Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja karyawan memainkan peran krusial dalam mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya di sektor perbankan yang sangat bergantung pada pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem penunjang keputusan berbasis Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk meningkatkan objektivitas dan akurasi evaluasi kinerja di Bank Mandiri KCP Pandanaran. Subjektivitas dalam penilaian kinerja menjadi permasalahan utama yang dapat menghambat pengambilan keputusan strategis. Metode AHP diterapkan dengan membandingkan kriteria kinerja, seperti produktivitas, kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi, dan kerja sama, menggunakan matriks perbandingan berpasangan. Validitas data dievaluasi melalui pengujian Rasio Konsistensi, memastikan keandalan analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini secara signifikan mengurangi bias subjektivitas, menghasilkan evaluasi yang lebih akurat dan terpercaya. Penelitian ini memberikan solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi dalam evaluasi kinerja karyawan, yang relevan untuk organisasi yang berfokus pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Pemeringkatan karyawan berbasis skor prioritas memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi manajemen untuk mengambil keputusan strategis, seperti pemberian penghargaan dan perencanaan pengembangan kompetensi.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah kami laksanakan di Desa Kotaraya Kabupaten Lahat Provinsi Sumatera Selatan berjudul Pengembangan Sistem dan Prosedur Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Implementasi Pengelolaan Keuangan BUMDes Berbasis IT. Pesertanya meliputi pengelola BUMDes di Desa Kotaraya, Desa Ulak Lebar, Desa Muara Temiang dan Desa Padang Lengkuas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pengurus BUMDes terkait dengan aspek pengelolaan keuangan berbasis IT, sehingga mampu melakukan pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan metode presentasi (ceramah) dan workshop aplikasi pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes. Hasilnya dapat diketahui bahwa dari ke-empat desa yang menjadi peserta, desa Ulak Lebar dan desa Kotaraya telah melaksanakan pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes secara manual dan masih sederhana, sedangkan desa Padang Lengkuas dan desa Muara Temiang masih dalam tahap pembentukan usaha BUMDes. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan, kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman pengurus BUMDes terkait sistem dan prosedur pengelolaan keuangan BUMDes yang berbasis IT.

Abstract

Nowadays cosmetics are an important commodity and the market for halal cosmetics is seeing growth. Cosmetics that contain porcine-derived ingredients are typically the source of halal problems. Gelatin and collagen are porcine derivatives that are extensively used in cosmetics. Hence, verifying the presence of porcine derivatives in cosmetics by developing analytical methods is critical. Despite this urgency, determining porcine-derived components in cosmetics is challenging, since cosmetics are quite complex with variable matrix forms. Moreover, to the best of our knowledge, there are only a few papers on developing porcine derivatives analysis in cosmetic items. This mini-review objective is to depict the current understanding of determining porcine collagen and gelatin in cosmetic matrixes. The findings revealed that the LC-MS/MS method is superior for determining gelatin and collagen sources in complex matrixes due to its sensitivity and accuracy. PCR and ELISA methods have challenges with the marker degradation problem since the derivatives undergo extensive processing conditions, thus lowering the methods’ specificity and sensitivity, especially in complex matrixes. The SDS-PAGE method applications are limited and the method is suitable for a relatively simple matrix. This review highlights findings that support future advancements in cosmetic analysis for halal authentication.

Abstract

Purpose: To develope human resources in the multimedia department at SMK Al-Hikmah 2 Garut with a focus on multimedia broadcasting and live streaming. Methodology: Literacy, discussion, collaboration, action, and publication methods. Results: An increase in understanding of live broadcasting material by 92% and video camera usage improved to 88.9%. Eleventh-grade students at SMK Al-Hikmah 2 Garut now grasp the basic concepts of multimedia broadcasting and live streaming. Conclusions: The implementation of this community service activity was successfully carried out, as evidenced by the increased understanding of students regarding broadcasting and live streaming technology. Through this training, students of SMK Al-Hikmah 2 Garut gained a better understanding of using video cameras and Vmix software, despite their initially low level of knowledge. The training showed positive results in enhancing students' skills in the multimedia field. The final evaluation indicated a significant improvement in participants' understanding, although some challenges were encountered regarding facilities and the number of participants. Limitations: One possible limitation is the lack of adequate broadcasting equipment and technology. Students may not be able to get the most out of the experience if the equipment used is not up to industry standards. Contribution: This research is valuable in the field of multimedia education, particularly in vocational schools, for enhancing students' skills in multimedia broadcasting and live streaming.

Abstract

Environmental education (EE) is a crucial issu of amid acute environmental degradation. This study aims to analyze the content of Islamic eco-theology in Indonesia's Islamic Religious and Character Education (IRCE) curriculum and integrate it into the curriculum as a form of offering ethical spirituality in environmental education to enhance environmental education. This study is qualitative research that incorporates the literature study supported by structured interviews and document studies. Interviews were used to collect data that concerned teachers of high schools of IRCE in Semarang, Central Java. Document studies were employed to address the IRCE curriculum of High Schools, journal articles, and government policy documents. Data analysis used the descriptive-interactive method. The results showed that the curriculum of IRCE emphasizes the affective domain in environmental education matters. However, it does not yet address the cognitive one appropriately, so IRCE teachers teach environmental education by inserting relevant IRCE themes. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating eco-theology in the IRCE curriculum and recommends that Islamic eco-theology be included in the IRCE curriculum in Indonesia so that the inculcation of environmental education values can work better through IRCE learning

