Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of People's Business Credit in Dewantara District before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic, and analyze the comparison of the development of People's Business Credit in Dewantara District before the Covid-19 pandemic with the development of People's Business Credit during the pandemic. Covid-19. Secondary data on the development of People's Business Credit in Dewantara District before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in the form of data on the number of distribution of People's Business Credit and data on the number of recipients of People's Business Credit in 2019 and 2020. The results show that: Development of People's Business Credit in the District Dewantara before the Covid-19 pandemic tended to be stable in terms of KUR recipients and KUR distribution with the development of People's Business Credit in Dewantara District during the Covid-19 pandemic, but the development of People's Business Credit in Dewantara District before the Covid-19 pandemic was better than during the pandemic Covid-19, where the development of People's Business Credit in the Dewantara District before the Covid-19 pandemic with the Covid-19 pandemic, there was no significant difference

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of advertising, brand, consumer beliefs and consumer attitudes on purchasing Honda branded vehicles in Banda Aceh city. Advertisements, brands, consumer beliefs, and consumer attitudes are independent variables, and purchases are the dependent variables. This sample was conducted using an objective sampling method from 100 respondents using Honda brand vehicles, specifically vehicles produced up to 2019. The results showed moderate associations between advertising variables, brands, consumer beliefs, and consumer attitudes towards purchasing Honda vehicles in Banda Aceh City. Honda car purchases in Banda Aceh City are influenced by promotional variables, brands, consumer beliefs, and consumer attitudes, with the remaining 53.7% being influenced by other variables. Evidence for all independent variables in this study, partially using t-tests, shows that all independent variables in this study have a significant impact on Honda vehicle purchases in Banda Aceh City. On the other hand, the simultaneous validation using the F-test also showed that the variables advertising, brand, consumer beliefs, and consumer attitudes had a significant impact on the purchase of Honda brand vehicles in Banda Aceh city at the same time. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the hypotheses tested in this study are accepted.

Abstract

Consumer attitudes are very determining in making decisions to buy a product. A person's attitude towards product attributes can vary due to beliefs and evaluations of the attributes of the product. Apart from that, there are other factors that also influence what will ultimately determine their interest in buying a product. To find out and analyze differences in consumer attitudes towards product attributes. To obtain information and data in this research the author conducted field research, namely research on buyers of health milk drinks in the form of pure Bear Brand milk. The research object is regarding customer or consumer loyalty towards Bear Brand milk drinks in Banda Aceh City. The research results show that Bear Brand milk is good for health if consumed regularly. Consumers buy Bear Brand milk; this is indicated by the Sig value. t in all attributes of consumer attitudes towards Bear Brand milk products studied is worth > from α = 0.05 (The test results obtained show that having knowledge for health in consuming Bear Brand milk with the main consideration being more visible is for health. Or in other words it is used as a pure milk drink shows an overall positive effect on maintaining health.

Abstract

One of the marketing elements that influences customer behavior is product management and promotion mix. Product management emphasizes that customers need certain types and service facilities, while promotion mix is ​​a promotional variable that uses a combination of flash, publicity, sales promotion and personal selling. It is hoped that customer perception can increase, by increasing the number of promotion mixes. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix on customer perceptions at the BTNS Bank Banda Aceh Branch Office. To obtain the required data and information, research was carried out directly at the Operational office of Bank BTNS (Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah), Jl. Daud Bereueh, Banda Aceh. The object of this research is the influence of Promotion Mix on customer perceptions, while the respondents in this research were 100 people. Simultaneous research results show that all the variables studied have a significant effect on customer perceptions at Bank BTNS Banda Aceh Branch, this is because the Fcount > Ftable value is obtained at a significance level of α = 5%. Meanwhile, partially (as a whole) the influence of the variables advertising (X1), publicity (X2), selling personnel (X3), Sales Promotion (X4) has a significant influence on customer perceptions of Bank BTNS Banda Aceh Branch.

