Abstract

This study conducts a comprehensive examination of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, focusing on their role in the economy, challenges in innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation. With over 97% of the local labor force employed by MSMEs, their significance is undeniable. However, obstacles, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, include a financing gap, innovation difficulties, and limited resources hindering digitalization. The research, based on a sample of 250 MSMEs, utilizes Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to reveal the positive and significant impact of innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation on MSME entrepreneurship. Practical implications suggest prioritizing innovation, integrating sustainable practices, and recognizing the importance of digitalization for MSMEs' success, with broader implications for socio-economic and environmental goals.

This study investigates the complex dynamics of creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem in Indonesia by examining the influence of CEO social capital, marketing capability, and financial capability on business performance. It also explores business performance implications for the sustainable business practices of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem. A quantitative approach was used, incorporating quantitative data collected through offline and online surveys of 504 samples. Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 4 was used for data analysis. This study supported the hypothesis that CEO social capital, marketing, and financial capability significantly influence business performance. In addition, strong evidence was found for a positive relationship between business performance and sustainable business practices and the influence of sustainable business practices on the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This study underscores the multifaceted nature of entrepreneurship in Indonesia, where CEO social capital, effective marketing strategies, financial stability, and sustainable business practices are interconnected elements that contribute to firm success and the overall vitality of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. These findings have implications for policymakers, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders who want to encourage entrepreneurship, support MSMEs, and strengthen Indonesia's entrepreneurial ecosystem for sustainable economic growth and development.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from 500 BCA Bank customers spread throughout Indonesia with the criteria of being 22 to 40 years old which is the productive age to understand and use the BCA Mobile application effectively. The data used in this article was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Perceived Ease of Use variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Customer Decisions. The first hypothesis can be proven because the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.006These results are because the Perceived Ease of Use can easily demand a customer to decide to use BCA mobile because it can make all the work and challenges they face easier. The next hypothesis, namely the perception of usefulness, can strengthen the influence of the Perceived Ease of Use on Customer Decisions, can also be proven because the same thing, namely the P-Values are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing, namely 0.006. This is because a customer can happily do anything that will benefit him, both morally and materially, including deciding to use BCA mobile Keywords: Investment, Econmic Growth, Exports

The food and beverage (F&B) industry significantly impacts Indonesia's economy, playing a crucial role in economic growth and welfare. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the F&B sector, particularly in the Jabodetabek region, are essential contributors to Indonesia's global standing. This study explores the relationship between technology adaptation, CEO characteristics, and competitive advantage in Jabodetabek's F&B MSMEs. Challenges faced by these enterprises, such as limited resources and human capital, underscore the need for effective technology adoption and strong leadership. Abstract

This study explores how companies manage risks in their supply chains through the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Using a systematic literature review of 10 SCOPUS-indexed journal articles, the research identifies key ESG practices and their roles in mitigating environmental, social, and governance-related risks. The findings show that ESG-driven supply chain management enhances organizational resilience, reduces vulnerabilities, and builds stakeholder trust. Environmental risks are addressed through sustainable sourcing and green logistics; social risks are mitigated via ethical labor practices, supplier audits, and community engagement; and governance risks are managed through transparency, compliance frameworks, and technological solutions such as blockchain. However, implementation challenges remain, including inconsistent ESG standards, limited supplier visibility, and resource constraints, particularly for SMEs. The review concludes that while ESG integration is still evolving, it serves as a strategic tool for sustainable and resilient supply chain management in a globally uncertain environment.
