Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how students’ mathematical creative thinking skills in solving PISA-type problems are viewed from the perspective of the field-independent cognitive style. This research employs a descriptive method using a qualitative research approach. The subjects of the study were taken from Grade X students of SMA Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang during the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling, with one of the criteria being that the students possess a field-independent cognitive style and complete a creative thinking ability test. The instruments used in this study include a cognitive style test, a creative thinking ability test, and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique applied was qualitative analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Students with a field-independent cognitive style were able to meet at least the originality indicator, which is categorized at the moderately creative level. This is due to the tendency of students with a field-independent cognitive style to focus on the most correct answer and the easiest problem-solving strategy, while still being able to think independently and generate strategies based on their own reasoning.

Abstract

This community service program aims to increase consumer awareness of environmentally friendly products through green marketing education in East Aceh. This activity was motivated by the problem of accumulated and underutilized palm frond waste, as well as low public awareness of choosing environmentally friendly products, coupled with limited production, packaging, and digital promotion skills among local business actors. The program was carried out using a participatory approach through the stages of preparation, socialization, training, digital marketing implementation, and evaluation. The results showed significant improvements: green marketing knowledge increased from 38% to 88%, skills in processing palm waste into environmentally friendly products from 30% to 85%, packaging and digital promotion skills increased by more than 50%, and consumer awareness of choosing environmentally friendly products from 35% to 84%. This proves that green marketing education is effective in increasing consumer understanding, skills, and awareness, while helping to reduce waste, open new economic opportunities, and support sustainable development.

Abstract

Introduction: Hyperuricemia is characterized by increased uric acid levels in the blood due to excessive production or impaired excretion. In Indonesia, the hyperuricemia rate reaches 18% of the total population. Objective: This study aimed to explore and analyze the potential of medicinal plants with antihyperuricemic activity in reducing uric acid levels in patients with hyperuricemia and experimental animals. Materials and Methods A total of 21 scientific articles were reviewed, focusing on the treatment of hyperuricemia using natural ingredients. Data were obtained from the Google Scholar and PubMed databases using keywords such as “hyperuricemia,” “medicinal plants,” and “natural therapy.” The inclusion criteria were articles published within the last 10 years that involved in vitro and in vivo models.  Results: The review identified several natural ingredients, including turmeric, kepel leaves, and mangosteen peel, which demonstrated significant antihyperuricemic effects. These ingredients were effective in reducing uric acid levels in both animal and human studies. Conclusion: Natural ingredients show promising potential as alternative treatments for hyperuricemia by inhibiting xanthine oxidase activity. However, further clinical trials are required to validate these findings and support their application in therapeutic practice. Abstract

In the current era of revolution 4.0, the demands for renewal in the field of education are getting higher. As in the current post-pandemic period, the need for more practical and effective teaching materials is needed, balanced with the use of learning methods that are able to provide convenience and adapt to student learning styles. such as the use of teaching materials in the form of electronic books (E-books) which are packaged in the form of android-based learning media. Where the E-Book here also applies the scaffolding method as a form of assistance in the form of clues or instructions related to material that is quite difficult to understand. the type of research carried out is R&D (Research & Development) by adapting the development model of Thiagarajan, Semmel & Semmel (1974). The results of the study obtained a feasibility level of 85.6% with the criteria of "very feasible", the level of effectiveness of the N-Gain Score results of 82.99% "very effective" and from the results of the Paeired T test the sample test obtained a sig value < of 0.05. The results of student responses are 85.5% and 86.75% with the criteria of "very feasible". And the practicality level of the E-book is 92% with the "very practical" criteria

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of Village Funds in improving the community's economy in South Amanuban District, South Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study indicate that the management of Village Funds has been implemented in accordance with regulations, such as Permendagri No. 20 of 2018 and PMK No. 145 of 2023, but there are still obstacles in human resource capacity, transparency, and community participation. Village Fund allocations are used for infrastructure development, community empowerment, and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES), but their utilization is not optimal due to budget and planning limitations. Community participation in monitoring and evaluation is still low, while village financial governance faces challenges in accountability and reporting. The research findings also reveal irregularities in the use of Village Funds, such as inappropriate development locations and abuse of authority by village officials. The conclusion of the study emphasizes the importance of increasing the capacity of village officials, transparency in management, and strengthening community participation to maximize the impact of Village Funds on local economic growth. Policy recommendations include village financial management training, stricter oversight, and a community-based approach to achieving sustainable development. Keywords: Community Economy, Village Financial Management, Village Funds, Village Governanc.