Abstract

Nowadays, laptops are no longer a rare item, where more and more consumers can afford laptops, but the higher a person's income, the more their lifestyle will improve. A laptop is a tool that can make a person's work easier in all fields. Laptops are known as computers that can be carried anywhere. So it attracts many consumers. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that encourage consumers to purchase Macbook Air Brand Lantops in Banda Aceh City and try to provide suggestions that are deemed necessary to improve and increase sales volume based on management theories and things that arises in other discussions. The writer collected information from respondents from the columnists who bought Macbook Air Brand Laptops in Banda Aceh City. The author distributed a questionnaire containing various statements with fields to be filled in by respondents. The entry column is designed using a Likert scale technique with 8 categories as shown below. With a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the research results, psychological factors (x1), socio-cultural factors (x2), marketing mix factors (x3) and macro environmental factors (x4) all have an influence in increasing laptop purchasing decisions in the city of Banda Aceh, namely by obtaining a calculated F value of 49.514, and Ftable at the significance level ∞ = 5% is 2.311 with a significance level of 0.000. This states that simultaneously (together) the indicator variables used in this research model influence the decision to purchase laptops in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

Background: Upper eyelid contracture is a regular occurrence after severe facial burns. Numerous problems, such as corneal ulcers and exposure keratitis, may result from it. It is difficult for plastic surgeons to operate in this situation to preserve worst-case scenarios and enhance palpebral function. Methods: In this piece, we showcase two instances: (1) Eight months after suffering a chemical burn injury, a 26-year-old male was diagnosed with bilateral superior palpebral contracture with iris prolapse. Both eyes' visual acuity was 6/6 - 1/¥. A 75-year-old female patient was identified as having a corneal ulcer and a contracture on her left upper eyelid. Both eyes' visual acuity was 20/6 - 1/¥. In order to restore the top eyelid in both patients, we undertook a contracture release and a full-thickness skin graft. Results: Evaluation five days after surgery revealed no evidence of graft lysis and that the graft had taken nicely. On the patient graft from the second, we discovered shifting, although new epithelization will take place. Both of the patients had good eyelid looks following restoration. Conclusion: Plastic surgeons should be aware of the seriousness of significant burn injuries to the face. Patients must receive appropriate instruction on the significance of avoiding consequences from eyelid contractures. In this instance, creating the top eyelid via a skin graft and contracture release technique made sense. We acknowledge that one of the limitations of our study is the brief observational period of the patient's conditions.

Abstract

Abstract: Instrument and media in guidance and counseling services aretools used in helping a counselor or psychiatrist in resolving the problems faced by the students or individuals, until the students’ problem or individuals can be resolved soon. Nowadays, the implementation of guidance and counseling servicescan be said that it has run in various level of education, such as: kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school. Although we can say that it has run, however the implementation has not been maximal yet. Because the implementation of guidance and counseling serviceshave not been maximal yet, the researcher was interested in discussing about the use of instrument and media in guidance and counseling services, including the instruments used are based on analysis of data and the needs of the students.Keywords: Instrumentand media, Guidance and Counseling Service.Abstrak: Instrumen dan media dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling adalah alat yang digunakan dalam membantu seorang konselor atau psikiater dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh siswa atau individu, sehingga permasalahan siswa atau individu tersebut dapat segera terselesaikan. Saat ini penyelenggaraan layanan bimbingan dan konseling dapat dikatakan sudah berjalan di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, seperti: Taman Kanak-Kanak, Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama, dan Sekolah Menengah Atas. Meski bisa dikatakan sudah berjalan, namun implementasinya masih belum maksimal. Karena pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling belum maksimal, maka peneliti tertarik untuk membahas tentang penggunaan instrumen dan media dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling, termasuk instrumen yang digunakan berdasarkan analisis data dan kebutuhan siswa.Kata Kunci: Instrumen dan Media, Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling.

