Abstract

The presence of women's football in Aceh is against the MPU because according to them women's football is not in accordance with Islamic law. With this, this study aims to determine how the perceptions of football observers in Aceh on the formation of women's football teams in Aceh. Respondents in this study were divided based on 4 criteria consisting of, (1) Perspectives of football lovers, (2) According to the point of view of the Football Coach, (3) Viewpoints of Football Players, (4) Perspectives of Sports Managers. Collecting data in this study using a closed questionnaire system with the aim of knowing the perceptions of football observers in Aceh which are divided into 3 things, namely, in terms of facilities and infrastructure, referees, and cultural / cultural aspects. Based on the results of data processing in this study, the data of this study were presented using a Likert scale with the results that answered strongly disagree 4.8%, disagree 8.8%, agree 22.7%, and strongly agree 63.7 to existence. Women's Football in Aceh. This research can conclude that the perception of football observers on women's soccer in Aceh is positive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the favorite sport of the people of Banda Aceh City in the new normal era. descriptive research method with survey techniques. The sampling technique used random sampling techniques, the object was 350 people. Data collection techniques using google form. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics. The results of the study were sports carried out by the people of Banda Aceh in the new normal era, including jogging by 58.3%, cycling by 27.8%, martial arts 4.3%, badminton sports 4.3% and agility sports 1.9%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the favorite sport of the people of Banda Aceh in the new normal era is jogging.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1). untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertimbangan hukum pembentukan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 83 Tahun 2019 tentang Kantor staf presiden ak dan 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis akibat hukum dari pembentukan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 83 Tahun 2019 tentang Kantor staf pr esiden terhadap pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi dari Kantor Staf Presiden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pertimbangan hukum pembentukan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 83 Tahun 2019 tentang Kantor staf presiden bahwa pembentukan Kantor Staf Presiden merupakan hak prerogratif presiden yang sesuai dengan UUD NRI Tahun 1945 namun Kewenangan yang diberikan kepada Kantor Staf Presiden tidak sesuai dengan konstitusi dan peraturan perundang-undangan, terutama dalam UU Kementerian Negara dan UU Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan; 2) Akibat hukum dari pembentukan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 83 Tahun 2019 tentang Kantor staf presiden terhadap pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi dari Kantor Staf Presiden bahwa terjadinya benturan kewenangan KSP dalam dua aspek, yaitu benturan di internal lembaga kepresidenan dan benturan di eksternal lembaga kepresidenan. Di internal lembaga kepresidenan, secara organisasi terdapat beberapa organisasi yang langsung berada di bawah Presiden dan Wakil Presiden yang berada di lingkungan istana, yaitu Kementerian Sekretaris Negara (Kemsetneg), Sekretaris Kabinet (Setkab), dan Kantor Staf Kepresidenan (KSP).

