Abstract

Ibn al-Qayyim said that the spirit stands by itself. It can go up, down, relate, separate, leave, go, come, move, and be still. This study aims to discuss the spirit in Ibnul Qayyim Al-Jauziyah's view, starting from the perspective of the argument, rationale, advantages and disadvantages as well as criticism of his thoughts. This research is a library research and the approach method used in this research is a qualitative research approach. The data related to this study were collected through literature studies using qualitative data analysis methods. This research is presented with a technical descriptive analysis, namely by explaining related problems, by referring to the Koran as primary data and related literature books as secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Ibnul Qoyyim's thinking about spirit is a matter of absolute right from Allah alone. As long as this limb can still receive the influence arising from that gentle physicality, it remains with the members of the body, so that one feels the effects of feeling, movement and volition. If these members are corrupted by the oppressive component and cannot receive the influence then the soul separates from the body and passes to the spiritual realm. The spirit stood by itself. It can go up, down, relate, separate, leave, go, come, move, and be still. The body is a frame or a house for the spirit. So that the perfection of the body follows the perfection of the spirit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community participation in the development and extension of the Environmental Security System in Rappang Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 585, while the research sample was 59 people, this study used a quantitative descriptive method. Literature study, observation, and questionnaire techniques, data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, data quality test, classical assumption test using SPPS 21.0 and Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the Community Participation Indicator with a value of 56.8% is categorized as “poor”, community participation with a value of 51.2% is categorized as “not good, and factors that affect discipline with a value of 70% are categorized as “good”.

Teknikppengambilan sampel yangddigunakan adalahh menggunakan rumus Slovin.dengan hasil 97 orang,kdiambil berdasarkanyteknik randomnsampling.tTipe penelitianniniuadalah deskriptifkkuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulanddata yang digunakan yaituoobservasi, penelitian pustaka,dan kuisioner atau angket. Teknikaanalisis datammenggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, ujirreliabilitas,,dan uji regresi linear sederhana denganmmenggunakan bantuan SPSS 28,0 dan skalalLikert..xHasil penelitianmmenunjukkan bahwaarekapitulasi variabel Partisipasi masyarakat sebesar 70% berada pada kategori sering. Rekapitulasi variabel pembangunan sebesar 72%. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the best duration of hormone addition through the feed to induce the sex ratio of common carp strain Sinyonya. The study was using a completely randomized design with 5 different treatments namely A (control), B (30 days), C (35 days), D (40 days), and E (45 days) and each performed in 3 replications. The fish samples used in this study were a common carp strain Sinyonya larvae 5 days after hatching and still have the egg yolks. A total of 1.500 larvae of fish larvae were used. The fish larvae were given feed that had been mixed with 17a-methyltestosteron hormone. Feed was provided ad hormonal satiation at 5 times a day, (08.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00 and 16.00). The average percentage of the male fish with the highest value obtained in treatment C (35 days) is equal to 100.00±0.00. The result showed that the addition of 17a-methyltestosterone hormone on feed for 35 days and 40 days was the best treatment to improve the sex ratio of male of common carp strain Sinyonya.

Abstract

Production of rice plants in Sidrap Regency from 2014 to 2017 has increased every year, so this allows the potential of Sidrap Regency in the agricultural sector to be very high. In this regard, the results of development in the agricultural sector can be measured by the value of the PDRB (Produk Domestik Regional Bruto) donated. but the increase in production every year apparently did not contribute to the PDRB significantly and even decreased, especially in Desa Bila. The research method used was quantitative descriptive and the population in this study were farmer groups in the Dua Pitue, Sidenreng Rappang, amounted to 105 people from 15 groups and the samples used were 53 people with random sampling techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the highest to lowest percentage of development planning indicators are consistency and realistic (83.25%), behavior and relationship of economic variables (81.00%), continuous supervision (78.75%), physical aspects (76.41%), and development goals (70.25%), this shows that agricultural development planning is categorized as good, but not maximized because the supervisory model used is indirect supervision, besides that in planning it is very much needed advice from the peope who are the target of developmen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan (action research) sebanyak dua putaran. Setian putaran terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: rancangan, kegiatan dan pengamatan, refleksi, dan refisi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalh siswa kelas XII.IPS.2 SMA Negeri 1 Aceh Barat Daya. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes formatif, lembar observasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu dapat terlihat dari hasil evaluasi pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata rata 69,03 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi perolehan nilai rata rata 80,64 ketuntasan belajar klasikal 90,32%.. Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Pembelajaran Kontekstual Model Pengajaran Berbasis Masalah dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis masalah dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar Siswa kelas XII.IPS.2 SMA Negeri 1 Aceh Barat Daya serta model pembelajaran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternative pembelajaran Ekonomi.

