Abstract

This article discusses population dynamics and employment challenges in Indonesia, as well as strategies for developing a people's economy as a solution to create a productive and quality workforce. Rapid population growth has consequences for the employment structure, which requires increased skills and empowerment of the workforce. This article highlights the important role of education, especially vocational education, in equipping the workforce with relevant and competitive skills. In addition, empowering women in the employment sector and strengthening MSMEs through digitalization are important elements in realizing an inclusive economy. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is also discussed as a factor that accelerates the need for adaptation and innovation in the employment sector. Strategies for developing a people's economy such as strengthening cooperatives, digitalizing MSMEs, and developing local potential are expected to be able to create sustainable jobs and reduce economic inequality. This article uses a number of references from Heni Noviarita to support the analysis and policy recommendations in the context of population and employment in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the Qur'an, there are three types of words: (1) words that have only one meaning; (2) words that contain other meanings; (3) words whose meanings require further explanation. One term in the Qur'an that is interesting to study due to its derivative meanings is al-nur, which contains additional meanings and still requires further clarification. This article aims to examine and analyze the contextual meanings of the term al-nur in the Qur'an. This research is a library research, and the method used is descriptive-analytical, with a thematic tafsir approach. After thematically studying and collecting verses that mention al-nur, the researcher finds that al-nur in the Qur'an has derivative meanings, including the Essence of Allah, Islam, faith, the Qur'an and other books of Allah, the light given by Allah to the believers in the Hereafter, and the light of the sun and moon. Specifically, the meaning of al-nur encompasses both material and spiritual aspects. In conclusion, the derivative meanings of al-nur depend on the context of the verse and the narratives that explain its meaning. However, despite the differences in the meanings of al-nur in the Qur'an, they are still interconnected. If arranged in order, it is understood that the source of all light is the Essence of Allah, which manifests as light, and this light illuminates the heavens and the earth, whether in a spiritual or material form.

