Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia pada kelas V SDN Maniang Kecamatan Pulau Laut Tengah Kabupaten Kotabaru pada keterampilan berbicara siswa setiap pelajaran masih rendah. Hal ini disebabkan pembelajaran tidak seimbang kemampuan berbicara siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara melalui pembelajaran kontekstual questioning pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tindakan kelas dilakukan dengan enam siklus dan setting penelitian dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas V Semester II Tahun pelajaran 2015-2016 terdiri dari 19 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian tindakan kelas, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa serta tes tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara dinyatakan berhasil dan tujuan pembelajaran tercapai. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil kedua siklus dengan enam kali pertemuan dengan peningkatan hasil belajar mencapai rata-rata 6,60 pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 8,5 pada siklus II secara individu dan secara klasikal mencapai 43, 36 %, pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 88,89 % pada siklus II, baik secara individu maupun secara klasikal sudah mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa Kontekstual questioning (bertanya) kontekstual questioning (Tanya jawab) menjadikan siswa lebih konsentrasi dalam mengikuti pelajaran, melatih siswa berbicara, dan terbiasa menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia dalam kegiatan belajar di sekolah.

Abstract

Healthy personality is a view of personality that is in accordance with the concept of Islamic personality. Individual Muslims are required to have healthy personalities in accordance with Islamic teachings. The reality is still many Muslim individuals have an unhealthy personality in their daily life. This can be seen from the attitude, behavior and mindset of Muslim individuals who are still far from the guidance of Islamic teachings in various aspects of life. If this happens it is feared will affect the generation of Islam. Counseling the development of healthy personality in children can be done based on the phase of child development so that the child is in a state ready to accept and easy to understand what is given. The loving treatment of parents and education on religious values and socio-cultural values is a conducive factor for preparing children for a healthy person. In addition, a harmonious and religious family atmosphere will form a healthy personality in children. Personality owned by children will affect the morals, morals, manners, ethics, and aesthetics of children when interacting and communicating with other people in everyday life wherever he is.

Abstract

The history of the network growth between knowledge claimants from Gayo and scholars in the Aceh Coast, West Sumatra and Bangil, East Java, involves a very complex historical process-The network of students and teachers was created to change the mindset of knowledge claimants which later gave birth to a renewal of Islamic education in Gayo during the Era 1900-1986 years. There are two network models that occur, namely the network of figures and institutions. In order to accurately understand the form of interaction and relationship between these three areas and the historical dynamics depicted in Gayo Islamic education, it is described and presented in this paper.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak dua putaran. Setian putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalh siswa kelas XII.IPS.2 SMA Negeri 1 Aceh Barat Daya. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu dapat terlihat dari hasil evaluasi pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata rata 69,03 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi perolehan nilai rata rata 80,64 ketuntasan belajar klasikal 90,32%.. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Pembelajaran Kontekstual Model Pengajaran Berbasis Masalah dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis masalah dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar Siswa kelas XII.IPS.2 SMA Negeri 1 Aceh Barat Daya serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternative pembelajaran Ekonomi.

Abstract

Oil palm plantations are one of the types of plantation crops that occupy an important position in the agricultural sector in general, and the plantation sector in particular ". This is because of the many plants that produce oil or fat. Production is obtained through a process that is quite long and full of risk. Here the author applies a Backpropagation method in which the method is part of supervised learning that is usually used for layers to determine the weights associated with neurons in the hidden layer. Which Backpropagation method will be virtualized into matlap program and will produce valid calculations. From the results of testing the Palm Oil Planting Year Production Report obtained in the 3-8-8-1 architecture which shows the target is reduced by the output jst that SSE 0.02976 which shows that there is an increase in the number of palm oil production as a target. Abstract

This study aims to design a Codeigniter-Based New Repository. This software serves to simplify the process of designing the repository. This research also aims to facilitate students and the general public to access examples of student thesis at Stikom Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. This research method is Research and Development. The development model used is Waterfall which consists of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of software development are in the form of Codeigniter-Based Digital Repository.Keywords: Repository, Code igniter.

Abstract

Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS abbreviated) is a set of symptoms and infections that arise due to the destruction of the human immune system due to HIV viral infection. This study discusses about Rapidminer Application in Grouping Cases of AIDS Disease by Province with K-medoid Clustering Data Mining. The rise of AIDS cases in Indonesia has become a case that never escapes government attention. Attention to the ever increasing rate of death makes people worry about the spread of the AIDS virus. Sources of data and research are collected from the information document Number of Villages Who Have Health Facilities produced by the Social Security Administering Board. The data used in this study is data from 2008-2011 which consists of 34 provinces. Assessment criteria used are 2 ie 1). the average number of AIDS cases and 2). the average number of AIDS cases deaths were managed using 3 clusters ie high cluster level (C1), medium cluster level (C2) and low cluster level (C3). So that the cluster C1 obtained for Cases of AIDS Disease by Province as many as 4 provinces of Papua, DKI Jakarta, West Java and East Java, 9 provinces for cluster C2 and for cluster C3 as much as 20. This can be input to the government, the province of concern in the number of cases of AIDS.Keywords: Maining Data, AIDS Disease, Clustering, K-medoid