Abstract

The integration of digital resources in language learning has become increasingly significant, especially with the advent of various multimedia tools. Among these, English podcasts have emerged as a valuable resource for enhancing students’ communication skills, particularly in Indonesian EFL classroom. Despite the widespread use of digital tools in language learning, there is still limited research on the integration of English podcasts to improve English department students’ speaking skills at an Indonesian university context. This study aims to investigate the students’ perceptions as well as their awareness of the drawbacks of podcasts on their English speaking skills development. Using the semi-structured interview, data were collected from 36 students who were enrolled in English education undergraduate programs at the private university in southeast Sulawesi province, Indonesia. Findings of this research were classified into three categories that are integration of podcast in EFL speaking classroom, benefits of podcasts, and drawbacks of podcasts. Students expressed positive attitudes towards the integration of podcasts into their English speaking learning routine, highlighting the role of presentation, accessibility, content quality, flexibility, and engagement. However, challenges such as the need for guidance, support, and boredom in using these digital tools were also identified. These findings provide significant insights for educational policies and language teaching practices, emphasizing the potential integration of podcasts as a supplementary tool to improve learners English speaking skills in EFL contexts.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pemikiran fiqh tentang nikah beda agama dalam tafsir al-Manar dan Fiqih Lintas Agama, serta upaya ijtihad dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Isu yang dihadapi adalah ketidaksepakatan di antara ulama mengenai hukum nikah wanita Muslimah dengan pria nonmuslim (Ahli Kitab). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rasyîd Ridlâ dalam al-Manar memperluas cakupan makna Ahli Kitab dalam konteks pernikahan Muslim dengan wanita Ahli Kitab. Penulis Fiqh Lintas Agama setuju dengan ketiadaan dalil sharih mengenai keharaman pernikahan Muslimah dengan laki-laki Ahli Kitab dan menilai keberlakuan hukum terkait berdasarkan konteks yang berbeda. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut adalah mengkaji implikasi pemikiran dan upaya ijtihad ini dalam pemahaman dan praktik hukum nikah beda agama dalam komunitas Muslim saat ini.

Abstract

The global world has implications for the emergence of various contemporary problems and demands legal certainty for every Islamic legal issue. This research aims to examine Baḥtsul Masāil in Dayah as a traditional Islamic educational institution in Aceh, especially its contribution in responding to developments in contemporary Islamic law. This research uses a qualitative-normative method with a sociological approach to Islamic law. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and document study. The informants interviewed were Tengku Dayah in Aceh, observing the activities of Baḥtsul Masāil and the documents studied were journal articles, textbooks and books. The research results show that teungku dayah is able to answer contemporary Islamic law problems through Baḥtsul Masāil. This activity took the form of a focus group discussion involving professional staff from Islamic boarding schools and discussed various current issues from a legal perspective. In Baḥtsul Masāil uses the method of ilhaq and contextualization of the turats text. Ilhaq is achieved by equating law with problems that have not been answered by Islamic texts with problems that have been answered by Islamic texts, while contextualization of Islamic texts is achieved by interpreting Islamic texts in a contemporary context. The results of Baḥtsul Masāil are then disseminated to the community through community learning processes, recitations, or religious lectures. Thus, in terms of the sociology of Islamic law, Teungku Dayah and Dayah educational institutions as actors are able to contribute to contemporary Islamic problems and the problem of the vacuum of Islamic law in society can be overcome.

Abstract

To this present day, violence against women and children remains prevalent and shows an upward trend over the years. This phenomenon is attributed to a multitude of variables, encompassing both domestic and societal influences. The primary objective of this study is to determine the necessity of legal and religious education inside the family. In addition, it aims to investigate the consequences and potential remedies for the absence of such education in familial settings. This study employs an empirical legal methodology that combines an approach to legislation with the Islamic law. The data was collected through interviews conducted in the city of Malang, East Java and reviews of literature. The study highlights the crucial need for legal and religious education within families due to the persistently high levels of crime. The protection of women in the Islamic law extends from their pre-marital stage through marriage and even after divorce from their spouses. These rights encompass the entitlement to inherit from their parents, access to education, the right to receive love and care when they start a family, provision of bodily and spiritual nourishment, clothing, and a home or place of abode provided by their husbands. Upon divorce, a woman is entitled to receive sustenance, iddah, pastau, mut'ah, and acceptable clothing from her former spouse. Child protection in the Islamic law can be ensured by the provision of nasab (self-identity), radha` (breastfeeding), hadhanah (care and maintenance), walayah (guardianship), and nafaqah (supply of sustenance). The protection of women and children is implemented by proactive measures, such as pre-marital advising and family counseling. Repressive measures, such as issuing threats to abusers, and providing guidance and counseling to victims of violence, are also employed. Proper implementation of women's and children's rights will occur when legal and religious education is conducted within the home environment.
