Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash turnover and receivables turnover on profitability in transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The population in this study were all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period, namely 46 companies. From the criteria, the companies that met the requirements in this study were 13 transportation companies so that the total sample during the 2020-2022 period was 39 samples. The data collection technique used in this study was the documentation technique which was carried out in the form of annual report data from transportation companies listed on the IDX for the 2020-2022 period. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that partially cash turnover did not affect profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022, while receivables turnover affected profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. 3. Simultaneously, cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover affect profitability in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2020 - 2022.

Abstract

Background : Continuous use of gadgets will have a negative impact on children's thinking patterns and behavior in their daily lives. Children who tend to continuously use gadgets will become very dependent on them and become routine activities in their daily activities. In this case, children often prefer to play with gadgets, causing children to become lazy about moving and doing activities. They prefer to sit in front of gadgets and enjoy games with certain features rather than interacting with the real world. This certainly has a negative impact on children's development and health, especially in terms of the brain and psychology. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of play therapy in pre-school children with gadget addiction. Method: Descriptive case study research with a child care approach following Standard Operating Procedures (SOAP). Nursing care in this research was carried out in May 2024 for 3 preschool children who were diagnosed with gadget addiction in Lempuyang Bandar Village, Wei Pengbuan District, Central Lampung. The three research cases are given the initials An.H, An.N, and An.B. The intervention was given to the three patients for 3 days. Data analysis uses comparative descriptive analysis. Results: Implementation of the intervention for 3 days in case 1 (An.H), case 2 (An.N), and case 3 (An.B) showed significant changes. Before implementing Lego play therapy, the three cases were in the high category, but after being given intervention for 3 consecutive days, the three cases experienced a significant decrease. Case 1 (An.H) is in the medium category, case 2 (An.N) is still in the high category but the duration of gadget use has decreased, and case 3 is in the low category. This can be seen from changes in sleep patterns, social interactions with peers, and interactions with awake parents. Conclusion: The use of Lego play therapy is effective in reducing gadget addiction in preschool children.   Keywords: Gadget Addiction; Play Therapy; Preschool Children.   Pendahuluan : Penggunaan gadget secara terus menerus akan berdampak buruk terhadap pola pikir dan perilaku anak dalam kehidupan kesehariannya. Anak-anak yang cenderung terus menerus menggunakan gadget akan sangat tergantung dan menjadi kegiatan yang rutin dalam aktivitas sehari hari, dalam hal ini sering kali anak-anak lebih memilih bermain gadget sehingga menyebabkan anak menjadi malas bergerak dan beraktivitas. Mereka lebih memilih duduk di depan gadget dan menikmati permainan yang ada pada fitur-fitur tertentu dibandingkan berinteraksi dengan dunia nyata. Hal ini tentu berdampak buruk bagi perkembangan dan kesehatan anak, terutama di segi otak dan psikologis. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi bermain pada anak pra sekolah dengan kecanduan gadget. Metode : Penelitian deskriptif studi kasus dengan pendekatan perawatan anak mengikuti Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOAP). Asuhan keperawatan pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 kepada 3 orang anak prasekolah yang didiagnosa mengalami kecanduan gadget di Desa Lempuyang Bandar, Kecamatan Wei Pengbuan, Lampung Tengah. Ketiga kasus penelitian diberi inisial An.H, An.N, dan An.B. Intervensi yang diberikan pada ketiga pasien selama 3 hari. Analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif. Hasil : Pelaksanaan intervensi selama 3 hari pada kasus 1 (An.H), kasus 2 (An.N), dan kasus 3 (An.B) menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang signifikan. Sebelum pelaksanaan terapi bermain lego ketiga kasus tersebut masuk dalam kategori tinggi, namun setelah diberikan intervensi selama 3 hari berturut-turut ketiga kasus tersebut mengalami penurunan yang signifikan. Kasus 1 (An.H) masuk dalam kategori sedang, kasus 2 (An. N) masih dalam kategori tinggi namun durasi penggunaan gadget menurun, dan kasus 3 masuk dalam kategori rendah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perubahan pola tidur, interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya, dan interaksi dengan orang tua terbangun. Simpulan : Penggunaan terapi bermain lego efektif dalam menurunkan kecanduan penggunaan gadget pada anak prasekolah, sehingga permainan yang efektif seperti lego dapat membantu dalam menurunkan kecanduan gadget pada anak prasekolah.   Kata Kunci : Anak Prasekolah; Kecanduan Gadget; Terapi Bermain.

