Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang efisien merupakan pilar utama perekonomian sektor pertanian, termasuk di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu. Banyak petani menghadapi kendala dalam mencatat dan mengelola transaksi keuangan secara manual serta keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam teknologi. Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP) Kelurahan Air Duku berperan penting, namun masih kesulitan menyediakan sistem yang efisien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan Literasi Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan (SIAPIK) kepada petani di BPP Kelurahan Air Duku untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan keuangan. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan pada tanggal 10 Desember 2024, didampingi oleh Sekretaris Dinas Pertanian, Lurah Kelurahan Air Duku, UMKM, dan jajaran Kelompok Tani. Hasil yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan kemampuan dan literasi keuangan petani, pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih efisien dan transparan, keberhasilan implementasi aplikasi, dampak positif terhadap keputusan keuangan, dan tingkat kepuasan petani yang tinggi terhadap SIAPIK. Penerapan SIAPIK dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, profitabilitas, dan kesejahteraan petani, serta mendukung pembangunan ekonomi lokal, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam adopsi teknologi.

Abstract

Housing is a private palace that is safe, comfortable, and private. Techno-economic optimization of hybrid renewable energy systems and energy management for realizing green energy is a fundamental concept for ensuring security, comfort, and privacy in green housing for its residents, enabling them to carry out activities in their environment. The application of techno-economic optimization and renewable energy management to manage electrical energy so that it can be saved so that electricity costs can be reduced as one of the energy efficiency models. The problem of waste emissions and environmental pollution cannot be avoided. Therefore, a techno-economic optimization model for integrated power generation is needed, which is environmentally friendly and related to the housing problem discussed in this study. This study supports the concept that hybrid housing development is the best way to address environmental pollution, emissions, and waste in future housing and can be used as a benchmark for future housing development. In addition, the techno-economics of renewable energy used in households was also discussed.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of psychometric testing in the recruitment and selection process to enhance employee job fit within a village administrative office. The research aims to analyze the extent to which three primary psychometric dimensions cognitive ability, personality traits, and work motivation predict job suitability among job applicants. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all psychometric components significantly influence job fit, with personality traits emerging as the most dominant predictor. The validity and reliability tests confirm that all measurement instruments used are accurate and dependable. Furthermore, the classical assumption tests indicate that the regression model meets all necessary statistical criteria, ensuring the robustness of the findings. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.659) reveals that psychometric variables explain 65.9% of the variance in job fit, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors such as technical skills, work experience, and organizational culture. The study concludes that integrating psychometric assessments into recruitment and selection procedures enhances the objectivity and effectiveness of hiring decisions. Therefore, organizations particularly public sector offices are encouraged to adopt standardized psychometric tools as a core component of their staffing strategies.

Abstract

Energy is the stored capacity to perform work. Energy management is a systematic approach to using energy efficiently without reducing the primary function of a building. This study aims to calculate the Energy Use Intensity (EUI), detail energy consumption, and identify potential energy-saving opportunities in the Faculty of Science and Technology building at Labuhanbatu University. Through preliminary and detailed energy audits, EUI values were obtained using three approaches: 41.74 kWh/m²/year (operational time), 77.74 kWh/m²/year (daily usage) — both categorized as efficient, 6.44 (AC room, highly efficient), and 26.18 (non-AC room, very inefficient). Energy-saving opportunities include replacing fluorescent lights with LED lamps, utilizing natural lighting through windows or glass blocks, and reducing water pump usage by installing storage tanks.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance and corporate financial distress, with board gender diversity examined as a moderating variable. Using 96 firm-year observations from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2022–2024), the analysis employs variance-based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The findings reveal that ESG performance does not exert a statistically significant effect on financial distress, and gender diversity does not moderate this relationship. These non-significant results constitute the central empirical contribution of the study, highlighting that ESG engagement and gender diversity have yet to translate into financial resilience in the Indonesian manufacturing context. The study underscores the importance of contextual factors—such as implementation costs, authenticity of ESG disclosures, and limited female representation on boards—in shaping the effectiveness of sustainability practices. The results provide theoretical implications for Stakeholder and Agency Theory and offer practical insights for managers, regulators, and investors in emerging markets.

Abstract

Movies can influence people’s moods in different ways depending on film genre. Fear is commonly induced by horror films, whereas joy is typically associated with comedy. Understanding how genre-based expectations shape audience emotions offers valuable insights for producers and digital platforms. However, previous studies have only briefly examined this relationship, with most focusing on general sentiment analysis. This study develops a genre-based sentiment and emotion model to analyze how film genres influence audience reactions. The Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM) framework was applied to 46,173 IMDb reviews using Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) features and three machine learning models: Logistic Regression, Linear Support Vector Classification, and One-vs-Rest Logistic Regression. The results show that Fear (0.704) and Anger (0.684) are the most dominant emotions, indicating that audiences tend to be more emotionally engaged with intense genres. The model was also implemented in a Flask–React web-based system that allows users to analyze and visualize reviews in real time. These findings provide practical implications for filmmakers, producers, and streaming platforms in adjusting genre design, content recommendation, and promotional strategies to align with audience emotional responses.

