Abstract

This article examines the symbolic meaning of Sego Langgi as a culinary tradition of the rural Muslim people of Sendangduwur Village, Lamongan, Indonesia, particularly focusing on the religious values, communal solidarity, and cultural identity contained therein. This research used a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods, and combined Clifford Geertz's theory of cultural symbolism, Claude Lévi-Strauss's theory of structuralism, Herbert Blumer's theory of symbolic interactionism, Pierre Bourdieu's theory of cultural inheritance, and Stuart Hall's theory of cultural identity. Obtaining data through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and visual and textual documentation, the research showed that Sego Langgi is not only a ritual meals, but also a medium for inheriting values carried out performatively and informally through cross-generational involvement in the tradition. It also reflects the values of help, simplicity, and respect towards ancestors. Amidst the modernization, the community continues to maintain its existence through the adaptation of digital media as a tool for documentation and preservation. Finally, this article’s scientific contribution lies in enriching local cultural-based culinary studies with a multidisciplinary theoretical approach, as well as in affirming the importance of tradition as a space for the production of values and identity in rural Muslim communities.

Abstract

The implementation of Green Construction in infrastructure projects aims to reduce negative impacts on the environment and increase resource efficiency because every contusion project must have a negative impact on the environment, so the implementation of Green Construction is needed to reduce the negative impacts of construction activities. This study analyzes the implementation of the Green Construction concept in the construction of the Bayung Lencir - Tempino Toll Road Section 1. The research method includes collecting primary data through field observations and interviews with contractors and secondary data from various scientific references. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Green Construction in this project includes energy efficiency, water conservation, environmental management, and the use of environmentally friendly materials. However, there are several obstacles in its implementation, such as technological limitations, lack of specific regulations, lack of stakeholder awareness, and limited funding for the use of environmentally friendly equipment. To overcome these challenges, stronger policy support, investment in green technology, and increased awareness and skills of the workforce related to Green Construction are needed. With more optimal implementation, this concept can be a sustainable solution in infrastructure development in Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak - Lanjut usia atau lansia adalah keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami proses menua.Remaja merupakan salah satu component terbesar di Indonesia.Oleh karena itu remaja harus mampu mencetak prestasi di segala bidang sehingga menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang berkualitas.Untuk bias menjadi generasi berkualitas, remaja harus mampu menghindari dan mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan remaja yang cukup kompleks seiring dengan masa transisinya. Permasalahan tersebut diantara nya yaitu masalah seksualitas Kehamilan Tidak Diinginkan (KTD dan aborsi, terinfeksi Penyakit Menular Seksual (PMS), serta penyalahgunaan Narkotika, Alkohol, Psikotropika, dan Zat Adiktif (NAPZA), termasuk virus HIV/AIDS. Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) merupakan penyebab penyakit Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) dengan cara menyerang sel darah putih sehingga dapat merusak system kekebalan tubuh manusia. Kasus HIV/AIDS merupakan fenomena gunung es, dengan jumlah orang yang dilaporkan jauh lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan yang sebenarnya.Hal ini terlihat dari jumlah kasus AIDS yang dilaporkan setiap tahunnya sangat meningkat secara signifikan. Di seluruh dunia, setiap hari diperkirakan sekitar 2000 anak di bawah 15 tahun tertular HIV dan sekitar 1400 anak di bawah usia 15 tahun meninggal dunia, serta menginfeksi lebih dari 6000 orang berusia produktif

Abstract

Di Desa Pasirkaliki, Kecamatan Rawamerta, Kabupaten Karawang, terdapat Kelompok Usaha Telur Bebek. Namun, pemasaran produknya masih menggunakan cara tradisional, titip di warung. Padahal pada zaman yang teknologinya sudah canggih ini, banyak cara untuk memasarkan produk. Misalnya, melalui poster di media sosial. Oleh sebab di atas, dilaksanakanlah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Tim dari Program Studi Teknik Mesin kepada Kelompok Usaha Telur Bebek. Pada pengabdian ini tema yang disampaikan adalah ”Memaksimalkan Peran dan Fungsi bahasa Indonesia untuk Pemasaran Telur Bebek”. Adapun tujuan kegiatannya adalah sebagai berikut: (1) memberikan pelatihan dalam usaha pemasaran telur asin; (2) meningkatkan promosi usaha telur asin kelompok tani desa Pasirkaliki, Kecamatan Rawamerta, Kabupaten Karawang; (3) mendukung program pemerintah daerah mewujudkan kemandirian desa melalui industri mikro.