Abstract

Guru memegang peranan penting dalam dunia pendidikan, di antara tugas-tugasnya yaitu mendidik dan mencerdaskan anak bangsa untuk menjadi generasi yang unggul dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup di masa depannya nanti. Dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya sebagai guru tersebut, sudah selayaknya para guru mendapatkan imbalan atas jasa-jasa yang telah mereka berikan bagi dunia pendidikan. Imbalan bagi para guru ini biasanya tertuang dalam sistem kompensasi yang telah diatur oleh lembaga pendidikan baik itu kompensasi yang sifatnya material seperti gaji, tunjangan, insentif, dan sebagainya maupun yang bersifat non material seperti asuransi kesehatan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, fasilitas kerja yang menunjang, dan sebagainya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan maksud agar para guru tersebut mendapatkan imbalan yang layak dan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai ini diharapkan mampu menunjang kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan tempat mereka bernaung. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru yang dilakukan dengan metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review) yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, serta menafsirkan semua penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan erat dengan kompensasi dan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Zionism is one of the great agenda of the Jewish nation to rule the world. The movement can be considered far from human values, all of which originate from their ideology contained in the Talmud and Protocols of Zion. This article aims to reveal the basic ideas of Zionism which became their principle in the movement to conquer the world. Through a search of the literature regarding the theme of the discussion and the descriptive-critical analysis method, it is hoped that it can explain the racism side of the Zionist ideology which is clearly contrary to Islamic Islamic theology and human values. This study shows several important points, including: first, Zionism is a movement of the Jewish people to reclaim Baitul Maqdis; second, the Modern Zionism Movement was initiated by Theodor Herzl through the establishment of the Modern State of Palestine; third, the Zionist movement is based on their ideology taken from the Talmud and the Protocols of Zion. The core ideology in these two sources is to assert that the Jews are the best nation in the world, nations other than them are considered not descendants of Adam and even considered animals, God has given the Jews the rights to rule over all nations other than them, and so on; Fourth, the ideology of Zionism if viewed from the perspective of Islamic theology there are many mistakes because basically Allah views all human beings as equal and the only difference is their piety, there are some confusions in the Zionist conception of God, and some of their ideologies have confusion between argument one and argument. other. Therefore, the author concludes that the ideology of Zionism is contrary to the point of view of Islamic theology, besides that it is also not in accordance with the principles of humanity.   Zionisme merupakan salah satu agenda besar bangsa Yahudi untuk menguasai dunia. Gerakannya bisa dianggap jauh dari nilai kemanusiaan, di mana semua itu bersumber dari ideologi mereka yang ada dalam Kitab Talmud dan Protocols of Zion. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dasar-dasar pemikiran Zionisme yang menjadi prinsip mereka dalam gerakan menaklukkan dunia. Melalui penelusuran literatur-literatur berkenaan dengan tema pembahasan dan metode deskriptif-analisis kritis diharapkan dapat menjelaskan tentang sisi rasisme ideologi Zionisme yang itu jelas bertentangan dengan teologi Islam dan nilai kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa poin penting, di antaranya yaitu: pertama, Zionisme merupakan gerakan bangsa Yahudi untuk merebut kembali Baitul Maqdis; kedua, Gerakan Zionisme modern diprakarsai oleh Theodor Herzl melalui pembentukan Negara Modern Palestina; ketiga, Gerakan Zionisme tersebut didasari oleh ideologi mereka yang diambil dari Kitab Talmud dan Protocols of Zion. Inti ideologi dalam kedua sumber ini adalah menegaskan bahwa bangsa Yahudi merupakan bangsa terbaik di dunia, bangsa selain mereka dianggap bukan keturunan Adam bahkan dianggap hewan, Tuhan telah menganugrahi bangsa Yahudi hak-hak untuk menguasai seluruh bangsa selain mereka, dan lain sebagainya; keempat, ideologi Zionisme tersebut jika ditinjau dari perspektif teologi Islam terdapat banyak kesalahan karena pada dasarnya Allah memandang semua umat manusia itu sama dan yang membedakannya hanyalah ketakwaannya, terdapat beberapa kerancuan dalam konsepsi Zionis tentang Tuhan, dan beberapa ideologi mereka memiliki kerancuan antara argumen satu dengan argument lain. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa ideologi Zionisme bertentangan dengan sudut pandang teologi Islam, selain itu juga banyak tidak sesuai dengan prinsip kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Pada saat ini terjadi situasi yang menimbulkan banyak dampak yang tidak menguntungkan bagi pemerintah dan masyarakat di Indonesia. Fenomena tersebut antara situasi global terkait peperangan dan krisis global akibat pandemi covid 19. Dampak ini berimbas pada keberlangsungan pemerintah sebagai entitas penyelenggaran negara dan masyarkat sebagai warga negara di suatu wilayah. Akibat damapk pada lembaga negara maka warga juga terdapat karena kinerja fungsi layanan yang terganggu. Hal ini banyak faktor yang menjadi sebab terhadap menurunya kinerja layanan pemerintah. Pemerintah harus mampu menyusun tatakelola pemerintah yang efektiv guna menghadapi situasi yang volatile pada saat ini dan pada masa yang akan datang. Pemerintah yang efektiv akan dapat menghadapi situasi volatile saat ini dan pada masa yang akan datang. Pemerintah yang efektiv memiliki berbagai faktor pendukunganya. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung pemerintah yang efektive antara lain adalah kualitas penyelenggaraan tatakelola pemerintah. Tata kelola pemerintah yang diterapkan di Indonesia meliputi tahapan perencanaan program dan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan, penyusunan anggaran, penatausahaan pelaksanaan anggaran, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban. Untuk melohat apakah tatakelola pemerintah Indonesia sudah efektiv atau belum maka kualitas tatakelola tiap tahap harus diuji. Hal ini penting karena belum ada penelitian yang menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pemerintahan terkait dengan tahap pengelolaan pemerintah. Pengujian menggunakan populasi pemerintah daerah di Indonesia. Pemerintah daerah terdiri dari pemerintah Provinsi, Pemerintah Kabupaten dan Pemerintah Kota. Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia sampai dengan tahun 2023 terdiri dari 38 provinsi. Pemerintah Kabupaten di Indonesia terdiri dari 416 pemerintah Kabupaten dan Pemerintah Kota berjumlah 98 pemerintah kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan sample jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantittiv. Data yang digunakan berjenis data sekunder. Data sekunder yang digunakan berasal dari Berbagai kementerian. Data yang digunakan meliputi data laporan keuangan, data laporan hasil pemeriksaan Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan, data Indeks daya saing Daerah dan data APBD. dan data lain yang diperlukan. Penelitian yang menguji hubungan antara faktor tatakelola pemerintahan pada tiap tahapan dengan efektivitas pemerintah belum diteliti di Indonesia. Dengan rencana penilitian ini , peneliti berharap dapat melaksanakan pengujian faktor-faktor tersebut. Hal ini penting karena adanya berbagai situasi ynag saat inin terjadi guna pemerintah dapat menghadapinya dengan baik dan mampu menjaga keberlanjutan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Nowadays cosmetics are an important commodity and the market for halal cosmetics is seeing growth. Cosmetics that contain porcine-derived ingredients are typically the source of halal problems. Gelatin and collagen are porcine derivatives that are extensively used in cosmetics. Hence, verifying the presence of porcine derivatives in cosmetics by developing analytical methods is critical. Despite this urgency, determining porcine-derived components in cosmetics is challenging, since cosmetics are quite complex with variable matrix forms. Moreover, to the best of our knowledge, there are only a few papers on developing porcine derivatives analysis in cosmetic items. This mini-review objective is to depict the current understanding of determining porcine collagen and gelatin in cosmetic matrixes. The findings revealed that the LC-MS/MS method is superior for determining gelatin and collagen sources in complex matrixes due to its sensitivity and accuracy. PCR and ELISA methods have challenges with the marker degradation problem since the derivatives undergo extensive processing conditions, thus lowering the methods’ specificity and sensitivity, especially in complex matrixes. The SDS-PAGE method applications are limited and the method is suitable for a relatively simple matrix. This review highlights findings that support future advancements in cosmetic analysis for halal authentication.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the tax payment sector is an essential step to enhance transparency and accountability. This research aims to develop and implement a predictive information system that can predict the payment behavior of Land and Building Tax in Village. The main problem faced is the often slow and non-transparent payment process, as well as the risk of errors or payment defaults. The developed information system uses historical data analysis methods with predictive algorithms to project the future behavior of taxpayers. This system is also equipped with a real-time validation feature to improve accuracy and efficiency in managing payment data. The results show that the predictive information system can provide early warnings related to payment delays and reduce potential errors in recording Land and Building Tax payments. In conclusion, the application of predictive technology in the Land and Building Tax payment system in Village successfully improves transparency, accountability, and efficiency, providing an innovative solution for village tax administration issues.

