Abstract

Produk yang bagus tanpa Branding packaging yang baik serta strategi pemasaran akan sia – sia. Branding packaging juga dapat menjadi media promosi kepada konsumen, branding yang memiliki ciri khas menjadi brain minded kepada konstumer. Ciri khas dapat berupa logo, desain kemasan, pewarnaan, serta tipografi. Pelaku UMKM di kota bima khususnya UMKM (Donat Fauziah) memiliki beberapa masalah dalam mengembangkan branding produk mereka yaitu belum memahami apa itu branding dan manfaatnya. Belum pernah memiliki pendampingan branding produk UMKM, serta jiwa saing sebagai enterprenuer masih belum maksimal. Dengan melihat dan mengacu pada permasalahan tersebut maka kami tertarik melalukan observasi pada UMKM Donat Fauziah dan berdiskusi dengan pemilik UMKM Donat Fauziah mengenai Branding UMKM dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai peran dari Branding produk dalam mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

Hasil observasi pada siswa kelas V SDN 6 Sengkae menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis aksara lontarak dengan benar. Oleh karena itu, Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Daerah memberikan pelatihan keterampilan menulis aksara lontaraq menggunakan kartu lontarak pada siswa Kelas V SDN 6 Sengkae Kecamatan Bungoro Kabupaten Pangkep. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa Kelas V SDN 6 Sengkae telah mampu menulis aksara lontarak dengan benar. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil tes yang diberikan kepada siswa Kelas V SDN 6 Sengkae yang menunjukkan hasil pada kategori mampu.

Abstract

Being a student is a challenge in itself for every individual who goes through it. The reason why listening to music affects a person's mood is because listening to music itself is a big stimulus for the brain. The large number of task demands is a stress that can cause stress for students. One therapy used to deal with stress is listening to music. It turns out that listening to music can not only relieve stress, for some students listening to music at a low tempo can also increase focus in doing assignments. The purpose of this literature is to find out how music influences students' focus in doing assignments. The method used is the literature observation method. Library review is a literature search and research by reading various journals related to research.

Abstract

The implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) plays a crucial role in maintaining the health of pregnant women, particularly in preventing Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs), which can become a serious issue during pregnancy. UTIs may increase the risk of complications such as preterm labor or low birth weight. Data collected from pre-test and post-test assessments indicate a significant increase in knowledge, with initial scores at just 20%, rising to 68% after intervention. Therefore, the implementation of CHLB is essential, encompassing simple habits like regular hand washing with soap, maintaining genital hygiene, and consuming sufficient water to increase urine volume, thereby reducing the risk of UTIs. Additionally, it is important for pregnant women to avoid contracting sexually transmitted infections (STIs), which can increase the risk of UTIs. By effectively practicing CHLB, pregnant women can lower the likelihood of developing UTIs, maintain their own health as well as that of their unborn child, and ensure a smooth pregnancy and delivery process

Abstract

Children are basically the buds, potential, and future generations of the nation's aspirations. In the juvenile justice system, a child in conflict with the law is a child who is aged 12 years or older but has not yet reached 18 years of age and is suspected of committing a crime. It is not uncommon to find children committing a crime; fundamentally, there are so many different forms of crimes that can be committed by children, one of which is gambling crime.Research uses the type of normative juridical research through an empirical approach. In this research, it employs the statutory approach (statute approach) and the case approach (case approach). The data sources used are secondary data, consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Data collection is conducted through library research and interviews, which are then processed and analyzed using qualitative analysis methods.Sanctioning minors involves two dimensions: Diversi and Restorative Justice as stipulated in Articles 1 paragraph 6 and 7 of Law No. 11 Year 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System. Factors underlying juvenile gambling offenses include internal factors such as religious factors and factors of curiosity or desire to try, and external factors such as economic factors, environmental factors, and family factors. The judge's consideration in imposing sanctions on juvenile gambling offenders must be based on the principle of the best interests of the child as mandated in Law No. 11 Year 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System. From a criminological perspective, it is important to prevent minors from being labeled as gambling offenders, which can affect their life development.