Abstract

Corporate governance is very important for companies to have in order to improve financial performance. Where good corporate governance is good governance in running a company. This study aims to test whether Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM) and good corporate governance with indicators of the size of the board of commissioners, independence of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership, affect financial performance using indicators ROA, ROE, EPS. The results showed that VAICTM had a positive and significant effect on ROA, ROE, and EPS. The size of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on ROA and ROE, while the independence of the board of commissioners has no effect on ROA and ROE. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on EPS, while the size of the board of commissioners and the independence of the board of commissioners have no effect on EPS. Simultaneously or together with VAICTM, the size of the board of commissioners, the independence of the board of commissioners and managerial ownership shows the value of sig. of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05) from each model, this shows that H0 is rejected, meaning that at least one independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable. In other words, VAICTM, the size of the board of commissioners, the independence of the board of commissioners and managerial ownership have a simultaneous effect on ROA, ROE and EPS.

Abstract

Every Muslim-majority country, including Indonesia, has a growing Muslim population accompanied by rising Muslim incomes. As a result, the demand for halal goods has increased, both in Indonesia and in other countries where the majority are Muslim. Causal association strategy and quantitative approach were used in the research design. Causal relationship means a causal relationship. The quantitative approach is a research method that examines the relationship between variables using numerical data. Halal awareness is the ability to understand, feel, and be aware of events and objects or products that are categorized as halal. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of halal awareness on consumer interest, with the obtained value of cr between the effect of halal awareness on consumer interest is 2.423 and p-value = 0.039. Because the value of cr is greater than 1.96 (2.423 > 1.96), and the p-value is less than (0.035 < 0.05). Halal awareness of the Mandailing Natal community is driven by the high religiosity of the community. There is a significant positive influence regarding the effect of halal awareness on consumer interest in the Mandailing Natal community. There is a significant positive effect on the influence of the subjective norm variable on consumer interest in the Mandailing Natal community.

Abstract

The community of Padangsidimpuan City consumes a lot of bakery and chake, which has increased market competitiveness and may have an impact on consumer purchasing decisions and product prices. In order to increase the selling value of the bakery and chake industry in Padangsidimpuan City, this research was undertaken to examine and assess the impact of halal labeling, product quality, service quality, and price on consumer purchase decisions. Quantitative descriptive research is used for the study, and multiple linear regression analysis is used for data analysis with the aid of the IBM SPSS version 23 program. The findings demonstrate a considerable favorable impact on consumer behavior of the independent variables halal labeling, product quality, service quality, and pricing.

Abstract

One of the ways humans use natural resources to meet their needs is through production activities. The halal and haram status of the natural resources used in production, as well as the halal and haram status of the production process itself, are some of the guidelines that must be followed. Anyone who uses natural resources and carries out production processes legally will benefit from this principle, which has a significant impact on production operations. On the other hand, whoever uses natural resources illegally and performs production procedures shall be punished with mafsadatan. This research is a qualitative research using literature review method. The data poured is sourced from the collection of literature, with analytical descriptive data analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that producers do not sufficiently assume that the production they carry out is halal when carrying out production activities. Natural resources and industrial engineering must also be halal. In Islamic economics, the term "production" refers to efforts to create added value from existing natural resources to ensure human life, so that benefits and blessings will be obtained.

Abstract

Dalam era industri globalisasi, persaingan semakin ketat baik perusahaan jasa maupun manufaktur, tidak terkecuali untuk bisnis seperti industri roti dan kue. Salah satu faktor penyebab SDM dapat bersaing dan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya adalah kinerja yang baik dari setiap tenaga kerja tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perkembangan inovasi produk makanan yang ditawarkan dan juga meningkatkan pelayanan, sehingga dapat memenuhi selera atau keinginan konsumen dan juga dapat diterima oleh konsumen yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan frekuensi pembelian konsumen secara maksimal.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Aspek kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Smart-PLS dan tes Sobel. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Aroma Bakery and Chake Panyabungan sejumlah 14 orang. Komitmen karyawan ini memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini juga didapatkan bahwa pengaruh islamic work value secara langsung terhadap komitmen afektif lebih besar nilainya daripada melalui kepuasan kerja islami. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh karyawan tidak memberikan efek yang berarti terhadap komitmen afektif.
