Abstract

This study discusses the implementation and analysis of network performance using multi-area OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) with the application of Virtual Link and GRE Tunnel. OSPF is a dynamic routing protocol that is often used in large networks due to its ability to find the shortest path quickly and efficiently. However, on large networks, the use of OSPF in a single area can increase routing overhead and slow down convergence times. Therefore, multi-area OSPF is a solution by limiting the spread of routing information only to related areas. This study uses an experimental method with the PNETLab simulator running five Cisco routers. The test was carried out by measuring QoS parameters such as throughput, packet loss, jitter according to TIPHON standards and OSPF convergence time using iPerf3 and Wireshark software. The results show that multi-area OSPF with Virtual Link has a more stable performance than GRE Tunnel in terms of jitter and convergence time, namely the average convergence time of Virtual Link is 24.1166 seconds while GRE Tunnel is 28.6144 seconds. Nonetheless, GRE Tunnel shows lower packet loss at large data sizes. This study provides practical guidance for network professionals in optimizing multi-area OSPF configurations.

Abstract

This study explores the concepts of Sunnah and Bid'ah in Islamic thought, highlighting their theological significance and practical implications in Muslim life. The Sunnah encompasses the sayings, actions, and tacit approvals of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH, serving as a complementary guide to the Qur'an in matters of worship, daily conduct, and social interactions. Conversely, Bid'ah refers to innovations in religious practices that lack a foundational basis in the Qur'an or Sunnah. This paper aims to provide a nuanced understanding of Bid'ah, including its classifications—Bid'ah Hasanah (commendable innovation) and Bid'ah Sayyiah (blameworthy innovation)—as interpreted by classical and contemporary Islamic scholars. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and textual analysis of Islamic sources, this research critically examines the perspectives on the permissibility and consequences of religious innovations in domains such as worship, education, and governance. The findings suggest that while innovation in secular matters may be acceptable, innovation in ritual worship requires scrutiny. The paper underscores the necessity of preserving the integrity of Islamic teachings by adhering to the Prophet’s traditions and being cautious of unauthorized religious practices. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic jurisprudence by reinforcing the balance between tradition and contextual understanding in addressing contemporary challenges.

Abstract

Improving speaking skills in Arabic language learning is not only limited to the use of conventional methods, but can be more optimal by applying the Peer Teaching method based on B.F. Skinner's Behavioral theory. The purpose of this study is to interpret the improvement of speaking skills through the Peer Teaching method based on Behavioral Light Skinner. The object of this study was the students of the Darul Lughoh boarding school at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Blokagung. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The source of informants in this study were students of the Darul Lughoh boarding school, Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Blokagung. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study used the interactive technique of the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of three main stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study concluded that improving speaking skills through the Peer teaching method based on Behavioral Light Skinner, namely accelerating vocabulary and sentence structure mastery, increasing retention and understanding of speaking concepts, positive feedback models increasing self-confidence.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate stock prices using fundamental analysis based on financial ratios in companies that have been listed on the stock exchange. This analysis plays an important role in increasing investor and creditor confidence in the company and helps determine the value of shares accurately. The research was conducted using the substitution method and literature study. Financial ratio-based fundamental analysis provides a comprehensive picture of the company's financial performance. Ratios such as Net Profit Margin, Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) were analyzed to assess operational efficiency and profitability. The results show that companies with Net Profit Margin above 20%, ROI of at least 30%, and ROE above 40% are performing well, reflecting the ability to generate significant profits and pay dividends. High asset and inventory turnover ratios reflect efficient management, while DER below 50% indicates optimal use of debt. This study also highlights the importance of Earning per Share (EPS) and Price to Earning Ratio (PER) in determining stock value, and recommends investors to consider these ratios in making investment decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of participatory learning strategies on the activeness and result of Fiqh. Quantitative experimental design with 40 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations, tests, and documentation. The validity test used construct validity while the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The data prerequisite test used the normality test and parametric test, and the data was analyzed using a simple regression test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is significant effectiveness between participatory learning strategies and student’s liveliness with the results of R> p-value (0.467> 0.038). (2) There is significant effectiveness between participatory learning strategies and student’s result with the results of Y> p-value (0.324> 0.164). And (3) There is an increase in students' grades after using the Participatory Learning strategy when compared to students' mid-term exam grades on the subject of fiqh. Participatory strategies significantly increase activeness, but the effect on result needs further verification.