Abstract

Abstract River border area in Sukamara District is still relatively natural, especially Mapam River. However, in the lower area of the river border Mapam has been converted into residential areas, and the border areas of the river adjacent to the settlement began cartilage endangered occupation, and there is no regulation on border rivers in Sukamara Regency. The aim of this study was to find out what has been done by its local government, describing and analyzing river border policy formulation, and to determine the factors that caused the absence of a border protection policy in Sukamara river. The results showed that the government has set the river border protection policy through the river border spatial planning policies as a protected area, the policy include in Regulation No. 14 Year 2012 on RTRWK Sukamara 2012-2032, in it set the policy agenda for the executive to create a protected area boundary river. Based on the analysis, almost all the alternatives have not qualified yet to be implemented due to constrained RDTR creation of the regulations. There is only one alternative to implementing policies that can be implemented without RDTR legislation, that do outreach to the community so as not to penetrate into the river border. The factors inhibiting the formation of policy implementation is very layered hierarchy in the process of implementing the policy formation, the lacking of goverments attention on it. It was also found occupational causes of Mapam river border into public housing because of ignorance about the regulation of building in the border areas of the river.  Keywords: policy formulation, policy implemention, protection of the river border

Abstract

Research methodology is the application of epistemology in philosophical which is realized by logico hypotetico verificative-deducto hypothetico verificative. The results of the evaluation of the quality of the research methodology that gave rise buildings recently become a standard formula valid and tested public. In this context it is necessary scrutiny of the functioning and the importance of pre usability, and value the benefits of the research process so that the quality of research produced a positive impact on building science researchers. The role of the researcher holds a central position of being able to adjust the ground circumstances. Benefit value for the benefit of life as the goal of research in theory and practical should be explicitly and implicitly always accompanies every step of research. A consequence of the value of the benefits of scientific research which is undertaken is delivering research results to the user community. The use of research methodologies in the study strongly influenced the extent of the ability of researchers and scientists at the clump science community are able to map the identity of the building a distinctive methodology of scientific disciplines that is useful for subsequent research. Metodologi Penelitian merupakan penerapan epistimologi secara filsafati yang diwujudkan dengan logico  hypotetico  verificative-deducto  hypothetico  verificative.  Hasil  evaluasi terhadap  kualitas  bangunan  metodologi  penelitian  yang  memunculkan  formula  baru menjadi standar yang valid dan teruji publik. Dalam konteks ini maka perlu pencermatan tentang fungsi dan kegunaan akan pentingnya pra, proses dan nilai manfaat riset agar kualitas riset yang dihasilkan berdampak positif pada bangunan keilmuan peneliti. Peran peneliti  memegang  posisi  sentral  karena  mampu  menyesuaikan  situasi  dan  kondisi lapangan. Nilai kemanfaatan bagi kemaslahatan hidup sebagai tujuan riset secara teoritis dan praktis sebaiknya secara eksplisit dan implisit selalu menyertai setiap langkah riset. Konsekuensi ilmiah dalam nilai manfaat riset yang dilakukan adalah menyampaikan hasilhasil riset ke masyarakat pengguna. Penggunaan metodologi penelitian dalam riset sangat dipengaruhi sejauhmana kemampuan peneliti dan komunitas ilmuan pada rumpun ilmu mampu memetakan jati diri bangunan metodologi disiplin keilmuan yang khas sehingga bermanfaat bagi peneliti berikutnya.

Abstract

Ekowisata dapat dilihat sebagai suatu konsep pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan yang bertujuan untuk mendukung upaya-upaya pelestarian lingkungan dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaannya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian tentang strategi pengembangan ekowisata kawasan mangrove untuk mendukung pelestarian lingkungan pesisir yang berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menujukan Potensi mangrove yang terdapat di kawasan ini 4 species dari 2 famili yaitu : Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora apiculata, Sonneratia alba dan Cariop tagal, selain itu dari hasil studi literatur diketahui bahwa terdapat 24 species dari 12 famili di sepanjang kawasan segara anakan Taman Nasional Alas Purwo. Untuk inventarisasi satwa, dari hasil studi literatur dan pengamatan dilapang terdapat jenis burung air, burung darat, burung pemangsa, mamalia, reptile, pisces dan crustacea. Untuk potensi budaya terdapat upacara petik laut dan sumber air randu telu yang dipercaya dapat menyembuhkan penyakit. Dari hasil analisa kuisioner 47% dari jumlah pengunjung mengetahui tentang ekosistem mangrove. Dan 47% dari responden yang memahami tentang fungsi ekosistem mangrove. Dari pengenalan tentang ekowisata mempunyai nilai-nilai konservasi atau perlindungan, 85% responden memahami hal tersebut. Untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat, 67% memahami ekowisata harus disertai dengan pemberdayaan dan partisipasi masyarakat. Dan 50% responden menyetujui bahwa ekowisata harus memberikan nilai ekonomi kepada masyarakat. Dan untuk persepsi bahwa ekowisata harus dapat memberikan nilai pendidikan kepada pengunjung, 73% responden mengetahuinya. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan konsep surplus konsumen didapat total valuasi ekonomi kawasan ekowisata mangrove blok bedul adalah Rp. 88.606.183,00. Nilai ini untuk per 1000 orang dalam kunjungan pertahun. Arahan strategi kebijakan pengembangan antara lain: (a) Kelembagaan pengelola ekowisata harus dapat meningkatkan pelayanannya, (b) Pengembangan usaha berbasis ekowisata dengan melakukan kerjasama dibidang pemasaran dengan pengelola wisata lain. (c) Pengembangan wisata mangrove dengan mencari potensi wisata lain, (d) Dibuat perencanaan kerja lima tahun untuk pengembangan ekowisata berkelanjutan, (e) Menggunakan penelitian yang ada untuk kajian sehingga memiliki potensi wisata lainnya.
