Pemanfaatkan tanaman obat Â sebagaiÂ pengobatan pada masyarakat merupakan warisan secara Â turun temurun. Â Sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi akan obat modern, maka penggunaan Â tanaman obat mengalami penurunan. Penurunan pengetahuan Â tentang tanaman obat terutama dialami oleh anak-anak sekolah sebagai generasi muda. Permasalahan mitra Â SMAN 1 Rambutan adalah ketidak tahuan dan rendahnya pengetahuan mereka akan tanaman obat dan potensi yang ada pada Â tanaman obat. Materi penyuluhanÂ meliputi manfaat dan kegunaan tanaman obat, potensi tanaman obat sebagai tanaman hias, manfaat daun kelor (Moringga olifera) sebagai tanaman obat dan tanaman obat bernilai ekonomi. Â Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakatÂ menggunakan Â metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab yang bersifat interaktif melalui dua arah. Bentuk transfer ilmu tidak hanya sosialisasiÂ namunÂ Â juga praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, bagi peserta yaitu siswa SMA N 1 Rambutan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang potensi tanaman obatÂ kira-kira 95%.Â Kata Kunci: Tanaman obat, Tanaman hias, Potensi tanaman obat.

This study classifies GMB series tea leaves by using a convolutional neural network as a classification system. GMB series tea are the superior tea seeds in Indonesia. Gambung series, namely: GMB 1 to GMB 11, are planting material seeds that have been recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture. The potential of these tea series yield of 4,000 - 5,800 kg / ha of dried tea. The morphological similarity level of GMB 1 to GMB 11 is very high, because many elders from the clones are from the same crossing parents. During this time, the process of identifying GMB clones 1 through GMB 11 is done manually using the visual eye of an experts at PPTK Gambung. These experts are limited to be able to identify each tea series. This process is susceptible to errors in the reading of clone types, and is very dependent on the presence of the experts. If an error occurs in the process of identifying the type of clone, it will interfere with the nursery process. Errors in the selection of recommended clones will harm the process of a long period of time, because the economic age of tea plants can reach until 50 years. The potential loss of production due to misuse of plant material can reach 1,200 kg / ha per year. Against the background of these problems, it is very necessary to have a system to identify the GMB series clone. Continuous studies has been conducted to build an automation system for the identification and classification of GMB series tea clones. The system is designed using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method. The results obtained from this system output in the form of accuracy with a value of 85%.

This study is an implicit study of the influence of leadership, compensation and competence on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership, compensation and competency either partially or simultaneously on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The study population is all over Government Employees that works on Banda Aceh Public Health Office, amounting to 84 employees. The entire population is sampled because the population is affordable or less than 100. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Primary data are then analyzed by using multiple linear regressions. The results of the study explain the leadership significantly influences the performance of employees in the Public Health Office of Banda Aceh. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance of Banda Aceh Public Health Office. Simultaneously leadership, compensation and competence have a strong and positive relationship with employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office. The role of leadership, compensation and competence in influencing employee performance at Banda Aceh Public Health Office also more dominant than other variables outside the model.

There are many attempts to support the development of industry in Indonesia, especially on automotive sector, one of them is by replacing import components with local component products. Bushing is one of imported component that widely used on automotive application including motor strater. Bushing usually made of copper alloy such as brass, bronz or babbit in a solid form by casting or extrusion process. In this research powder metal technology is used to process Cu-Al powder to become slide bearing of motor starter. It is expected that powder metal process not only increasing local content in automotive parts but also providing better quality by increasing life time of bushing compared to ordinary one. Cu-Al metal powder was compacted at various pressure, i.e: 250 MPa, 350 MPa and 450 MPa, and then all specimens were sintered at different temperatures : 4000C, 5000C dan 6000C for 1 hour. After sintering specimens were air cooled to room temperature. After physical and mechanical test it can be deduced that bushing made by powder metallurgy method could increase its mechanical properties and as aresult improve its life time operation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of consumer satisfaction and how much influence on brand loyalty in K-link health food products in the city of Banda Aceh. The object of research is about the satisfaction and loyalty of consumer brands in K-Link health food products in Banda Aceh City with a total sample of 250 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation (correlation coefficient) between the variables of customer satisfaction factors that include product attributes, service attributes and purchase attributes to brand loyalty that is equal to 0.649 or 64.9%. The results also showed that the three variables of consumer satisfaction had a strong influence on brand loyalty of K-link health food products that was 0.422 or 42.2%. The product attribute variable has a dominant influence on influencing consumer brand loyalty on K-Link health food products because this variable has a higher regression coefficient than the other two independent variables.Â Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Loyalty, Brand, K-Link Health Products.

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan merupakan bentuk usaha perbaikan ekonomi masyarakat di RT 02 RW 02 Kelurahan Agrowisata Rumbai dengan tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat bagaimana cara memanfaatkan tepung kentucky yang baik dan benar serta mengajarkan memasarkan melalui media online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PAR dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah telihatnya perubahan pengetahuan warga tentang bagaimana cara mengolah tepung kentucky menjadi olahan makanan yang tepat dan bermanfaat serta memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dimasyarakat. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil observasi warga. Selain itu juga ditemukan beberapa warga melanjutkan proses pendampingan ini menjadi bentuk sebuah usaha mikro kecil menengah yang mampu memberikan pemasukan tambahan bagi warga tesebut.

