ABSTRACT Tetanus is primary cause of maternal and neonatal mortality .The coverage of TT immunization in Health centers Maga sub district of Lembah Sorik Marapi is lower. In 2014,of the 210 pregnant women, TT1 immunization coverage was 34(16,2%) and TT2’s was 25 (11,9%) This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude with Tetanus Toxoid Immunization in the sub district Health centers Maga Lembah Sorik Marapi, Mandailing Natal. This type of this research is observational study with cross-sectional design. Samples based on total sampling are all pregnant women with gestational age more than 8 months in the working area health centers Maga as many as 42 people. Analysis of data using chi-square statistical test using 95% confident level (α=0,05) The result showed that there was a correlation between knowledge (p=0,027) and attitude (p=0,008)of pregnant women with TT immunization for pregnant women in sub-district Health centers Maga Lembah Sorik Marapi Mandailing Natal. Public health center is expected to boost the function of promotion to increase public knowledge about TT immunization and improve health service so as to improve immunization coverage. ABSTRACTDysmenorrhea is pain in the abdomen and pelvic area experienced by women as a result of her menstrual period. Dysmenorrhoea is one of the most common gynecological problems experienced by women of all ages. The incidence of dysmenorrhoea in the world is very large, approximately 50% of all women in the world suffer from dysmenorrhoea. This study aims to determine the correlation between knowledge and attitudes of young women with the action in the treatment of dysmenorrhoea in Junior High School Kualuh district Labuhan Batu Utara 2015.This type of research is a survey by using explanatory research approach. The population in the study were all students who had as many as 53 people dysmenorrhoea class I, II, III, and made the total sample. Data was obtained through interviews using a questionnaire and analyzed by chi-square test.From the results of the chi-square test (α <0.05), indicating there is a significant relationship between knowledge and action in the treatment of dysmenorrhoea (p = 0.005). And test results showed no relationship between attitude and action in the treatment of dysmenorrhoea (p = 0.045).Expected that the students are always looking for health information, especially in the treatment of dysmenorrhoea through electronic media, textbooks on reproductive health, especially the health of adolescents in a school environment. And to the school in order to involve students in a health seminar activities.Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Dysmenorrhea

ABSTRACT The early complementary feeding is foods or drinks that contain nutrients given to infants under 6 months of age. The early complementary feeding at this time will reduce the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Puskesmas Teluk Karang was still low about 32,8% (in 2014) while the national target was 80%. It is suspected related to factors of social culture and family support. The purpose of this study was to understand factors influenced the mothers in giving the early complementary feeding in working area of UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Karang, Subdistrict of Bajenis, City of Tebing Tinggi in 2015. Type of this research was analytical observation study with the cross sectional design. The research was done since November 2013 until January 2015. Population in this research were all mothers who had infant aged between 7-12 months in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Teluk Karang, Subdistrict of Bajenis, City of Tebing Tinggi which was being as samples as 106 mothers. The multiple logistic regression is used to analyze the data. The result of the research showed that the early complementary feeding is high enough i.e 89,6%. From the multivariate analysis, it was proved that the factors influenced the early complementary feeding are the social culture (p=0,008) and the family support (p<0,001). The dominant factor influenced this early complementary feeding was family support (coefficient of B=3,021). It’s suggested that breastfeeding mothers are not easily influenced by the social culture in the communities and families are expected to provide support so that mothers still exclusively breastfed, by fulfilling the nutritional needs during lactation so that it produced the qualified breastfeeding in the sufficient quantities. MANOVA is an extension of the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), which have long been widely used in various fields of science. Technically, MANOVA can be interpreted as a statistical method to explore the relationship between several independent variables are categorical type nominal or ordinal scale with multiple dependent variables are type numerical interval or ratio scale. This research aims to determine whether there are differences in length of study and student achievement index based on admission selection and student activity which was followed by regular student 2009 Public Health Faculty University of Sumatera Utara in 2013. This research was conducted by survey method with a correlation study is to find out relationship between the dependent and independent variables in a group of subjects. The results of the analysis using the Two-Way MANOVA test for admission selection variable at the significance level (α) of 0,05 indicates that there are significant differences on variables length of study and student achievement index which is tested simultaneously based on admission selection regular students 2009 Public Health Faculty University of Sumatera Utara with a significance value of Pillai’s Trace is 0,013. For a student activity variables at significance level (α) of 0,05 indicates that there is no real difference on variables length of study and student achievement index which is tested simultaneously by the activity of the regular students 2009 Public Health Faculty University of Sumatera with a significance value of Pillai’s Trace is 0,505 at 5% confidence level. For