Abstract

Arabic writing skills in higher education are a forum for increasing student creativity. Through the media of posters and descriptions of cultural texts, students can develop their imagination in written form. However, there is a need for a TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) learning model as a systematic flow in implementing learning Arabic writing skills. On that basis, this research aims to analyze TPACK-based learning practices through multicultural texts with poster media. This research used a mixed-method design with research subjects of 122 fifth-semester Arabic Language Education study program students at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang—data collection techniques through tests, observation, interviews, and documentation with a mixed-method based analysis. The research results reveal that learning writing skills using multicultural texts and poster media can improve students' ability to write Arabic, which is characterized by the diversity of phrases, sentences, and paragraphs through descriptions of the culture found in Indonesia. This research recommends further research to analyze the forms of phrases that develop among students.

Abstract

Abstract Tutoring is the guidance given by experts to assist individuals in facing and solving problems related to learning.The purpose of tutoring is directing students to his potential optimally. In the process of learning activities, the teacher’s task is to guide students to find various potentials. Tutoring is provided to students of Supit Urang Village Karangploso. the difficulty and cost of an obstacle course for most students. The objective of this activity is to assist students in improving students’ motivation to learn. The method used in this study guidance activities is a method of assisted props discussion. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that is data analysis that emphasizes the meaning, reasoning, definition of a particular situation (in a particular context) and describes what it is about the behavior of the object being studied. Data collection tool is the method of observation, interviews and documentation, while in the processing and analysis of data steps used are data reduction, data display is the process of selecting and simplifying data, display power is the presentation of data in full and verification of data is the process of drawing conclusions. By using the above methods it can be concluded that the application of tutoring in improving student learning outcomes in Supit Urang Village Karangploso is by showing effective ways of learning that is providing technical guidance about learning so that learning difficulties are experienced can be completed, helping to prepare themselves in carrying out tasks and examinations so that they have preparation in accepting the objectives and tasks given, showing ways to deal with difficulties in learning that is by identifying cases, identifying problems, making diagnoses, making prognoses, conducting treatments and doing evaluation and follow-up and assist in the development of talents and careers in the future, namely by recognizing the potential, interests, talents that exist in learners then provide guidance to determine what options will continue to major after graduating. Keywords: Discussion Method, props, Tutoring, Learning Outcomes   Abstrak Bimbingan belajar adalah bimbingan yang diberikan oleh tenaga ahli untuk membantu individu dalam menghadapi dan memecahkan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan belajar. Tujuan bimbingan belajar ini adalah mengarahkan siswa yang sesuai dengan potensinya secara optimal. Dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran, tugas guru adalah membimbing siswa agar dapat menemukan berbagai potensi yang dimilikinya. Bimbingan belajar ini diberikan kepada siswa di Dusun Supit Urang Karangploso. Kesulitan dan biaya kursus menjadi kendala bagi sebagian besar siswa. Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan paga kegiatan bimbingan belajar ini adalah metode diskusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu analisis data yang menekankan pada makna, penalaran, definisi suatu situasi tertentu (dalam konteks tertentu) serta menggambarkan apa adanya mengenai perilaku obyek yang sedang diteliti. Alat pengumpul data yaitu metode observasi, interview dan dokumentasi, sedangkan dalam pengolahan dan analisis data langkah yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, display data yaitu proses pemilihan dan penyederhanaan data, display daya yaitu penyajian data secara utuh dan verifikasi data yaitu proses penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan bimbingan belajar dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik di Dusun Supit Urang Karangploso adalah dengan menunjukkan cara-cara belajar yang efektif yaitu memberikan bimbingan teknis tentang belajar sehingga kesulitan belajar yang dialami dapat diselesaikan, membantu mempersiapkan diri dalam mengerjakan tugas dan ujian sehingga memiliki persiapan dalam menerima ujuan dan tugas-tugas yang diberikan, menunjukkan cara-cara menghadapi kesulitan dalam belajar yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi kasus, mengidentifikasi masalah, melakukan diagnosis, melakukan prognosis, melakukan treatment dan melakukan evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dan membantu dalam pengembangan bakat dan kariernya dimasa depan yaitu dengan mengenal potensi, minat, bakat yang ada dalam diri peserta didik kemudian memberikan bimbingan untuk menentukan pilihan akan melanjutkan ke jurusan apa setelah lulus sekolah. Abstract

As the restaurant industry in Indonesia experiences rapid growth, consumer expectations for dining experiences are evolving. Diners are increasingly prioritizing authenticity, fair pricing, and high-quality food, all of which play crucial roles in enhancing satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits. This study examines the impact of authenticity, price fairness, and food quality on customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. An explanatory research approach was employed, utilizing quantitative methods. The study was conducted at Griya Arayanna Restaurant, which features a Javanese-themed dining experience. The target population comprised visitors who had dined there at least once. Based on the Roscoe formula for sample selection, 150 participants were selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS techniques. The findings indicate that authenticity, price fairness, and food quality have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. Moreover, satisfaction itself has a notable effect on behavioral intentions. At the same time, the factors of authenticity, price fairness, and food quality also exert an indirect influence on behavioral intentions through their impact on satisfaction. These insights suggest that restaurants should integrate cultural narratives into their promotional efforts, offering menu prices that appeal to a diverse customer base, and consistently uphold high food quality. Such strategies can enhance customer satisfaction, increase return visits, and lead to recommendations from others.Keywords: authenticity, behavioral intentions, food quality, price fairness, satisfaction

