ibu rumah tangga, yang perlu dilakukan saat ini adalah untuk memaksimalkan pengetahuan terkait keterampilan digital khususnya dalam penggunan artificial intelligence (AI) dalam mengembangkan usaha berbasis rumah tangga. Melalui Program Pemberdayaan Wanita Pesisir yang meliputi pengenalan Aplikasi AI untuk pembuatan konten, desain promosi hingga optimalisasi media sosial, peserta diharapkan mampu menerapkan keterampilan praktis tersebut dama kegiatan usaha mereka. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan meliputi sosialisasi, demonstrasi dan praktik langsung serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam menghasilkan konten pemasaran yang lebih menarik, efisien dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Selain itu, program ini mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri Wanita Pesisir dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan produk mereka.

Abstract

The decision to shop or choose a store to shop is very important for minimarket business managers to know. It is not as easy as imagined and not all if done well to increase sales profit. The research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. The source of research data was obtained from consumers, namely the Paiton District community who shopped actively, data collection techniques with technical interviews were strengthened by observation and documentation techniques. While the technical analysis of the data by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data by using triangulation. The results of this study that the things that make consumers shop at Indomaret as follows, namely complete goods, quality security, quality and safe products, clean shops, customer cards, air-conditioned shops, neatly arranged goods determination, promotion of goods/prices, available my point shopping, prices are clear, stores are competitive and there are often new products. The other supporting factors that have implications for purchasing decisions made by consumers include cultural factors, social factors, and personal factors.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan modul ajar inovatif dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan Deep Learning di SMAS Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak, mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya pemahaman guru terhadap konsep tersebut dan ketiadaan modul ajar yang relevan. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah kombinasi dari pelatihan konseptual, lokakarya praktikum, dan pendampingan intensif yang ditutup dengan evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang modul ajar berbasis Deep Learning, dibuktikan dengan evaluasi pretest-posttest yang memperlihatkan peningkatan pemahaman konseptual sebesar 45%. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil menjadi langkah strategis dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang lebih bermakna dan berorientasi pada penguatan kompetensi guru, dengan luaran berupa modul ajar yang terpublikasi, publikasi media daring, dan video dokumentasi pelatihan.

Abstract

This study is an effort to introduce the leadership of Ali bin Abi Talib through a     descriptive narrative and analytical disclosure, both the principles of leadership, the challenges in carrying out duties as a ruler, and the actualization of his leadership in a contemporary perspective. In order to elaborate on the leadership of this caliph, this study uses historical methods and approaches with an emphasis on modern historiography. The results of this study show All bin Abi Talib as the fourth caliph, the successor to the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), he is considered a figure who actualizes the temporal leadership of the Messenger of Allah based on the concepts of fatanah, siddiq, amanah, and tablik. This is evident in the principles of leadership that he implemented. In carrying out his duties as a leader, he faced very heavy challenges as a legacy from his predecessors. However, with the firmness of holding on to leadership principles in governance, he became a figure worthy of emulation in the contemporary era filled with turmoil.   Kajian ini adalah upaya memperkenalkan kepemimpinan Ali bin Abi Thalib melalui pengungkapan secara deskriptif naratif dan analitis, baik prinsip kepemimpinan, tantangan dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai penguasa maupun aktualisasi kepemimpinannya dalam perspektif kontemporer. Dalam rangka mengelaborasi kepemimpinan khalifah tersebut, kajian ini menggunakan metode dan pendekatan sejarah dengan penekanan historiografi modern. Dari hasil kajian ini menunjukkan Ali bin Abi Thalib sebagai khalifah keempat, pengganti kepemimpinan Nabi Muhammad saw. beliau dianggap sosok yang mengaktualisasikan kepemimpinan temporal Rasulullah dengan berdasar pada konsep fatanah, siddiq, amanah dan tablik. Hal ini terlihat pada prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan yang dijalankannya. Dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai pemimpin beliau menghadapi tantangan yang amat berat sebagai warisan dari pendahulunya. Namun dengan keteguhan memegang prinsip kepemimpinan dalam menjalankan pemerintahan menjadikannya sosok yang patut ditiru pada era kontemporer yang penuh dengan pergolakan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui elaborasi pentingnya instruksi pelatih dalam program latihan. Tujuan dari penelitian instruksi pelatih dapat membantu atlet untuk mencapai tujuan latihan mereka, serta bagaimana instruksi pelatih dapat meningkatkan kinerja atlet. Penelitian ini juga akan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas instruksi pelatih, seperti kemampuan pelatih untuk menyampaikan informasi secara efektif, kemampuan pelatih untuk membimbing atlet secara individual, dan kemampuan pelatih untuk meningkatkan motivasi atlet. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Deskriptif kuantitatif merupakan metode penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data dan mengolahnya dengan cara deskriptif. Ini juga dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesimpulan tentang subjek yang diteliti. Deskriptif kuantitatif dapat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari populasi atau subjek yang bersifat individu. Metode ini juga dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis data sebelumnya untuk mencari pola atau tren dalam data. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian adalah 146 atlet. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner/angket yang berbentuk google fom. Hasil pada penelitian ini dengan hasil pelatih menyampaikan program latihan. Pelatih juga harus memastikan bahwa semua atlet mendapatkan informasi yang benar dan lengkap tentang program latihan.
