Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh release otot menggunakan foam roll dan sport massage terhadap penurunan delayed onset muscle soreness pada aktivitas eksentrik mahasisswa ilmu keolahragaan. Penelitian ini ada penelitian eksperimen dengan desain two group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Ilmu Keolahragaan kelas C UNIMED yang berjumlah 10 orang, yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yakni kelompok foam roll dan kelompok sport massage. Instrumen pengumpulan data DOMS menggunakan visual analogue scale (VAS),dan analisis menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terjadinya penurunan tingkat nyeri pada kelompok pemberian foam roll dari 6,40 menjadi 3,20. Pemberian sport massage juga menunjukkan penurunan tingkat nyeri yaitu dari 6,80 menadi 1,80. Berdasarkan uji t diketahui ada pengaruh foam roll terhadap penurunan DOMS secara bermakna ( nilai p=0,001<0,05), ada pengaruh sport massage terhadap penurunan DOMS secara bermakna diperoleh nilai p=0,001 (P<0,05). Berdasarkan uji t tidak berpasangan diketahui bahwa foam roll dan sport massage dapat menurunkan DOMS dengan (nilai p=0,001<0,05), dimana nilai post test yaitu pada kelompok foam roll 3,20 dan pada kelompok sport massage 1,80. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemberian sport massage memberikan penurunan yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan foam roll terhadap delayet onset muscle soreness pada mahasiswa Ilmu Keolahragaan kelas C UNIMED. Abstract

Indonesia ranks low in children's interest in reading, parents as the first educators have a crucial role in fostering interest in reading in children. This study aims to analyze the forms of parental roles and factors that influence the success of parental roles in fostering children's interest in reading. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The data used comes from the GARUDA databases. The results of the article search obtained a total of 7 selected articles after filtering. The results of this study show that the descriptive qualitative approach is widely used in research on children's reading interest, namely as many as 6 articles, while quantitative research is only 1 article. Furthermore, this study shows that there are 5 roles of parents in fostering interest in reading in children, namely parents as educators, organizers, inspirers, facilitators and motivators. Factors that influence the effectiveness of parents' role in fostering children's interest in reading are the use of gadgets, mood, environment, and parents' time availability.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how climate-change education is integrated into Islamic education through the principles of the Circular Economy and to analyse changes in students' understanding before and after the Islamic Leadership Training program. Conducted at Muhammadiyah 4 Surabaya Elementary School, this qualitative case study approach, supported by quantitative descriptive data, involved 24 sixth-grade students, the vice-principal, the teacher, and the committee member. The research team collected data through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and pre- and post-questionnaires. The analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, focusing on identifying patterns of Circular Economy integration within Islamic educational activities and mapping their influence on student learning. The results show that Circular Economy principles—reduce, reuse, recycle, repair, and rethink—were effectively implemented through Islamic Leadership Training programs such as worship routines, reflective discussions, and environmental practices. After Islamic Leadership Training, students demonstrated higher knowledge of 5R concepts, stronger environmental attitudes, and greater religious responsibility as khalifah fil ardh. The integration encourages behavioural change, reflective thinking, and a sense of social responsibility among students, aligning with the objectives of climate change education in fostering reasoning, socio-emotional awareness, and environmental action. The originality of this study lies in mapping the implementation of Circular Economy principles within religious education contexts, an area rarely explored in prior research. However, this study is limited to one Islamic elementary school, so the findings may not be generalised to other contexts. Future studies are recommended to expand the analysis to different educational settings to develop a replicable model for integrating Circular Economy-based climate education in Islamic schools.

