The ability to overcome and solve conflicts is a skill that everyone should have. This skill must be taught to students at every level of education in a systematic and structured manner. This study aimed to analyze the urgency of developing a scout activity-based conflict resolution model in elementary schools. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected through interviews conducted with teachers and students, as well as observations on scout activities in elementary schools and used a literature study to describe the application of the conflict resolution model based on several experts and supporting reference studies. The respondents were from 10 elementary schools in the Tangerang area that were selected by using a purposive random sampling technique with 10 Teachers and 30 students. The data were analyzed to determine the urgency of developing a scouting activity-based conflict resolution model in elementary schools. This study used a qualitative descriptive method and used a literature study. The results of the study showed that (1) Scouting activities have great potential to train conflict resolution skills, especially for students in elementary schools, (2) Scouting activities have not been optimized as a means of developing conflict resolution skills, (3) Developing conflict resolution skills also as a means in developing communication skills, self-confidence, adaptation, critical thinking, negotiation, and democracy. The results of this study are expected to provide alternative models of character education and increase students' capacities in overcoming and solving conflicts through scouting activities.

Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian pustaka library research. Ada empat alasan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian tentang konstruksi pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah pada era distrubsi ini urgen untuk dilakukan, pertama, seharusnya pendidikan karakter yang berlangsung saat ini mampu menurunkan kasus dekandensi moral anak bangsa, namun kenyataannya angka kasus dekandensi moral semakin meningkat. Kedua, diperlukan sebuah konstruksi pendidikan karakter yang ideal untuk bisa dijadikan sebagai model pengembangan pendidikan karakter. Ketiga, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang cukup ideal dijadikan sebagai contoh pengembangan pendidikan karakter. Keempat, belum adanya penelitian sejenis tentang konstruksi pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah pada era distrubsi. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pendidikan karakter di madrasah ibtidaiyah memiliki distingsi atau kekhasan yang tidak dimiliki lembaga pendidikan formal sejenis lainnya. Sebagai rekomendasi, penelitian ini mendorong model pendidikan karakter di madrasah untuk senantiasa direkonstruksi secara lebih massif sehingga bisa dijadikan rujukan dalam pengembangan model pendidikan karakter di lembaga lain yang sejenis.

The era of globalization requires every individual to be able to think critically in order to face challenges. This can be done by developing students' critical thinking skills through the use of appropriate learning models, namely the Group Investigation (GI) type model which supports this achievement, of course in line with the desired core Civics learning . This research is qualitative research using the literature review method. The research results show that the use of the GI model in developing students' critical thinking in Civics lessons does act as a guide for students in the current era of globalization to make a contribution to themselves, others, and even the nation.

AbstrakSaat ini pendidikan karakter masih terpusat di persekolahan melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Namun sebenernya pendidikan karakter bisa melalui berbagai cara dan metode yaitu melalui organisasi, salah satunya adalah melalui organisasi kepemudaan Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia Kota Bandung dengan beberapa program pengembang karakter yaitu bela negara, diklat kewilayahan, latihan kepemimpinan wanita Indonesia, diklat kewirausahan, sister city, dll. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisi program kegiatan yang di lakukan oleh Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia Kota Bandung dalam mendidik dan mengembangkan karakter pemuda di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan studi literature. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/ verifikasi.Temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia Kota Bandung dalam setiap program kerjanya senantiasa berpatokan kepada nilai-nilai Pancasila, selain itu juga program-program Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia Kota Bandung telah mampu merubah paradigma pemuda mengenai perlunya pendidikan karakter. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari pola keberhimpunan dan pola aktivitas para pemuda Kota Bandung yang tergabung dalam Komite nasional Pemuda Indonesia Kota Bandung.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pendegradasian ideologi di kalangan generasi muda dan masih terpusatnya penguatan ideologi pancasila hanya melalui mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di persekolahan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan mulai hilangnya implementasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan generasi muda serta meningkatnya berbagai peristiwa intoleransi yang terjadi di Indonesia. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sistem pendidikan dan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di Pusat Studi Pancasila Universitas Gadjah Mada, bagaimana peran internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam menanggulangi gerakan radikalisme di Indonesia, bagaimana implikasi yang terjadi sebagai hasil dari pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila bagi generasi muda dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literatur dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) sistem internalisasi nilai-nilai pancasila yang diselenggarakan di Pusat Studi Pancasila mengembangkan Pancasila sebagai kebenaran yang hidup (Developing Pancasila as a living truth), Pembudayaan Pancasila dan merupakan salah satu wujud nyata dalam upaya penguatan ideologi bangsa yakni Pancasila serta didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, materi dan modul-modul kegiatan, narasumber yang kompeten serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai; (2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dapat dikategorikan sebagai salah satu upaya penguatan wawasan kebangsaan dan ideologi Pancasila ditengah munculnya gerakan-gerakan radikalisme saat ini, serta dianggap mampu membangun pemahaman, keterampilan, dan perilaku yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara; (3) Implikasi yang terjadi sebagai hasil dari pelaksanaan Internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila terbagi dalam tiga aspek, yakni implikasi pada aspek pengetahuan dan pemahaman nilai-nilai Pancasila, implikasi pada aspek keterampilan dan implikasi pada aspek sikap atau perilaku. Ketiga konsep tersebut apabila digabungkan maka akan menghasilkan tumbuhnya budaya dan kesadaran dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila di masyarakat dalam konteks kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

