Abstract

The service activities at "Omah Jamur Ayu" are a continuation of the business school activities held by "Lazis Sabilillah" and in collaboration with "STIE Malangkucecwara Malang" and other partners. The aim of this service activity is to carry out a study to imitate the experience and success of the achievements made by Omah Jamur Ayu. This mock study was carried out with the aim of bringing benefits, increasing synergy and building cooperation with MSMEs assisted by Sabilillah. The method used was by conducting program outreach, providing materials, training and mentoring. As a result of this activity, MSME participants gained knowledge about developing mushroom seeds, caring for the mushroom growth process, harvesting mushrooms and managing mushrooms into processed dishes that are ready to be served in restaurants. The training material includes making crispy mushrooms with various flavors, namely BBQ, blackpaper and teriyaki; various soups (Ayu mushroom tomyum, Ayu mushroom capjay, Ayu mushroom asparagus) and various snacks (mushroom brontak, mushroom samosa and mushroom lumpiah) trained by experienced trainers

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media iklan mempengaruhi kemampuan siswa di kelas VIII.H MTs Negeri 3 Kediri untuk menulis karangan persuasi, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah jenis penelitian di mana subjek berusaha untuk menjelaskan atau menceritakan fenomena yang mereka alami. Tiga metode pengumpulan data digunakan: observasi, tes, dan wawancara (angket). Analisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan air minum Aqua dapat membantu orang menulis persuasi yang lebih baik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dua puluh dua siswa menerima nilai di atas KKM (75) dan presentase mereka dihitung dengan rumus berikut: N = x 100% = 55% dari empat puluh siswa. Sementara itu, delapan belas siswa menerima nilai di bawah KKM (75) dan presentase mereka dihitung dengan rumus berikut: N = x 100% = 55% dari empat puluh siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas VIII.H MTs Negeri 3 Kediri dalam menulis karangan persuasi.

Abstract

Rattan craft is one of the regional superior products in Jepara. Because the products have high quality, they are able to compete in the international market. However, the presence of rattan handicrafts also experienced ups and downs, both at local, national and international trade. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the competitiveness of rattan craftsmen through a mentoring program from the service program at SME of Rotan Indah Jepara. The strategic value of the assisted partner is increasing competitiveness towards the export market through approaches to the application of appropriate science and technology, enhancing the quality and quantity of production, and strengthening institutional capacity. The achievement of the target shows the accuracy of the assistance method used. Several programs have been carried out, including strengthening production equipment and implementing appropriate technology, strengthening product capacity and quality, strengthening marketing capacity, and strengthening corporate governance, compiling accounting systems and computerized financial reporting. The results of this program show that all the targets can be realized. The impact and benefits of this service program are social changes, effectiveness and increased productivity, in the form of increased sales turnover, changes in better work patterns, increased production capacity due to changes in work patterns, systems and technology used. Another added value is shown to be significant savings from good management patterns and more efficient production processes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Bahtsul Masail management in improving the critical reasoning of santri at the Assuniyah Islamic Boarding School in Kencong, Jember. Bahtsul Masail is a discussion forum that emphasizes in-depth analysis of fiqh issues, expected to develop critical thinking of santri. As a traditional Islamic educational institution, pesantren has a significant role in shaping the character and intellectual abilities of santri. This research uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth case study method, examining the implementation and effectiveness of Bahtsul Masail in santri education. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with pesantren managers, teachers, and santri, as well as participatory observation and documentation analysis related to Bahtsul Masail practices. The results showed that effective Bahtsul Masail management can facilitate the development of santri's critical thinking skills through debate and discussion, allowing them to question, criticize, and evaluate various perspectives of Islamic law. The findings highlight the importance of structural and pedagogical arrangements in the implementation of Bahtsul Masail, as well as how good management can integrate the development of intellectual skills in the pesantren curriculum. This research provides insights for pesantren managers in designing educational strategies that support the development of critical thinking skills, which are relevant in today's global era.

