Abstract

Kemasan (packaging) merupakan salah satu ujung tombak penjualan suatu produk. Kemasan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting karena akan selalu terkait dengan komoditi yang dikemas dan sekaligus merupakan nilai jual dan citra produk. Nilai jual ini meningkat ketika produk yang dihasilkan mendapat nilai tambah dari kemasan yang menarik. Sedangkan citra produk terkait dengan gambaran produk dalam benak konsumen akan semakin baik apabila produk itu dikemas secara baik, dengan kata lain produk dapat memberi kesan baik bagi konsumen. Penyuluhan desain kemasan produk untuk pelaku UMKM At-Taqwa pekanbaru ini untuk memberikan wawasan desain dan bentuk kemasan baru yang membuat produk menjadi lebih bernilai dan aman. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode presentasi mengenai pengenalan bentuk dan desain packaging, Metode demonstrasi mengenai contoh kemasan produk yang baik disesuaikan dengan produk yang diproduksi oleh UMKM, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi untuk menganalisis beberapa kemasan produk pembanding. Metode evaluasi dengan mengamati reaksi dan tanggapan yang didapat, yaitu peserta terlihat sangat antusias dan berdiskusi aktif untuk pengembangan kemasan produknya agar lebih bernilai jual. Pendampingan akan terus dilakukan setelah kegiatan penyuluhan ini. Tim pelaksana dari Program Studi Manajemen STIE Persada Bunda akan selalu siap membimbing dan mengarahkan pelaku usaha dalam pengembangan usahanya

Abstract

Violence against children and women at home and in the workplace is a serious social problem, but there has been little response from society and law enforcement. The National Child Protection Commission (KPAI, 2018) received complaints related to cases of physical violence and victimization of children as much as 72%, followed by psychological violence at 9%, economic violence or bullying/intimidation at 4%, and sexual violence at 2%. The National Children's Commission also reported that the majority of perpetrators of violence against children were parents, 44% of whom were biological mothers, 22% mothers and stepfathers, 18% biological fathers, and 8% caregivers. The aim of this activity is to increase respondents' knowledge regarding the impact of violence on mothers and children. Socialization methods in the form of lectures and questions and answers are used in this activity. It was found that respondents were very enthusiastic about listening to the material presented by the presenters. The conclusion from this activity is that violence against mothers and children must be opposed to prevent the impact that will occur on children.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss liberalism in the development of non-formal education. Liberalism is a part that can develop non-formal education. Indeed individualism, rsionalism, freedom and responsibility are the ideals championed by liberalism, although in real practice the ideal values referred to by liberalism have not been fully realized. Non-formal education is education whose implementation is outside the formal channels that have flexibility in its implementation, therefore liberalism is an understanding that emphasizes freedom but still within the limits of reasonable freedom that is still bound by rules. In the implementation of non-formal education, liberalism is very good to apply where citizens can freely determine what they need without being bound by the system or rules. Abstract

Philosophy is a branch of science that has several realistic, fundamental aspects, values and knowledge that are fundamental in the birth of logical reasoning, critical thinking that discusses the universe, ethics, religion, life, knowledge and truth. In its development there are several schools of philosophy, one of which is the philosophy of constructivism, a thought where contructivism learning is seen as an active process that involves interaction between individuals and their environment. This concept can be applied in non-formal education in various ways. Constructivism thinking in non-formal education emphasizes the importance of active participation and meaningful learning for learners. This approach enables them to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and adaptability skills that are relevant in real life. The implementation of constructivism in non-formal education involves the important role of facilitators or teachers in creating an environment that encourages learners to actively participate and interact in the learning process. Teachers should apply methods that focus on learners, encourage critical thinking, and inspire them to formulate and analyze problems independently.Keywords: Philosophy, Thought, Constructivism, Non-formal education

Abstract

The research was motivated by the low interest of computer training participants at LKP Kurnia Computer, Pancung Soal District, Pesisisir Selatan Regency, this is thought to be related to their learning needs. The objectives of this research are 1) to describe the learning needs of computer training participants at LKP Kurnia, Pesisir Selatan Regency, 2) to describe the learning interests of computer training participants at LKP Kurnia, Pesisir Selatan Regency, and 3) to determine the relationship between learning needs and the interests of computer training participants at LKP Kurnia South Coastal Regency. This research includes quantitative research with a correlational type, the population in this study was 30 people. The sample in this research was 70% of 30 people, namely 20 people. The data collection technique is a questionnaire with a data collection tool using an instrument containing a list of statements or questions. The data analysis technique in the research is percentage using the Spearman Rho correlation formula. The results of the research can be seen: 1) Learning needs at LKP Kurnia Computer are categorized as poor, 2) interest in learning at LKP Kurnia Computer based on all sub-variables is categorized as low, and 3) there is a significant relationship between learning needs and interest in learning at LKP Kurnia Computer.Keywords: Learning needs, learning interests, course institutions

