Abstract

From the results of the initial study at SMKN 2 Padang, it turns out that the learning outcomes of students at SMKN 2 Padang are still low. Student learning outcomes are determined by many factors, including students' perceptions of vocational education (internal) and career information (external). This study aims to reveal the relationship between students' perceptions of vocational education and career information on student learning outcomes of SMKN 2 Padang. There are three hypotheses proposed in this study, namely; the relationship between student perceptions of vocational education to student learning outcomes of SMKN 2 Padang, the relationship of career information to student learning outcomes of SMKN 2 Padang, and the relationship between student perceptions of vocational education and information together on student learning outcomes of SMKN 2 Padang. For this study, the population used was 440 people with a sample of 82 students of class XII SMKN 2 Padang who were taken by using a stratified proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire with a Linkert scale model which has been tested for validity and reliability in advance. The results of this study reveal that; 1) there is a strong relationship between students' perceptions of vocational education on student learning outcomes of SMKN 2 Padang of 0.598 or 59.8%, 2) there is a strong relationship between career information and student learning outcomes of SMKN 2 Padang of 0.467 or 46.7% and 3) there is a strong relationship between students' perceptions of vocational education and career information together on student learning outcomes of SMKN 2 Padang which is significant at 0.599 or 59.9%. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of vocational education and career information are two important factors that have a strong relationship with student learning outcomes of SMKN 2 Padang. Therefore, it is suggested to the parties concerned to pay attention to these two factors so that the learning outcomes of students at SMKN 2 Padang can increase.

