Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) menganalisis pelaksanaan konseling kelompok,  (2) menganalisis penerapan nilai-nilai pesantren, (3) menghasilkan model konseling kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren untuk meningkatkan pengaturan diri santri, dan (4) menguji keefektifan model konseling kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren untuk meningkatkan pengaturan diri santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain research and development (RnD) dengan langkah-langkah: (1) persiapan pengembangan model, (2) merumuskan model hipotetik, (3) uji kelayakan model hipotetik, (4) perbaikan model hipotetik, (5) uji lapangan, dan (6) uji keefektifan model. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) konseling kelompok sudah dilaksanakan di MTs/MTW Pesantren Islam Al-Irsyad Tengaran-Kab.Semarang dengan teknik ceramah serta diskusi dan tujuan pelaksanaannya berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah; (2) penerapan nilai-nilai pesantren sudah masuk dalam kegiatan sehari-hari santri di pesantren. Hasil pengembangan yaitu: (1) diperoleh model akhir konseling kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren untuk meningkatkan pengaturan diri santri yang terdiri dari 7 komponen: rasional, visi dan misi, tujuan, isi model, dukungan sistem, tahapan pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut; (2) model konseling kelompok berbasis nilai-nilai pesantren efektif untuk meningkatkan pengaturan diri santri.The objective of this study were: (1) analyze the implementation of group counseling, (2) analyze the application of the pesantren’s values, (3) produced a model of group counseling based on pesantren’s values to improve students’ self-regulation, and (4) test the the effectiveness of the group counseling model based on pesantren’s values to improve students’ self-regulation. This study used research and development design (RnD) with the following steps: (1) preparation of model development, (2) formulate hypothetical model, (3) test the feasibility of hypothetical model, (4) improve the hypothetical model, (5) field test, and (6) test the effectiveness of the model. The results of this study were: (1) the counseling group has been implemented in MTs/MTW Islamic Boarding School Al-Irsyad Tengaran-Semarang Regency by using lecture technique as well as discussions and implementation of its goal oriented in problem solving; (2) the application of pesantren’s values has been included in the daily activities of students in pesantren. The results of its development were: (1) It was obtained a final model of group counseling based on the pesantren’s values to improve students’ self-regulation that consisted of seven components: the rational, vision and mission, objectives, content models, support systems, stages of implementation, evaluation and follow-up; (2) model of group counseling based on pesantren’s values was effective to improve students’ self-regulation.

Abstract:. Copper deposits have been obtained by the electrolysis method using copper sulfate and sulfuric acid. The effect of copper concentration and current density on the surface morphology of copper deposits and current efficiency have been studied. The variation of copper concentration is 0.04 M and 0.8 M and the variation of current density is 2-8 A/dm2. The copper deposits will be photographed macro, weighed and characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to determine the surface morphology of deposits and Energy-Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) to determine the chemical composition of deposits. The surface morphology of copper deposits in the form of compact and without nodules was reached at copper concentration is 0.8 M and the current density is 2 A/dm2 with the average of current efficiency is 96%.Keyword: Electrodeposition, copper, morphology, compact, current efficiency Abstrak: Endapan tembaga telah dihasilkan dengan metode elektrolisis menggunakan bahan tembaga sulfat dan asam sulfat. Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh konsentrasi tembaga dan rapat arus terhadap morfologi permukaan endapan tembaga dan efisiensi arus. Variasi konsentrasi tembaga adalah 0,04 M dan 0,8 M sedangkan variasi rapat arus adalah 2-8 A/dm2. Endapan tembaga yang dihasilkan akan difoto makro, ditimbang berat lapisannya dan diuji karakteristiknya dengan Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) untuk mengetahui detail morfologi permukaan endapan dan Energy-Dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) untuk mengetahui komposisi kimia endapan. Morfologi permukaan endapan tembaga berbentuk compact dan tanpa nodul tercapai pada kondisi konsentrasi Cu 0,8 M dan rapat arus 2 A/dm2 dengan efisiensi arus mencapai rata-rata 96%.Kata Kunci: Elektrodeposisi, tembaga, morfologi, compact, efisiensi arus

Soil materials that the grain size of the composition can comprise coarse material (gravel, sand) and fine materials (silt and clay). At the material / soil materials that include fine-grained soil that contains granules ø 0.075 mm over 50% will be dominated by clay content. This material will have a high value of plasticity and low power as well as developing a sizeable shrinkage. Lime that has binding properties (lime stone) when added to the material clay changes will provide both improved quality, bulk density, as well as lime-enabled so the added material on clay red around POLINES as filler material (filter) with different variations in the mix and treatment peneraman and soaking would boost its strength tested by the carrying capacity by means of CBR (California Bearing Ratio) test results in the laboratory value of CBR plans on condition brooded until 7 days: CBR its 2.4 kp + 20.8 with a level of correlation R = 0.9328 , And soaked conditions until 7 days: his CBR kp 4.4 - 0.8 with a degree of correlation R = 0.9874.

