Abstract

Implementing corporate social responsibility is certainly one form of building a public image for a company, because in order to increase profits or win a positive image for society, of course there must be a real effort and impact for the company on society in particular. This is of course what PLN UIP JBTB always strives for in carrying out its obligations as one of the front guards in the construction and transmission unit of PT PLN (Persero). Meanwhile, through this thesis research, the researcher tries to analyze the success of the implementation of the social responsibility program carried out by PLN UIP JBTB. One of the implementation programs is in collaboration with Batik Wistara, the program is an effort to empower disabled groups to work and develop their potential through Batik production in the city of Surabaya. Researchers conducted this research with the hope that in the future a good social responsibility program can emerge by making this research a benchmark for programs from other companies.

Abstract

Qaryah Thayyibah, which is part of the Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University program, is in line with the series of baldatun thayyibah expressions, which should be a kind of ideal image tiered from village, city to country. Residents of villages, cities or countries, and especially the Government, also according to Islamic teachings, are obliged to prioritize those who are left behind, to be the first to receive assistance (putting the last first). Qaryah Thayyibah, a team of lecturers and students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, aims to accompany and strengthen movement towards goodness and progress in accordance with their potential and competence. The approach used, participatory community education and development (Community Participatory Education and Development) and type of institutional program. From the activities and self-evaluation of Qaryah Thayyibah participants, a Brief Subjective Scale of Happiness was compiled which contains ten indicators and questions about factors of happiness and well-being, both instrumental and terminal. Based on exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, it is known that there are three factorial components of people's subjective happiness, namely: the trust factor in disaster, the gratitude factor in grace, and the trust factor in the congregation. Using a sequential exploratory mixed study approach (sequential exploratory mix method), data is being collected in the context of research into the development of the Community's Brief Subjective Happiness Inventory, and the Predictive Validity of Community's Brief Subjective Happiness on Community Objective Welfare, which relies on the results of observations and calculations of fulfilling material-physical needs . It is highly recommended to prioritize community development and development of rural-urban transitional areas, such as Kedungkandang District, not only for the sake of social justice, but also for the future of the city.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) faces several challenges, particularly in planning, execution, and evaluation. These issues are evident in the teaching process, where components such as the ATP/Syllabus and Teaching Module/RPP are not optimally utilized, resulting in low student engagement during lessons. This study aims to identify the problems encountered in planning, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum in IRE subjects, as well as to explore teachers’ efforts to address these challenges. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this field research involved elementary school principals, IRE teachers, other subject teachers, and students as data sources. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal key issues in planning, such as difficulties in developing ATPs and teaching modules and in implementation, including ineffective use of teaching methods, media, and technology. To overcome these challenges, teachers have introduced various evaluation strategies to improve learning outcomes in elementary schools.

Abstract

Antisocial behavior of students found in schools such as being difficult to control, liking to hit, disturbing friends, shouting, being impatient/queuing, not sharing food with friends, liking to fight, and not obeying instructions are caused by various factors both from the child (internal) and external factors (external). The purpose of this study is to explain, examples of behavior and factors that influence antisocial behavior in early childhood aged 5-6 years. The type of research that the author conducted in writing this thesis is in the form of field research with a qualitative descriptive method. As a primary data source in this study were 2 educators. Secondary data sources in this study were the principal and students. Data collection tools in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: problems with children's antisocial behavior are: behaving aggressively, behaving shyly, and behaving spoiled. Antisocial behavior in childhood and adolescence is categorized into behavioral disorders, explosive urges, stealing, vandalism, physical and psychological aggression, bullying, running away from home and truancy. Environmental factors are the main causes of antisocial behavior.

Abstract

In April 2025, it was found that children's emotional intelligence was still not well managed, because there were still many students who lacked focus, disturbed friends and other actions in the teaching and learning process. Children's emotional intelligence needs to be managed, therefore learning must be interesting and fun. One way to manage children's emotional intelligence is through the storytelling method. This study aims to (1) Identify factors that influence children's emotional intelligence at Ammatullah Kuranji Islamic Kindergarten Padang in the 2024-2025 Academic Year; and (2) Develop strategies for managing children's emotional intelligence through the storytelling method at Ammatullah Kuranji Islamic Kindergarten Padang in the 2024-2025 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative research method, the subjects in this study were students of Ammatullah Kuranji Islamic Kindergarten Padang. The number of students who became subjects was 30 children. This research was collaborative between class teachers, the principal and the author. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in children's emotional intelligence management through storytelling, with a 34% increase in pre-test emotional intelligence and an 86.7% increase in post-test emotional intelligence. The conclusion of this study is that children's emotional intelligence can be managed through storytelling.

Abstract

This study aims to describe parenting patterns in educating the emotional development of early childhood at PAUD Al-Amin Lubuk Alung and identify the role of the family and school environment in shaping children's social-emotional abilities. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of teachers, parents, and students at PAUD Al-Amin. The results show that the emotional development of early childhood is strongly influenced by the parenting patterns applied by parents. Children who receive democratic parenting patterns show better abilities in recognizing and managing emotions, empathizing, and interacting socially positively. Meanwhile, children who are raised with an authoritarian pattern tend to have difficulties in controlling emotions and behave aggressively. The family and school environment play an important role in providing positive examples and habits to support children's social-emotional development. This study concludes that the synergy between appropriate parenting patterns, open communication within the family, and a supportive school environment is a key factor in shaping the emotional character of early childhood that is healthy and balanced.