Abstract

Marketing competency is important factor for the manager of small business success. Small business in urban area faced various problems to survive their live and their business sustainability. This research was intended to identify the factors influencing marketing competency among managers of small business in urban area, especially at Malang City. Survey and interview technique were implemented among 32 small business managers in Malang City, started April 2007 until July 2007. Data was analyzed by using correlation and descriptive statistics. This research showed that individual quality and supporting business quality need improvement. Furthermore, a number of managers have a medium level of marketing competency, including their cognitive, affective and psycomotoric aspects. The marketing competencies were influenced by individual quality and supporting business quality. It was recommended that the purposes of promoting small business in urban area and the quality of life of managers, learning program that were developed based upon the competency and small business manager problems were required

Abstract

Setiap pengusaha tentu menginginkan bisnis yang digelutinya dapat berhasil ditengah-tengah persaingan yang semakin kompetitif. Kondisi lingkungan yang senantiasa berubah menuntut manajemen untuk mampu merespon dengan cepat dan akurat. Posisi bersaing merupakan indikator penentu yang pengaruhnya paling tinggi terhadap lingkungan operasional perusahaan. Penelitian survey ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi keunggulan yaitu strategi biaya rendah dan strategi diferensiasi (inovasi produk, desain produk, keutamaan  kualitas) terhadap kinerja keuangan dan kinerja non keuangan pada pengusaha keramik di kota Malang. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisa  menggunakan statistic descriptive, analisis korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa Variabel kinerja keuangan dalam kondisi baik, hal itu dibuktikan dengan nilai/skor rata-rata sebesar 3.56, artinya keberhasilan yang dapat dicapai pada tingkat penjualan merupakan cerminan peningkatan omset penjualan yang mempersepsikan pula terhadap tingkat laba maupun tingkat kekayaan. Strategi Keunggulan Biaya berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan strategi keunggulan biaya terhadap kinerja keuangan. Strategi Keunggulan Biaya berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Nonkeuangan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi keunggulan biaya tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja nonkeuangan, artinya semakin perusahaan berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan daya saing terhadap para pesaing yang dihadapi, tidak menjadikan kondisi kinerja nonkeuangan semakin baik, ataupun kinerja non keuangan menjadi semakin jelek.Kata kunci: Strategi keunggulan bersaing, strategi biaya rendah, strategi diferensiasi, inovasi produk, desain produk, dan keutamaan kualitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan: (1) pengaruh profitabilitas (profitability) terhadap struktur modal perusahaan, (2) pengaruh tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) terhadap struktur modal perusahaan, (3) pengaruh profitabilitas (profitability) terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) pengaruh tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) terhadap nilai perusahaan, (5) pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan real estate and property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2011 dengan total sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa: (1) variabel profitabilitas (profitability) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel struktur modal, (2) variabel tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel struktur modal, (3) variabel profitabilitas (profitability) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan, (4) variabel tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan, (5) variabel struktur modal berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan.  Kata kunci: profitabilitas (profitability), tingkat pertumbuhan (growth), struktur modal, dan nilai perusahaan.   ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to analyze and explain: (1) the effect of profitability on company’s capital structure, (2) the effect of growth on company’s capital structure, (3) the effect of profitability on company’s value, (4) the effect of growth on company’s value, (5) the effect of capital structure on company’s value. The population of this research are real estate and property companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2007-20011 with total sample of 25 companies. The data are analyzed by using PLS (Partial Least Square) method. Analysis result explain that: (1) profitability has no significant affect on capital structure, (2) growth has no significant affect on capital structure, (3) profitability has significant affect on company’s value, (4) growth has no significant affect on company’s value, (5) capital structure has no significant affect on company’s value. Keywords: profitability, growth, capital structure, and company’s value.

