Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a fundamental pillar of the Indonesian economy, but their potential is often hampered by the digital divide, especially in rural areas. The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) initiative is a way for the government to encourage digital transformation and make payments more accessible to everyone. This article aims to document and analyse the process and impact of a community service programme that facilitated the adoption of QRIS among 10 MSMEs in Pematang Tengah Village, Tanjung Pura Sub-district. This activity used the Community-Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR) method, which emphasises active collaboration between the service team and MSME partners. The process included participatory planning, collaborative action in the form of intensive training and mentoring, and joint evaluation. The results showed that all 10 MSME partners successfully adopted and used QRIS for daily transactions. The significant benefits included increased transaction efficiency, improved financial record-keeping, and a more modern business image. The main challenges identified were initial doubts about the technology and unstable internet connectivity, which were successfully mitigated through personalised mentoring based on trust. It was concluded that the CBPAR (Community-Based Participatory Action Research) method is a highly effective framework for implementing technological innovation in rural MSME communities because it not only addresses technical skill gaps but also builds crucial social capital such as trust and digital confidence.

Abstract

This study examines the role of school administrative staff in improving student administration services at SMP Negeri 4 Pammana, Wajo Regency, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that administrative staff play an important role in various student administration services, such as during the new student admission process (creating banners or billboards, brochures, promotions, and assisting in the formation of the admission committee), assisting with new student orientation (providing attendance lists, journals, activity rooms, and monitoring orientation activities), preparing self-development programs (creating activity letters, attendance lists, material requirements, and even serving as presenters), and in reporting student learning progress (acting as report card application administrators and compiling student grade data from teachers). However, the study also found areas that need improvement, particularly in the preparation of student progress reports, which are hindered by inadequate facilities, especially unstable internet connections. Other obstacles include a shortage of administrative staff, limited Wi-Fi access, lack of information technology training, and short working hours, which increase workload and hinder service optimization. Supporting factors for success include the availability of technological facilities (laptops, printers, scanners), sufficient funding, and good collaboration between administrative staff, teachers, and the principal.

Abstract

This study examines the professional competence of the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sinjai. The research focuses on how the principal’s professional competence is implemented and the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence its realization. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research aims to describe the professional competence of the principal and identify the factors that support and hinder its implementation. Data sources include the principal, teachers, staff, and official school documents. The findings show that the principal’s professional competence is reflected through: (1) the development of a vision and learning culture demonstrated by religious activities, character-building routines, and literacy programs; (2) learner-centered instructional leadership, evident in supervision of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning, teacher professional development, and student involvement in various activities; (3) effective and transparent resource management, shown through an open RKAM, BOS accountability reports, internal audits, and documented task distribution. Supporting factors include strong teacher and staff collaboration, involvement of the school committee and parents, and adequate facilities. Inhibiting factors include limited funding, suboptimal teacher participation, communication barriers, and a high administrative workload.