Abstract

Abstract : The research problem formulation is how the implementation of the government’s internal control system improves the quality of financial reports of the city of Palembang (case study at the Regional Revenue Agency of the City of Palembang). The aim is to analyze the implementation of the government's internal control system to enhance the quality of financial reports of the city of Palembang. This research is associative, aimed at identifying the relationship between two or more variables and their effects. The independent variable is the internal control system, and the dependent variable is the quality of financial reports. The population of the study consists of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of the City of Palembang. The number of respondents was 4 heads of departments from the regional revenue agency of Palembang city, which consisted of the BPHTB & PBB department, other local tax departments, the collection department, planning and development of local revenue, as well as the control and local tax database department. Primary data is needed as the basis for analysis, while the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis method used is qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Internal Control System at the Regional Revenue Agency of Palembang City is functioning well and is capable of improving the quality of its financial reports.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan remaja, namun masih sering diabaikan di kalangan pelajar SMP akibat kurangnya pemahaman dan metode penyampaian yang menarik. Kegiatan pelatihan desain digital dan sablon totebag sebagai media sosialisasi kesehatan mental di SMPN 11 Samarinda bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya kesehatan mental sekaligus mengembangkan kreativitas melalui media digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah, tanya jawab, praktik desain digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva, serta proses sablon totebag. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 10 siswa kelas VII dan VIII yang dipilih oleh pihak sekolah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan (dari rata-rata 2,2 menjadi 4,1) dan niat perilaku positif terhadap kesehatan mental (dari 2,5 menjadi 4,3). Selain itu, seluruh peserta berhasil menghasilkan desain dan totebag bertema kesehatan mental dengan baik, serta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi selama kegiatan. Refleksi mentor juga memperlihatkan peningkatan pada aspek komunikasi, etos kerja, dan inisiatif panitia. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam mengintegrasikan edukasi kesehatan mental dengan pengembangan keterampilan kreatif berbasis teknologi. Program ini dapat dijadikan model inovatif untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental dan kreativitas siswa di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji terkait konsep teknik chunking dalam meningkatkan retensi hafalan juz ‘amma pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Seringkali mahasiswa menganggap bahwa menghafal juz ‘amma merupakan sebuah beban akademik. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap manfaat menghafal juz ‘amma pada kehidupan sehari-hari dan juga metode hafalan yang digunakan dirasa kurang efektif,.  Teknik chunking, yang dikenal sebagai subuah cara dengan proses pengelompokkan informasi menjadi beberapa chunks (potongan-potongan) kecil, diusulkan menjadi sebuah solusi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas memori kerja mahasiswa, sehingga otak dapat dengan mudah dalam memproses hafalan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) yang bergantung pada data perpustakaan tentang konsep teknik chunking dalam meningkatkan retensi hafalan juz ‘amma pada mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengakses berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik chunking dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam mengingat dan memahami informasi dengan lebih baik. Dengan membagi juz ‘amma menjadi bagian-bagian kecil, mahasiswa dapat mengurangi beban kognitif dan meningkatkan retensi hafalan. Teknik ini juga sejalan dengan prinsip segmentasi yang menunjukkan bahwa informasi yang disajikan dalam potongan kecil lebih mudah diproses. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik chunking dalam hafalan juz ‘amma efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menghafal secara bertahap dan sistematis, sehingga mendukung pembelajaran Al-Qur’an yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education in public schools situated within pesantren environments requires a learning approach capable of integrating national curriculum demands with the religious values embedded in pesantren culture. This study aims to analyze the integration of the Merdeka Curriculum into Islamic Religious Education learning with pesantren values at SMPN 3 Peterongan, a public school located in the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School area. This research employs a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and thematic conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education is flexible and student-centered, utilizing active learning methods such as project-based learning, reflective discussions, and diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments. Classroom learning is strengthened by school activities such as early-morning Qur’anic sessions, Qur’an literacy training, worship habituation, and the use of digital learning media. In addition, pesantren values are integrated through the boarding school curriculum, monthly classical book studies, gender-separated classrooms, etiquette habituation, discipline, communal cooperation, and the moral exemplification of pesantren teachers. The study concludes that integrating the Merdeka Curriculum with pesantren values results in a holistic and contextual Islamic Religious Education model. This integration not only supports academic achievement but also strengthens students’ religious character, making it a relevant and effective model for Islamic education in public schools with pesantren characteristics.   Keywords: Merdeka Curriculum, Islamic Religious Education, Pesantren Value, Learning Integration, Pesantren-Based Public School

Abstract

This study aims to describe the formation of students’ religious character through the religious application program at SMPN 3 Peterongan Jombang. This research employs a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the religious application program is systematically structured through activities such as Qur’an reading, surah memorization, daily amaliyah, worship practice, and various religious habituation activities, including the 5S culture, istighotsah, yellow book studies, Islamic commemoration days (PHBI), and the Ramadan short pesantren. This program contributes significantly to the formation of students’ religious character, including improved worship discipline, enhanced understanding of worship procedures, daily moral behavior, and consistent spiritual habits. However, the implementation still faces challenges such as low student discipline, teachers’ tardiness, and the absence of firm sanctions. Nevertheless, the school’s location within a pesantren environment and the integration of the national curriculum with the pesantren curriculum provide strong opportunities to strengthen the program. With improved activity management and continuous guidance, the religious application program has strong potential to optimally and sustainably develop students’ religious character.   Keywords: Religious character, Religious application program, SMPN 3 Peterongan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a modified Monopoly game as an instructional medium for teaching the concepts of ghibah and tabayyun in Islamic Religious Education at SMPN 1 Krian, as well as to examine its effects on students’ activeness and thinking speed. The game was redesigned by incorporating Islamic values, contextual case scenarios, and situations relevant to students’ daily experiences. This research employed a qualitative field study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation during the learning process. The findings indicate that the Monopoly-based learning activity successfully created an interactive classroom atmosphere, increased motivation, and significantly enhanced student engagement. Students became more active in discussions, expressing opinions, and making group decisions. Furthermore, the game effectively trained students’ thinking speed when responding to situations that required quick analysis based on the principles of ghibah and tabayyun. The learning experience also facilitated the gradual construction of students’ understanding through direct involvement, social interaction, and post-activity reflection. This study concludes that educational games can serve as an effective, enjoyable, and contextually relevant instructional strategy for improving students’ conceptual understanding and social skills in Islamic religious learning. Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of soul education in Kimiya as-Sa'adah by Imam Al-Ghazali and its relevance to the phenomenon of burnout and emptiness of life in the modern generation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a type of library research through analysis of primary and secondary texts. The results of the study show that soul education in Kimiya as-Sa'adah focuses on the purification of the soul, the control of passions, and the achievement of true happiness through the integration of knowledge, charity, and spiritual awareness. This concept is not only normative but also has a practical dimension in shaping character and mental health. In the contemporary context, Al-Ghazali's teachings have proven relevant in responding to burnout and emptiness in life, by offering solutions based on spiritual values and inner balance. Thus, Kimiya as-Sa'adah makes an important contribution to the development of soul education that is able to answer existential crises in the modern era.
