Abstract

Abstract

This paper systematically discusses the structure and anatomy of organizations as fundamental elements in understanding how an organization functions and adapts to its internal and external environments. This research is descriptive-analytical in nature with a qualitative approach, aiming to identify the relationship between organizational structure design, division of tasks, hierarchy of authority, and coordination mechanisms that support organizational performance effectiveness. The results of the study show that organizational structure not only reflects the formal patterns of division of labor and responsibilities, but also describes the dynamics of communication and decision-making within the organization. Organizational anatomy includes key elements such as objectives, human resources, technology, and managerial systems that interact with each other in achieving the strategic vision. The theoretical study is based on classical and modern perspectives, including Max Weber's bureaucracy theory, contingency theory, and the open system approach that emphasizes flexibility and adaptation. Empirically, this paper asserts that organizational effectiveness is highly dependent on the alignment between formal structure and work culture that supports collaboration and innovation. Thus, a deep understanding of organizational structure and anatomy is an important basis in the process of strategic planning, organizational change, and continuous performance improvement.

Abstract

This policy analysis examines Indonesia's ambitious Free Nutritious Meal Program (Program Makan Bergizi Gratis), launched in 2025 as a flagship initiative to address chronic malnutrition and stunting among children and pregnant women. The program aims to provide free nutritious meals to millions of beneficiaries across the archipelago, targeting improved health outcomes, enhanced educational performance, and long-term human capital development. Drawing on implementation science frameworks and comparative policy analysis, this paper identifies critical barriers to program success, including logistical challenges in remote and archipelagic regions, quality assurance across diverse socioeconomic contexts, inadequate infrastructure in participating schools and health facilities, and coordination complexities among multiple stakeholders spanning education, health, and agriculture sectors. The analysis reveals promising prospects grounded in Indonesia's existing social protection infrastructure, strong political commitment at the highest levels, potential for local economic stimulation through agricultural partnerships, and growing public awareness of nutrition's role in breaking intergenerational poverty cycles. However, sustainability concerns emerge regarding long-term financing mechanisms, supply chain reliability, and human resource capacity at the district level. The paper concludes with evidence-based policy recommendations organized across five domains: strengthening intersectoral governance through dedicated coordinating bodies; investing in cold chain infrastructure and local food procurement systems; developing comprehensive nutrition literacy programs for parents and communities; establishing robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks with real-time data systems; and creating sustainable financing models that balance national budgets with district-level implementation costs. These recommendations emphasize the imperative of contextualizing global nutrition interventions within Indonesia's unique geographic, cultural, and institutional landscape while maintaining the program's core commitment to equity and dignity for all children.

Abstract

This paper examines the important role of cultural diversity in organizational dynamics and how the application of organizational culture theory can be used to effectively manage diversity. Cultural diversity, which includes differences in values, norms, language, and social backgrounds, affects various aspects of the organization such as social interaction, communication, decision-making, and collective performance. In the context of modern organizations that are increasingly multicultural, the theory of organizational culture, especially that developed by Edgar H. Schein, provides a conceptual framework for understanding how artifacts, values adhered to, and basic assumptions shape an organization's collective identity and culture. The application of this theory allows organizations to identify inclusive core values, strengthen cultural socialization mechanisms, and manage conflicts and challenges arising from the cultural diversity of members. This strategy is essential for creating a harmonious, innovative, and adaptive work environment to external changes. With strategic and sustainable cultural management, organizations can increase productivity, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability in the face of a competitive global market. This paper asserts that managing cultural diversity is not only a normative need, but also an important strategy for organizational success. Keywords: cultural, adaptive, and organizational.

Students become more involved in understanding religious concepts, develop critical thinking, and show more positive responses to learning materials. In addition, the data shows a significant increase in students' learning outcomes, with the completion rate reaching 87.50%. The findings show that the humanistic theory-based learning approach is effective in creating a conducive learning environment and empowering learners as a whole, especially in strengthening religious values. The implication of this research contributes to the development of PAI curriculum and learning strategies that are more humanistic and participatory.

Abstract

The study evaluates the internalization of the Pancasila Student Profile values in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. It also examines the implications for students, identifying challenges in the internalization process. A mixed-methods approach with an Exploratory Sequential design was employed. The study involved all implementers of the first batch of the school program, with a sample of six schools. Data collection techniques included observations and interviews for qualitative data and surveys for quantitative data. Qualitative data were analyzed through direct interpretation, while quantitative data were processed using the Rasch model via the Jamovi application. Findings indicate that all six schools implemented various strategies to internalize the Pancasila Student Profile values. The degree of internalization varied, with the highest scores in faith and moral character and the lowest in creativity. Overall, 90.5% of the values were successfully internalized by students. The study highlights key challenges in value internalization, particularly in fostering "eliminating stereotypes and prejudices" and enhancing "flexibility of thinking in problem-solving". These findings suggest the need for more structured interventions to strengthen these aspects. While the internalization of Pancasila Student Profile values in IRE learning has been largely successful, improvements are needed in specific indicators. Addressing these challenges can further enhance students' character development and critical thinking skills.