This research examines the importance for civic education teachers in carrying out the learning process in class not only achieving cognitive aspects but every teacher must also prioritise affective aspects in the learning process, so that using the Moral Education model in Civic Education can be a reference for teachers in carrying out Civic Education learning by using the Moral Education model as an effort to foster Moral feeling, Moral Behaviour and Moral action. The purpose of this research is how Citizenship Education as Moral Education and the Development of Moral Education models in Citizenship Education. While this research method uses a literature study research approach with steps to select themes, search for references, collect data sources, and analyse data and draw conclusions. The results showed that education as moral education has existed since civic education entered Indonesia, and that the development of moral education models in civic education, one of which uses the Human Modelling model and Value Clarification Technique, provides a practical solution for civic education as moral education that refers to the 21st century learning model.

Affective assessment in looking at elementary school students' critical reasoning abilities is considered to need to be analyzed as a complex process of changing students' attitudes in implementing the Pancasila student profile. Analysis involves receiving and mastering data, data analysis, and data evaluation, which must be taught to students because these skills are very necessary in life. The aim of the research was to analyze the affective assessment of elementary school students' critical reasoning abilities in terms of gender. The research method used is quantitative research. The research subjects were 32 students in Class 5 of Keraton 1 State Elementary School for the 2024/2025 academic year, divided into 12 male students and 20 female students. Data analysis used the independent t test. The results of the research show that there is no significant difference in the form of affective assessment of critical reasoning ability, in terms of the gender of class V students. The results of the independent t test obtained a significance value of 0.204 > 0.05, meaning that the average critical reasoning ability of women (3.205) is higher. higher than men (3.085) with a difference of 1.120 which is considered not significant. The results of critical reasoning indicators (seeking information, assessing information, making conclusions, and making decisions) show that there are no significant differences based on student gender. The implication of the research is that teachers are able to improve critical reasoning skills, researchers can then analyze other factors or develop other research objects.

The multicultural attitude of Surabaya youth plays an essential role in realizing inclusive and sustainable global citizenship. In an era of increasingly connected globalization, Surabaya youth are faced with complex and interrelated challenges that require understanding, tolerance, and respect for cultural diversity. Factors such as education, personal experience, social environment, and the media have a crucial role in shaping the multicultural attitudes of Surabaya youth. The multicultural attitude of Surabaya youth contributes to realizing global citizenship through participation in cross-cultural activities, understanding global issues, and efforts to build harmonious relations between nations. Surabaya youth broaden their understanding of cultural diversity by engaging in cross-cultural activities and promoting positive intercultural dialogue. The challenge of producing highly competitive and superior human resources is faced by nations worldwide, including Indonesia's education sector, specifically in Civic Education. Enhancing the quality of education requires a reconstructed curriculum that includes 21st-century competencies. This study aimed to describe the design model for developing citizenship skills in the current century. The research adopted a qualitative descriptive and quasi-experimental approach, collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation studies, and literature reviews. The sample comprised 180 high school students and Civic Education teachers from three schools in Bandung Regency. Findings showed that students' skills in Civic Education using the 2013 curriculum were suboptimal. However, the experimental group using the 21st-century curriculum exhibited a significant increase in their skills, including learning and innovation skills, life and career skills, and technology and media skills. Improving Civic Education in Indonesia is crucial in nurturing competent and competitive citizens.

Saat ini penguatan wawasan kebangsaan masih terpusat di persekolahan melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Namun sebenarnya penguatan wawasan kebangsaan bagi generasi muda bisa melalui komunitas, salah satunya yaitu komunitas Asian African Reading Club dengan kegiatan utamanya yaitu tadarus buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis kegiatan tadarus buku dalam menguatkan wawasan kebangsaan bagi generasi muda. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan studi literature. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan tadarus buku dapat memperkokoh wawasan kebangsaan bagi generasi muda, hal tersebut dikarenakan buku-buku yang dibaca bertemakan kebangsaan dan adanya kekuatan dari narasumber dalam mendiskusikan terkait dengan topik yang sudah dibaca oleh peserta tadarus buku.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Strengthening the insight into the national generation of the young generation through reading book activities (Tadarus)At present, the strengthening of nationalism is still centered in schooling through the learning of Citizenship Education. But actually strengthening the national insight for the younger generation can be done through the community, one of which is the Asian African Reading Club community with its main activity is book tadarus. This study aims to explore and analyze reading book activities (Tadarus) in strengthening national insight for the youth. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection through interviews, observation, documentation studies, and literature studies. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The findings of this study indicate that reading book activities (Tadarus) can strengthen national insight for the youth because books are read with the theme of nationality and the power of the speakers in discussing related topics that have been read by participants.