Abstract

In the reality of married life between husband and wife, there are usually both good and bad consequences, such as polygamy in marriage, which is when a man has more than one wife.  From an Islamic legal perspective, polygamy is limited to only four wives. Polygamy has existed throughout human history, so it is not a trend that has emerged suddenly. Islamic law regulates polygamy for those who meet the requirements to practice it. However, many current practices of polygamy do not comply with Islamic law, falling far short of what is expected. Marital conflicts often cause arguments and heated debates, and physical and psychological violence is not uncommon, which can disrupt the harmony of the husband and wife's relationship and give rise to what is commonly known as nusyuz (disobedience). Then there is ila', which is the husband's vow not to have sexual relations with his wife for a certain period of time, and the role of the judge in resolving marital problems. The purpose of this study is to explain the requirements for polygamy according to Islam, such as nusyuz, ila, and the role of the judge in marriage. This article will serve as a guide for us in overcoming various problems in marriage.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of students in fiqh lessons, which is caused by the use of conventional teaching methods such as lectures and question-and-answer sessions. This leads to a lack of student engagement in the learning process, resulting in limited understanding of fiqh material. Therefore, an alternative teaching method that is more engaging and interactive is needed, one of which is the demonstration method. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the demonstration method on the learning motivation of seventh-grade students in fiqh subjects at MTs NW Suralaga in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi experimental design using a post-test only control group. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, specifically Simple Random Sampling. The subjects in this study were seventh-grade students at MTs NW Suralaga, consisting of two classes: class VII A as the experimental group (22 students) The results showed that the demonstration method had a significant effect on students' motivation to learn fiqh. This was evidenced by the hypothesis testing, which showed a significance value of 0.042 (< 0.05), indicating that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Students taught using the demonstration method had a higher level of learning motivation compared to those taught using conventional methods. It can be concluded that the demonstration method is effective in increasing students' motivation to learn fiqh. This method is suitable for application in fiqh learning to create an active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning environment

Abstract

I'rab learning is one of the aspects that must be studied by a student to help read the Yellow Book, but in fact, there was some student who have difficulty to the understanding  I'rab, therefore, it is necessary to research to find out these problems. This research aims to identify whether the problems of students and teachers in this I'rab learning. This research uses a qualitative method with the case study type, data sources were taken to eight informants through direct interviews using a set of interview protocols. All the data were analyzed thematically using NVivo 12 Software. The research findings found nine main themes about the problems of students and teachers in I'rab learning. The nine themes consist of three problematic students themes: i) low vocabulary mastery (مفردات), ii) difficulty in I'rab sentences (جملة) in the Yellow Book, iii) lack of mastery of I'rab terms. Furthermore, the six teachers of problematic themes in I'rab learning include: iv) the teacher not teaching according to the ability of the students, v) less varied learning, vi) learning is only centered in one direction (Teacher Center), vii) teachers placement by expertise, viii) teachers changes frequently, and ix) mastering the concept of learning by the teacher was lacking. The results of this research can be used as preliminary data for future researchers in examining these problems in the context of different issues.

Abstract

This research is a field study with a descriptive qualitative approach that aims to comprehensively describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation process of the tahsin program for teachers and students, as well as interpret the dynamics that occur during its implementation. The results of the study indicate that during the planning stage, the head of the school prepares teaching materials such as a tahsin guidebook, the Quran, stationery, and other supporting media such as PowerPoint and additional reference sources. Teachers prepare the guidebook, stationery, and the Quran, while students prepare the Tilawati book, stationery, and the Quran. During the implementation stage, the tahsin program for teachers is carried out once a week, while for students it is carried out four times a week using media such as the tahsin guidebook, the Quran, and the Tilawati book. Teacher evaluations are carried out continuously throughout the learning process, both at the beginning and at the end of the session. Meanwhile, student evaluations are carried out after completing each chapter of material, both verbally and in writing. The obstacles faced in the implementation of tahsin for teachers are time constraints and regular teacher absence due to other busyness, which are overcome by giving additional assignments in the form of memorizing theory or practice. Meanwhile, obstacles faced by students include low attendance rates and differences in their ability to absorb material, which are addressed by giving homework and additional time for individual tahsin.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the relationship between working environmental conditions, job motivation levels, and organizational culture on employee performance. This study focuses on the employees of PT. Indomarco Adi Prima, a company engaged in the distribution field. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study found that the variables of Working Environment (X1), Job Motivation (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) partially have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The conclusion of this study indicates that factors such as Working Environment, Job Motivation, and Organizational Culture play an important role in improving employee performance within an organization.

Abstract

AbstrakPerhitungan dan pengukuran arah kiblat merupakan ijtihad. Ijtihad adalah sebuah usaha yang sungguh-sungguh, yang sebenarnya bisa dilaksanakan oleh siapa saja yang sudah berusaha mencari ilmu untuk memutuskan suatu perkara yang tidak dibahas dalam Al-Qur’an maupun Hadits dengan syarat menggunakan akal sehat dan pertimbangan matang. Pengukuran arah kiblat hendaknya dilakukan seakurat mungkin agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan, sehingga dalam pengukuran arah kiblat masih tetap sesuai dengan dalil dan astronomi. Artikel ini membahas batas ukuran toleransi penyimpangan arah kiblat di masjid sehingga menarik untuk dikaji dengan perhitungan dan temuan-temuannya dilapangan.

Abstract

Fiqh learning has a significant purpose in shaping students’ understanding and practice of Islamic teachings. This study aims to explore the objectives of fiqh learning, the position of fiqh within the curriculum of madrasahs and schools, as well as the role of fiqh in the development of students’ character. The method employed in this study is a literature review of various sources, including textbooks, scholarly articles, and curriculum documents. The findings indicate that the objectives of fiqh learning include strengthening faith, understanding Islamic law (syariah), and applying Islamic values in daily life. Fiqh holds an important position in the curriculum of madrasahs and schools as one of the subjects that support character and spiritual education. Furthermore, fiqh plays a role in shaping students’ character through the teaching of ethics, morality, and social responsibility.
