Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses several previous studies as the main focus in exploring in more depth the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers distributed to Wulling leaders and employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data distributed using an online questionnaire instrument contains 4 statements out of 16 statements on the dependent variable, 6 questions, the independent variable, 6 questions, and the moderate variable, 4 questions. The data must go through several stages first, starting with the validity test, reliability test and path coefficient. From the characteristics of the explanation that the researcher describes, it can be seen that the analysis tool used is smart PLS 4.0. Thereult show that the CEO Power variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on the Company Performance variable because superior policies, superior power, superior networks, and superior behavior can change everything to the point that it has an impact. on Company Performance. The results that the researcher concluded were caused by the P-Values which were positive and were below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Apart from that, the Good Corporate Governance variable can strengthen the influence of the CEO Power variable on company performance because good policies issued by the leadership are part of Good Corporate Governance and good governance is the result of good superior policies as well. This means that both Good Corporate Governance and CEO Power are two things that influence each other. The results that the researchers concluded were caused by the same thing because the P-Vlaues value was positive and was below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.017. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous main references as the main source for establishing a basis for finding novelty and research gaps in the research being conducted. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from online distribution of Hyundai employees spread throughout Indonesia. The questionnaire contains statements of agree, strongly agree, normal/average, disagree, and strongly disagree from the 16 question items asked. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0. The result in this article show that the Brand Culture variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.005, which is more significant than in a number of Brand studies. Image of purchasing decisions which are at 0.012 and 0.024,. This is because the Culuter Brand can provide an icon that is clear, unique and attracts attention. Usually related to culture, the Culture Brand can reach loyal and even fanatical consumers. These results are in line with research . Apart from that, in the third row of Productivity, the third table also shows the same results if the User Generated Content variable can strengthen the influence of the Brand Culuter variable on Purchasing Decisions due to the same thing, namely the P-Values value which is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level. which is 0.000 more significant than the direct tester's 0.05. This expertise is due to the existence of User Generated Content, the dissemination of information about products can spread widely, become known to many people, and delay a number of potential consumers from making purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main reference in order to obtain elements of novelty and research gaps in the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained through online distribution to rural communities who have MSMEs with a net income of under 5 million. The questionnaire that the researchers distributed contained several statements, namely strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree and strongly disagree. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show that the the Community Business Credit variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on MSME performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.013. This is because People's Business Credit can make MSME capital stronger so that MSME stakeholders can innovate more, produce more varied products, and other things so that ultimately they can improve MSME performance. In contrast to the results of the first hypothesis, in the results of the second hypothesis, the third table of the Path Coefficient shows results that are inversely proportional if the Direct Cash Assistance variable cannot influence employee performance because the P-Values value is above the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.062. This is because the Direct Cash Assistance does not relate to business needs but rather personal needs and other things. Thus, the first hypothesis in this research can be accepted and the second hypothesis in this research cannot be accepted. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan tambang batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019-2023. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi Perusahaan Pertambangan Batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2019–2023 yaitu sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel yang dapat diambil dari populasi tersebut, dan pemilihan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan secara purposive sampling. Data Penelitian ini kemudian diproses dan di analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan net profit margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan debt to asset ratio berpengaruh tetepi tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Profit Growth

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ekplorasi penggunaan e-wallet ShopeePay pada mahasiswa di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara survey berupa instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian disebar melalui google form. Simple random sample digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Kemudian indikator yang digunakan untuk melihat ekplorasi penggunaan e-wallet ShopeePay pada mahasiswa di Indonesia yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan atau manfaat, dan persepsi risiko. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa persepi kemudahan penggunaan menunjukkan hasil 96% mahasiswa di Indonesia memberikan tanggapan bahwa ShopeePay memberikan banyak kemudahan dalam penggunaannya. Persepsi kegunaan atau manfaat menunjukkan hasil 91% mahasiswa di Indonesia memberikan tanggapan bahwa ShopeePay memberikan kegunaan atau manfaat dalam berbelanja online dan dalam hal transaksi pembayaran. Persepsi risiko menunjukkan hasil 83% mahasiswa di Indonesia menyetujui bahwa ShopeePay memiliki tingkat risiko yang rendah. Selain itu, dilihat dari minat bertransaksi menunjukkan hasil 89% mahasiswa di Indonesia tertarik untuk melakukan transaksi melalui ShopeePay. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan e-wallet ShopeePay dipengaruhi oleh ketiga persepsi tersebut. Kata Kunci: E-Wallet ShopeePay, Persepsi, Mahasiswa

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagement, public service motivation dan affective commitment terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumenter . Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa employee engagement, public service motivation dan affective commitment secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main reference for finding elements of Novelty and Research Gap in this article. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from the annual Central Statistics Agency reports from 2014-2024. The data used was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the hypothesis formulation below. The result in this article show the investment variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on economic growth. This is because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.003. This is because large investments can improve all lines that can boost growth, both in terms of industry, education, health, and so on. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table, the Path Coefficient above shows that the Export variable can moderate the influence of the Investment variable on Economic Growth due to the same thing, namely the direction of the positive relationship of P-Values and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.003. . Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha yang dinamis dan penuh persaingan menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan perubahan orientasi terhadap cara mereka mengeluarkan produk, mempertahankan produknya, menarik konsumen, dan menangani pesaing. Salah satu hal penting yang perlu dilakukan dan diperhatikan oleh setiap perusahaan adalah menarik pelanggan dan dapat mempertahankan pelanggan tersebut. Sekarang ini banyak perusahaan atau organisasi yang telah mengakui pentingnya berorientasi pada pelanggan dalam semua kegiatan pemasaran. Penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan cara random, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian, analisis data bersifat statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen atau pelanggan yang tersebar di Indonesia. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima 200 tanggapan responden dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja dan keberlangsungan UMKM di Indonesia. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memberikan kuesioner secara online kepada responden. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan memberikan pertimbangan berupa responden UMKM di Indonesia yang sudah menjalankan usaha lebih dari 2 tahun dan memiliki keunikan dengan menawarkan produk yang bervariasi. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling sebanyak 60 responden dari pemilik UMKM di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan keberlangsungan UMKM di Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumenter. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Teamwork, Perilaku Inovatif, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