other studies were suggested to implement Two-Way MANOVA to test the effect of a set of independent variables to a set of dependent variables simultaneously. ABSTRACT Dissatisfaction of BPJS members toward hospital service quality encourages them to have health service based on their preferences, so their need and hope is properly fulfilled. The objectives of this research are to identify and compare the preferences of BPJS members toward service quality in General Hospital of Dr. Pirngadi and Martha Friska Medan by using conjoint analysis. There are 5 attributes of hospital services, i.e. reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible in which each attribute consists of sub Attribute and Level. The conjoint analysis is one of the methods for obtaining the level combination and most important attribute based on patients’ preferences in which each hospital serves 50 BPJS patients and the sample was taken by purposive sampling method. The result of this research indicates that the preferences of BPJS members toward service quality based on the sequences of the most important sub attributes between the General Hospital of Dr. Pirngadi and Martha Friska were responsiveness, assurance and empathy, while the differences were found on reliability and tangible. The level combination of the same sub attributes between those general hospitals were found on empathy attribute, and for the attribute of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, tangible, it produced the different combination. It is suggested to the General Hospital of Dr. Pirngadi and Martha Friska to provide the health service based on the preferences of BPJS members and for the future study, it is suggested to apply the conjoint analysis in another health case.

Abstrak: Kebudayaan Muslim memperkenalkan tradisi kaligrafi sebagai bentuk seni rupa Islam yang menggunakan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an sebagai fokus utama. Artikel ini hendak mengkaji kaligrafi Arab digital ayat al-Qur’an di dunia maya. Artikel menyimpulkan bahwa tradisi kaligrafi ikut berkembang seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Para ahli kaligrafi mulai memanfaatkan dan menggunakan media komputer dan internet untuk mengembangkan khazanah kaligrafi. Sejauh ini ditemukan banyak situs internet yang telah mempublikasikan berbagai model kaligrafi digital dengan memakai berbagai ayat al-Qur’an. Ada dua jenis kaligrafi Arab digital, yaitu kaligrafi kontemporer yang bebas mengikuti perkembangan zaman, bersifat abstrak, menyesuaikan kondisi alam, benda dan makhluk hidup; serta qawa‘id yang sudah ada ketentuan dan patokan dalam penulisannya. Ada tujuh jenis yakni tsuluts, naskhi, farisi, diwani, diwani jali, kufi, dan riq‘ah. Kedua jenis kaligrafi telah memberikan kontribusi bagi kajian estetika Islam. Abstract: Digital Arabic Calligraphy of the Qur’anic Verses in Cyberspace. Islamic Civililation introduced calligraphy tradition as a form of Islamic art the main foculs of which mainly the verses of the as al-Qur’an. This article examines the digital Arabic calligraphy of of the Quranic Verses in cyberspace. This article found that calligraphy tradition have evolved along the development of science and technology. Through computer technology progress, calligraphers began to harness and use the computer and internet media to develop treasures of calligraphy. So far it was found that many internet sites that have published various models of digital calligraphy by using various verses of the al-Qur’an. From the data, it is known that there are two types of digital Arabic calligraphy. First is a contemporary calligraphy that looks freely with current development, abstract, the weather condition, objects and mortal. Second is qawa'id that having standards in writing. There are seven types namely tsuluts, naskhi, farisi, diwani, diwani jali, kufi, dan riq‘ah. Both types of calligraphy has contributed to the study of Islamic aesthetics. This research aims to determine the differences of biology learning outcomes between students taught by science inquiry model assisted by mind mapping and students taught by confirmatory model with adjusting early biology learning outcomes. This research was quasy experiment by nonrandomized control group pretest-posttest design. The population was all grade ten students of SMAN 1 Bungkal Kabupaten Ponorogo which samples were class X3 as experiment groups and class X4 as control groups. The result shows that the mean scores and the enhancement of biology learning outcomes of students taught by science inquiry model assisted by mind mapping was higher than students taught by confirmatory model. The result of ancova test shows that there were differences of biology learning outcomes between students taught by science inquiry model assisted by mind mapping and students taught by confirmatory model and covariate influence biology learning outcomes (p<0,05).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar Biologi siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model inkuiri sains berbantuan mind mapping dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model konfirmatori dengan menyesuaikan hasil belajar Biologi awal. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu dengan desain non randomized control group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Bungkal Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan dua sampel yaitu kelas X3 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas X4 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rerata dan peningkatan nilai rerata hasil belajar biologi siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model inkuiri sains berbantuan mind mapping lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model konfirmatori. Hasil uji anakova menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar Biologi siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model inkuiri sains berbantuan mind mapping dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model konfirmatori dan kovariat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Biologi (p<0,05).