Abstract

Penal mediation is an alternative that resolves cases, especially the resolution of the crime of theft, which is a minor crime during the investigation process at the Police and Prosecution at the Prosecutor's Office. Supreme Court Circular Letter Number 1691/DJU/SK/PS.00/12/2020 emphasizes the punishment of minor crimes by prioritizing Penal Mediation (restorative justice). The rise of criminal acts of theft, especially in BUMN plantation areas, requires a study of the application of penal mediation in law enforcement in the criminal justice legal system in Indonesia. The formulation of the problem in this research includes how penal mediation is regulated in Indonesian law, the application of Penal Mediation by the police and prosecutors in enforcing Indonesian criminal law, and the burden of penal mediation by the police and prosecutors in the crime of stealing fresh fruit bunches (FFB) at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero).The research method used is normative juridical research with emphasis on literature review, and supported by a field approach in the form of obtaining additional information from PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Nagori World Glare Gardens, Simalungun Regency. Data collection was carried out using literature studies and field studies. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively.In enforcing the law, the police and prosecutors try to place the law as a means to achieve the goals desired by society, just as the goal of law is that the police and prosecutors try to prioritize justice and expediency rather than legal certaintyThe lack of legal certainty in the application of the principles of penal mediation (restorative justice) considering that there are no legal rules governing the penal mediation process in criminal cases, and law enforcement officials sometimes always adhere to formal legalistic principles so that police officers, namely investigators, ignore the values of justice and benefits in society. The suggestion from this research is that the National Police and Prosecutors need to emphasize the application of progressive law by implementing restorative justice through the discretionary authority of police officers. There needs to be an adjustment in perception between the criminal justice sub-system in implementing the principles of restorative justice with mediation facilities between parties in dispute. There needs to be regulations governing penal mediation as a resolution of criminal cases.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of board diversity on sustainability finance with green intellectual capital as a mediating variable. This topic is important because it supports companies' efforts to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs) through a financial approach that considers environmental and social aspects. The main issue being examined is whether board diversity affects sustainable finance, and whether green intellectual capital can mediate that relationship. This research offers a new contribution by integrating three main concepts board diversity, green intellectual capital, and sustainability finance within the context of manufacturing companies in Indonesia, which have not been simultaneously studied in the previous literature. This research uses a quantitative method with a verification approach. The sample consists of 20 manufacturing companies purposively selected from the IDX for the period 2018–2022. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that board diversity has a significant negative impact on green intellectual capital, but does not have a significant impact on sustainability finance. GIC also does not mediate that relationship. The diversity of the board needs to be managed strategically to avoid conflicts that could hinder the company's sustainable financial performance.

Abstract

Background: End-stage renal Disease (ESRD) is a major health problem for most people, with a large burden on healthcare systems and economies around the world. This disease requires various medical treatments in the form of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, or hemofiltration. The duration of treatment depends on the cause and extent of kidney damage; this will be more dangerous if the sufferer is not dialysis or transplanting the kidney. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted among 176 patients with end-stage chronic renal failure who underwent hemodialysis and were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected using a patient perception questionnaire, a Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) questionnaire, and an end-stage renal disease adherence questionnaire (ESRD-AQ). Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, chi-square test, and binary logistic regression. Results: This study showed that the results of long hemodialysis (HD) (P = 0.000), long-suffering from ERDS (P = 0.000), social support (P = 0.006), perception of nurse services (P = 0.038) and availability of transportation (P = 0.031) were associated with compliance of CKD patients with hemodialysis. Duration of hemodialysis (HD) (P = 0.000; OR = 8.597) was the most dominant factor associated with compliance of CKD patients on hemodialysis. Conclusion: The length of hemodialysis (HD) is the most dominant factor associated with the adherence of CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis, where the length of HD can be a factor that affects a person's compliance with CRF when undergoing hemodialysis. In certain circumstances, long HD can be a reminder for someone to remember to undergo hemodialysis so that metabolic waste does not accumulate in the patient's body.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of social interaction and social support on employee performance with job satisfaction as moderation. The analysis used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees from several companies totaling 65 people. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, interviews and literature studies, and the analysis method used Smart PLS software. The findings in this research are that social interaction and social support influence employee performance. Job satisfaction as a moderating variable is able to moderate social interaction and social support on employee performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan era revolusi industri 4.0 menuju 5.0 menjadikan pendidikan tinggi memainkan peran penting bagi individu untuk memperoleh keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperlukan dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Selain itu, pendidikan tinggi juga dijadikan peluang bagi individu untuk meraih masa depan yang lebih. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi orang tua di pedesaan akan pentingnya pendidikan tinggi bagi perkembangan anak mereka. Subjek kegiatan ini adalah orang tua di Desa Bayan, Kecamatan Bayan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah memberikan informasi terkait pentingya pendidikan tinggi bagi masa depan anak, memberikan informasi mengenai berbagai jenis beasiswa yang ada di perguruan tinggi, dan memberikan informasi terkait berkas-berkas yang dibutuhkan untuk mengajukan beasiswa perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mengubah pandangan orang tua di pedesaan akan pentingnya pendidikan tinggi bagi anak serta dapat meningkatkan jumlah anak di pedesaan yang melanjutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi.