Abstract

Transparansi atau keterbukaan berarti pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dengan cara atau mekanisme yang mengikuti aturan atau ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Transparansi juga dapat berarti bahwa informasi yang berkaitan dengan lembaga harus tersedia secara mudah dan bebas serta dapat diakses oleh pihak-pihak yang terkena dampak dari kebijakan yang dilakukan oleh suatu lembaga. Dalam perkara tindak pidana korupsi yang disebut korban tidak langsung adalah masyarakat dan rakyat, sebab kerugian keuangan negara atau perekonomian negara, secara tidak langsung akan merugikan kepentingan masyarakat dan kepentingan rakyat. Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu menguji penerapan amicus curiae sebagai hak warga negara dalam memberikan hak kebebasan pendapat dalam ranah kehakiman, hal ini memberikan pandangan bahwasannya Masyarakat dapat mengontrol kondisi penegakan keadilan di lingkup pengadilan pidana, lebih khusus pada tindak pidana korupsi yang mana korban dari kejahatan tindak pidana korupsi itu adalah Masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan menganalisis teks hukum dan mencoba menemukan makna serta penerapan hukum tersebut dalam konteks yang lebih luas. Jadi dengan adanya pengaturan kedudukan hukum amicus curiae mempertegas keabsahannya secara hukum dalam praktik peradilan Indonesia selama ini. Selain itu, pengaturan amicus curiae diharapkan dapat memperkaya khazanah pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan yang mencerminkan rasa keadilan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme penjaringan wakif, investasi wakaf dan pendistribusian hasil wakaf saham di Bursa Efek Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode studi dokumen atau text, dengan sumber data sekuder yang didapat dari internet atau website, jurnal, berita maupun sosial media seperti Instagram, facebook, twiter (X), dan youtube. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan metode analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian ini adalah penjaringan wakif dan investasi wakaf pada bursa efek syariah melibatkan BEI sebagai regulator, perusahaan sekuritas atau perusahaan efek sebagai pengelola investasi dan lembaga wakaf (nazhir) sebagai pengelola wakaf dimana dalam penjaringan wakif dilakukan dengan berbagai program sosialisasi, propaganda wakaf saham, galeri invetasi dan layanan digital, serta penetapan investasi melalui skema wakaf saham. Adapun pendistribusian hasil wakaf saham dilakukan oleh nazhir selaku pengelola wakaf yang didistibusikan melalui program-program milik nazhir terdaftar. Abstrack This research was conducted by Kahrisma P.K Haris with the title “Implementation of Stock Waqf in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)”. Under the guidance of Mr. Miftahul Huda. This study aims to determine the mechanism for selecting waqf, investing in waqf and distributing the result of srock waqf on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Exchange. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection tecniques through document or text study methods, with secondary data sources obtained from the internet or website, journals, news and social media such as Instagram, facebook, twiter (X), and youtube. The data analysis used the content analysis method. The results of this study are that the recruitment of wakif and investment of waqf on the sharia stock exchange involves IDX as a regulator, securities companies or securities companies as investment managers and waqf institutions (nazhir) as waqf managers where the recruitment of wakif is carried out with various socialization programs, stock waqf propaganda, investment galleries and digital services, as well as investment determination through a stock waqf scheme. The distribution of the results of stock waqf is carried out by the nazhir as the waqf manager which is distributed through programs owned by the registered nazhir.

Abstract

This community service project, conducted in Bugel Hamlet, Karangrejo Village, focuses on improving cocoa farming through the use of bokashi fertilizer as an environmentally friendly alternative to chemical fertilizers. The project aims to enhance soil fertility and cocoa seedling growth while promoting sustainable agricultural practices. Using Participatory Action Research (PAR), local farmers were actively involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation phases. The research methodology included observation, interviews, and field studies. Results showed that bokashi fertilizer significantly improved soil health, increased cocoa productivity, and fostered a better balance of soil microorganisms compared to chemical fertilizers. The project empowered local farmers by providing them with an eco-friendly solution for enhancing cocoa farming, with the potential to increase productivity, support local economic growth, and contribute to long-term environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Education is one of the main pillars in shaping individual character and personality. In an increasingly complex globalization era, challenges in education lie not only in academic aspects but also in the development of moral and ethical values. Value-based education becomes essential to create a generation that is not only intellectually smart but also possesses good character and high social awareness. This research aims to explore and analyze how value-based education can be integrated with ethics and morals in the learning process to educate the younger generation. By understanding the relationship between value-based education and character development, it is hoped that more effective strategies for its implementation in schools can be found. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. This study involves data collection through in-depth interviews with educators and students, as well as document analysis related to the value-based education curriculum. The research population consists of several schools in various regions, with purposive sampling taken to obtain relevant and in-depth information. The results of the study indicate that value-based education has a positive impact on students' character development. The integration of moral values into the curriculum can enhance students' social awareness and empathy, as well as reduce negative behaviors among them. Furthermore, this research found that challenges in implementing value-based education are often caused by a lack of training for educators and support from school management. Thus, this research provides significant contributions to the development of better and sustainable education for the younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the absence of the bride-to-be in the practice of marriage ceremony on the marriage administrative process and analyze its impact through the application of Gustav Radbruch's Theory of Legal Certainty. This research is a type of empirical juridical research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted at KUA, Ringinrejo District, Kediri Regency with the object of research being the Head of KUA as an informant who can provide information about the absence of the bride-to-be in the practice of marriage rapak. In this study, the researcher used primary and secondary data sources. The data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis methods used are data processing, data classification, data analysis, and conclusion. The main findings of this study show that in KUA Ringinrejo District there is flexibility when the prospective husband is unable to attend the practice of marriage cards such as through representatives or confirmation via telephone. Although administratively this allows the continuation of the marriage process, from the perspective of Gustav Radbruch's theory of Legal Certainty, which includes justice, utility, and legal certainty, it is found that the absence of the bride-to-be has the potential to cause legal vulnerability, especially related to the legitimacy and administration of the marriage. This research contributes to the discourse on marriage administration reform and the urgency of establishing more adaptive regulations in ensuring legal certainty in the midst of social dynamics of society.