Abstract

Education is given to students not only focus on the students’ academic ability, but also on moral quality improvement. In line with the limited time of student learning, the educational institution must also be able to provide alternative additional activities to create a good moral generation, one of them with extracurricular activities. This study aimed to explain the efforts of teachers in improving the students’ morals through religious extracurricular in MTs Negeri 1 Manado and how teachers’ constraints in improving the students’ morals. This is Phenomenology Research used to identify, analyze and solve problems by using logical phenomena or reality with a qualitative approach. The results showed that daily program; those are positive behavior habits such as shalat, a weekly program such as Friday worship and tadzkir on Saturday, a monthly program such as tadzkir akbar, annual programs such as the celebration of the Prophet's Birthday, Isra 'Mi'raj, has a positive impact on students both in the school environment and family or society. These activities stand as moral guidance for students and as a tool for friendship in or out of school.

Abstract

Dalam proses produksi pewter menggunakan metode spin casting, memanfaatkan gaya sentrifugal mengalirkan logam cair untuk mengisi rongga cetakan oleh. Gaya sentrifugal yang diterjadi berasal dari cetakan yang diputar pada porosnya. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan metode spin casting adalah suhu pengecoran, tekanan cetakan, waktu pengecoran, dan kecepatan putaran. Selain itu desain cetakan terutama pada runner mempengaruhi efisiensi proses pengecoran. Dalam produksi kerajinan pewter dengan metode spin casting memiliki tingkat kegagalan yang tinggi dan produk yang dihasilkan tidak sempurna yang disebabkan proses pembuatan cetakan yang selama ini dilakukan mengabaikan bentuk runner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk runner dan posisi relief terhadap tingkat keberhasilan produksi serta membandingkan dan merumuskan cetakan yang paling optimal. Proses penelitian diawali dengan membuat master cetakan, membuat cetakan dengan RTV Silicone Rubber, melakukan pengecoran dan mengevaluasi hasil pengecoran. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan perbandingan hasil pengecoran masing-masing cetakan. Cetakan yang paling optimal adalah cetakan yang memiliki bentuk runner lurus dengan model cetakan persegi.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Differentiated learning is one of the strategies that can be implemented in teaching the subject of Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK). Through differentiated learning, students can choose their learning needs according to their interests or learning styles. There are three approaches that can be applied in differentiated learning at every stage: differentiated content, differentiated process, and differentiated product. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of differentiated learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary School) and the evaluation of differentiated learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, data validity is established using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the application of differentiated learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah by the teacher is carried out through three stages: differentiated content (the teacher presents learning content through books and instructional videos), differentiated process (the teacher provides learning variations with two activities, including group presentations and games tailored to the students' needs), and differentiated product (the resulting products are in the form of written work, some create a video, and others produce a story). The learning evaluation, meanwhile, is conducted through the entire process, and the students' learning outcomes are reinforced with tests, practical assignments, and tasks. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi salah satu dari strategi yang bisa diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di mata Pelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan Kesehatan. Melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi peserta didik bisa memilih kebutuhan belajarnya sesuai dengan minat ataupun gaya belajar yang dimiliki. Ada tiga pendekatan yang bisa dilakukan dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi disetiap tahapannya yaitu berdiferensiasi konten, berdiferensiasi proses, dan berdiferensisi produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di madrasah ibtidaiyah dan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di madrasah ibtidaiyah. Pendekatan penelitain ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sementara keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di madrasah ibtidaiyah yang dilakukan oleh guru melalui tiga tahapan yaitu berdiferensiasi konten (guru menyajikan bahan konten pembelajaran melalui buku dan video pembelajaran), berdiferensiasi proses (guru memberikan variasi pembelajaran dengan dua aktifitas meliputi presentasi kelompok dan permainan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik), dan berdiferensiasi produk (produk yang dihasilkan berupa tulisan, ada yang membuat dalam bentuk video, dan ada juga dalam bentuk cerita). Sementara evaluasi pembelajarannya dilakukan melalui proses secara utuh dan untuk hasil belajar peserta didik diperkuat dengan tes, praktik, dan tugas.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki orientasi yang lebih luas dibandingkan pendidikan pada umumnya karena tidak hanya bertujuan mencerdaskan akal, tetapi juga membentuk kepribadian, akhlak, dan spiritualitas peserta didik. Proses pendidikan akan berjalan efektif apabila didukung oleh berbagai faktor, baik internal maupun eksternal, yang secara bersamaan memengaruhi keberhasilan pembelajaran. Salah satu faktor penting yang perlu mendapat perhatian adalah minat belajar. Minat belajar merupakan dorongan batin yang menumbuhkan kecenderungan peserta didik untuk memperhatikan, memahami, dan mendalami ilmu pengetahuan. Minat inilah yang menumbuhkan semangat belajar sehingga peserta didik mampu menghadapi kesulitan, merasa senang, dan mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Tanpa minat, proses pembelajaran akan terasa berat, kering, bahkan berpotensi gagal mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Dalam pandangan Asy-Syarqowi, minat belajar memiliki urgensi yang sangat besar dalam pendidikan Islam, karena tidak hanya berpengaruh pada ranah kognitif, tetapi juga membentuk sikap, perilaku, dan akhlak mulia peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu, pendidikan Islam harus menumbuhkan minat belajar dengan cara memadukan nilai-nilai spiritual dan religius, sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak hanya berorientasi pada keberhasilan duniawi, tetapi juga mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT. Dengan demikian, urgensi minat belajar menurut Asy-Syarqowi terletak pada perannya sebagai penggerak utama dalam membentuk generasi muslim yang cerdas, berakhlak, serta berorientasi pada tujuan hidup hakiki, yaitu keberhasilan di dunia dan keselamatan di akhirat.