Abstract

Background: Services that are not in accordance with patient expectations will lead to customer complaints, this is supported by the data on patient complaints at the Lubuk Besar Health Center in 2020 in 1 patient complaint a lot is found in the health center service by 66.67%, against health center facilities by 13.33%, friendliness of health center staff 13.33%, while the lowest patient complaints are found in the availability of drugs and the location of the health center posyandu by 6.6.7%. So that in providing services must be excellent, excellent service consists of 6 components, namely, attitude, ability, appearance, attention, action and responsibility. Good service can lead to patient satisfaction. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between excellent service and patient satisfaction based on patient perceptions at the Melong Tengah Health Center using the SERVQUAL method. Method: The design used is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The sample size was 93 people using purposive sampling technique with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out, namely univariate and bivariate (Chi-Square).. Results: Based on the results of univariate analysis, it can be seen that 51 people (54.8%) felt the service was not good and 51 people (54.8%) felt less satisfied. The Chi-Square test results show that there is a relationship between excellent service and patient satisfaction with a p value of 0.00 <0.05.. Conclusion: that there is a relationship between excellent service and patient satisfaction. Suggestions for puskesmas can optimize the suggestion box properly and pay attention to the patient waiting room, for further researchers to examine factors that affect patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Sepanjang hidup individu cenderung mengalami berbagai tantangan, transisi, dan pengalaman yang mengharuskan individu untuk terlibat dalam penyesuaian diri. Keterlibatan aktif dan disengaja oleh inidividu dalam menjalankan setiap proses pertumbuhan disebut dengan Personal Growth Initiative. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tren penelitian mengenai Personal Growth Initiative dan saran yang diberikan kepada konselor pendidikan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Personal Growth Initiative pada peserta didik. Metode SLR (Systematic Literature Review) dengan model PRISMA (Protocol Review Systematic and Meta-Analysis) digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan tinjauan sistematis untuk pengumpulan data sejak tahun 1997 hingga 2023. Data diperoleh melalui aplikasi Harzing’s Publish or Perish pada pencarian di Scopus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berkaitan dengan tren penelitian mengenai Personal Growth Initiative, maka dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling bagi peserta didik, konselor pendidikan berperan untuk (a) berfokus pada pengembangan personal growth initiative (PGI); (b) menggunakan intervensi Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); (c) memberikan Intentional Growth Training; (d) memperhatikan peserta didik internasional; (e) berfokus pada keterampilan PGI dalam bimbingan akademik; (f) meningkatkan kemampuan mengelola emosi; dan (g) memperhatikan perbedaan gender serta fungsi keluarga.

Abstract

The implementation of independent learning programs is expected to meet what students need, organize learning according to their interests and abilities, and build the character of students according to the values of Pancasila. Non-formal education is an educational path outside formal education that has the aim of continuing the acceleration of world development and meeting the needs of situations and circumstances, even in the current age of education. The independent learning policy was implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture as an answer to the needs of the education system during the 4th century Revolution. The purpose of the research is to understand and know the development of non-formal education as a learning method for students at the age of independent learning and this research uses library research. Using information sources such as magazines, research reports, news, books, and so on. Within the framework of non-formal education, the role of the Mandiri Belajar Program is to develop the potential of learners from basic levels such as literacy and numeracy to advanced levels by implementing challenging programs aimed at providing the widest possible learning opportunities with freedom. Learn as much as possible, so that motivation arises in him through independent thinking, joy and no pressure to learn, so that in the framework of appropriate non-formal education, students have the skills, abilities and knowledge that are in accordance with their ideals and desires in the frame of Nonformal Education according to their needs.

Abstract

This article tries to explore the epistemology of science, ontology of science, and axiology of science. Looking at these three things, we try to present the epistemology of science, ontology of science, and axiology of science from the perspective of non-formal education. Pedagogical ontology examines the nature of education. Pedagogical epistemology is related to the source or origin of education, elements of education, educational methods, educational goals, etc. Meanwhile, the axiology of education examines the use value of education. The nature of education is a conscious effort to develop and guide the potential, personality, and basic skills of students towards personality and noble morals. The truth of education can be seen from the results or outcomes of the entire series of educational management based on the form of objects, systems, and methods, namely the form of intelligence, spiritual and emotional intelligence that exists in students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The incidence of injuries in Indonesia in 2022 is 9.7%. This prevalence has increased compared to 2014, namely 7.3% and 2007, 7.9%. The prevalence of injuries at ages 1-4 years was 8.2% and at ages 5-14 years was 12.1% and the highest prevalence of injuries occurred in school children, namely 13%. Meanwhile, the prevalence of injuries in Lampung province in 2020 was 8.9% and in 2021 it increased to 9.8%. It is known that there is a relationship between teacher knowledge and efforts to prevent injuries in children aged 6-12 years at 3 Sumberejo Elementary Schools in 2024. This type of quantitative research uses a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 91 teachers who taught at SD Negeri 2, 3 and 5 Sumberejo. A sample of 91 respondents used a total sampling technique. The data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-Square Test. The results of the research show that there is a significant relationship between teacher knowledge and efforts to prevent injuries in children aged 6-12 years at 3 Sumberejo Elementary Schools in 2024 with a p-value of 0.000. There is significant relationship between teacher knowledge and efforts to prevent injuries in children aged 6-12 years at 3 Sumberejo Elementary Schools. It’s hoped that this research can provide input for teachers to further increase their knowledge and efforts to prevent injuries to their students, especially when they are in the school environment. Keywords: Injuries, Children aged 6-12 years, Knowledge, Prevention, Teachers  ABSTRAK Insiden cedera di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 yaitu sebesar 9,7%. Prevalensi ini terjadi peningkatan jika dibandingkan dengan tahun 2014 yaitu sebesar 7,3% dan tahun 2007 sebesar 7,9%. Prevalensi cedera pada usia 1-4 tahun sebesar 8,2% dan pada usia 5-14 tahun sebesar 12,1% dan prevalensi cedera tertinggi terjadi pada anak sekolah yaitu sebesar 13%. Diketahui adanya hubungan pengetahuan guru dengan upaya pencegahan tentang cedera pada anak usia 6-12 tahun di 3 SDN Sumberejo Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 orang guru yang mengajar di SD Negeri 2, 3 dan 5 Sumberejo. Sampel 91 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariate dan bivariate dengan Uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan guru dengan upaya pencegahan tentang cedera pada anak usia 6-12 tahun di 3 SDN Sumberejo Tahun 2024 dengan nilai p-value 0.000.  Adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan guru dengan upaya pencegahan tentang cedera pada anak usia 6-12 tahun di 3 SDN Sumberejo. Diharapkan penelitian ini bisa menjadi masukan bagi guru untuk lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan dan upaya pencegahan cedera pada siswa nya khususnya saat berada di lingkungan sekolah. Kata Kunci: Cedera, Anak usia 6-12 tahun, Pengetahuan, Pencegahan, Guru

