Abstract

Moringa is a plant that has high nutritional content in its leaves, stems and fruit. Moringa leaves can be used as a basic ingredient for processing food, drinks or medicines. This service activity empowers 15 PKK women from Lamleuot Village, Cot Glie Aceh Besar District, in processing Moringa leaves into innovative and marketable products. The Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) activity aims to empower the potential of women through product innovation from Moringa leaves in order to improve the welfare/economy of their families so that an economically independent society is formed. The method used in this service is a workshop providing material related to entrepreneurship, business management, training and direct practice. This activity has trained partners to process Moringa leaves into products in the form of tea, capsules, meatballs, cookies and pudding. Based on the evaluation results, it shows that there has been an increase in partners' knowledge and understanding of business management and moringa processing, as well as achieving success indicators.

Abstract

Simpang Empat Village, Tangaran District, Sambas Regency, is a predominantly plantation area, one of which is oil palm plantations. Each oil palm plantation has one or two ponds as a water source to prevent fires during the dry season. These ponds have not been optimally utilized. In fact, these ponds have great potential to be developed as freshwater fish farming locations, particularly catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus), which has high economic value. Lack of knowledge about cultivation among oil palm plantation communities has prevented these lands from being used for fish farming. Through the "Implementation of Science and Technology to the Community" program, a solution is offered in the form of utilizing ponds between oil palm fields for catfish cultivation using semi-intensive methods, along with providing training in good fish farming. Activities include outreach, technical training in pond management and fish farming, cultivation implementation, and evaluation of results. With the application of this simple technology, there has been an increase in community income, business diversification, and optimization of previously unproductive oil palm land.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the correlate of Risk Profile (Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing Deposite Ratio (FDR) to Return on Asset (ROA).This research uses quantitatif method. The population of this research is the financial report Panin Dubai Syariah bank period 2016 through 2020. Sensus sampling method were used as samples determining, whre all the population is sampled. Analysis method with correlation pearson. The result of the research is Non Performing Financing/NPF has negative correlated and significant with Return on Asset (ROA) and Financing Deposite Ratio (FDR) has negative correlated and significant with Return on Asset (ROA). The implication of this research is that the poor NPF and FDR of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank have an impact on the company's ability to generate profits. High NPF and FDR lead to a decrease in ROA. For this reason, Panin Dubai Syariah Bank needs to maintain NPF and FDR in accordance with the minimum standards set by Bank Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of marriage guardian registration in adopted children's marriages in Mojokerto Regency and City, particularly regarding the validity of marriage guardianship between adoptive fathers and biological fathers, and to review the policies of Marriage Registrars (PPN) from the perspective of Maqāṣid al-Syarī'ah al-Syāṭibī and responsive legal theory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a normative-sociological legal approach. Data were obtained through interviews with PPNs at 21 Religious Affairs Offices (KUA) in Mojokerto Regency and City and a review of legal documents, such as Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, The results of the study indicate that the VAT policy in conducting the marriage of adopted children with the biological father as a guardian, even though the administrative document lists the adoptive father, is a form of responsive legal application. The policy is oriented towards the benefit (maslahah) as per the principles of Maqāṣid al-Syarī'ah which includes protection of religion (ḥifẓ al-dīn), descendants (ḥifẓ al-nasl), and soul (ḥifẓ al-nafs). However, administratively, the existing regulations have not accommodated this social reality, resulting in a normative vacuum. This study recommends a new legal formulation in the form of an additional article in the marriage registration regulations that authorizes the KUA (Office of Religious Affairs) to correct marriage certificates without going through two stages of court proceedings. This formulation is expected to provide legal certainty, justice, and benefits for the community and strengthen the integration between Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of the website of the Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas PGRI Madiun (or later called Prodi SI UNIPMA) with the Webqual 4.0 method which has 4 variables, namely quality of use, quality of information, interaction services and overall quality. The population in this study were students of SI UNIPMA Study Program where 21 respondents were taken as samples. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the relationship between variables Webqual 4.0 and student satisfaction. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the most influential variable in satisfaction is the quality of information with a value of 14.131 and the smallest is the variable quality of use with a value of 2.266. So the recommendations for the website can be obtained is to increase the dimensions of the website's usefulness to students.

Abstract

Fiqh learning based on classical Islamic texts (kutub al-turāts) remains a distinctive characteristic of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia; however, at the Aliyah level it still faces challenges such as limited proficiency in classical Arabic, low active learning engagement, and the need for adaptation to modern educational demands. This study aims to describe the fiqh learning strategies based on kitab turats and analyze the challenges encountered in their implementation for second-year Aliyah students at Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan Modern Islamic Boarding School and Dayah Insan Qur’ani in Aceh Besar. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method involving fiqh teachers and students as informants, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that learning strategies involve sorogan, bandongan, and individual mentoring methods supported by pedagogical adaptation to improve contextual comprehension of classical texts. The main challenges include students’ limited Arabic proficiency, a shortage of teachers specializing in classical texts, and limited instructional time. Abstrak Pembelajaran fikih berbasis kitab turats merupakan karakter utama pendidikan pesantren, namun pada tingkat Aliyah masih menghadapi kendala dalam penguasaan bahasa Arab klasik, partisipasi belajar aktif, dan penyesuaian dengan tuntutan pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran fikih berbasis kitab turats serta menganalisis tantangan dalam implementasinya pada santri kelas 2 Aliyah di Pesantren Modern Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan dan Dayah Insan Qur’ani Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan informan guru fikih dan santri, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan meliputi metode sorogan, bandongan, dan bimbingan individual, dengan adaptasi pedagogis untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teks klasik secara kontekstual. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan kemampuan bahasa Arab, kurangnya guru ahli kitab klasik, serta alokasi waktu yang terbatas.