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa mengakui kewenangan bagi desa dan memberdayakan desa agar menjadi kuat, maju, mandiri, dan demokratis. Pemerintah desa diharapkan dapat mengelola wilayahnya secara mandiri termasuk di dalamnya pengelolaan aset, keuangan, dan pendapatan desa sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup di desa dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Desa, pemerintah desa wajib mengelola keuangan desa secara transparan, akuntabel, dan partisipatif. kekhawatiran dari berbagai kalangan terkait pengelolaan dana desa seperti pengawasan pengelolaan yang masih minim dan keterbatasan regulasi serta lambannya penerapan dari sebuah produk hukum setelah di undangkan. Muncul permasalahan seperti : bagaimana Implementasi pengelolaan keuangan desa di desa Bukit Baling Kecamatan Sekernan Kabupaten Muaro Jambi saat ini serta bagaimana Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan pengimplementasian Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dalam mewujudkan good governance. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yuridis empiris yaitu suatu pendekatan yang meneliti data sekunder terlebih dahulu dan kemudian di lanjutkan dengan mengadakan penelitian data primer di lapangan. Pengelolaan Dana Desa yang efektif dan efisien akan memungkinkan desa untuk mampu melakukan sebuah pembangunan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara lebih optimal dengan berdasarkan pada pengaturan yang kuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Bukit Baling Kecamatan Sekernan Kabupaten Muaro Jambi belum dapat dilakukan sesuai perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan secara baik serta benar karena pemerintah desa belum bisa mengeluarkan suatu kebijakan secara formal sehingga tidak memberikan keuntungan dan pemasukan ke kas desa dan dipandang tidak produktif akibat pola pengelolaan yang diatur secara langsung oleh pemerintah kabupaten. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disarankan bahwa hendaknya untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan dana desa di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, pemerintah desa harus mampu mengeluarkan dan membentuk kebijakan dalam pengelolaan dana desa dengan mekanisme dan sistem pengelolaan yang baku dan pertanggungjawaban yang sesuai aturan. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Keuangan, Desa SUMMARY Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it recognizes the authority of villages and empowers villages to become strong, advanced, independent and democratic. Village governments are expected to be able to manage their areas independently, including managing village assets, finances and income so that they can improve the quality of life in the village and the welfare of the community. Implementation of Village Financial and Asset Management, village governments are obliged to manage village finances in a transparent, accountable and participatory manner. Concerns from various groups regarding the management of village funds include minimal management supervision and regulatory restrictions as well as the slow implementation of a legal product after it is promulgated. Problems arise such as: how is the implementation of village financial management in Bukit Baling village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency currently and what efforts can be made to maximize the implementation of Village Financial Management in realizing good governance. The method used in this research is an empirical juridical research method, namely an approach that examines secondary data first and then continues with conducting primary data research in the field. Effective and efficient Village Fund management will enable villages to be able to carry out development and improve community welfare more optimally based on strong regulations. The results of the research show that the implementation of village fund management in Bukit Baling Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency cannot yet be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and properly and correctly because the village government has not been able to issue a formal policy so that it does not provide profits and income to the village treasury. and is considered unproductive due to management patterns that are regulated directly by the district government. From the research results, it can be suggested that to optimize the management of village funds in Muaro Jambi Regency, the village government must be able to issue and form policies in managing village funds with standard management mechanisms and systems and accountability that comply with the rules. Abstract

This digital lifestyle trend has apparently spread to economic problems. The economic needs of society from conventional ones have shifted to utilizing financial technology, especially for generation Z people. Currently, the need to borrow funds is mostly done through fintech platforms which have spread widely in society. Finally, various companies that provide online loan financial services have also spread recently. The aim of this research is to examine the perspective of Islamic law and positive law on illegal online loans as well as legal protection for illegal online loan (Pinjol) users. The method used is a literature method with a normative approach which refers to statutory regulations which examine the rules and regulations related to the legal issue being handled. The results show that illegal online loans from the perspective of Islamic law are invalid. Meanwhile, in positive legal terms in civil law, illegal online lending is a transaction that does not meet the legal requirements of an agreement. In criminal law policy, to date there are no provisions in criminal law involving illegal lending services. As a form of protection for consumers, education and outreach to the public is needed, with the aim of more people understanding about current financial services.