Abstract

This study assesses the factors influencing blockchain technology acceptance among young developers in Batam, Indonesia, with a specific focus on comparing two distinct behaviors: using blockchain-based applications and engaging in blockchain development. Data were collected through a survey of 215 young developers and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The main outcomes reveal two fundamentally different adoption pathways. The intention to use blockchain applications is primarily driven by personal engagement and social influence, reflecting a "hype-driven" interest, and this intention strongly translates into actual usage behavior. Conversely, the model demonstrates a complete failure to explain development behavior, revealing a significant intention-behavior gap where the intention to develop shows no significant effect on actual development activities. The study concludes that for this demographic, hype-driven interest is sufficient for superficial application adoption but wholly inadequate for fostering development capabilities. Substantive adoption requires more than social trends; therefore, industry and educational focus should shift from promoting hype to enhancing technical literacy and demonstrating tangible use cases to bridge the gap from interest to competence.

Abstract

Body image is an individual's subjective perception of their body shape and size, which can influence eating behaviour and nutritional status. This study aimed to analyse the relationship between body image and nutritional status among female students at Prima Indonesia University in 2025. A cross-sectional study was conducted with a sample of 69 female students from the 2023 cohort of the Public Health Study Programme, selected via total sampling. Body image data were collected using the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ), while nutritional status was assessed via anthropometric measurements of Body Mass Index (BMI). Data analysis employed the Chi-Square test with a significance level of 0.05. A total of 59.4% of respondents had a negative body image and 40.6% a positive body image. The distribution of nutritional status was: normal (62.3%), obese (18.8%), overweight (10.2%), and underweight (8.7%). Statistical analysis indicated a significant relationship between body image and nutritional status (p-value = 0.002). Respondents with a negative body image were more likely to have an abnormal nutritional status (overweight and obese) compared to those with a positive body image. There is a significant relationship between body image and nutritional status among female students. A negative body image is associated with a tendency towards abnormal nutritional status, particularly excess weight.

Abstract

Local food security is a strategic issue in sustainable development, especially amidst challenges in food distribution, unequal access, and increasing nutritional needs of the community. Strengthening community-based food systems has encouraged the emergence of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KDMP) as a village economic aggregator and the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG) through public kitchens as food providers for vulnerable groups. The collaboration between these two institutions is seen as capable of shortening the supply chain, increasing the absorption of local products, and strengthening the people's economy. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation studies, and focus group discussions, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to obtain a comprehensive contextual understanding. The research findings indicate that collaboration between KDMP and public kitchens has significant potential to build a more organized food distribution chain, provide a stable market for village products, and create economic opportunities for local communities. However, institutional fragmentation, technological limitations, varying procurement mechanisms, and the lack of quality standards remain key obstacles. This study concludes that collaborative business models can be an effective strategy for building an inclusive and resilient local food ecosystem if supported by strengthened governance, supply chain digitalization, and cross-sector partnerships. Theoretically, this research contributes to the development of collaborative governance and community-based business models by demonstrating that synergy between local organizations can increase food system resilience while expanding the role of cooperatives as community economic institutions. Consequently, local governments and program managers need to promote collaborative regulation, institutional capacity building, and investment in logistics infrastructure to ensure the sustainability of village-based food systems.

Abstract

The research was distributed by drug services granting conditions up to this moment there are still many problems. As for the problem of the research is "whether the compliance of nurses in identifying influence on accuracy in the service of dispensing". Aim of this research is to know the level of compliance officers perform identification before providing the service of medicine, knowing compliance do identification relationship and analyze correctness of granting of service remedy with precision identification in "Darmayu" general hospital Ponorogo. In this study data collected through questionnaire method against 40 people the respondents admitted in "Darmayu" general hospital using the accidental method, Ponorogo for knowing the responses of respondents to each variable. Then conducted an analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes the test validity and reliability, as well as test the correlation of Phi. Of research results, data the respondents obtained shows that the level of accuracy of the perwat in the service of the drug still has not been fullest is demonstrated from 40 respondents, there were 22 stating the precision. Likewise, the level of compliance of nurses in conducting identification is still lacking, from 40 respondents, 14 respondents declared not obedient in doing identification. The results of the analysis of the compliance officers do get that the identification of the effect on the precision in the service of medicine. Hypothesis testing using the test correlation of Phi showed that independent variables examined is proven to significantly affect the dependent variable. Patient safety incidents can be prevented by the presence of the nurse in conducting compliance identification as well as precision in running the SOP. Sosiaisasi and high awareness of nurses on the importance of obedience and compliance in carrying out procedures will greatly affect the success of a service to patients at home sick.