Abstract

The problem of this study is the high motivation of the trainee in following a training activity of catfish farming in the District Office Nanggalo Padang. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of gestures sources, provide a snapshot view of contact sources and give gamabaran dress informant. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were all trainees catfish totaling 30 people, and samples were taken as much as 65% of 20 people, with sampling techniques stratified random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, while the means of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a percentage formula. The results showed that: (1) the application of the principles of andragogy in speaker performance on aspects of body movement is very good; (2) the application of the principles of andragogy in speaker performance on aspects of eye contact is very good; (3) the application of the principles of andragogy in performance speakers on catfish farming training program on the aspects of hand gestures is very good.Keywords : Principles of Andragogy, Mitivation

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of training participants at LPK Smart College Padang, this was caused by a lack of communication between training participants. This research aims to: 1) determine the description of the social support of trainee participants at LPK Smart College, 2) determine the description of the learning outcomes of trainees at LPK Smart College, 3) see the relationship between peer social support and the learning outcomes of trainees at LPK Smart College. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this research is all 20 registered and active training participants in training in 2023 at LPK Smart College. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, namely the entire population is taken as a sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data collection tool uses a questionnaire which contains a list of statements. The data analysis technique in this research uses percentage and rank order formulas. The results of this research show that: 1) the peer social support received by trainees at LPK Smart College is categorized as quite low, 2) the learning outcomes of trainees at LPK Smart College Padang are categorized as low, 3) there is a significant relationship between peer social support with the learning outcomes of training participants at LPK Smart College.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low participation of the Lakuak light gurami farming group of women in Pesisir Selatan Regency, this is thought to be related to their learning needs. This research aims to (1) Describe the learning needs of participants in the women's farmer group program in Pesisir Selatan Regency (2) Describe the participation of members in the women's farmer group program in Pesisir Selatan Regency (3) To see the relationship between learning needs and member participation in the women's group program farmers in Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study were members of the light gourami farming group of women in Lakuak Nagara Kambang Barat, totaling 20 people. The sampling technique is because the population is less than 100, so all of them are taken, so this research is a population. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentages and rank order. The results of this research show that (1) the learning needs of participants in the women's farmer group program in Pesisir Selatan Regency are categorized as low. (2) Member participation in the women's farmer group program in Pesisir Selatan Regency is categorized as low. (3) The results of data management show that there is a significant relationship between learning needs and participation in the women's farmer group program in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya perilaku sosial siswa paket B dalam pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman. Hal ini diduga disebabkan oleh interaksi sosial tutornya. Tujuan penelitian adalah: 1) mengetahui interaksi sosial tutor; 2) mengetahui perilaku sosial warga belajar paket B di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman; dan 3) mengetahui hubungan interaksi sosial tutor dengan perilaku sosial siswa paket B dalam pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, bertujuan untuk mengungkap hubungan interaksi sosial tutor dengan perilaku sosial siswa paket B dalam pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman. Populasi penelitian adalah warga Paket B (112 orang) dan 60% dijadikan sampel (53 orang) dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan product moment. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) interaksi sosial tutor tergolong buruk, 2) perilaku sosial warga belajar paket B pada pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman tergolong buruk, dan 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi sosial tutor dan perilaku sosial warga belajar paket B pada pembelajaran di SPNF SKB Padang Pariaman.

Abstract

Generasi Z, yang lahir antara tahun 1997 dan 2012, merupakan generasi yang tumbuh dengan internet. Di satu sisi, internet memberikan banyak manfaat bagi Generasi Z, seperti akses informasi yang mudah dan cepat, serta peluang untuk belajar dan berkreasi. Di sisi lain, internet juga memiliki potensi bahaya, seperti cyberbullying, penipuan online, dan konten negatif. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi Generasi Z untuk memahami hak dan kewajiban dalam berinternet, serta Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE) yang mengatur tentang penggunaan internet di Indonesia. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Generasi Z tentang hak dan kewajiban dalam berinternet, memberikan edukasi tentang UU ITE kepada Generasi Z dan membangun Generasi Z yang tangguh dan bertanggung jawab dalam menggunakan internet.
