Abstract

Cassava stems were one of the largest agricultural by products in Indonesia, especially in Lampung Province. It is known that cassava stems have a fairly high lignocellulose content, especially cellulose which reaches 39.29%. The high cellulose content in cassava stems has great potential to be used as raw material for Nanocrystalline Cellulose (NCC). The preparation of nanocrystalline cellulose consists of four main stages, namely: pre-hydrolysis, delignification, bleaching, and acid hydrolysis. The pre-hydrolysis stage was carried out by boiling a solution of CH3COOH and cassava stem powder for 60 minutes at a temperature of 105oC. Cassava stem powder was then delignified using a 25% NaOH solution heated to a temperature of 105oC for 1 hour. The bleaching stage used a 3.5% NaOCl solution at a temperature of 50oC for 60 minutes and was carried out twice. The last step is acid hydrolysis using 2.5N HCl solution for 15 minutes at a temperature of 105oC, then the electromagnetic induction treatment is varied with temperature variations of 30oC, 50oC, and 70oC for 60 minutes. The prepared nanocrystalline cellulose were tested for lignocellulose, XRD and PSA. From the test results, the best variation of nanocrystal cellulose preparation was acid hydrolysis treatment with 70oC electromagnetic induction for 60 minutes, namely an increase in the percentage of cellulose 62.93%, crystallinity 90.68%, and an average particle size of 18.04m with some particles measuring nanometers. From the results of the research, it was concluded that electromagnetic induction increased crystallinity and decreased the size of nanocrystalline cellulose.

Abstract

Hospital is a health service institution that provides complete health services. The better the health service, the more satisfied the patient will be, and vice versa. In this study, we will discuss the availability of infusion fluids for patients in optimal amounts. Hospitals must provide Infusion supplies for patients for a period of 1 period or 1 month. So far, planning for Infusion requests for use in the next period, is still using instinctive techniques by the head of the hospital warehouse. Thus, this will result in an excess or even a decrease in the Infusion supply. Thus, this problem can be solved by predicting the need for Infusion in the future period for the need for Infusion for the patient. In this study, we will build a system that is able to predict future Infusion needs. The results of this prediction can be used as a reference in planning for Infusion requests to the health office. The purpose of this research is to be able to build a prediction system for future Infusion inventory needs in hospitals using the Moving Average method. Thus, this system can assist the planning process of future drug needs in hospitals. Moving Average is an indicator that calculates the average price of an asset over a certain period of time, then connects it in the form of a line. The average value is calculated based on 3 periods, one period of 30 days or 1 month. The Moving Average (MA) method uses the average of the last few data as forecast data for the next future. The result of this study is a prediction system, which is able to predict the use of infusion needs in the future. The test of this system includes an error accuracy of 26.54% based on testing 8 data scenarios. Keywords — Infusion, Moving Average, Prediction, Hospital.

Abstract

The Instagram account @Iqomic (Islamic Quotes and Comics) has popularized preaching content about Islamic comics through social media. Islamic comics initiated by comic artists are a phenomenon. Iqomic was formed in a network of comic artist groups or communities consisting of social media content creators, professional and amateur comic artists. This article reviews the @Iqomic account on social media, especially the Instagram application. Iqomic is an Islamic comic preaching account whose mission is to spread goodness and convey Islam's blessings to all. In analyzing the Islamic comic da'wah movement carried out by the Icomic community, the author uses moral panic to explore how the Iqomic community spreads and mobilizes comic da'wah as an effort to fight negative discourse about Islam, such as anarchy, terrorism and radicalism in its environment. Islamic community itself. The author is of the opinion that, in response to the emergence of various negative discourses about Islam, Iqomic has succeeded in becoming a popular da'wah media by incorporating Islamic narratives into popular Islamic culture among teenagers and young adults, so that it has become one of the favorite platforms for sharing stories and being creative.