Abstract

SMAN 6 South Tangerang City is one of twelve public schools located in the South Tangerang city environment and is a school that is preparing itself to become one of the leading schools of choice for the people of South Tangerang City, SMAN 6 South Tangerang City chooses a superior school with the tagline Safer School, namely safe and fun schools and has a goal including Making the school a place to build the nation's character and awareness of environmental culture by increasing intelligence, knowledge, personality, noble character, as well as implementing the six character values of Pancasila students through intra-curricular activities, Extra-curricular / self-development and school culture. SMAN 6 south Tangerang city as an educational institution that has an obligation to prepare a generation with noble character and maintain the preservation of the culture belonging to the Indonesian nation and provide education and maintain norms and life attitudes based on Pancasila. The concept of Safer School is defined as a program to realize safe, clean, healthy, caring, and comfortable conditions, which are able to guarantee the fulfillment of children's rights and protection from violence and, discrimination, and other mistreatment, while the child is in the education unit, as well as supporting children's participation, especially in planning, policy, learning and supervision. Safer School is not building a new school, but conditioning a school to be comfortable for the child, as well as ensuring the school fulfills the rights of the child and protects it, because the school becomes a second home for the child, after his own home. This study aims to; 1) to find out the implementation of the character values of Pancasila students in building a Safer School culture at SMA Negeri 6 South Tangerang City; 2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in building a Safer School culture through the implementation of the character values of Pancasila students of SMA Negeri 6 South Tangerang City. This research uses qualitative methods. Data sources are obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis refers to the inductive analysis of data which includes the collection, reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions or verification. Abstract

The implementation of the school literacy movement must be implemented in all schools, both private and public, which aims to increase the creativity of students through literacy discipline habits. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement the school literacy movement in instilling student discipline in the digital era at SMP Excellent 1 Tangerang and to find out the driving and inhibiting factors for implementing school literacy movement in instilling student discipline in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method of data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been carried out using interview techniques and documentation of school principals, class teachers, and students, it shows that the school has implemented the school literacy movement, although there are still some students who are not fully disciplined in implementing the school literacy movement, the principal and class teacher provide educational punishment for students who lack discipline in literacy and become habituation for students who have implemented the school literacy movement in a disciplined manner. The driving factor for this school literacy movement is the availability of a reading corner to make it easier for students to apply a disciplined attitude to reading. However, there are still obstacles in the implementation of the school movement in instilling a disciplined attitude of students in the digital era, namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure as well as a large number of reading sources. use textbooks.

Abstract

Meningkatnya penggunaan internet untuk mengakses media sosial dapat menimbulkan risiko adiksi terhadap media sosial. Untuk mengurangi risiko adiksi media sosial, maka langkah pertama yang perlu dilakukan adalah pengidentifikasian perilaku adiksi media sosial menggunakan instrumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen adiksi media sosial yang telah dikembangkan dan dikonstruk kedalam konteks Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian survei terhadap 227 remaja rentang usia 16 sampai 18 tahun, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Rasch model. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa instrumen adiksi media sosial valid karena setiap item mampu menggambarkan perilaku adiksi media sosial secara relevan dan memiliki nilai raw variance explained measure 47,2% yang berarti instrumen ini “bagus”, dan reliabel karena secara konsisten mampu mengukur konstruk adiksi media sosial, dengan nilai cronbach alpha 0,88 yang masuk kedalam kategori “sangat baik”. Maka dari itu, instrumen adiksi media sosial ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat yang valid dan reliabel untuk digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi perilaku adiksi media sosial atau dalam penelitian.