Abstract

Perbankan sangat dibutuhkan oleh semua kalangan masyarakat untuk melakukan berbagai macam transaksi dengan mudah baik di dalam negeri maupunantar negara dengan berbasis customer relationship marketing. Konsep customer relationship marketing merupakan modelbisnis dengan tujuan utama mengidentifikasikan, mengantisipasi,memahami kebutuhan pelanggan, maupun pihak yang berpotensial menjadi pelanggan dengan mengumpulkaninformasi tentang customer, sales, keefektifan pemasaran,dan trend pasar. Penelitian inibertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh Customer Relationship Marketing terdiri dari Ikatan,Empati, Timbal Balik, Kepercayaan, Komitmen, KepuasanNasabah, dan Loyalitas Nasabah.Tujuan penelitianiniadalah mengetahui dan menganalisis Customer Relationship Marketingterhadap Kepuasandan Loyalitas pada Nasabah Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Mitra UsahaRakyat Kantor Cabang Bojonegoro. Penelitian yang dilakukan termasuk penelitian explanatoryresearch. Jumlah sampel adalah 77 orang responden. Analisa data yangdigunakan  adalah  analisa  jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ikatan, Empati, Timbal Balik, Kepercayaan, Komitmen berpengaruhsignifikan bertanda positif terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Nasabah. Sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah adalah variabel Empati sebesar 0.393.Empati merupakan sarana penting dalam mempertahankan nasabah lama dan mendapatkan nasabah baru, sehingga tetap memberikan sikap loyal dan selalu menjadi nasabah setia. Kata Kunci :  Customer Relationship Marketing, Kepuasan Nasabah, dan Loyalitas Nasabah   Banking is needed byall people to perform various transactions with easeboth in domestic and overseas-basedcustomer relationship marketing. This study aimed to determine theeffect consists of Customer Relationship Marketing Bonding, Empathy, Reciprocity, Trust,Commitment, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty to knowing and analyzing CustomerRelationship Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in the Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Mitra Usaha Rakyat (Division of Micro Banking) Branch Bojonegoro. Research conductedincluding explanatory research. Sample size was 77 respondents. Analysis ofdata used path analysis. Theresults showed that the variables of Bonding, Empathy, Reciprocity, Trust, Commitment is positivesignificant effect on Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. While the dominant variableis the variable Empathy Customer Loyalty by 0,393. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh dari Kesadaran Merek, Persepsi Kualitas, Asosiasi Merek dan Loyalitas Merek terhadap Minat Pembelian dan Proses Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini termasuk explanatory research. Metode pengambilan data teknik survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampel sistematis acak (systematic random sampling), sehingga diperoleh sampel sebesar 100 orang responden. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Konsumen Smartphone merek BlackBerry yang mengunjungi Malang Plaza di Kota malang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analisys, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kesadaran Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Pembelian. 2) variabel Persepsi Kualitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Pembelian. 3) variabel Asosiasi Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Pembelian. 4) variabel Loyalitas Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Pembelian. 5) variabel Kesadaran Merek tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian. 6) variabel Persepsi Kualitas  memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian. 7) variabel Asosiasi Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian. 8) variabel Loyalitas Merek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian. 9) variabel Minat Pembelian memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Proses Keputusan Pembelian.   Kata kunci: Kesadaran Merek, Persepsi Kualitas, Asosiasi Merek, Loyalitas Merek, Minat Pembelian, Proses Keputusan Pembelian.   The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Brand Association and Brand Loyalty toward Purchase Intention and Purchase Decision Process. The research belongs to explanatory research. The samples are taken by using systematic random sampling. The size of samples determined 100  people. Population in this study is  Customers BlackBerry Smartphone who visited Malang Plaza in Malang. The data is analyzed by using Path Analisys . The findings of this study show: 1) Brand Awareness significant effect on Purchase Intention. 2) Perceived Quality significant effect on Purchase Intention. 3) Brand Association significant effect on Purchase Intentio. 4) Brand Loyalty significant effect on Purchase Intention. 5) Brand Awareness did not bring any significant effect on Purchase Decision Process. 6) Perceived Quality significant effect on Purchase Decision Process. 7) Brand Association significant effect on Purchase Decision Proces. 8) Brand Loyalty significant effect on Purchase Decision Process. 9) Purchase Intention significant effect on Purchase Decision Process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan: (1) pengaruh profitabilitas (profitability) terhadap struktur modal perusahaan, (2) pengaruh tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) terhadap struktur modal perusahaan, (3) pengaruh profitabilitas (profitability) terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) pengaruh tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) terhadap nilai perusahaan, (5) pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan real estate and property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2007 sampai dengan tahun 2011 dengan total sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa: (1) variabel profitabilitas (profitability) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel struktur modal, (2) variabel tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel struktur modal, (3) variabel profitabilitas (profitability) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan, (4) variabel tingkat pertumbuhan (growth) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan, (5) variabel struktur modal berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel nilai perusahaan.   Kata kunci: profitabilitas (profitability), tingkat pertumbuhan (growth), struktur modal, dan nilai perusahaan.   The objectives of this research are to analyze and explain: (1) the effect of profitability on company’s capital structure, (2) the effect of growth on company’s capital structure, (3) the effect of profitability on company’s value, (4) the effect of growth on company’s value, (5) the effect of capital structure on company’s value. The population of this research are real estate and property companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2007-2011 with total sample of 25 companies. The data are analyzed by using PLS (Partial Least Square) method. Analysis result explain that: (1) profitability has no significant affect on capital structure, (2) growth has no significant affect on capital structure, (3) profitability has significant affect on company’s value, (4) growth has no significant affect on company’s value, (5) capital structure has no significant affect on company’s value.