Abstract

This article discusses domestic issues and the search for justice in Religious Courts in Indonesia. Domestic issues are defined as complex conflicts involving legal, social, economic, and psychological dimensions in marital and extended family relationships, which often lead to divorce. Religious courts serve as the primary institutions for resolving family disputes based on Islamic and national law, applying the principle of substantive justice. Although mediation is mandatory, its success rate is low due to high emotional tension and power imbalances. Data shows an increasing trend in divorce cases, indicating growing legal awareness among women. This article also offers concepts for family court reform, namely: the establishment of a Family Justice Center for integrated services, the revitalization of empathy-based mediation, the digitization of family law advocacy, gender perspective training for judges, and premarital and postmarital legal education. This reform is expected to strengthen the protection of women and children, improve the quality of decisions, and create a family court system that is more just, humane, and based on the values of maqashid sharia. With this holistic approach, it is hoped that domestic problems can be resolved not only formally through legal means, but also socially and psychologically in a just manner.

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the integration of educational supervision principles with Islamic values derived from the Qur’an and Hadith. Educational supervision plays a strategic role in improving learning quality, teacher performance, and professional development. However, in practice, supervision is often reduced to administrative and technical activities, thereby neglecting its moral and spiritual dimensions. From an Islamic perspective, supervision is understood as a continuous developmental process grounded in the values of amar ma’ruf nahi munkar, shūrā (consultation), muraqabah (self-awareness before God), amanah (responsibility), and iḥsān (continuous improvement). This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, examining primary sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical as well as contemporary tafsir, along with secondary sources including relevant books and scholarly articles. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method to explore the relationship between modern educational supervision concepts and Islamic values. The findings indicate a strong alignment between supervision principles such as guidance, participation, objectivity, and sustainability and Islamic values of justice, honesty, responsibility, and continuous improvement. This integration results in an Islamic educational supervision model that positions supervisors as both professional and spiritual mentors in fostering an educational work culture grounded in faith, knowledge, and ethical practice.

Abstract

This study discusses law enforcement against narcotics trafficking crimes in the jurisdiction of the South Aceh Police, namely Tapaktuan. Although various preemptive, preventive, and repressive efforts have been carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 35 of 2009. The analysis uses Soerjono Soekanto's law enforcement theory which emphasizes three main elements, namely, legal structure, legal substance, and legal culture. Where the legal structure is one of the most important factors. Because the quality of law enforcement, one of which is the police, greatly affects the success or not of law enforcement. In its implementation, law enforcement carried out by the South Aceh Police has not been optimal. Which shows that the main obstacles lie in the limitation of personnel, inadequate infrastructure, low public legal awareness, and the complexity of the increasingly organized narcotics trafficking network.  The method used is empirical legal research with a qualitative approach through direct interviews with the South Aceh Police Narcotics Headquarters and secondary data collection.  These findings underscore the need for a comprehensive strategy involving strengthening apparatus resources, improving operational facilities, and intensive collaboration between the police, local governments, and the community to reduce the rate of narcotics trafficking in South Aceh

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji filosofi wabi-sabi sebagai pandangan hidup masyarakat Jepang yang berakar pada ajaran Zen Buddhisme dan menekankan kesederhanaan, penerimaan ketidaksempurnaan, serta kesadaran akan kefanaan. Topik ini penting  karena wabi-sabi selama ini lebih banyak dipahami sebatas konsep estetika, sementara dimensi etis dan spiritualnya sebagai cara hidup belum banyak dikaji, khususnya dalam dialog dengan pemikiran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis wabi-sabi dari perspektif tasawuf akhlaki untuk menemukan keselarasan nilai-nilai etis dan spiritual di antara keduanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif-analitis melalui telaah terhadap literatur filsafat Jepang dan karya-karya tasawuf akhlaki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai utama wabi-sabi memiliki korespondensi etis dengan maqāmāt dalam tasawuf akhlaki, khususnya sabar, syukur, zuhud, qanā‘ah, dan ridha. Keduanya sama-sama menekankan kesederhanaan, penerimaan terhadap realitas, kesadaran akan kefanaan, dan rasa cukup sebagai jalan menuju ketenangan batin. Meskipun berbeda secara teologis, wabi-sabi dan tasawuf akhlaki menawarkan kerangka etis yang relevan untuk membentuk sikap hidup yang bijaksana di tengah modernitas yang materialistis dan perfeksionis.