Abstract

Abstract: Low career maturity among students has become a critical issue in the realm of education, indicating students' lack of confidence in their career choices and their ability to plan a suitable future. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of career guidance programs at State High School 1 Muratara, specifically focusing on efforts to enhance students' interest in studies through group counseling sessions. A qualitative approach was employed in this study, involving interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection methods. To ensure data validity, a triangulation of sources technique was utilized, involving interviews with the Guidance Counselor, students, and subject teachers prior to the provision of career information services. The research findings revealed that initially, 4 participants exhibited low levels of career maturity, but after receiving career information services, the number of participants reaching a better level of career maturity increased to 7. This research confirms that the implementation of career guidance through career information services at the school has significantly positively impacted the improvement of students' study interests. Key success factors in this program included strong support from guidance and counseling teachers, effective collaboration with relevant parties, and the optimization of available resources. However, a challenge identified was the lack of motivation among participants to engage in career information services. This research contributes significantly to deepening the understanding of career guidance practices in the school environment, emphasizing the importance of enhancing students' study interests as a key factor in developing their potential and making appropriate career choices. The research findings were generated through qualitative data analysis using a Theme Grouping approach, focusing on evaluating the implementation of the career guidance program through career information services at State High School 1 Muratara.Keywords: Career; Guidance; Boosting Interest; Student.Abstrak: Kematangan karir siswa yang rendah telah menjadi isu kritis dalam ranah pendidikan, mengindikasikan ketidakyakinan siswa terhadap pilihan karir mereka dan kemampuan mereka untuk merencanakan masa depan yang sesuai. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program bimbingan karir di SMA Negeri 1 Muratara dengan fokus khusus pada upaya meningkatkan minat studi siswa melalui sesi bimbingan kelompok. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang mencakup wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data, teknik triangulasi sumber digunakan, dengan melibatkan wawancara dengan Guru BK, siswa, dan guru mata pelajaran sebelum pemberian layanan informasi karir. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sebanyak 4 peserta didik awalnya menunjukkan tingkat kematangan karir yang rendah, namun setelah menerima layanan informasi karir, jumlah peserta didik yang mencapai tingkat kematangan karir yang lebih baik meningkat menjadi 7 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan karir melalui layanan informasi karir di sekolah telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan pada peningkatan minat studi siswa. Faktor-faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan program ini meliputi dukungan yang kuat dari guru bimbingan dan konseling, kerjasama yang efektif dengan pihak-pihak terkait, serta optimalisasi sumber daya yang tersedia. Namun, kendala yang muncul adalah kurangnya motivasi peserta didik dalam mengikuti layanan informasi karir. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memperdalam pemahaman tentang praktik bimbingan karir di lingkungan sekolah dan menekankan pentingnya peningkatan minat studi siswa sebagai faktor kunci dalam pengembangan potensi mereka dan pemilihan karir yang tepat. Hasil penelitian ini dihasilkan melalui analisis data kualitatif dengan pendekatan Pengelompokan Tema dan berfokus pada evaluasi pelaksanaan program bimbingan karir dengan layanan informasi karir di SMA Negeri 1 Muratara.Kata Kunci: A. Abstract

Perempuan dalam Kesenian Rampak Bedug menjadi sebuah simbol. Rampak Bedug yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang hampir rata-rata menghadirkan perempuan dalam pertunjukannya. Selain itu, peran perempuan dalam eksistensinya menjadi ciri khas dalam kesenian tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membahas dampak peran perempuan dalam upaya keberlangsungan Kesenian Rampak Bedug di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Mengingat sosok perempuan dalam kesenian ini menjadi sorotan bagi masyarakat umum. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Objek penelitian ini yakni sanggar Pamanah Rasa Kabupaten Pandeglang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang sedang menuntut ilmu di pendidikan non-formal (sanggar seni) atau pelaku seni di sanggar Pamanah Rasa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan kajian wanita dan kajian seni. Hasil penelitian dalam upaya pelestarian rampak bedug melalui keterlibatan secara aktif di sanggar, peningkatan apresiasi kepada masyarakat umum, dan terlibat dalam pengembangan dan pengemasan Kesenian Rampak Bedug. Abstract

Pendidikan karakter yang baik sebaiknya dimulai sejak dini, mengingat terdapat banyak insiden yang melibatkan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) saat ini, seperti kecanduan bermain game yang menyebabkan pengabaian terhadap kewajiban seperti sholat, makan, bahkan tidur, hanya karena terpaku pada gadget atau handphone. Tambahan lagi, dengan terdapat kasus bullying di kalangan siswa-siswi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Semua permasalahan ini perlu diatasi atau dihindari sejak usia dini, mengingat siswa adalah generasi penerus bangsa. Salah satu langkah yang dapat diambil adalah menerapkan bimbingan dan konseling di lingkungan sekolah. Bimbingan dan konseling dapat dilakukan secara individu maupun klasikal. Pendekatan ini bertujuan agar siswa mampu mengembangkan perilaku yang positif dan menghindari perilaku yang tidak diinginkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber data dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, dan menggunakan analisis data interaktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami signifikansi dan manfaat apa saja yang dapat diperoleh dengan penerapan bimbingan dan konseling di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.