Codicology, the study of written manuscripts, plays a vital role in understanding the history of human civilization, particularly in the context of the development and preservation of Quranic manuscripts. The Nusantara region, which includes Indonesia and parts of Malaysia, boasts a rich tradition of Quranic manuscript production and copying. This research seeks to explore the codicological history of Quranic manuscripts in the Nusantara, focusing on their origins, evolution, regional differences, and significance in the religious and cultural lives of Muslim communities in the area. The research methodology includes analyzing various historical sources, such as existing Quranic manuscripts, historical records, academic studies, and other primary materials. The data collected is examined to identify patterns, trends, and regional distinctions. The findings reveal that the codicological history of Quranic manuscripts in the Nusantara mirrors the region's cultural diversity and the deep-rooted Islamic traditions. These manuscripts originate from various regions and showcase a wide range of writing styles, decorative elements, and materials, shaped by influences such as cultural interactions, technological progress, and local preferences. Understanding this history better can contribute to preserving the cultural and religious heritage of the Nusantara and enhance knowledge of Islamic civilization in the region.

Abstract

Nowadays, the use of technology is really needed by all levels of humans and education to make it easier to process data. The attendance information system at Vocational School NU Ungaran is currently still implemented conventionally or manually, such as the teacher taking the attendance data book in administration, then the teacher calls the students one by one for the process of filling in the attendance, then the teacher hands it over to the picket officer after finishing class time to be attended to. recap of attendance data, according to one of the teachers and picket officers, it was less efficient, which often resulted in damage or loss of the attendance book. The aim of this research is to make it easier for teachers and picket officers at Vocational School NU Ungaran when recording attendance data for all students. In this way the author designed my attendance using PHP and MySQL to process the database. My absence website is equipped with a QR code which is supported by using a camera or laptop camera which functions to take photos of students' barcodes for attendance. The results of this research aim to make it easier for teacher picket officers at Vocational School NU Ungaran to carry out attendance recaps.

Abstract

There is a variety of interpretations regarding the verse on the hijab in the Qur'an. Some commentaries demonstrate strong arguments, while others appear to be subjective and ambiguous. This article examines the thoughts of Quraish Shihab on the hijab verse and critically analyzes them. The research falls under the category of library research, utilizing a descriptive analysis method to explain research findings based on the study's focus with a critical analysis to produce objective results. The approach employed is content analysis. The primary sources for this research are the Tafsir Al-Mishbah and Jilbab Pakaian Wanita Muslimah. The research findings indicate: First, Quraish Shihab argues that wearing the hijab is not obligatory but merely a recommendation and is applicable only in the time of Prophet Muhammad. Scholars also do not agree on the limits of women's modesty, and the rules of the hijab are considered part of Arab cultural traditions, not applicable to other nations that do not wear the hijab. Second, Quraish Shihab's interpretation of the hijab verse lacks strong arguments in the context of Islamic studies. The wording of the command in the hijab verse is still regarded as an obligation and cannot be transformed into a recommendation due to the lack of supporting evidence. Scholars have unanimously agreed on the limits of women's modesty, from the top of the head to the tips of the toes, excluding the face and the palms of the hands. The law of the hijab remains in effect until the end of time, even though it was revealed under specific conditions and in specific regions, as Islam is considered a universal religion.