Abstract

This study aims to describe outing class-based learning management at MTs Tahfidzul Qur'an Azhar Center Makassar, including planning, implementation, evaluation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation with key informants, namely the head of the madrasah, teachers, activity committees, and students. The results show that outing class-based learning is managed systematically and collaboratively through two main activities, namely Literacy and Creativity Camp and Ramadan Celebration. Activity planning is carried out by determining the objectives, materials, methods, media, and schedule in accordance with the characteristics of the students and the vision of the madrasah. The implementation of activities takes place through a briefing stage, core activities based on direct experience, and a closing stage in the form of reflection. Learning evaluation was conducted through student reflection, teacher reports, and evaluation meetings as a basis for program improvement. Factors supporting the activities included teacher involvement, parental support, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure, while inhibiting factors included limited funds and external resource persons.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas layanan di Kafe Saba melalui perancangan dan implementasi Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pelayanan. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah inkonsistensi kecepatan penyajian dan tata cara komunikasi staf yang berdampak pada fluktuasi kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui tiga tahapan: observasi dan pemetaan masalah, penyusunan draf SOP, serta pelatihan pendampingan bagi kru kafe. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP mampu menyeragamkan durasi layanan maksimal 15 menit untuk menu utama dan meningkatkan skor kepuasan pelanggan secara signifikan berdasarkan survei pasca-implementasi. Kedisiplinan staf dalam menjalankan protokol komunikasi juga meningkat, menciptakan atmosfer layanan yang lebih profesional. Kesimpulannya, SOP bukan sekadar dokumen administratif, melainkan instrumen strategis untuk menjamin keberlanjutan bisnis kuliner di tengah persaingan ketat. Standardisasi ini memberikan landasan bagi Kafe Saba untuk membangun loyalitas konsumen melalui pengalaman layanan yang terprediksi dan berkualitas tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh implementasi modul Human Resources (HR) pada sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dan regulasi internal terhadap proses penentuan manfaat serta penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan tahunan, sustainability report, dan dokumentasi SAP selama periode 2018–2023. Analisis statistik menggunakan SPSS meliputi statistik deskriptif, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ERP HR dan regulasi internal secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi efisiensi, transparansi, dan objektivitas proses SDM. Hasil regresi menunjukkan kedua variabel tersebut menjelaskan 67,1% variasi dalam proses penentuan manfaat dan penilaian kinerja. Analisis time series memperkuat temuan ini dengan menunjukkan tren peningkatan berkelanjutan pada indikator kinerja SDM dan efisiensi administratif setelah optimalisasi ERP HR dan integrasi regulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya adopsi strategis ERP HR yang didukung regulasi internal yang kuat dalam meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen SDM di organisasi besar. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi BUMN dan institusi serupa yang ingin mempercepat transformasi digital SDM.

Abstract

Abstract: The use of social media in education opens up new pedagogical spaces for content creator teachers in instilling character education values in students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to understand the experiences of content creator teachers in utilizing social media at SD Negeri 3 Lemba, Soppeng Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of school social media content documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, maintaining data validity through triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that social media is used consciously and deliberately as a medium for instilling character values through visual, participatory, and contextual content. Dominant character values include religiosity, discipline, cooperation, social care, national spirit and love of the homeland, good manners, and self-confidence, which are integrated into students' daily activities and the school's flagship programs. Despite facing internal and external challenges, content creator teachers demonstrate adaptive efforts in managing social media pedagogically. These findings confirm that the use of social media by content creator teachers plays a significant role in supporting the internalization of character education values and strengthening school culture in the digital era. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi untuk memahami pengalaman guru konten kreator dalam memanfaatkan media sosial di SD Negeri 3 Lemba Kabupaten Soppeng. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi konten media sosial sekolah, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan menjaga keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dimanfaatkan secara sadar dan terencana sebagai media penanaman nilai karakter melalui konten visual, partisipatif, dan kontekstual. Nilai karakter yang dominan meliputi religius, disiplin, kerja sama, peduli sosial, semangat kebangsaan dan cinta tanah air, adab sopan santun, serta percaya diri, yang diintegrasikan melalui aktivitas keseharian peserta didik dan program unggulan sekolah. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan internal dan eksternal, guru konten kreator menunjukkan upaya adaptif dalam mengelola media sosial secara pedagogis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan media sosial oleh guru konten kreator berperan signifikan dalam mendukung internalisasi nilai pendidikan karakter dan penguatan budaya sekolah di era digital. Abstract

Production is an activity carried out by a company to add use to an object or create new objects that are more useful for everyone to meet their needs. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the textile sector. During this pandemic, demand in the local market has decreased significantly. The stock of goods owned by the local market cannot accommodate the decrease in demand. For convection or garment companies, the price of raw materials has increased by up to 30%. This increase certainly has an impact that makes it difficult to get raw materials for the production process. These results indicate that when the price of raw materials increases, there will be an increase in production, but when the price of raw materials decreases, it will make production decreases. An increase in production when the price of raw materials increases is a sign that garment business actors are still trying to meet consumer needs for garment products. This also indicates that garment entrepreneurs continue to increase production when raw material prices increase, which indirectly indicates that the garment industry has good potential to survive the COVID-19 pandemic.