The cooling system has an important role in the quality of machining results, the cooling fluid (air/fluid) are developed to be able to reduce heat and friction arising from the formation of the product, but also environment-friendly. The use of natural oils has been tested in various machining conditions with a minimum quantity lubrications (MQL) method, including the addition of materials that can improve fluid convective properties. Cooling performance with natural materials results in surface roughness according to product smoothness requirements according to ASTM classification and is able to maintain a low tool temperature and reduce chatter/tools vibration. Improvement of the MQL process, temperature, and compressed air pressure conditions determine cooling performance, the lower the compressed air temperature will increase the fluid's ability to reduce tool temperature and increase durability and tool life. The process of forming steel with high hardness requires a cooling system with special conditions. The properties of natural oils will be enhanced by the convective thermophysical properties by the addition of Titanium Oxide (TiO2), CuO and Aluminum Oxide (AL2O3). Natural oils used in the study are corn oil, sunflower oil, water with the addition of nanoparticles. The formation of nanofluids uses magnetic stirrer with varying time and rotation speed, and % weight ratio. The MQL System is equipped with cold air from the compressor which is cooled by utilizing the evaporation/refrigeration process which is kept constant at 10oC. The cooling system is equipped with a microcontroller/interface to keep the air temperature/pressure constant. In this paper the data presented is a study of cooling in the hard milling process to determine the most nanofluid/dominant factors that affect the results. The results showed that the use of cutting fluids reinforced by nanoparticles in natural oils in a minimum amount increased lubrication properties. There is a significant effect on the use of cooling fluid types with surface roughness, fluids with high lubrication properties, significant to reduce surface roughness, cutting temperature and power consumption. The nanofluid prove was able to apply in an environment-friendly manufacturing process very promising.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM) yang diintegrasikan dengan penggunaan multimedia film dokumenter dan multimedia animasi, gaya belajar, dan interaksinya terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari-Mei 2012. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X SMAN SBBS Tahun Pelajaran 2011/2012. Sampel diperoleh dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling yang terdiri dari atas dua kelas, yaitu X.A (PBM-Film Dokumenter) dan X.B (PBM-Animasi). Data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes antara lain: tes kreativitas dan tes prestasi belajar ranah kognitif, non tes: lembar observasi hasil belajar ranah afektif dan psikomotor, angket gaya belajar siswa dan angket prestasi belajar ranah afektif dan psikomotor. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan anava. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan: 1) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan multimedia terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ranah kognitif dan afektif, 2) terdapat pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ranah kognitif dan afektif, 3) terdapat pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki kreativitas (tinggi rendah) terhadap prestasi belajar ranah psikomotor, 4) terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar ranah psikomotor 5) tidak terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran dengan kreativitas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor, 6) tidak terdapat interaksi antara gaya belajar dengan kreativitas siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor 7) tidak terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan multimedia pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar dan kreativitas terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. The purpose of research and development is produce information materials of studies into college to improve career decision making of High School Students. Research and development is carried out by adapting the concept of Research and Development by Borg and Gall. In expert judgement, the product was rated 80,83% by the first expert and 81,67% by the second expert. In a practitioner test, the product was rated 81,67% by first practitioner and 80,83% by second practitioner, and 85,83% by third practitioner. Based on the result of hypothesis, it is known tcount=7.588 and ttable= 1,701 (0,000 <0,05), tscore>ttable. It means that there are difference in the value of career decision-making skill significantly between before and after treatment were treated using information material of studies into college. The information materials have met the eligibility criteria based on expert testing and product testing as well as effective practitioners to improve students? career decision-making skills.

This study aims at determining the effectiveness of group counseling with sociodrama techniques to improve students? social skills in junior high school students. The participant of this study were 32 students. The results of this study show that the value of Fo=132.312 while Ft=3.92 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means that there is a difference in the values of social skills before and after the treatment given in the experimental group and the control group; the value of Fo=97.209 while Ft=3.92 with a significance of 0.000<0.05, which means that there is a significant difference in the values of social skills between the experimental group and the control group; the value of Fo = 105.478 while Ft = 3.92 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is an interaction between the values of social skills before and after given treatment in the experimental group and the control group.

This research aims at: (1) producing career information materials on high school through college mediation output assisted flash player®; (2) testing the effectiveness of career information materials on high school through college mediation output assisted flash player® to increase students? interest in further study of Junior High School students in Surakarta. The data were collected through interviews and the scale of interest in further study. The data analysis techniques employed were descriptive qualitative analysis, descriptive statistics and t-test techniques. The results of expert and practitioner tests indicate that the career information materials on high school through college mediation output assisted flash player® is considered good and is appropriate to use. The results of more extensive field testing (testing the effectiveness of the product) showed an increase in students' interest in further study of 21.66 % between the supply of information before and after administration of information materials.

This study was a quasi-experimental design with the type of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique was Purposive Random Sampling Technique. Data analysis was using Two-Way ANOVA. Based on the testing result of hypothesis I the value of Fcount is 9,138 and Ftable was 3,92, with the significance level of 0,003<0,05. It is identified that Fcount>Ftable then Ha was accepted. It means that there is significantly difference in the ability of interpersonal communication before being given treatment and after being given treatment. The testing result of hypothesis II the value of Fcount was 5,542 and the Ftable is 3,92, with the significance level of 0,020 <0,05. It was identified that Fcount>Ftable then Ha is accepted. It may imply that there are significantly differences in the ability of interpersonal communications in the experimental group and the control group. The testing result of sub hypothesis III the value of Fcount is 4.850 and the Ftable is 3.92, with the significance level of 0.034<0.05. It is identified that the Fcount > Ftable then Ha is accepted. It means that there is an interaction between groups of interpersonal communication skills on pretest and posttest with interpersonal communication skills in the experimental group and the control group.