Abstract

This article examines the role of Tarekat (Sufi) educational institutions in promoting social change in Lamongan, Indonesia, a region known for Islamic radicalism. Tarekat institutions have often been seen as disconnected from social change, primarily seen as ascetic and otherworldly, not concerned with social issues. However, this study argues that these institutions can play a crucial role in countering radicalism. While government efforts to counter radicalism and deradicalisation focus on conventional methods, tarekat institutions remain undervalued as cultural assets in this context. The research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, including interviews, observation and documentation. Findings suggest that Sufi educational institutions are instrumental in curbing the spread of radicalism, particularly in Solokuro, Lamongan. The curriculum, which emphasises peace and love, contributes significantly to deradicalisation efforts and provides an effective cultural countermeasure to radicalism in the region.

Abstract

Roselle calyx (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) is widely used as an antioxidant, antihepatotoxic, diuretic, anti-cholesterol, and immunostimulant. Roselle contains anthocyanin and quercetin that have antioxidant activity. This study aimed to determine the effects of the ethanolic extract of roselle calyx on hematocrit, platelets, and erythrocytes in healthy volunteers during the 30-day administration and 15 days after it ceased. This study employed pre- and post-treatment design on 21 healthy volunteers, comprising 11 males and 10 females who fulfilled the inclusion criteria and filled out the informed consent form willingly. Volunteers were provided with roselle capsules for 30 days with a dosage of 500 mg a day taken 10-15 minutes after dinner. The hematologic examination was performed on Day 0, 31, and 45, including the measurement of hematocrit, platelet, and erythrocyte levels using a hematology analyzer. The obtained data were analyzed in SPSS with paired t-test and Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the hematocrit, platelets, and erythrocytes of all male and female volunteers on Day 0, 31, and 45 were within the normal range. The comparison analysis affirmed that there was no significant difference between these three parameters from Day 0 to 31, Day 31 to 45, and Day 0 to 45 (p>0.05). As a conclusion, the administration of the ethanolic extract of roselle calyx with a dosage of one 500mg capsule per day for 30 days did not affect the hematocrit, platelets, and erythrocytes in healthy volunteers. There was also no delayed effect on these three hematological parameters 15 days after the administration stopped.

Abstract

Pergeseran nilai-nilai moralitas remaja dikhawatirkan bergeser ke arah bullying. Kasus perundungan di Kabupaten Sumedang menjadi salah gagasan SMK Bani Mahfud Sumedang bekerjasama dengan tim pengabdi LPPM Unisba sebagai salah satu tugas tridharmanya, dalam sosialisasi bahaya bullying untuk menciptakan siswa yang berakhlakul karimah. Metode penelitian yang diambil oleh penulis, yaitu deskriptif analitis. Sehingga, diharapkan mendapatkan jawaban secara relevan terhadap pengaruh dari sosialisasi tersebut pada peningkatan akhlakul karimah siswa. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini, bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi sangat urgen dilaksanakan di lingkungan pelajar. Hal ini, dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan secara signifikan terhadap perilaku siswa, yang awalnya mereka masih bercanda dengan memicu perilaku bullying, setelah terlaksananya kegiatan sosialisasi berdasarkan data yang penulis dapatkan terjadi penurunan. Selain itu, kepuasan dari civitas SMK Bani Mahfud dengan orang tua siswa menunjukan pengaruh besar terhadap budaya taat hukum siswa karena pengetahuan yang mereka dapatkan, serta motivasi mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai akhlakul karimah sebagai ibadah kepada Allah SWT.

This research aims to explore BPJS Kesehatan as a mechanism for fulfilling the right to health, Indonesia's responsibility in ensuring the fulfillment of the right to health, and to evaluate the realization of the right to health for citizens abroad in the context of human rights theory and Islamic law perspectives regarding health rights. This study employs a normative legal research method by examining various literature-based sources. The findings conclude that the social security system is implemented through a social insurance mechanism designed to ensure that all Indonesian citizens are protected under an insurance system, thereby enabling them to meet their basic health needs. The fulfillment of Indonesian citizens' health rights has been primarily focused on healthcare services. However, essential health prerequisites such as access to clean drinking water, adequate sanitation, sufficient nutrition, health-related information, environmental health, and workplace health still need to be fully met. Safeguarding life (hifzu nafs) is one of the maqasid al-shariah, where preserving life results from preventive and curative health efforts, allowing every citizen to maintain their well-being with a decent and mentally fulfilling life. It demonstrates that the state's fulfillment of the right to health is aligned with the concept of hifzu nafs, or the preservation of life.

Abstract

This article discusses population dynamics and employment challenges in Indonesia, as well as strategies for developing a people's economy as a solution to create a productive and quality workforce. Rapid population growth has consequences for the employment structure, which requires increased skills and empowerment of the workforce. This article highlights the important role of education, especially vocational education, in equipping the workforce with relevant and competitive skills. In addition, empowering women in the employment sector and strengthening MSMEs through digitalization are important elements in realizing an inclusive economy. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is also discussed as a factor that accelerates the need for adaptation and innovation in the employment sector. Strategies for developing a people's economy such as strengthening cooperatives, digitalizing MSMEs, and developing local potential are expected to be able to create sustainable jobs and reduce economic inequality. This article uses a number of references from Heni Noviarita to support the analysis and policy recommendations in the context of population and employment in Indonesia.