Abstract

Background. Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a better human being in the future in the word Islamic language is insan kamil. then in its application, it always makes various kinds of educational innovations so that it can always keep up with the times and can survive in dealing with it. then the use of resources becomes important in this case so that what already exists and can be used as a tool to achieve educational goals can be used and used properly and correctly according to its function. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to evaluate resource utilisation, improve teacher skills, assess organisational effectiveness with the aim of improving teacher and student performance in class XI of state senior high school 6 Merangin. Method. This research uses qualitative research methods. Types and Sources of Data are Primary data and Secondary data. Data Collection Methods with Observation, Interview, Documentation, Techniques and Data Analysis with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Results. The results of this research are; 1) Tools, materials, devices, organisations and people related to the field of education at state senior high school 6 Merangin already exist and run only need to be controlled, 2) There are still educators, especially Islamic Religious Education, who are not optimal in using tools, materials, devices as a support for performance improvement, 3)  Organisation that is already running should be further improved with good and clear control and communication. Conclusion. The conclusions of this research are; 1) Tools, materials, devices, organisations and people related to the field of education at state senior high school 6 Merangin already exist and run only need to be controlled, 2) There are still educators, especially Islamic Religious Education, who are not optimal in using tools, materials, devices as a support for performance improvement, 3)  Organisation that is already running should be further improved with good and clear control and communication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkembangkan kemampuan koneksi dan disposisi matematis siswa dalam materi bilangan berpangkat melalui pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBM). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif analitis yang berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kesimpulan umum kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa pada materi bilangan berpangkat termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase skor sebesar 52,57%; (2) disposisi matematis siswa terhadap pembelajaran berbasis masalah menunjukkan kecenderungan yang positif, artinya bahwa sebagian besar siswa memiliki sikap yang baik dalam hal kepercayaan diri dalam menyelesaikan masalah, mengeksplorasi ide-ide, menyelesaikan tugas-tugas, keingintahuan untuk menemukan sesuatu, merefleksi proses berpikir, mengaplikasikan matematika dalam bidang lain dan penghargaan peran matematika; (3) setelah dilakukan delayed-test tampak bahwa tidak terjadi perbedaan hasil tes kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa secara signifikan, berarti bahwa retensi kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa dapat bertahan cukup lama.

Abstract

This research explores the correlation between emotional intelligence and students’ achievements in learning English. A correlation study was conducted on 34 students in Grade X of Pesantren Al-Amin Mompang Padang Lawas in the year 2023. Data were collected through a questionnaire and documentation of students’ English achievement. Spearman Level Correlation calculated the correlation coefficient (ρ) to determine the relationship between the two variables. It was concluded that there was a positive correlation (ρ = 0.78) between emotional intelligence and students’ achievement in learning English, indicating that emotional intelligence has a high influence on the achievement of students in learning English. The result of t-test (t-test = 0.78 > 0.52) accepted the hypothesis, which states there is a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and students’ learning achievement in English.

Abstract

Da'wah normatively has a positive impact on the people, because the da'wah conveyed is a manifestation of God's love and affection for mankind. In its implementation, the preaching delivered by religious figures often raises problems regarding harmony between religious communities and between religions. So it is hoped that da'wah can become a tool for developing the values of tolerance between religious communities and between religions, so that tolerance creates harmony in social life, and upholds the rights of each citizen. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method. This research shows that da'wah delivered properly and correctly in accordance with the demands of Islamic teachings can have a positive impact on life both personally, in the community, in society and in the state. This harmony is created if the values of tolerance and moderation can be developed by involving several elements including, elements of the government, elements of religious figures, systems or regulations that have been established as well as, public trust in the values of truth that are adhered to and the methods of preaching that are used. In creating harmony between religious communities and between religions, we return to the da'wah methods stated in the Al-Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad.

Abstract

Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease affecting the sebaceous glands, primarily caused by the growth of Propionibacterium acne. A significant natural antibacterial agent against the bacteria is Rambusa (Passiflora foetida Linn) leaves, which contain active compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and terpenoids/steroids. Therefore, this research aimed to evaluate antibacterial activity of ethanol extract from Rambusa leaves against Propionibacterium acne growth and determine the effective concentration of test solution inhibiting bacteria growth. The leaves were subjected to extraction through the maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent. The resulting extract was tested for antibacterial activity using the disc diffusion method. This research used three concentrations, including 10% b/v, 15% b/v, and 20% b/v. The positive control used 2 µg clindamycin disks, and the negative control used aqua pro injection. The analysis results showed that there was no clear zone area around disks containing Rambusa leaves extract at any concentration. In conclusion, the ethanol extract of leaves lacked antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acne.