This research is designed to classify eye disease conditions into three classes, namely normal, cataract, and glaucoma using a system. The system will use Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with EfficientNet architecture. The EfficientNet that will be used is EfficientNet-B0. The dataset in this paper is obtained from Kaggle totaling 300 images. From this data, augmentation is carried out so that 3.600 images are obtained consisting of "normal" (1200 images), "cataract" (1200 images), and "glaucoma" (1200 images). This data is processed into 4 different datasets, namely the original dataset, augmentation dataset, augmentation dataset that has been preprocessed grayscale, and augmentation dataset that has been preprocessed thresholding. The best results are obtained using the Adam optimizer, learning rate 0.00001, and batch size 32, and iterations of 20 epochs. The best dataset is the augmentation dataset that has been preprocessed grayscale with an accuracy of 79.22%, precision value of 80.3%, recall value of 79.22%, F1-Score of 78.87%.

Rice plant is one of the important factors in supporting human life. When it starts to grow, of course, rice plants also often face problems such as pests or diseases that cause plants to die and lead to crop failure. So proper handling is needed to overcome the disease in rice plants. One of the treatments that can be done is by detecting diseases in rice plants, so that farmers can provide appropriate treatment for these problems. The research data will be processed through several stages, then the dataset used in this study consists of three classes of rice plant diseases, namely, bacterial leaf blight, brown spot, leaf smut and one class of healthy/healthy rice plants with a total of 16000 datasets collected from sources www.kaggle.net and previous research. The parameters tested in this study, namely hidden layer and optimizer affect system performance in the form of accuracy, precision, recall, fl-score, and loss values. In this study, the best results were obtained by using four hidden layers and Adam optimizer. Accuracy was 99.66%, precision, recall, fl-score was 99.66%. 100% and a loss of 0.0047 as well as a graph of the accuracy and loss performance in a good fit.

Kehadiran kesenian dalam kehidupan masyrakat dapat berupa hiburan, upacara adat maupun acara lain seperti hajatan dan sebagainya. Seriing dengan perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan, kesenian dan kebudayaan selalu mengalami perubahan dari masa ke masa. Hal tersebut terjadi dalam rangka penyesuaian dengan perkembangan tata kehidupan masyrakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Eksistensi Kesenian Pencak Silat Bandrong di Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, Bojonegara, Serang, Banten yang meliputi sejarah, perkembangan dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung eksistensi kesenian pencak silat Bandrong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota atau pelaku kesenian Pencak Silat Bandrong di Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, tokoh masyarakat dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian Eksistensi kesenian Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya dipengaruhi oleh tiga unsur eksistensi yaitu: kelahiran karya seni, prestasi serta promosi yang dilakukan. The presence of art in people's lives can be in the form of entertainment, traditional ceremonies and other events such as celebrations and so on. Along with the development of technology and science, art and culture are always changing from time to time. This happens in the context of adjustment to the development of community life. This study aims to describe the existence of Bandrong Pencak Silat art in Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, Bojonegara, Serang, Banten which includes history, development and factors that support the existence of Bandrong Pencak Silat art. The object of this research is Bandrong Pencak Silat Art in Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, Bojonegara, Serang, Banten. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were members or performers of the Bandrong Pencak Silat arts in Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya, community leaders and the Serang Regency Government. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data description and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was obtained by using the source triangulation technique. The results of the study the existence of Padepokan Sampurnaning Jaya art is influenced by three elements of existence, namely: the birth of the work of art, achievements and promotions carried out. ABSTRAK Strategi pembelajaran seni tari dalam ekstrakurikuler memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan kreativitas, ekspresi diri, dan pemahaman budaya siswa. Meskipun terdapat peningkatan minat siswa pada kegiatan ini, kendala seperti kekurangan fasilitas tari yang memadai dan sumber daya yang terbatas menjadi tantangan. Kolaborasi yang solid antara berbagai pihak dianggap krusial untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran yang sedang digunakan di ekstrakurikuler seni tari SMP Negeri 13 Kota Serang. Metode penelitian yang diadopsi adalah kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, dan demonstrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran seni tari di sekolah ini melibatkan metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Metode ceramah memberikan dasar teoritis, sementara metode demonstrasi memberikan dimensi praktis dan pengalaman langsung. Kombinasi keduanya menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran holistik, memastikan siswa tidak hanya memahami konsep seni tari secara teoritis tetapi juga mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam praktik. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pembelajaran, Seni Tari. ABSTRACT DANCE LEARNING STRATEGIES IN EXTRACURRICULAR AT SMPN 13 SERANG CITY, DECEMBER 2023. The dance learning strategies in extracurricular have a crucial role in fostering creativity, self-expression, and cultural understanding among students. Despite the increased interest in this activity, there are challenges such as inadequate dance facilities and limited resources. Solid collaboration among various stakeholders is deemed essential to overcome these challenges. This research aims to identify the learning strategies currently employed in the dance extracurricular activities at SMPN 13 Serang City. The research method applied is qualitative. Data are obtained through literature review, observation, interviews, and demonstrations. The research results show that dance learning in this school involves both lecture and demonstration methods. The lecture method provides a theoretical foundation, while the demonstration method offers practical dimensions and direct experiences. The combination of these two creates a holistic learning experience, ensuring that students not only grasp the theoretical concepts of dance but also apply them in practice.