This paper aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with knowledge of hadith about Islam, faith and ihsan in students of the Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin and Philosophy (IAT FUF) UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. This research is quantitative with the type of correlation research. Based on the results of the study, shows: first, there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with the results of hadith knowledge about Islam, faith and ihsan in students of IAT FUF UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh Study Program. The correlation between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence is directly proportional to hadith knowledge. With a correlation coefficient level of 0.65 in the strong category with a coefficient of determination (D) = 42%, the higher the level of knowledge of hadith about Islam, faith and ihsan among students, the higher the level of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence possessed by students the. Second, practical knowledge of hadith about Islam, faith and ihsan encourages students to motivate themselves, control emotions in social interactions and interpret the learning process as worship. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan pengetahuan hadis tentang Islam, iman dan ihsan pada mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Alquran dan Tafsir Fakultas Ushuluddin dan Filsafat (IAT FUF) UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan hasil pengetahuan hadis tentang Islam, iman dan ihsan pada mahasiswa Prodi IAT FUF UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Korelasi antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berbanding lurus dengan pengetahuan hadis. Dengan tingkat koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,65 pada kategori kuat dengan koefisien determinasi (D) = 42%, semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan hadis tentang Islam, iman dan ihsan di kalangan mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa tersebut. Kedua, secara praktis pengetahuan hadis tentang Islam, iman dan ihsan mendorong mahasiswa untuk memotivasi diri, mengendalikan emosi dalam interaksi sosial dan memaknai proses pembelajarannya sebagai ibadah.

Latar belakang: Balita merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap berbagai macam penyakit. Penyebab utama kematian bayi balita di Indonesia adalah penyakit diare. Pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat berperan terhadap kejadian diare.Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor mana yang paling erat kaitannya terhadap pencegahan diare pada balita di daerah tempat pembuangan akhir sampah Bantar Gebang.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakanmetodeanalitikpendekatan potong lintang, dilakukan Oktober sampai Novem- ber 2013 di puskesmas Bantar Gebang dengansubjek penelitian 72 ibu yang memiliki balita. Analisis bivariabel menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan analisis multivariabel dengan regresi logistik ganda.Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan pengetahuan (p=0,001), sikap (p=0,001), perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat(p=0,009) terdapat hubungan dengan kejadian diare. Hasil uji regresi logistik ganda menunjukkan bahwa sikap (OR 23,227) merupakan faktor yang paling erat hubungannya dengan diare dibandingkan pengetahuan dan perilaku.Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dengan kejadian diarepada balita.Background: Infants constitute the age group vulnerable to various diseases. Diarrhea has been a major cause of infant death in Indonesia. Knowledge, attitude, and clean and healthy life behavior have some contribution to diarrhea case.Objective: This research aimed at discovering which factor is most signiﬁcantly associated with the prevention of diarrhea case in infants in the ﬁnal waste landﬁll area of Bantar Gebang.Method: This method in this research is analytic with cross-sectional approach, is conducted between October and November 2013 in Bantar Gebang community health center (Puskesmas) with its subjects covering 72 moth- ers having their children under ﬁve. Its bi-variable analysis uses Chi-Square, while its multi-variable analysis uses multiple logistic regression.Result: The study indicated that knowledge (p=0.001), attitude (p=0.001), and clean and healthy life behavior(p=0.009) had some association with diarrhea case. The result of multiple logistic regression test indicated that attitude (OR 23.227) was the factor with most signiﬁcant association with diarrhea compared to knowledge and behavior.Conclusion: There was an association of knowledge, attitude, and CHLB with diarrhea case in infants.