Abstract

The pandemic period of covid-19 is a difficult time for students and teachers, especially in the vocational high school students. One of the difficulties faced by students is learning online from home while many students do not have internet access. So developed an android application that can be accessed online and offline to help students in learning from home. The purpose of this research is to create a product in the form of android-based learning media that is valid, practical, and effective, so as to help the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This application was then named Heavy equipment Education 2.0. This research is a development research that uses four-D method (define, design, development, disseminate) as the development method. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Heavy equipment Education 2.0 application is valid as a learning medium with a validity value of 0.94. Heavy equipment Education 2.0 application. practicality with a practicality score by the teacher of 91.5% while the practicality score by the student is 90%. As for its effectiveness value, Heavy equipment Education 2.0 application. able to improve student learning outcomes 97%.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that the students 'interest in entrepreneurship in class XI at SMKN is still low, which is caused by the students' low emotional intelligence and the learning outcomes of students' Creative Entrepreneurship Products, many of which are below the set minimum completeness standards. This study aims to reveal the contribution of learning outcomes of entrepreneurial creative products and emotional intelligence to class XI students' entrepreneurial interest at SMKN. This type of research is quantitative using correlational research methods. The population of this study was students of class XI at SMKN. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling, with a total sample of 75 students. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research are: 1) There is a contribution of learning outcomes of entrepreneurial creative products to the interest in entrepreneurship of class XI students at SMKN by 28.8%, 2) There is a contribution of emotional intelligence to the interest in entrepreneurship of class XI students at SMKN by 48.9%, 3) There is the contribution of learning outcomes of entrepreneurial creative products and emotional intelligence to the entrepreneurial interest of class XI students at SMKN was 52.7%. So, there is a contribution of learning outcomes of Creative Entrepreneurship Products and emotional intelligence to class XI students' entrepreneurial interest at SMKN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Modul Pembelajaran Pengelolaan Bengkel Sepeda Motor Berbasis TEFA yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Aspek yang akan dilihat adalah untuk mengetahui validitas, praktikalitas dan efektifitas Modul Pembelajaran Pengelolaan Bengkel Sepeda Motor Berbasis TEFA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan modul pembelajaran ini menggunakan model IDI (Instruksional Development Institute). Model IDI menetapkan prinsip-prinsip  pendekatan  sistem yang meliputi tiga tahap yaitu pendefinisian (define), pengembangan (develop) dan  evaluasi  (evaluate). Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari validator dosen,guru dan siswa melalui angket pengujian validitas, praktikalitas dan efektifitas  Modul Pembelajaran Pengelolaan Bengkel Sepeda Motor Berbasis TEFA yang dikembangkan. Instrumen pengumpul data berbentuk angket. Teknik analisis data deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan kevalid, praktis dan efektif  Modul Pembelajaran Pengelolaan Bengkel Sepeda Motor Berbasis TEFA. Validitas Modul Pembelajaran Pengelolaan Bengkel Sepeda Motor Berbasis TEFA dilihat dari Validitas Format Modul, Validitas Materi Modul dan Validitas Penyajian Modul. Validitas Format Modul dengan nilai 0,94, Validitas Materi Modul dengan nilai  0,91 dan Validitas Penyajian Modul dengan nilai 0,925. Praktikalitas Modul Pembelajaran Pengelolaan Bengkel Sepeda Motor Berbasis TEFA dilihat dari praktikalitas guru dan siswa. Praktikalitas guru dengan nilai 96,25%, Praktikalitas siswa dengan nilai 85,17%. Efektifitas Modul Pembelajaran Pengelolaan Bengkel Sepeda Motor Berbasis TEFA dilihat dari pretest dan posttest belajar siswa yaitu pretest 54,42 dan posttest 85,00 dengan peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 64,02%. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Modul Pembelajaran Pengelolaan Bengkel Sepeda Motor Berbasis TEFA dilihat dari ini valid, praktis dan efektif  untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai modul pembelajaran pada Mata Pelajaran Bengkel Sepeda Motor.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian berawal dari masalah rendahnya hasil dan minat belajar Matematika. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil dan minat pada pelajaran Matematika Teknik Pengelasan Fablikasi Logam (TPFL) SMKN1 Karimun. Penelitian ini quasieksperimen menggunakan desain factorial 2×2, memperhatikan kemungkinan adanya variabel moderator mempengaruhi   penelitian  terhadap   hasil dan minat. Populasi penelitian kelas X TPFL berjumlah 68 orang. Sampel penelitian kelas X TPFL 1 kelas eksperimen dan kelas X TPFL 2 kelas kontrol. Pelajaran Matematika kelas X TPFL 1 diberikan dengan penerapan pembelajaran inkuiri, kelas X TPFL 2 diberikan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan anova dua jalur. Hasil penelitian membuktikan a) rerata hasil belajar siswa diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran inkuiri lebih tinggi dibandingkan rerata siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan pembelejaran konvensional, b) rerata hasil belajar matematika siswa minat tinggi lebih tinggi dibandingkan rerata hasil belajar minat rendah, c) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan minat dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar.Kata Kunci: Modul Pembelajaran, Validitas, Praktikalotas, Efektifitas ABSTRACTThe study started problem of low student learning outcomes and interest in Mathematics. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the inquiry learning on student learning outcomes and interest in Mathematics in the Welding and Metal Fabrication Engineering (TPFL) of the SMK N 1 Karimun. research is Quasi Experiments.  This approach uses factorial design 2×2 by observing the possibility of moderating variables that affect the research on results and interests. The population in this study was the tenth grade 68 students of TPFL. Cluster Random Sampling was used in sampling, class X TPFL 1 as the experimental class and class X TPFL 2 as the control class. It depends on whether these classes had the same level of ability. Based on the research result, the implementation of the inquiry learning model for X TPFL 1. Then, X TPFL 2 is the implementation of a conventional learning. Data techniques use two-way techniques. The analysis technique used is the ANOVA. The results of this study are a) average learning outcomes using the inquiry learning are higher than the median student learning outcomes using the conventional, and b). The median learning outcomes of students with high interest in mathematics are higher than those with low interest, and c) There is an interaction between learning models and interest in learning influencing student learning outcomes in mathematics.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Learning Models, Inquiry, Interests, Mathematics

