Abstract

Abstract- The purpose associated with this research is to investigate the effects of the medical supply chain, legal certainty and aspects of financial management on the healthcare facilities on the Indonesian national army. The primary data collection methods were used to collect the data from the respondents and PLS-SEM was employed for the analysis. The findings exposed that all the predictors such as the supply chain as well as legal certainty and aspects of the financial management have a positive influence on the medical healthcare facilities of the Indonesian national army. These findings give insight to the policymakers and implementers that they develop as well as implement the policies that enhance the medical supply chain, legal certainty and aspects of the financial management impact on the healthcare facilities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mengakibatkan derasnya informasi berasal dari media sosial. Keterbukaan informasi yang diterima merupakan salah satu karakteristik penyebaran informasi melalui media sosial. Tetapi, dampak negative juga muncul yaitu penyebaran berita hoax atau bohong. Orang lebih mudah percaya dalam menerima berita dari media sosial dan mudah meneruskan informasi yang didapatnya. Dalam penelitian ini akan mencari jawaban terhadap lima aspek, yaitu: tingkat pemahaman remaja terhadap definisi hoax, sikap remaja terhadap berita hoax, saluran dan bentuk hoax menurut remaja, pemahaman remaja terhadap dampakberita hoax, dan cara menanggulangi berita hoax. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan responden 27 orang remaja dengan usia antara 15 sampai dengan 17 tahun. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa adalah rata-rata remaja Palembang sudah paham dengan berita hoax, mampu mengetahuinya secara dini,mengetahui dampak berita hoax, dan merugikan kerukunan masyarakan dan pembangunan nasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style, work motivation, work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Recycle Mandiri. This study uses survey methods, the type of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, the source of the data used are primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Asia Recycle Mandiri with 115 employees. A sample of 50 employees using cluster random sampling proportional technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Recycle Mandiri. There is a significant influence of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Recycle Mandiri. There is a significant influence of work discipline on the performance of the employees of PT. Asia Recycle Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence between (1) Job satisfaction on organizational commitment; (2) Work motivation towards organizational commitment; (3) Job satisfaction with OCB; (4) Work motivation towards OCB; (5) Organizational commitment to OCB; (6) Job satisfaction with OCB with organizational commitment as a mediating variable; (7) Work motivation towards OCB with organizational commitment as a mediating variable in the Transportation Agency of Sragen Regency. The population of the Sragen Regency Transportation Department employees is 94 people. Samples were taken by census sampling of 94 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire through the test of validity and reliability. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the classic assumption test and the Sobel Test. Conclusion of research results; (1) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment. (2) Work motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. (3) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB. (4) Work motivation has a significant effect on OCB. (5) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on OCB. (6) Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on OCB. (7) Organizational commitment mediates the effect of work motivation on OCB.

Abstract

The population is employees inspektorat kabupaten ponorogo in 2019 at a number of 35 people. Sample taken by using the sampling method of saturated, where all of an officer at the inspektorat kabupaten ponorogo which consisted of 35 employees used as a subject in this research. The technique of the collection of data using the practical and watchful such through reliability. Linear regression analysis using techniques and the worship of idols with classical test, the analysis, f and test test the coefficient of determination. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of leadership style and work motivation on job satisfaction and analyze the mediating role of work satisfaction in affect leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is survey research. The study population was 85 employees of PT. BPR Syariah Sukowati Sragen and all of them are sampled by census technique. Data sources used primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that the leadership style has a significant effect on the work satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant effect on work satisfaction. Leadership style has a significant effect on the employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on the employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the affect of the leadership style on the employee performance. Work satisfaction mediates the affect of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Rangkaian kontrol elektromagnetik, sedangkan tujuan khususnya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Rangkaian kontrol elektromagnetik melalui Devide et Impera. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua tindakan. Tindakan pertama menerapkan metode Devide et Impera melalui saling mengawasi bergantian antar teman sejawat. Tindakan ke-2 menerapkan metode Devide et Impera melalui saling mengawasi silang antar teman sejawat. Capaian penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa setiap tindakannya. Prestasi kondisi awal 75,13 meningkat menjadi 75,69 pada tindakan ke-2 dan meningkat kembali menjadi 76,27. Nilai capaian terendah siswa pada kondisi awal 73,50 meningkat menjadi 74,50 pada tindakan I dan meningkat menjadi 75,25 pada tindakan ke-2. Nilai tertinggi kondisi awal 76,25 meningkat menjadi 77,00 pada tindakan I dan meningkat menjadi 77,75 pada tindakan ke-2. Berdasarkan ahsil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Devide et Impera mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar Rangkaian Kontrol Elektromagnetik.

Abstract

The Land Office as a public service office is also demanded to be able to always provide the best service for the society, one of them is land stewardship. This is stated in Article 14 and Article 15 of Law Number. 5 of 1960 concerning the Basic Rules of Agrarian Principles Jo, Article 33 of Law Number. 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning in which spatial use refers to spatial plans implemented with land use, water use, and air use. The objective to be achieved in this study is to determine whether there is an influence of service quality on society satisfaction in the service of Land Technical Considerations (PTP) in the context of permission to change land use at the Karanganyar District Land Office.The type of this research is research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The study was conducted at the Land Office of Karanganyar Regency.The unit analysis of this study is the Land Management Section which provides services to the community related to Land Technical Considerations (PTP). This research uses simple random sampling technique. Based on data collection activities that have been carried out in March to April, the number of respondents is 50. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire.The results of the study began with data validity using a r table comparison of 0.165 which found all valid data followed by multiple linear regression tests showed that partially reliability (reliability) had a significant effect on community satisfaction with a significance level (0,000)

Abstract

Iron easily corrects corrosion which reduces metal quality needs to be improved. Electroplating is the process of settling metal ions at the electrodes (cathode) by means of electrolysis due to the difference in electric current potential. Factors affecting electroplating results: Current density, Time, Temperature, Concentration of the electrolyzed solution. The voltage used in electroplating can be varied between 6 volts, 10 volts, and 12 volts while the amperes are directly proportional, small or large with the voltage. workpiece surface. ST 37 steel gets electroplating chrome treatment with 6V, 10V, and 12V voltage changes. Then the results of electroplating chrome will find the surface roughness value by using the Vickers test, after that based on the theoretical formula the thickness of the chrome layer is calculated and compared with the actual results of the thickness using the test (SEM). In the 6V electroplating chrome treatment, the deposition weight was 0.004 gram, the hardness value was 771VHN, and the thickness of the chrome layer was 0.17 µm. electroplating chrome at a voltage of 10V has a deposition weight of 0.014 grams, a hardness value of 838.4VHN, and a thickness of the chrome layer of 0.7 μm. 12V voltage has a sludge weight according to calculations of 0.025 grams. has a hardness value of 858.2 VHN and the results of SEM testing the thickness to 1.3 μm under these conditions the highest hardness due to the chrome surface layer in the specimen is getting heavier and the chrome layer thickness is increasing.