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan prosedur pengembangan model 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Dalam upaya validasi media, Trainer PLC terintegrasi sistem pneumatik diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran siswa SMK Negeri 5 Batam. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik untuk menguji kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan media trainer PLC terintegrasi sistem pneumatik yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa produk trainer PLC terintegrasi sistem pneumatik. Validasi yang dilakukan terhadap produk hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trainer sudah memenuhi prinsip validitas, dengan tingkat pencapaian 0,95. Prinsip praktikalitas juga sudah terpenuhi dengan 92,44 guru dan 91,69 siswa menyatakan praktis. Pengujian terhadap efektivitas media yang dikembangkan diperoleh kenaikan rata-rata skor nilai naik sebesar 20%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media trainer PLC valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk dipakai dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The student's desire to become a teacher is a factor that influences attitudes and motivation to attend lectures. High levels of interest in becoming a teacher will speed up the lecture process and influence student learning outcomes. The purpose of this correlational study is to determine the relationship between student learning outcomes in education courses and interest in becoming a teacher. The study was conducted on students from the FT UNP Automotive Engineering Education study program's 2018 class. The study was conducted on students from the FT UNP Automotive Engineering Education study program's 2018 class. The Pearson product moment correlation formula was used to analyze the data, and the t test was used to determine the significance of the correlation coefficient r. Based on the analysis of the research data, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between desire to become a teacher and learning outcomes in student education courses.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah standar perilaku yang digunakan seorang pemimpin ketika mencoba mempengaruhi perilaku orang lain. Ketika proses kepemimpinan berlangsung, pemimpin menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan tertentu. Dengan kata lain, pada saat proses kepemimpinan berlangsung dapat diketahui penerapan dua dimensi gaya kepemimpinan; baik berupa pola perilaku tugas maupun pola perilaku toleransi. Pemimpin digital memiliki visi yang jelas dan memahami bagaimana teknologi dan data dapat membantu mewujudkan visi tersebut. Menggunakannya untuk mencapai tujuan institusi. Pemimpin digital juga memiliki tugas untuk membimbing rekan-rekannya agar dapat menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam implementasi transformasi digital. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket kuisioner dengan skala Likert. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Primer dengan populasi sebanyak 40 orang tenaga pendidik dan Kependidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah perspektif dan konsep kepemimpinan dan tranformasi digital yang mampu merubah dan menumbuh kembangkan mindset anggota untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan profesionalisme organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep kepemimpinan tranformasional di era digital ini mampu menggiring perubahan mindset pendidik dan tenaga kependidika untuk bisa beradaptasi terhadap perkembangan dan kebutuhan organisasi dan siap untuk menjadi agen perubahan teknologi digital.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena kepemimpinan perempuan yang terjadi di FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta, Padang, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Menepis issue stereotip kesenjangangn gender pada top level manager di lembaga Pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan data kualitatif merupakan pendekatan yang menciptakan gambaran kejadian yang diteliti secara deskriptif dan naratif. Penulisan karya tulis ini merujuk pada pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan (literature review) baik sumber primer, yaitu dokumen yang ditulis langsung oleh penulis sebagai sumber sekunder, yaitu dokumen berupa laporan oleh penulis, dan wawancara. Mengulas tentang pemimpin perempuan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transvormasional dan gaya kepemipinan visioner. Menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa perempuan dan laki-laki setara dan memiliki hak yang sama dalam konteks kesetaraan gender. Stereotip perlu dimaknai secara filosofis.

Abstract

The head of the company is an important figure in a business. In selecting a leader, criteria are needed that reflect a good leader. Some companies still do not use the system in selecting leaders, and even this is still nepotism, in this case the selected leaders are related to the owner of the company. A decision support system is a system that can assist in making decisions. Decision support systems are very effective in providing decisions on a problem, because this system has alternative problems and criteria according to the problems that occur. The WASPAS method in a decision support system provides the right solution for selecting prospective leaders with appropriate criteria because the WASPAS method is a unique combination of the known MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making) approach, namely the WSM (Weighted sum model) and the WPM weighted product model. (Weighted Product Method) initially requires linear normalization of the elements of the decision matrix by using two equations. From the results of Qi calculations using the WASPAS method, of the 6 alternatives calculated in the selection of company leaders, the best results are obtained with the highest score, namely 2.3732.
